"A nice morning we have here! This is Wakai Seijin, just waking up and ready for the day!" A beautiful girl on the age of fifteen greeted her viewers with an energetic expression.
It's been four days since she ask Kotomi to be taken out of the Vtuber stage. She doesn't know anything about that since then. No one was also talking about Kotomi so she thinks the career of the girl is already done.
Anyway, she narrated her day with her viewers and changes topic whenever she felt it was appropriate. As expected of a professional, she easily knows how to guide the attention of her viewers.

Her crew who was also taking care of coordinating with her stream, the sound, and even some of her effects like the captions, are also surprise when they saw this question.
The question was already put in a raffle. Though she was making a gesture of taking some of the questions on the raffle, the truth is that it was her staff who was taking it and reading it before putting it on the caption on her video so she can also read it. The sound that they make anytime they are taking the question in their raffle box is from the many sound effects that they have on their sound system.
Basically, it was her crew who takes care of the questions that she will be having. Then she will have to create her own response to it without breaking character on the duration of the stream.
Of course, being responsible of the questions for Seijin's Q&A are also her crew. Each of her streams, she always do this every early morning. So her crew always needs to look into the questions that was admitted to them the day before the stream started and put the questions that passes on their inspection. They can't just pick all the questions after all. There are some which are outright weird or are banned from streaming itself so her crew was working hard to put appropriate questions every time she streams.
They were thankful that Seijin's scheduled streams are only at Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. She basically streams thrice a week.

Anyway, her crew was confused. They didn't remember ever putting that question on the raffle box.
They glared at each other for awhile, blaming it on the others in their mind as they think one of them is responsible for this blunder before they focused back on Seijin's stream.

The questions are already admitted yesterday. What was put in this raffle box are questions that the crew themselves inspected and put after seeing that it wasn't a troll letter or something.
Seeing that Phantasmic somehow knew it would be the "Second Question" that they will take and somehow even flattered about it even though it shouldn't be possible to do that because the questions are already here yesterday. Phantasmic might just be pretty smart to predict this thing, or they might have clairvoyance.
Seijin was thankful that her fans doesn't know what is behind the meaning of those questions. They only think that Phantasmic was just asking some sensitive questions. They think Phantasmic was an aspiring Vtuber who wants to know the answers to those sensitive questions so they didn't blunder on their career.
"Fuhahaha... Isn't this an interesting question. Well, as your senior, I should tell you that it was alright to show your true personality. You will be more closer to your viewers if you act normally to them."
Seijin uses her fans' confusion to show them that she was a responsible veteran Vtuber. Using their own conclusions, Seijin uses it to her advantage to cement their belief that Phantasmic was just an aspiring Vtuber. As a senior for an aspiring Vtuber, of course she will utter words of advice that wasn't really from her heart.
Seijin even felt sneering as she say those hollow words. Her fans didn't notice how hollow her words were because her acting skills are already at the high level. They think she was saying that with sincerity.
They are praising her on her HC and was giving some donations on her way. She gave her thanks for a bit on them and then goes back to acting like she was taking the next question.
'I am sure it won't happen for the third time right?' Seijin thought as she waits for her crew to get the next question.
Her crew was surprised when they got the third question. It is because it was from Phantasmic once again.
This made them throw this slip of paper first before taking another question. But when they took another one, it was from the sender named as Phantasmic.
They are now freaking out.
Her viewers were becoming curious because she was taking awhile to get to her new question. For them, they think she picks one of the question from the emails that was admitted to her way. She said she was picking it at random so she can answer those questions.
It doesn't make sense for her to take time on something that she herself was just picking at random.
Her management made the decision that she should tell her viewers that she was picking questions at random so her viewers will feel that her answers were genuine and not scripted at all.
It wasn't like they can see how she was doing it behind her avatar.
She even have some prepared scripts in front of her table where she can read some of the predetermined answers from some of the chosen questions that her crew personally read before putting it on the raffle box.

This also makes Honda interested with what he was going to say next.

She can't just breach into their database and input another new code just to lock every attempts of hacking into her account or Fubuki's's account. The people who manage the Chirper and YouTube are the one who was responsible for it.

So she was making some program on her computer to protect the accounts of Fubuki and her own account. She was also trying her best to trace her hacker.
Her impersonator was a real veteran. There is a lot of fake IP Address that came on her way, and she was always being assaulted by scary jumpscares or DDOS attacks everytime she got a lead. Most of the time, those leads was just a false one, leading her into a dead end.

And her impersonator was an experienced hacker so she needs more time to take all that hacker's skills and use it for her own. She was also making a lot of progress on her hacking skills.

Some of them are even looking at her in concern because they think Fubuki was pitying Kotomi. They think because of Kotomi that Fubuki can't focus on her stream.
Fubuki was still a new Vtuber in this world but most of her viewers came from Kotomi's former fandom. And because they saw Fubuki as a real Vtuber who wasn't as "Bitchy" as Kotomi, so they wanted her to forget about her.
On this day, Fubuki was still trying to make some mentions of Kotomi which the fans just mostly ignored while some are still trying to make her forget about the "Bitchy Kotomi".
Currently, Fubuki was going to stream her rolls for the Gacha. Because she can't focus on her stream and games too much due to her concern for Ayumi, that she wants to make a stream that just focuses on using the Gacha.
Though her plans for today was cancelled when her video stream was suddenly canceled. Along with her streaming being canceled, she also noticed that she can't access her bank account.

As to how the office of Yokohama learned of it, it is because they got a certain tip from an anonymous on internet about this problem. Verifying the tip from that anonymous, the Yokohama's office decided to see who is using the name of the deceased person recorded on their files.
The anonymous in question is Jetblack of course. He did this so he can derail Ayumi's attention elsewhere.
Due to him impersonating Kotomi on the internet, he reads all the anger from the previous visitors of Ayumi who failed to have fun with her. He learned that Fubuki was living along with her based on the accounts of the people that Ayumi rejected.
So he uses this fact to withdraw Ayumi's attention out of him.
He did this because he was also having a hard time taking off Ayumi's lead on him. Day by day, Ayumi was becoming much more faster and efficient with breaking down all his defenses. Even the VPN and onion layers that he made in advanced was breached one by one. His spaghetti codes doesn't even help with slowing Ayumi's advance.
Ayumi doesn't know this but she was cornering Jetblack on their battle. So for Jetblack to get into her bank account, he wants her to look elsewhere.
While Ayumi was thinking of what to do with this, someone rung the doorbell of her house.
"... Fubuki-chan... Just go inside your room. And never go out until I say so." Ayumi said before standing up to her seat.
"Wait... what are you going to do?"
"... Finishing the job."
Ayumi said that coldly, surprising Fubuki.
Ayumi was blaming herself. She thought she was the only one being targeted so she was taking it slow.
But making some inferences and also predicting what is happening, she manages to connect the dots. It was the work of her impersonator.
She was doing this slow because she doesn't want to get caught by the authorities while doing her hacking, but she was regretting actions now.
'I should have taken the drastic measures. I am such an idiot!' She scolded herself in her thoughts. 'But now I will.' She continued with a cold expression.
For the first time ever, Ayumi's passive nature was becoming aggressive. All of her hesitation was becoming undone.
Basically, she was becoming angry. She was angry and she wants to vent it somewhere.
'Whoever you are, I'll make sure you don't mess with me again.' She thought as she looks from the beyond.
She swears to herself that she won't do this the slow way. She will crash into them in a quick way.
