"Hehe, but that was impressive of you." Zabuza told him. "At that time you had already copied my water clone no jutsu. You had your clone say those words, to attract my attention, while the real you hid in the mist and watched. A nice plan but, I'm also not that easy." Zabuza suddenly appeared behind Kakashi and my eyes widened. The Zabuza in front of Kakashi burst into water and he quidkly began to turn.
"That one's a fake too!" Naruto shouted out, shocked. Zabuza swung his sword and Kakashi managed to dodge in time. The effort and strength behind the attack forced the large sword to implanted itself into the ground and pushed him back slightly. But this allowed him to bring his leg forward and use the momentum to kick Kakashi past us and into the water. Zabuza went to attack him but stopped suddenly. He suddenly appeared behind Kakashi as the Copy-Cat Ninja began to emerge. I watched some of the hand signs and my eyes widened.
"Kakashi! Water prison!" I shouted out to him. He glanced behind him before he was lifted into the air with the water prison around him.
"You tried to escape the water. Big mistake. Hehehe, now I have you in an inescapable prison! It's tougher it you can't move, you know?" Zabuza asked him. "Now... Kakashi, we can finish things later. First, I'll take care of them." he said making a hand signal and another water clone was created. "Hehe, wearing those headbands and acting like ninjas. Don't you just want to laugh, Demon?" he asked and I ignored him standing between him and the kids. "A real ninja is someone who has survived numerous brushes with death. Only when you're good enough to be listed in my handbook, can you start calling yourselves ninjas. You're not ninjas." he said before disappearing again. I felt for his presence. Naruto. I quickly ran to him and pushed Naruto back only to get kicked in the stomach.
"Sage! Naruto!" Sakura called out to us. Naurto's headband had gotten thrown from his head and the clone was close to it. I held up my kunai in preparation for any attack.
"Just brats." Zabuza said.
"Sage! Take the genin and Tazuna and run! They have no chance of beating him! He's keeping me trapped in here and he can't move!" he shouted at me.
"The water clone can't move far from his real body. Just run away now." I told them. I heard Naruto behind me turn to run but he stopped.
"You'll have to get through me to get to them, Zabuza." I told him. The clone attacked me with his blade and I blocked with the kunai. I produced another kunai and tried to cut through him to get to Kakashi but it was no use. When one turned back into water another one was attacking me with the false sword. The clone's sword felt just as real as any sword as it bit into my skin and left a long red line on my arm, almost rendering it useless. I'd have to baby it for a while which isn't a good thing in the middle of a fight.
"No! Don't!" I heard Kakashi yell out.
"Naruto what are you thinking?!" I heard Sakura say as the Zabuza clone attacked me again and I blocked with my good arm. The Zabuza clone pushed me back with his sword, giving me another reminder of the fight down my front, and I bumped into Naruto and threw us both back again. "What are you doing attacking him while Sage is fighting?! We genin have no chance against him!" I sat up at Sakura's words slowly. The blood was flowing freely now from both wounds. I turned to Naruto and saw him stand up with his headband in his injured hand.
"That's what you were after? The headband?" I asked him.
"Hey you, eyebrowless freak. Put this in your handbook, the man who will one day become Hokage," Naruto said standing tall and putting his headband on. "Leaf Village Ninja, Uzumaki Naruto!" We all stared at him in shock and wonder. He'd never been like this back home. "Sasuke! Listen!"
"What is it?" Sasuke asked him.
"I have a plan." Naruto told him.
"Teamwork from you?" Sasuke asked him smirking.
"Now, let's get wild." Naruto said smiling at them.
