~~~Chapter Twenty-Three~~~

~~~Previous~~~

~~~3rd POV~~~

"Even a beautiful flower in bloom will die as time passes. As proud of their glory as they are, even Crystal Tokyo and the Rabbits mothers will soon…" Wiseman trails off as the image of their mama's appears showing the image of an older Usagi and Selena.

~~~Present~~~

~~~Selena's POV~~~

I sit in Usagi's room with Selene and Teddy in my lap as Usagi reads from the Sleeping Beauty book for Chibi-Usa who is laying on her bed.

"'Having journeyed through numerous dangerous adventures, the prince came to the forest of briars and gave a loving kiss to the princess, who had been put to sleep by a witch. And then…'

"This is boring." Chibi-Usa interrupts.

"What are you talking about? This is the best part!" Usagi points out happily.

"I already know that fairy tale," Chibi-Usa adds.

A small pout appears on Usagi's face. "Honestly! I'm being nice here and reading you a story." She looks away and continues reading the story with stars in her eyes. "'Surprisingly, the princess, who had been put to sleep by a witch awakened.'" She closes the book with a dreamy look on her face. "Isn't that just so romantic? Don't you think so, Chibi-Usa?"

Usagi turns to look at her and is surprised to see her already asleep. "Oh, Chibi-Usa!"

"Usagi-chan, leave her alone." Luna scolds softly.

"She's probably dreaming about her mama and oba, who were captured in the future city," I add softly.

"Yeah. I wish we could do something for her." Usagi admits softly.

"Just being with them and protecting them, for now, is enough." I offer softly causing Usagi to nod her head.

~~~Next Day~~~

I get dressed in my usual silk emerald green dress, Selene in her kitten outfit, Teddy in his gold t-shirt, red shorts and shoes and Usagi in her pink sleeveless turtleneck and turquoise skirt.

Chibi-Usa, Selene and Teddy wander off together while Usagi, Crescent, Yue and I meet up with the girls and Artemis. We all get ice cream though Ami-chan is letting the four cats lick hers.

"So, Usagi-chan, Selena-chan, did you ask Chibi-Usa-chan about everything?" Minako-chan questions.

I shake my head softly and Usagi lets out a sigh.

"Crystal Tokyo, the future city that Chibi-Usa-chan, Selene-chan and Teddy are from, is being attacked by the Black Moon, a clan from the Dark Moon," Rei says.

"And, it seems that Chibi-Usa-chan, Selene-chan and Teddy's mama's have been captured by the enemy, right?" Ami-chan adds but Usagi just lets out a sigh.

"Crimson Rubeus and the Four Ayakashi Sisters are here to destroy our world! This is no time to just keep sighing!" Mako-chan scolds. "Your ice cream is going to melt."

A pout appears on Usagi's face. "Every time that I ask she runs away."

"Usagi-chan, we have to find the enemy's hideout as soon as possible!" Luna points out.

"She's right!" Artemis agrees. "We have to work hard to gather information!"

"Right!" The girls agree with a nod of their heads but Usagi just lets out another sigh causing them to sweatdrop.

~~~Middle of the Night~~~

I wake up in the middle of the night when I sense Chibi-Usa's and Selene's energy being released. I look down to see that Selene and Teddy are no longer asleep on either side of me so they must be with Chibi-Usa. I get out of my bed and rush into Usagi's room.

Usagi looks up surprised, ramen in her mouth. "Huh? What was that?"

Luna rushes into her room. "Usagi-chan. Selena-chan, we're in trouble! Chibi-Usa-chan's nowhere in sight!"

"So, that energy was Chibi-Usa, after all?!" Usagi exclaims.

~~~3rd POV~~~

"What? The Rabbits energy was detected?" Rubeus queries as he looks at a mirror.

In this mirror are Calaveras and Petz.

"Yes. Near Juban Park." Petz replies.

"All right. Attack them immediately." Rubeus orders.

Chibi-Usa, Selene and Teddy run through the park when Petz and Calaveras appear in front of them.

"Rabbits, we've found you," Calaveras says.

The three children come to a stop and their eyes widen as Calaveras and Petz lunge towards them. The children turn around and run back the way they came. "Help!" They call out.

"You're not getting away!" Calaveras states as she and Petz follow after them.

~~~Selena's POV~~~

We don't bother changing out of our pyjamas before we rush out of the house. "Chibi-Usa-chan!" Luna calls out.

"Help!" Chibi-Usa, Selene and Teddy call out with Calaveras and Petz chasing after them.

Usagi and I share a look before nodding our heads. "Moon Crystal Power Makeup!" Usagi and I call out at the same time.

Calaveras grabs hold of the three children. Petz walks over. "Tonight, your lives…"

"Will not be yours to take!" Usagi calls out getting their attention.

"Sailor Moon! Sailor Celestia!" Calaveras and Petz exclaim at the same time.

Luna, Crescent and Yue lunges towards Calaveras arms and scratch them repeatedly until she lets the children go and they drop to the ground. Calaveras lets out a sound of pain and she moves her arms to her chest. "Ouch! Ouch!"

"Two grown women ganging up and bullying children is unforgivable! In the name of the moon, Sailor Moon will punish you!" Usagi calls out.

Calaveras lets out a chuckle. "Sailor Moon, Sailor Celestia, we've been waiting for you."

"What?" Usagi questions confused.

"Akumuda, come on out!" Calaveras orders.

"Dream, dream, dream!" A voice calls out from above us.

Usagi lets out a soft gasp and looks up but I don't and keep my eyes on Calaveras and Petz.

~~~3rd POV~~~

Akumuda's eyes glow green. "Dream!" She places her hands together and energy is released from her horn. "Dream, dream, dream!" A bright light is released.

Usagi covers her face with her arms. "What is this?!" Usagi exclaims causing Selena to turn her head to look.

"Sailor Moon, Sailor Celestia, be careful!" Luna and Crescent warn at the same time.

"Sleep, sleep, fall asleep!" Akumuda chants.

Usagi falls to the floor causing Luna to take a step forward. "Sailor Moon, don't fall asleep!"

"I'm so full from eating too many midnight snacks. Goodnight." Usagi says before falling asleep.

Selene's eyes widen and she takes a step forward when black dots appear in front of her eyes and she collapses to the floor. Crescent and Yue run over to her. "Sailor Celestia!" They nudge their faces against her but she doesn't wake up.

Chibi-Usa, Selene and Teddy let out a gasp as Usagi falls asleep and Selena collapses to the ground.

Calaveras and Petz let out a chuckle causing the children to turn and look at them. Petz lifts her hand and lightning sparks between her finger and thumb. "Pitifully easy. Time for you to die, Rabbits."

Thunder appears in front of the children causing Petz and Calaveras to jump away. Ami, Rei, Makoto and Minako appear and they surround Petz and Calaveras while Artemis lands next to Luna.

"We came when we saw the energy in the sky. So, this is what was going on!" Makoto comments.

"Shoot! Not again!" Petz curses.

"We are two and they are four. It is obvious that we will be at a disadvantage if we fight. Right?" Calaveras points out before jumping into the air causing Petz to fall back slightly.

She catches her balance. "No fair." She also jumps into the air.

"Running away is cowardly!" Rei shouts.

"Akumuda will be more than enough to take care of you brats." Petz laughs before disappearing.

"Akumuda, invite these girls into the world of nightmare, like Sailor Moon and Sailor Celestia, and kill them!" Calaveras orders before disappearing.

Akumuda places her hands together and releases energy from her horn. "Dream, dream, dream!" The same bright light is released.

"The enemy is going to use hypnosis! Everyone, be careful not to be put to sleep by her!" Luna warns.

"Everyone, sleep, sleep, sleep, sleep!" Akumuda chants.

The girls fall to their knees as their clench their eyes shut. Rei opens hers and looks up. "I'm not going to stand by and let you bewitch us!" She takes out a talisman. "Rin, Pyo, Tou, Sha, Kai, Jin. Retsu, Zai, Zen! Begone, Evil Spirit!"

It lands on Akumuda's forehead causing her to let out a scream before turning into a cloud and eventually disappearing.

"Sailor Mars, thanks! You saved us!" Ami says happily.

Minako and Makoto rush over to Usagi and Selena. Minako lifts Usagi "Sailor Moon, be strong!"

Makoto lifts Selena but she doesn't awaken. "Sailor Celestia!"

The cloud appears again with Akumuda's green eyes. "Sailor Moon and Sailor Celestia will continue to dream. And in their dreams, they will use up all their energy and die!" The cloud heads towards Usagi and goes inside her mouth.

"What is that?" Ami question, face pale.

"Sailor Moon! Sailor Celestia!" Rei calls out.

"Sailor Moon! / Sailor Celestia!" Luna and Crescent call out at the same time.

"Sailor Moon! / Sailor Celestia!" Artemis and Yue call out at the same time.

"Sailor Moon! Sailor Celestia!" Minako calls out.

"Sailor Moon! Sailor Celestia! Sailor Moon! Sailor Celestia!" Makoto calls out as she gently shakes the pair of them.

Usagi begins to glow pink and so does Selena straight after.

Selena opens her eyes to see that she is in darkness. She looks to the right to see a chibi Sailor Moon running on a path and trying to run to the top of the cliff where a male figure is standing. She looks around to see Akumuda's eyes watch Usagi struggle.

Usagi suddenly trips over. "Ouch!" The figure gets further away. "Wait!"

Back with the girls, they have laid Usagi and Selena on separate benches. "Sailor Moon, Sailor Celestia, wake up!" Makoto calls out urgently.

"Please wake up!" Minako cries out.

"Don't sleep!" Rei scolds urgently as she pats Usagi's pale face.

"Their energy is leaving their bodies! Unless we do something, Sailor Moon and Sailor Celestia are going to die!" Ami warns urgently before she lifts Usagi. "Hang in there!"

Minako places her hands on Usagi's shoulders. "Sailor Moon, wake up!" She shakes her gently while Makoto goes the same with Selena and they get no response.

Back with Selena, Usagi is now struggling about in some water. "Wait! Please don't go!"

Back with the girls, Rei lifts her hand and slaps Usagi's face. "Wake up!"

"Wait…" Usagi mutters.

Makoto shakes Selena's shoulders. "Wake up! Wake up!"

"They're really going to die!" Ami cries out.

Crescent suddenly looks up and run in the other direction. Yue chases after her. "Crescent, where are you going?!"

Crescent doesn't reply and heads over to a set of apartments. She jumps inside a window and lands on Mamoru's stomach briefly before landing on the ground.

Mamoru abruptly sits up. "Oh! What?!" He looks down to see Crescent.

"Mamoru-san, it's terrible! Sailor Celestia is in danger! Please wake her up! There's not a moment to lose! There's no time! You're the only one who can wake her now!" Crescent warns urgently. "Sailor Celestia is about to die!"

Mamoru's eyes widen and he rushes out of his apartment and gets onto his bike and rushes over to Juban Park. Celestia…No, Tia, please stay alive until I get there!

There is a bright light. When it disappears his bike into the air and he is in his Tuxedo Mask outfit. "Don't die, Tia!"

Back with Selena, Usagi is now peddling a bike, still trying to follow after the male figure. "Wait!"

Back with the girls, Minako is shaking Usagi. "Sailor Moon! Sailor Celestia! Wake up! Sailor Moon! Sailor Celestia! Wake up! Wake up! Please open your eyes!"

Makoto shakes Selene gently before clenching her eyes shut. "Why? Why won't you wake up?"

Ami places a hand on Usagi's leg and Selena's arm. "Sailor Moon…Sailor Celestia…" She lets out a soft gasp. "Their body temperature is dropping rapidly!"

"What?" Rei exclaims, wiping her eyes.

A bright light appears to the left and they look to see Mamoru on his bike.

"Tuxedo Mask-sama?" Chibi-Usa mutters.

"Tuxedo Mask-sama…" Ami trails off.

"Tuxedo Mask-sama!" Minako calls out weakly.

Mamoru sees Selena and he rushes forward. He takes hold of her. "Celestia!" He shakes her shoulders gently, but nothing happens. "Celestia! Wake up, Celestia!"

Mamoru lowers his head and clenches his teeth. "Mamo-chan…" Selena mutters softly causing him to look up with a gasp before hugging her tightly. "Tia!" He leans down and kisses her. He pulls back causing silver energy to surround her.

"Sailor Celestia is…" Chibi-Usa calls out.

"What?" The girls exclaim as they also turn to look.

Selena lets out a sigh and lands on Mamoru's chest. At the same time, Selena's crescent moon glows and releases a beam of energy that hits Usagi's body. Energy surrounds Usagi's body and the evil energy is removed.

"The power of love revived Sailor Celestia's energy," Ami says happily as she wipes away her tears.

~~~Selena's POV~~~

I slowly stir and my eyes slowly open. "Mamo-chan…You're so warm."

"Sailor Celestia…Thank goodness!" Mamo-chan says as he hugs me tightly before letting go and holding my hand instead.

I look to the left when Usagi stirs and opens her eyes.

"The fairytale came true." I hear Chibi-Usa say.

Evil energy appears in the sky causing me to look up. Akumuda appears and removes the horn from her head. "Damn you, Tuxedo Mask! How dare you interrupt me!" She lunges towards us with a sword.

"Watch out!" I warn as I push him out of the way and jump out of the way at the same time.

Usagi jumps out of the way with a shout of surprise and lands on the ground. "Girls always dream about pursuing the one they love!"

"Useless, useless! It's a nightmare!" Akumuda denies.

"And I won't forgive you for taking advantage of it!" Usagi states angrily.

"Moon Princess Halation!" Usagi and I call out at the same time.

Akumuda lets out a yell before turning to dust and her gem turns black.

"Celestia, your magnificent move was as brilliant as ever." Mamo-chan praises.

"Tuxedo Mask…" I mutter softly.

We share a look before Mamoru gets on his bike and drives off. We all head back home, and I leave a copy of me behind before sneaking out and heading straight to Mamo-chan's apartment.

I knock on the door as soon as I get there and it opens straight away. Mamo-chan gently grabs my arm, pulls me inside and hugs me tightly to his chest. "Tia…I was worried you weren't going to open your eyes ever again."

I snuggle closer to his chest. "I'm fine, everything alright now."

Mamo-chan lifts his head slightly before kissing me on my lips and he open pulls back when we are both struggling to breathe. He suddenly lifts me and carries me over to his bed before gently placing me on top of it.

He takes off my shoes and places them out of the way before leaning over me once more. He brings my lips back to his. I eagerly return the kiss, wrapping my arms around him, one around his neck and the other around his back.

Without leaving my lips he removes my clothes leaving me bare to his gaze. He steps back, salvia connecting our lips. He removes his clothes before leaning over me once more.

He moves his hands down my arms sending tingles through my body. They slowly move up until they reach my breasts. He palmed one while he wrapped his lips around my other. He was sucking and swirling his tongue around while gently squeezing my other between his fingers.

I let out a soft moan at the pleasure being given to me. I arch my back, pushing my breast further into his mouth. At the same time, I move his head closer, so he doesn't stop.

He leans over me and brings me into a deep kiss while moving between my legs. I spread them wide enough for his hips to reach mine. I gasp into his mouth at the sensation of his hips against mine. Tingles formed throughout my body. I buck my hips upwards and we start rocking against each other.

I pant lightly and I hear Mamo-chan letting out his sounds of pleasure. He moves his hips back slightly before slowly pushing himself into my centre and gently pushing himself the rest of the way in. I lean forward and bring him back into a kiss and he slowly begins to move.

Mamo-chan begins thrusting faster and harder. The pleasure sending sparks through both of our bodies. Our hands our gripping to each other as the passion between us grew hotter.

When we both reached our climax we both let out a yell. At the same time, I glow silver and he glows gold. Our powers entwine once more before settling back into our bodies. The joining of our powers once more causes us to pass out.
