Chapter 44 : Fubuki's Arsenal
It was in a state of berserk. It's mind can't keep up with the thing that was infused on it's very being.
It doesn't want to hurt any of Her friends.
Who is Her?
It was someone who it decided to protect. Someone who was too good for her own good.
This Beast have put it's guard a bit too down. So that insignificant spirit manage to get into it's soul. It can't do anything but to threaten that mischievous spirit.
It doesn't want to show it's true form. It doesn't want to scare Her.
But after being infused with those objects brimming with that insignificant spirit's essence, it's body was trying to reject it.
It wanted to take those objects out of it's body but it can't be done by it's lonesome. Someone needs to take care of it.
But that essence was in conflict with it's own existence. It was gnawing at it's soul.
So even when it tries to resist it, it can't control it anymore.
So it can only flail. Desperately trying to break whatever just to calm the pain deep inside it's soul.
Because of it's desperation, it's true form was slowly being released.
It would have been fine if those objects are just something that was in conflict with this beast's existence. At least it would have shown it's weaker form.
But the thing is, those object deep inside it's soul are a source of unlimited power. It was just fueling it's lost strength, causing it to slowly unravel it's true form in this low concentration world.
It was scared. It doesn't want to hurt Her friends. It doesn't want to hurt Her.
But it's inner struggle was futile. It's instincts overwrote it's senses as the beast's physical body moves on it's own. It will destroy anything that moves. Nothing will survive on it's path.
So it can helplessly watch it's physical body's atrocity, lamenting itself for putting it's guard down.
It doesn't want to see it's instincts hurting the one it's protecting, Towa.
"Wake up, Bibi!"
With that shout, Shion was the first one to attack the beast.
She have conjured a ball of fire to shoot the beast. This ball of fire was one meter in size. It's speed was a bit faster than a bullet.
Shion shoots three of those fireballs at the beast.
Explosions occurs as the beast was hit by those fireballs.
"It's not over yet!" Shion said as she conjured a lightning from her fingers.
She pointed it at that beast and shoots a lightning on it's way.
"And now this!" She said before spreading her arms wide.
Then the whole area where Bibi was located distorted for a bit before it compresses itself on one point. Then in an instant, space itself exploded on that compressed point.
Without waiting for it, Choco and Rushia moves on opposite direction.
"Forgive us, Bibi!" Choco said with sadness as she sweeps her hand.
Then a circle appeared below Bibi. This circle shines in a crimson light before it shoots a crimson beam that pierces up to the sky itself.
"[Ruòhuà Yún]!"
With Rushia's chant, a cloud of gloom engulfs the beast's form.
"And now this!" Shion said as she followed up with another spell.
A rain of blood red spears rained upon the place where Bibi stood.
They have rained upon more spells and hexes at Bibi's way with all they have.
But...
"Tch! It doesn't do anything!" Shion said as she tried to regulate her breathing.
In front of them is the daunting form of Bibi, standing there without any scratches of it's body. Only it's surroundings were razed by their spells.
The Beast roared at their way after the rain of destruction was stopped. Then it did a pouncing stance.
"Avoid it!" Choco quickly ordered to the two of them.
After she said that, the beast pounce with a surprising speed. It's jaws wide open.
It's target is Shion who was trying to evade it's pounce.
'Not good!' Shion thought to herself as she saw the beast was much faster than her reaction.
Before she can even evade, the beast's maw was already covering her.
With a crunch, the beast catches Shion between it's teeth. It closes it's mouth with a sickening sound.
-Is what would happen in another possibility because Shion was located on the far side of that area, just in a distance behind Choco and Rushia.
"Ghk!... Ugh... I have overdone it..." Shion said in-between wheeze as she fell to her knees.
She was holding her chest while feeling somewhat lethargic.
Choco and Rushia got to her side without question whatever happened.
They know that Shion just uses her Self Paradox.
Other than being able to cause whatever happened to another possibility to become the truth in this world, she can also switch perspective with her possibilities while making the original her become a fake possibility.
Like if one of her possibility is just standing somewhere else. She can pick that so she was already there.
In an outsider's perspective, it was like she teleported. But she was just changing the original "Her" into another one of "Her" in one of her possibilities, making it so that it was the true one all along.
Though, this costs her a lot of Mana. It have a demanding use of Mana than just using her Self Paradox normally that Shion rarely uses it. So she was greatly weakened by this.
But Bibi won't give them anytime to rest at all.
It pounces at them in a manner that easily causes a sonic boom. It was leaving a large wake everytime it pounces.
"Dodge!"
Choco yelled as the three of them quickly moves out of the way.
All of them moves at different directions, with Shion using every ounce of her strength just to move a bit farther.
As the beast took a step on the ground, it causes the ground to sink in itself and for debris to fly everywhere. Even some trees where uprooted.
Rushia and Choco manages to jump out of the way, but Shion was a bit too short on her evasion. She was hit by a lot of debris, and a large one pierces through her stomach.
-Is something that doesn't happen because she was besides Choco.
Shion suddenly keeled over herself. She was down to all fours as she tries to take into more breathing air.
"Shion!" Choco shouted in concern as she tries to look at her in worry.
But she immediately put her focus back on the beast who was already rushing on their way.
Choco decided to face it head-on. With superhuman reflexes, she quickly get into it's reach and tried to grasp it's skin.
She ducks on one of it's swipes before stretching her arms to touch it's skin. When she manages to do that, she uses her full strength to cause a mental shock to the beast.
"Be still!" Choco yelled as she uses almost every reserves of her power to break into the beast's psyche.
But she was surprised when she felt something on her back. After that, she already saw her vision swirling around in a nonsensical way.
She was just swatted away by Bibi. And now she was blown out somewhere, hitting many trees in her path. She was like a ragdoll that was thrown to a row of domino bricks.
"Stop it now!" The beast heard Rushia's yell as the necromancer uses another hex to weaken it.
This time she uses something that will cause it to be disoriented.
But it didn't do anything. It's resistance was very strong.
With a roar that can shake even a veteran soldier, the beast zooms in on Rushia.
Rushia tried to dodge but the beast was much faster. It manage to hit her with it's clawed paws.
Normally she would have been shredded by it's claws. These claws can easily rend through land and the trees. But she have some barriers ready for herself.
Still, it wasn't enough to stop the advance of those claws. It cleaves through the barriers on her person and finally hits her.
It's just thanks to those barriers that she was only thrown out of the way without being sliced to ribbons by those claws.
"Aaaah!" Rushia uttered in pain before she hit a tree.
This immediately knocks her out.
The beast was going to end the necromancer when a thunder strikes through it's cheeks. It bounced off of it's fur harmlessly.
The beast turned it's attention to the one responsible and saw Shion glaring at it's way.
'... Is it really impossible. Should we kill it?' Shion thought to herself.
They are trying to incapacitate it so they can extract those artifacts inside it's body but as things goes on, it would be impossible to do so.
The only way for them is to kill it. By using their deadliest magic that directly targets the soul, she hopes it will deal enough damage to kill it.
"There is no more choices. I'll just apologize to that devil after this!" Shion said while gritting her teeth as she casts a soul harming spell. "[Poenitentiae]!"
A large needle-like spear made of light appears out of nowhere and shoots through the monster's hide.
Sadly, it just harmlessly bounces off.
"WHAT!?" Shion exclaimed in shock.
Even a strike that directly targets the soul was easily deflected like that. It's hide seems to be capable of deflecting even spiritual attacks.
The monster readied itself to pounce at her way again but it quickly turned it's attention to it's side before swatting something that blurs through towards it.
"OLLIE IS COMING TO TH-UWAAAA!" Ollie was the one who was rushing there with a flying kick but unfortunately, she was simply deflected by a hit of it's back paws.
The zombie girl hits many trees before skidding to the ground. Though because she doesn't feel anything so she quickly stood up like nothing happened at all.
"Ahem... take two please." Ollie surprisingly muttered that to herself before she faces the beast that was now looking at her. "OLLIE TO THE RESCUE!" She yelled enthusiastically before she charges at the monster.
Her charge was stop with just Bibi's downward smack using it's humongous paw.
"GUAAAAAH!" Ollie screamed in surprise as she was downed by that giant claw.
Then that monster, with surprising dexterity, grabs her body and stood up with it's two legs before turning at Shion's way. Then it did a throwing pose and was intending to throw Ollie at Shion's way.
"Tch!"
Shion forces herself to move out as the monster was preparing to throw the zombie girl on her way.
Ollie was trying, and failing, to get out of that paw that surprisingly acts like a hand. The grip is too strong. It's like she was trying to move a mountain with her hands.
Bibi threw Ollie at Shion without giving the both of them time to recover. With a sound akin to a breaking glass, Ollie's body quickly arrives at Shion's direction.
The witch became a bloody mess after being hit by something that exceeds the speed of sound.
-Is something that happened on another possibility because Shion was somewhere much farther than that.
"... Gghk!" Shion bit her lips to stop the extreme nausea that she was feeling.
Her vision was becoming wobbly, like she was having a horrible hangover. And it was very hard to breathe, like she was having an asthma. She can't even control her legs anymore as she just fell to the ground. There is no more energy coming to her nerves anymore.
But before she can even register that she have overdid her use of her Unique Magic, she was thrown by the sheer shockwave after Ollie hits the ground. Shion can't even utter a word as she was helplessly flying on the air without energy left to her body.
Many debris flies through the air and rained down on the ground. Trees flew and fall somewhere in this area.
From there, a wake was formed. It was a five meter deep wake with an eight meter diameter. This was done simply by throwing Ollie on a speed that exceeded the speed of sound.
The one in the middle of this wake, Ollie, was still alive though her body was bent in places impossible for those joints. Of course she doesn't feel any of that and was trying to stand up without a care at all.
Shion was just falling to the ground when Choco quickly appeared besides her and catches her on the air.
"... You have done your best. Let me take care of this." Choco said as she looks at Shion who was already at the verge of her consciousness.
"... It seems like we really need to kill Bibi huh..." Shion said weakly with her eyes slightly open.
It was pretty hard for her to stay awake due to overusing her strength. Even with all the Mana generating artifacts that she have in her person, it can't keep up with her casual use of her spell.
One use of her possibility switching will take a hundred talented mages in this world to work. It was only thanks to the artifacts that she have (and also the additional Fairy Chalices that she took from those fairies) that she manages to use it for a few times.
Choco looks at Bibi and she saw that it was busy going at Ollie who was now provoking the beast on her way. It seems like the zombie girl was taking it's attention so they will have some breathing room.
"I know this will be painful for Towa. But this is the only way." Choco said with a grave expression. "Shion, just rest for now. I will take care of it." She said before going somewhere a bit far and putting Shion in there.
Shion seems to have become unconscious after Choco said that. So she just let her be before glaring at Bibi.
"Like me, you are also weakened because of this world. I think I have a chance to take you out with my full power!" Choco exclaimed as she unveil her full aura.
Choco unleashed her full strength. It became possible because she have some artifacts that also acts as a battery to sustain her use of power.
Of course it can't keep up with her use of power due to being a powerful demoness.
She only have ten minutes before all of her reserves run dry. So in that timeframe, she needs to destroy Bibi.
It must be done even if it will hurt Towa. Or else, her students will die at this beast's berserk state.
"Ollie! Take Rushia out of this area!" Choco ordered at the zombie who was still being beaten up by the giant beast.
"OOOOOOO! I'LL DO IT!" Ollie yelled before throwing a kick on it's way.
It wasn't effective but she just did that so she can acquire some momentum to get a distance from the beast.
Bibi was going to follow up with another swipe when Choco quickly got to it's side and was hit by some sort of crimson energy in the face.
The beast turned it's face away while at the same time swinging it's arm at Choco.
Choco moves to the side after landing to the ground, dodging the claws that came on her way. Then she uses another wave of crimson to have Bibi's face.
While that is happening, Ollie took the unconscious necromancer out of this area and put her besides the unconscious witch. Then she looks back at the battle that was unfolding.
"OKAY! TO BATTLE!" She said in a cheerful tone before rushing towards the battle.
Ollie can see that even with the force of Choco's attack, she wasn't leaving any mark on it's body at all.
Though Choco was using attacks that targets the mind and the soul, both of these attacks doesn't do anything.
For Bibi, all their attacks are nothing other than a touch of a dust.
Ollie tried to take it's attention back to her with an enthusiastic kick. But the beast seems to have become much faster and better with it's instincts because it managed to turn on her direction and grabs her without her being able to react on it.
And in an instant, Bibi already threw Ollie on Choco who barely manages to react. It wasn't enough though because half of her body was hit by Ollie's zooming figure.
"OAAA!"
"Guh!?"
A large wake occur on the ground, this time it was much larger than the one it did with it's throw awhile ago.
Choco was still in one piece. Even by being hit with a force that easily outmatches force of the bullet train, she was still fine, albeit bruised.
Ollie was much better. She doesn't feel any of it. Though her body bends on some other directions, nothing seems to have been detached from her limbs.
The both of them are fine because on Choco's case, she was a full fledged demoness, and a powerful one. Demoness like her usually have a powerful vitality. They can live even if they were hit directly by a meteor strike.
On Ollie's case, she was not just a normal zombie that Rushia reanimated. She was a patchwork zombie. Most of her body parts are not even that from a human.
Rushia was the one who did the work. She have some body parts of some mythical beasts like the Manticore, Chimera, Griffin, Medusa, and even a Hydra. She put that on the parts that was missing from Ollie's dead form, giving her a strength that exceeds even those of her kind.
So she can tank blows that can easily crush and rend trees like it was nothing.
But even with their durability, they are outmatched by both speed and strength. So no matter how much they struggle, it was just delaying their inevitable defeat.
'We should have taken Udin too if this is what's gonna happen.' Choco thought to herself with a grimace whole trying to stand up.
Udin is the sword that was besides Ollie before Rushia reanimated her.
They have left it on the house, thinking that they won't be using it.
They have left some of their deadlier artifacts in Aqua's apartment because they are not planning to raid someone. They are just looking for Bibi.
It seems like while Choco was trying to get her bearings, Ollie was already moving and taking the attention of the Beast of the End.
Ollie seems to understand the dire situation. So even with her cheerful expression, she was definitely using her all to protect them while they try to recover for themselves.
She was swatted away by Bibi's much faster strikes. Then Bibi followed the zombie girl that it swatted and slams her down while she was still in midair. After that, it tried to open it's mouth to devour the zombie girl.
Choco quickly tried to intervene but she was surprised when she suddenly hit by a force much stronger than being hit by a bullet train. It was like she was hit by large debris that was three times more faster than the speed of sound.
She was blown up to the sky, easily reaching the clouds due to the strength of the blow from her side.
That something that hits Choco is Bibi's tail. It finally uses it's tail in a sneaky manner.
'This can't... be... it was much stronger than me even with it's weakened state...' Choco thought to herself before she fall unconscious while still in the sky.
While that is happening, Bibi was preparing to devour Ollie. The zombie girl was trying to orient her vision due to being battered a bit too much. She was very disoriented because her point of view keeps changing due to being swung around by the beast for a few times.
"Bibi?"
But with that voice, the beast stops in it's actions. It slowly moves back out of Ollie who was trying to stand. Though she was failing because her vision was rolling around in a dizziness.
The beast looks to the direction of that voice and saw the one it swears to protect in it's life, Tokoyami Towa.
It saw Her. It saw Her and it was scared.
It can't control itself. It was trying to kill Her friends.
It doesn't want to hurt Her too.
It will try to resist a bit more. But it was sure that if no one stops it, it will do something it will regret.
It might destroy the whole Land of the Fairies if it kills the one it was protecting.
It was hoping for someone to stop it. It doesn't want to hurt Her!
But it's legs were moving regardless of it's will. Instincts overrode it's consciousness as it bares it's teeth at the naive devil.
It can't stop it. It's instincts was telling it to devour her.
Destroy her. Kill her. Brutalize her.
Destroy everything. Kill everything. Burn everything. Erase everything.
Cause a massacre and make all life nonexistent on the surface world.
It's mind can't keep up with it's base urges to destroy, to kill, to devour, to burn!
All because of the rejection of those objects that was forcefully infused inside it's soul.
It once again regretted the time it put it's guard down. It have grown too used at the peace that the naive devil and her friends have given it.
But it's regret doesn't matter. It's instincts was moving it to destroy whatever is in it's front.
"Bibi... is that you?" Towa asks with some nervousness on her tone.
She can see the absolute wreck all over the area. She can see her friends sprawled all over the ground.
She also saw Choco who was just falling from the sky, bleeding all over.
She can see the beast that have a familiar feeling in it.
It have the same aura as the one she was used to when Bibi was with her. But this beast have a form that greatly deviates from the one she recalls.
It should be a cute cat-like cap. Not this humongous monster that seems to be increasing in size till now.
It now reaches twenty meters in size. And it seems like the increase in it's size was becoming much faster.
Bibi took a step forward, causing a tremor on the ground. This causes her to almost stumble on the ground but she looks at the beast while feeling a bit scared.
"Bibi? Your making me nervous now..." Towa said as she took a step back.
She came here thinking that she will find her pet guardian but what she found is this beast and her fallen friends.
She was still trying process whatever is happening. But the beast wasn't giving her anytime at all.
With each of it's steps, the ground tremors. It's steps always leave a deep mark on the ground, with web-like cracks surrounding it's wake.
It's malicious aura seems to be increasing in intensity. It was engulfing the whole area with it's pure essence.
Towa was feeling unnerved at the crazed beasts that was breathing raggedly as it comes closer to her with it's heavy steps.
She decided to take one more step back but the beast suddenly opened it's mouth. It's throat lighted up an ethereal bluish light before it gave a roar of primal anger.
With that roar, that bluish light shoots out of it's maw, quickly as engulfing the form of Towa and everything else in front of it. This bluish ethereal beam easily reaches up to the outskirts of this forest. The wake of destruction was formed in a fan-shaped trail.
Trees were disintigrated and the land were scorch to nothingness. Anything that this light of destruction passes through were erased to nonexistence.
This is one of the Beast of the End's ability. It was the Breath of Extinction.
Using it's primordial energies deep inside it's body, it unleashes it out of it's mouth. Anything hit by this primordial energy will be extinguished, both their physical form and their spiritual form. Even their existence will be destroyed.
It was a power that will invalidate everyone hit by it to the Afterlife. There will be no reincarnation for them anymore. They will cease to exist in a true sense.
It's not just living beings. Even inanimate objects will be destroyed. Even esoteric energies will be obliterated as this ethereal light passes through those.
It truly fits it's name as the Breath of Extinction.
And this is just the weakened form of it. If it was in it's full strength, it can easily wipe out the whole life on Earth.
Anything should have been destroyed by it. Nothing will survive from it's breath.
"Phew! That was a close one!"
But someone survives it.
Not just survive, no one died at that large amount of power.
"... Fubuki!?" Towa was surprised when she found herself in Fubuki's arms.
Along with it, she can see that Choco, Ollie, Shion, and Rushia were just besides Fubuki, lying unconscious on the ground.

This golden bracelet is something that came inside her Steve's Ring.
She wears it after recalling about what Ayumi told her.
Ayumi told her anything about the things that was put inside her Steve's Ring. These objects will supposedly help her whenever she found herself in danger.
This golden bracelet is one of it.
On Ayumi's Vtuber System, this golden bracelet was called as the Giga Bracelet. It was an accessory exclusively made by the Vtuber System that can be used to increase the wearer's overall capabilities by ten times. It will take effect so long as it is being worn.
This bracelet was one of the rewards that she got from the many chests she have on her Forbidden Room.
Now, it was in Fubuki's possession.
There are many others inside her Steve's Ring and she was planning to use it to help her friends.
Fubuki let Towa stand on her own before facing the beast that was now staring at them while growling on their way menacingly.
"So this is Bibi... it seems like your pet doesn't recognize us. Is someone controlling it?" Fubuki asks herself out loud, which causes Towa to hear her question.
"Control!? Who is messing with Bibi!" Towa looks around her, trying to find anyone who is suspicious.
"Hmm... I can't see Ayame and Aqua. I wonder what they are doing." Fubuki muttered to herself before turning her focus back on Bibi. "Anyway, we just need to beat it up until it came back to it's senses right?" Fubuki said as she took something from her ring.
"W-wait... what do you mean!?" Towa asks in confusion.
While that is happening, Fubuki have taken the Zeus Blade from her Steve's Ring and pointed it at the beast who was now preparing to pounce at them.
"Well, isn't it normal to beat the one being controlled by the evil mastermind so they snap out of their control. That's what I saw on the TV anyway." Fubuki answered Towa with a casual tone.
Fubuki was basing the Other Side in the shows that she watched on the TV.
And because what she heard from Towa pictured the Other Side as something that can only be seen as that worldwide underground society for superhumans, which is a cliche for some of the Urban Fantasy stories that she knows, so she thinks her logic was accurate.
Basically, she thinks that what's on the TV translated to the real supernatural world.
Towa was going to make a retort about her flawed logic but the Beast of the End didn't give them anytime to speak as it pounces at them.
It should have been too fast for Towa that she can't react to it.
But much faster than Bibi is Fubuki swinging the Zeus Blade.
And with a surprising spectacle, thunders rained upon the figure of Bibi. It's like heaven itself laid it's wrath upon the crazed beast itself.
Zeus Blade. A sword named after one of the olympian gods of thunder. It was made exclusively by the Vtuber System so there is nothing like this sword in this world. This blade can summon forth lightning that will strike upon the intended target. Each swing of the sword will cause thunder to strike through the wielder's foe.
The thunders were also not normal. It was a thunder that was imbued with Divine Power.
Divine Power. A type of energy that originated from Heaven and/or any Holy and Divine Realms. It was mainly used by Angels and Gods though sometimes, humans can also use it.
Divine Power can reject anything that was evil and cause miracle or disaster on the world. It have the power to essentially conjure phenomena on a massive scale.
Examples are causing a drought to occur in a region. Or revive a fallen one back to the living.
This power was also in great conflict with the Demonic Energies. Just like how dark will be taken over by light, Divine Power can easily overwhelm any negative beings and energies.
Bibi was a being from Hell. It was a beast born at the dawn of history. So it holds a primal power that even gods can't replicate.
Still, it was highly attuned to the forces of evil, which is the origin of Hell. So it's entire being will be greatly affected by this holy energy.
A beastial roar resounded in the whole surroundings as it felt pain for the first time.
These thunders manage to pierce through it's furred hide that was clad with Primordial Energies.
Primordial Energies is something that was the cause of the creation of the everything. Being clad by it, Bibi should have been immune to most things in this world.
But it manage to pierce through it's defenses because of Bibi's origin. Also, there is one more factor how Fubuki's strikes manage to hurt it.

And there is one more thing. Fubuki was wearing an item that was made by the Vtuber System. That something is the Giga Bracelet which increases all of her capabilities by ten times.

So this is the reason why Fubuki manages to harm Bibi.
Fubuki swings her sword for a bit more before she stops, seeing that the beast was still not down.
Even with the disadvantage, Bibi was still a demon beast from the dawn of history. It can survive that kind of punishment even in it's weakened form.
Bibi was preparing to rush to Fubuki's way but the fox girl was much faster.
She put the Zeus Blade back to her Steve's Ring and take another weapon out of it. This time it was a sleek blade that seems to be made by some sort of blue metal and something like silver.
This sleek blade is known as the Shade Sword. It was a sword that can cut through shadows.
And Fubuki demonstrated it by just swinging it around as she gets near to the beast. While it didn't hit the beast itself, it's shadow was struck on the ground, which causes a large gash to appear on it's body.
What she slices from it's shadow will reflect on it's physical body. That was the effect of the Shade Sword.
"Uwaaaah... this one is too graphic for me... woah!" Fubuki muttered to herself before she quickly ducked in a panic as the beast swipes on her way.
Then she moves out of Bibi's reach as she took another weapon out of her Steve's Ring.
While that is happening, Towa was looking on the side with a nervous expression.
She can't keep up with the speed of the battle. She didn't even know that Fubuki can go toe to toe with a being that was much faster than it's size suggested.
While she was looking to the side, she heard a groan behind her. Looking at it, she saw Shion stirring to consciousness.
"Shion!" Towa said before she gets besides the awaken witch. "Hey, what happened here!?" She asks while feeling very confused.
She still felt complicated due to seeing a beast that induces the same feeling as her pet guardian. She doesn't know whether it was really Bibi or not.
She wants to know what is happening.
Shion opened her eyes for a bit before struggling to stand herself up. Though she only manage to lean her head for a bit so she can take a view of what's happening in her front.
Even with an unfocused vision, she easily recognized that someone was fighting Bibi to a standstill. When her vision becomes a bit clearer, she became surprised when she recognizes who is fighting Bibi.
It was fox girl that became Aqua's new friend. Shirakami Fubuki.
'How!? She is this strong!?' Shion thought to herself in surprised.
She became more shocked when she saw Fubuki taking out artifact class objects like it was a common consumable. Those artifacts exudes an aura that easily outclass any artifacts that Shion and the others possesses.
It was at the level of treasures only Gods or Primordial Beings possessed.
It's like seeing things that originated from the Creation Myth itself.
'Where did she get all of that!?' Shion thought to herself in confusion. 'Also, how can she keep up with that beast! Even Archdemons can't do that kind of feat!' Shion thought to herself while feeling amazed at Fubuki's display of power.
"Hey... Shion, can you hear me?"
Shion's idle thoughts was interrupted by Towa. This turns her attention to the confused devil.
"I can hear you just fine." Shion replied as she tries to stand up.
Seeing her having a hard time to do so, Towa supported her by putting Shion's arm on her shoulder.
"Towa, that was Bibi. It's the one we are looking for." Shion said first to the confused devil.
"... How did Bibi became like that?" Towa asks with a confused look.
"Well, that brat who took your pet did that. I won't go into details other than it was a big mess." Shion said before looking at the beast seriously.
She saw Bibi spewing the Breath of Extinction towards Fubuki but Fubuki took a shield that seems to have deflected that breathe up to the sky.
She can see that the beast was hurting badly. It's focus was solely pointed at Fubuki who was trying out many of her arsenals on the Beast of the End.
"We can get near that beast. It seems like we still have a chance to extract that stupid object!" Shion said.
"Huh?"
Towa was curious about what Shion is doing but Shion didn't elaborate and just yelled at Fubuki.
"Hey fox girl! Distract that enlarged kitten while I took something out of it!" She yelled to Fubuki.
"Hah! Okay!" Fubuki quickly nodded before she took something out of her Steve's Ring.
It was some elaborately decorated javelin. She throws it at the beast, which instantly pierces one of it's arm, causing it to roar in pain while spewing forth beams of destruction.
Suddenly, the beast's body became very sluggish. It's like it's body became very heavy for itself.
The javelin seems to have an effect to paralyze something that was hit by it. It can even take effect on a Primordial Beast like Bibi.
"Towa! Take me closer to Bibi!"
"O-okay!"
Towa obeyed the witch and they walked closer to the beast. When they got in reach to it, Shion put her hands on the beast's body. Towa was supporting her as she still doesn't have enough strength to stand up for herself.
Bibi tried to struggle but it can only twitch it's body.
It tried to spew more Breath of Extinction with it's open maw but Fubuki easily slashes through it with a new sword that she have taken from her Steve's Sword once again.
"Okay... let's get this done with!" Shion said before taking a deep breathe.
Then she started using a spell. This turns her hand ethereal. Then her hand passes through the body of the beast.
"Ugh... it was very hard moving inside it's soul..." Shion said while trying to dip her hand deep inside Bibi's soul.
It was like she was trying to dip her hand from a very thick mud. She needs to wiggle her arms repeatedly just to get deeper on it.
Bibi was becoming much larger and it's body was slowly moving. It seems like it was acquiring a resistance for the javelin's paralyzing effect.
Fubuki saw that so she took some other objects inside her Steve's Ring and uses that to distract the beast once more.
Bibi roared while trying to struggle from it's paralyzed state. It seems like it's roar was now having an esoteric effect because they felt something hitting them inside their body.
"Guh... it's roar can even hit our souls!?" Shion said in surprise and also a bit of fear in her tone.
It seems like Bibi manage to recover some others of it's ability like it's Soul Extinguishing Scream. Though it was greatly weakened, it still manage to harm anyone hearing his roar.
Only Fubuki was unaffected by it. She was only feeling somewhat deaf by how loud it sounded to her though.
"Uuuu... Bibi, please calm down..." Towa said to the beast while clutching her chest.
It seems like even her was harmed by it's roar.
Bibi seems to have sensed it because it momentarily stops on it's struggles. It's like it's consciousness manage to resurfaced for a bit due to feeling Towa being hurt by it. Though, it's instincts overrode it's consciousness again.
Still, that momentary event gave Shion enough time to get what she wants. It seems like when Bibi's consciousness resurfaced, it lowered it's resistance so Shion can easily get inside it's soul.
"I got it!"
Shion said before taking off pulling her hand out of the beast.
Along with her hands are the three Fairy Chalices.
Bibi roared to the sky for a long while before it fell to the ground with a thud. It causes the ground to shake for a bit, but it was much manageable than when it's steps was causing tremors to occur.
Shion huffed with a tired expression before she fall to the ground with her butt. Towa quickly catches her, softening the impact of her fall.
"Haaaah... haaaah... now that was done..." Shion said in-between breaths before turning her head to Fubuki.
She saw the white fox taking the weapons and items that she have used back to her Steve's Ring. With just a glance, Shion can easily appraised how ridiculous those items are.
"... Just who is Fubuki anyway?" Shion mutters to herself in surprise while looking at Fubuki who have finished taking all of her things back to her dimensional ring.
Fubuki looks at them before she waves at them with a smile.
It felt like she was just enjoying a field trip, which makes Shion irritated for a bit.
"Now then... we just need to find that fairy..." Shion said as she recalls the smug look of that fairy. "You won't get away with this!" She said with anger in her tone.
While that is happening, Fubuki was looking around on the destroyed forest.
"Wow! This is like the aftermath to those shounen fights on animes!" She said with an excited look.
It seems like Fubuki doesn't even see the seriousness of this event at all. She was basing the events she was experiencing from the shows that she saw on the TV so she thought she have thwarted some sort of evil plan from an evil mastermind. They also manage snap Bibi out of that evil mastermind's grasps.
'Now then, where is that evil mastermind hiding?' She thought to herself in curiosity.
Just beyond Nishinoomote, on the path that goes straight to Nakatane, Doris was running with two Fairy Chalices in her hands.
She doesn't want to use her dematerialization repeatedly in fear of being located by their scrying spell again. She doesn't want to be tracked by them just because she uses her powers to escape.
So she was running while making sure that she was hiding her tracks from any magical means.
"It seems like my friends didn't make it. No matter, I will get to the little princess and tell her everything that happens. I am sure she will understand. She was a good girl after all!" Doris said with some desperation in her voice.
Before she gets another step forward, she bumps into someone that was somehow blocking her way.
"Oof!" Doris unconsciously uttered those words before she glared at the one she bumps into.
"Oh my, I apologize. I didn't intend to do that."
From there, she saw a tall woman with a long purple hair that was a bit curly and reaches her knees. She have a pair of amethyst colored eyes that looks at her in amusement. The woman wears a striped beret and a stylish coat-like dress, with it's main color being violet and purple. Inside the opened up coat-like dress, it can be seen that she was also wearing a one piece white dress that also acts as a miniskirt. She also wears a knee length black leggings and leather boots.
A large grimoire looking book was strapped on her waist, connected to a belt that was hung in her shoulder.
The woman looks very beautiful, it's like she was sculpted like that just to be the perfect ideal one to males.
Though this woman doesn't give any aura that shows her to be a part of the Other Side. So Doris was just planning to ignore her and be on her way.
"You seem to be in a hurry. Are you running away from someone?" The woman asks, causing Doris to stop.
Doris was thinking whether to just continue on or just make this woman shut up. In the end, she decided to continue on her way without looking back.
"It will be bad for you if you continue on that way." She heard the woman says that.
But she just continues on. She doesn't care about a normal woman who seems to be saying random things.
As Doris's figure was slowly getting farther, the woman just smiled at that way before she turned back to walking to Nishinoomote.
"Well, I've warned her and she doesn't even listen. No matter, she wanted the karma to hit her anyway. So I'll just let it be." The woman said in a nonchalant manner as she continues on her walk. "Ah! I need to finish my article about Kotomi-chan! Those idiots will see how wrong they are at her!" She said to herself as she took a smartphone from the pocket in her coat-like dress.

So I decided to end it at that part.
The next chapter might be the end of this arc. I don't know because it might take too long for the scenes that I am planning to put in there.
So about Ollie's sword. I know that Udin was the name of the bear pin in it, but I decided to name the sword that way because I can't see anything about it on my research.
And now for this story. Yes, I planned to make Fubuki as the MVP here... though I might have rushed this for a bit because of how long this chapter became...
