The fishing incident.
Some years later, Harley was 12 years old. Kailey was 8 years old. Robert was 6 years old. His other siblings were just babies.
Randy called "Summer Breeze, why don't we take Harley, Kailey, and Robert out on a fishing trip with us."
"Harley does need some time out of the house, and I'm sure he needs to spend time with his father. Kailey and Robert could see their father too. Sure, I'll let them go."
"Good. Just drop them off at around 5:00 a.m. tomorrow."
"Sure."
The next day.
Summer Breeze was in the car just outside the house, still arguing with Harley.
"I don't think we should be around homosexuals!" said Harley.
"You will spend time with them whether you like it or not! That is final!." Summer Breeze got out of the car and opened Harley's door. "Out!"
"Okay."
Summer Breeze got out Kailey and Robert too.
"I'll walk with you to the door." said Summer Breeze. So they all walked to the door.
DIng-dong. The doorbell rang. Randy answered the door. "Why, Hello! I see you all came!"
"Yeah, just take them." said Summer Breeze.
"You got a date tonight, huh?"
"That's not for you to know."
So Harley, Kailey, and RObert went inside. Summer Breeze went back to the car and drove away.
"So, just wait in the loiving room, please. Lucky is still getting ready."
They all waited for 5 minutes.
"I don't think this will be good." said Harley.
"Of course it will! We always have fun at uncle Randy's house."
"I don't agree. I never have fun."
Just then, Harley's father came out all decked out in fishing gear.
"HOney, you look fabulous." said Randy.
"Does seeing an man all decked out in fishing gear get you off?" said Lucky.
"Oh, you know it does."
Harley smacked his face.
"Okay. Have all of you eaten?" asked Lucky.
"Yes. We have." answered Kailey.
"Okay, did you all remember to bring lunches?"
"Mom said we shouldn't bother." said Harley.
"Okay. We need three lunches. Anything else, Randy?"
"Not that I know of."
"Good. Now, it seems like we're ready to go! Come on, Randy!"
So they went to the truck outside.
"I can't wait!" said Kailey.
"I hate this." said Harley.
"Don't worry Harley, we'll finish by dinner."
"Yes, it will all be good, and it will happen quicker than a eye flash!"
Harley doubted it.
"Okay, do all of you want to eat out at McDonalds before we go?"
"Yeah! McDonalds!" said RObert.
"Okay! Then here we go to McDonalds!"
They got McDonalds.
Then, they all went to the docks where the boat was.
"This is my boat, the S.S. Sailor Catcher!" said Lucky. "It's going to be all smooth sailing!"
"Wow!" said Robert.
So they got on the boat, Randy helping them into their life jackets, and then getting into the boat.
"What happens now?" said Harley.
"Look at these!" said Lucky. "I bought you each your own box and fishing rods!"
"Wow! Thanks Lucky!" said Robert.
"Yes, Thank you dad!" said Kailey.
"Thank you." said Harley. "So, I guess we'll all be fishing then?"
"Exactly." said Lucky. "We're all fishing!"
"Do you want me to help you, Robert? This is your first time and all."
"Yes." said Robert.
"Okay." said Randy.
So Randy helped Robert with setting up. Lucky helped Kailey and Harley set up.
They got set up. "Alright, now I'll teach you how to cast." Randy told to Robert.
"See, you just fling it all the way back, and then fling it forward like so." said Randy.
"Yes!" said Robert.
Randy gave the pole back to Robert.
Kailey did her own casting. Harley did his own casting too.
A few hours later, Lucky caught a big one.
"Reel it in! Reel it in!" said Randy.
He then reeled in a giant Magikarp.
"WOooh. That's a big one!" said Lucky.
"I know!" said Randy.
"Wow, hours of catching nothing, and then finally we catch that giant Magikarp. It figures."
"Don't be so down in the dumps! Be supportive!" said Kailey.
"It's okay Harley. We just need to take this Magikarp to shore, and then clean it." said Randy.
"Fine." said Harley.
So they went back to shore. They cleaned the fish and prepared it for selling.
"And that's how lucky cleans a fish." said Randy.
"Harley was right, this is boring." said Kailey.
After the fish was stored, they went home. They all ate supper together.
