"I've finally arrived here." Sesshomaru said, smirking down at a sword. A crappy looking sword, I might add. "To the treasured sword kept within Chichi-ue's corpse."
"Treasured sword?" I asked him. "It looks like it'd be better on someone's wall or something as an antique."
"This sword can destroy 100 Youkai in one swing. the fan sword, Tetsusaiga." he said and I gave him a look.
"Seriously?" I asked. "That thing?"
"I hear the Tetsusaiga is a swrod forged from your father's fang. That is to say, the one who holds it in his hand will inherit your father's spiritual power." Jaken said. Sesshomaru grabbed the handle of the sword and instantly a light appeared. Sesshomaru let go and looked at his hand. It was burned.
"Heeh?!" Jaken sounded surprised. "It wont come out?"
"What happened?" I asked Sesshomaru.
"Figures, there's a kekkai on it." Sesshomaru told us.
"A kekkai? Is the sword really that special?" I asked him.
"Sesshomaru!" we all turned to see Inuyasha jumping down to us leaving Kagome on one of the ribs. "We're not finished yet. Sankon Tetsusou!" Sesshomaru grabbed me around the waist and quickly moving us us to the other side of the sword as Inuyasha attacked the ground.
"What's up, Inuyasha. Did you come just to dig your own grave?" Sesshomaru asked him. "Or could it be that you came for a chance at Chichi-ue's fang-sword, Tetsusaiga?"
"Tetsusaiga?" Inuyasha asked looking at the rusty blade between us.
"Draw it out Inuyasha-sama!" I heard from Inuyasha's shoulder.
"Myoga-jijii..." Inuyasha said.
"Sesshomaru-sama, it must be that you couldn't draw Tetsusaiga, could you?" Myoga asked him.
"Are you suggesting that Inuyasha can?" Sesshomaru asked the flea.
"Of course." Myoga told him. "That the tomb was entrusted to Inuyasha-sama is proof enough. Now quickly Inuyasha-sama."
"Keh. I'm not interested in some worn out old sword! Sesshomaru! You damn bastard! How dare you keep screwing with me like that!" Inuyasha attacked us again and Sesshomaru quickly moved the two of us away. He moved me to a safe place (his father's rib) and landed ack behind his brother.
"Where are you aiming?" Sesshomaru asked him smirking.
"Shit!" Inuyasha looked back at him. "You asshole!" he attacked again but Sesshomaru dodged, again. This was looking more like cat and mouse. "Crap!"
"Heh. Your fighting style is as childish as ever." Sesshomaru told him.
"You can't win unarmed, Inuyasha-sama! The sword..." I heard Myoga say.
"Shut up!" Inuyasha told him.
"Inuyasha! Just grab the sword already!" Kagome yelled at him.
"Don't get involved Kagome!" I shouted at her.
"Kagome..." Inuyasha looked back up at her.
"That sword... Sesshomaru couldn't pull it out right?" she asked him. "If you can pull it out really easily it would totally ruin Sesshomaru's honor, wouldn't it? He'll be disgraced!" Inuyasha stopped attacking Sesshomaru and looked back at the sword.
"I told you to stay out of it Kagome." I told her.
"I get it. It would really be annoying for him, huh." Inuyasha said.
"I bet you can't do it." Sesshomaru told him.
"Heh. This is your payback. I want to see you weep bastard!" Inuyasha said grabbing the sword and I was shocked. The kekkai that pushed Sesshomaru back hadn't come up.
"As I thought, the Tetsusaiga is destined to be in the hands of Inyasha!" Myoga said. We all watched as Inuyasha pulled on the sword, but nothing.
"Huh?" Kagome asked.
"Oi..." Inuyasha said.
"Yikes." Myoga said.
"I... can't... pull... it... out... can... I...?" Inuyasha asked squishing Myoga.
"I don't get it!" Myoga told him.
"The farce is over." Sesshomaru said, going on the offensive. "It seems Tetsusaiga wasn't meant for you after all, bastard. Now be evaporated by my poison claws. Dokkasou!" Sesshomaru attacked and melted the bone he'd backed Inuyasha into. Inuyasha leaped away from him, but Sesshomaru followed. "You wont get away."
"I'll assist you, Sesshomaru-sa..." Kagome and I jumped down from the ribs we were sitting on onto Jaken's head.
"You little monster!" Kagome said, getting into a tug of war with Jaken.
"Da... Damn wench!" Jaken said before pushing her away from him. She pulled herself up with my help and the sword. We looked to Sesshomaru and Inuyasha, Sesshomaru about to kill Inuyasha.
"Dissolve." Sesshomaru told him.
"Inuyasha!" Kagome pulled her hand out of mine and started running to them and we all looked in shock as she pulled the sword free of the place it had been. "Sorry." she told us. "It slipped."
"Slipped?" I asked her.
