Hello Fanfcition readers! Ashbel Longhart here and welcome to another chapter of Futari wa Pretty Cure: A New Legend! Today people, there will be absolutely no Grongi problem today! Yes, you heard me right, there will be no Grongies for Dai to deal with. It'll just be him and the girls hanging out before they face off against Pisard for the last time. Why are there no Grongies today you ask? Because I can't really think of any Grongi that would perfect for today's chapter. But even without the Grongies causing trouble, I hope you'll all enjoy today's chapter. But first, before we begin, cue disclaimer!

Anyway, to compensate for today's lack of Grongi, I'm throwing in a longer fight scene against Pisard. Since today's the last time anyone will ever see him in this story, I thought I do the man a favor and make sure he has the fight of his life before going out with a bang! Anyway, enough talk, it's time for a story to be told! Chou Henshin!
Ride 5: Serious Trouble! The Power of a Soul! Pisard's Last Stand!
(One Year Ago)
"…ey…hey…Hey! Wake up!"
"Ugh…" Reluctantly, Dai slowly opened his eyes only to meet the face of the 13 year old girl from yesterday. "You're…that girl from yesterday."
"What are you doing here?" The girl asked as Dai got up from the bench he was sleeping on with a newspaper being used as a blanket. "I thought you said your home was at Akihabara?"
"It is…or was." Dai said.
"Was?"
"It's not there anymore." Dai said, thinking of what to say to the girl. He can't just come out and say that he was from a different world; she'd think he was crazy!
'I know!' Dai thought of how to act which was act like someone who was from a different world, but didn't know that they were in a different world…thinking about it now, wasn't he just that yesterday?
"What do you mean it's not there anymore?" The girl asked.
"I mean it's not there anymore. For some reason, instead of an orphanage, there was a department store." Dai said as he got up. "I asked around if there was an orphanage there, but everyone just looked at me weirdly." Okay, that part was the truth, he did ask around before he found that newspaper. "So, with nowhere else to go, I decided to come back here and sleep."
"So you have nowhere to stay now?" The girl asked and Dai just nodded. The girl then began to think to herself before coming to a decision. "Oh what the heck? I can ask my parents if you can stay with us."
"Really?" Dai asked, surprised at the offer as the girl nodded. "Why do this for me? I'm just a random guy. And what are you even doing here?"
"Well, I just want to help out someone in need, is that wrong?" The girl asked. "And as for why I'm here, I was on my way to get some takoyaki when I saw you. So, do you wanna come home and somehow convince my parents to let you stay or not?"
The girl then offered him a hand and Dai just stares it for a moment before asking, "What's your name?"
"Nagisa, Misumi Nagisa." The now named Nagisa introduced herself. "You?"
"Dai, Ichi Dai." Dai said as he took the hand. "Nice to meet you."
"Ichi Dai…you do know that your name is 'dai-ichi' backwards, right?" Nagisa asked.
Dai simply laughed. "I know."
(Once Year Later)
"Nagisa! Oi, Nagisa!" Slowly, Nagisa opened her eyes as the sun's rays shown through the crack of her blinds. What had awoken her was one other than her fairy partner, Mepple. Why did he wake her up so suddenly you ask?
"I'm hungry–mepo!" That's why. "Hurry up and let me eat breakfast-mepo!"
"You know, it's not like I'm your mother or something." Nagisa said as she got up and scratched her head. And as always, she began to think to herself about the past events of a few days ago.
'Our normal school life was interrupted again by that guy, Pisard. He appeared during the field trip to the art museum, changed everyone into stone, and made the paintings come to life and attack us. Lucky for me and Yukishiro-san, Dai-kun was there to help us out as always. During the field trip, we learned that Mipple actually came to this world 100 years ago, but just one day had passed for Mepple before he came to this world. I just don't understand anything at all. Anyway, if the Prism Stones are stolen, the Garden of Light will be destroyed and every world will be covered in darkness. Yes, they will definitely come again. Can we really protect Mepple and Mipple? Dai-kun can only help us for so long. He's got his own problems dealing with the Unidentified Lifeforms, the Grongi Tribe. Just what are they? And why does Dai-kun know so much about them?'
"Oi, Nagisa!" Mepple called out to the girl, but she was too lost in her thoughts. He tried a different approach then. "Ah! Today you are looking quite pretty and elegant-mepo!"
That got her to snap out of her thoughts and go to the mirror. "Oh really?" She did not like what she saw. "What do you mean? My hair's a mess."
"Even with messy hair, you're still pretty cute-mepo!"
"Am I really?" Nagisa asked, kneeling down to the fairy in phone where laid down on the small table of her room. "Let's do breakfast…"
"You're so easily manipulated-mepo." Mepple said as Nagisa slashed the card.
"Did you say something?" Nagisa asked.
"I didn't say anything-mepo." Mepple said before he closed his eyes and a bubble soon displayed Mepple thoughts right now.
"Ohayōgozaimasu, Mepple-sama." The cook greeted as she showed what he has cooked for today. "I have prepared fried fish, natto, nori, and radish miso soup for your pleasure."
"Ooh! It looks delicious!" Nagisa said, feeling hungry herself.
"Take it away!" And once again, Mepple's selfishness comes into play. "I want to eat udon this morning-mepo! Specifically, kitsune udon!"
"Kitsune udon for breakfast?" Nagisa could not believe this fairy. And he was supposed to be a hero?
"What about my signature dish, specially made omelet?" The cook suggested.
"I'm sick of that; I ate it too much in the Garden of Light-mepo." Mepple said. "I want to eat kitsune udon-mepo!"
"Hai, hai. Here you go." With no other choice, the chef gave Mepple what he wanted albeit reluctantly.
"Yay!"
"You're just completely selfish, you know that? Nagisa said as she closed the phone and set it down on the table.
"I'm a man among men!" Mepple said, opening up. "I'll be a husband who demands respects from my woman-mepo!"
"Whose husband?" Nagisa asked.
"My guess it's Mipple." Dai said…wait a minute!
"Wah!" Nagisa jumped in surprise when she saw Dai's head appearing from behind her blinds. "Dai-kun!?"
"Yo! Ohayō, Nagisa-chan." Dai said with a small smile before entering the room, wearing a red checkered plaid shirt over a white long sleeved shirt and ripped jeans.
"It's rude to enter a lady's room without warning!" Nagisa said with a small blush.
"Wari, wari, but it's not the first time I've seen you in your pajamas." Dai said as he sat down at the table. "Remember that slumber party you and the girls had?"
"Yeah. You came in suddenly and the next thing I knew, you joined us in the party." Nagisa said, remember that particular memory.
"It was an interesting experience, putting on lipstick." Dai said.
"I know Rina dared you to do that, but didn't think you'd go through with it." Nagisa said, remembering the sight of Rina putting lipstick on Dai. She and the others laughed at him.
"Anyway," Dai said, getting back to the pervious topic as he turned to Mepple. "So you're going to marry Mipple?"
"That's right! Mipple will be my wife-mepo!" Mepple said with a happy face and blush.
"Well congrats, Mepple. Hope you have many blessings." Dai said with a smile before turning to Nagisa. "So, shall we get breakfast?"
"Yeah." Nagisa nodded as she and Dai got up to head downstairs.
"Wait a minute-mepo!"
"What is it now?" Nagisa asked.
"I have another favor to ask-mepo!"
"A favor?"
"I want to see Mipple-mepo!"
"I should have known." Nagisa said, sighing. Dai simply just chuckled.
(Insert STRIKE BACK by BACK-ON)
(Instrumental) The song starts as the camera rises up to show the legs of Kuuga before we get a sudden screen shot of Cure Black and Cure White before go back to Kuuga. Just as the camera is at the Arcle, we get a sudden shot of Mepple and Mipple before the camera gets to his chest. We then get another sudden shot of The PreCure cards surrounding Gouram before we go back to Kuuga whos's back was facing the camera. He then suddenly turns around and punches the screen, cracking it as the title appears.
(Kidou sura kaerarenai kurai no kakuritsu da to shite mo) We now see Nagisa playing lacrosse with her team, catching a ball as Mepple is seen sleeping from Nagisa's bag.
(IPAASENTO demo areba mochiron teikou desho?) We then see Honoka with the members of the science club, doing an experiment that ended in an explosion as Mipple just giggles at the scene.
(Shosen, "unmei" to nagetsukerareta tte, No I won't!) We go to the city where police are examining a dead body. Ryō looks at the body before he walks away and gets out his phone, calling Dai.
(Hikkuri kaeshite, Because datte kimi to mirai wo miretara saikou janai?) Dai, riding on the TryChaser 2000, gets the call from his radio and speeds up, passing both Nagisa and Honoka as he races to meet up with Ryō.
(Bring it on! 'Cuz I'm just gonna grow up in the battle HEY! buchinuku donten!) Suddenly, the sky turns dark before the Dark King and his subordinates appears as well as an army of Zakenna appeared. Appearing with him was a shadow figure of N-Daguva-Zeba along with an army of Grongi.
(Still burning my fire ten wo kirsaku raimei I gotta kakikesu Nightmare tada mirai ga mitakute!) Nagisa and Honoka step in fear before Dai suddenly appeared behind them and gave them his signature smile and a thumbs up.
(Kako, mirai, soshite ikiteru ima, I ain't scared of my past and now for takusareta asu) Seeing his smile seemed to steel the girl's resolve as they took out the Queen PreCure and Dai summoned the Arcle belt.
(Screaming out for my pride!) A light then suddenly appears and appearing from it was Kamen Rider Kuuga along with Cure Black and Cure White, ready for battle.
(Namida mitakunai kara, sakebi tsudzukeru yo! Zutto...) Cure Black and Cure White engage a battle with some Zakenna before taking on Pisard, IIkubo, Poisony, Kiriya, and Gekidrago.
(I'm never falling down! oi kaze wo se ni fukitobasu Destiny!) Both sides trade blows for a bit before both girls held hands and fired their signature Marble Screw.
(Kono senaka ni aru, egao mamoritai kara! Zutto...) We see Kuuga kicking way a few Grongi, bashes them with the Dragon Rod while in his Dragon form, shoots a flying Grongi with his Pegasus Bowgun in his Pegasus form, slash a few more Grongi with his Titan Sword in his Titan form.
(I gotta blast off your pain for you and me! kanashimi nante Rest in peace!) Dai and the girls meet regroup as they face both the Dark King and N-Daguva-Zeba. Dai charges up a Mighty Kick before he jumps.
(Nando demo...) The girl then threw another Marble Screw as Dai kicks towards the two beings of darkness with the Marble Screw following close behind him before a light overtakes everything and we see a quick look at the blue sky before the song ends.
(Dark Zone)
Thunder boomed and the skies were cloudy and dark as always in the Dark Zone as Pisard is seen on his knees before the Dark King, begging.
"One more chance, just give me one more chance!" Pisard begged. "I beg of you, Dark King-sama!"
"My eternal existence is the Dark Zone's external existence. My destruction shall be your own destruction."
Purple lighting boomed and echoed throughout the entire place as Pisard got up to his feet.
"I will get results, I swear!"
"…Fine. I shall grant you one more chance. But remember, Pisard. This is your one and final chance. Fail and I shall personally end your life myself if you dare show your face here again! Do I make myself clear?"
"Yes, I understand, Dark King-sama!"
"Then go! Risk your very life to obtain those Prism Stones! But as punishment for so many failures, you will not be getting any assistance from the Grongi."
"I…understand." Pisard said before he took his leave, teleporting away to the meeting room where the other followers of the Dark King gather. Now that he was away from the Dark King, he allowed himself to relax a little, but not by much.
"Without the assistance of those freaks, I have nothing to keep that boy busy!" Pisard said, talking about Dai. His powers, they made him feel like he was staring at a being of higher standards. And the darkness emanating from him… "Tch! I have no choice. To prove to Dark King-sama, I have to face those girls along with the boy."
"He underestimates his opponents too much or doesn't have the power to finish them off." Hm? Those voices, the other followers of the Dark King.
Looking, Pisard saw all the other generals gathered together, talking about him.
The first was Ilkubo, a tall, pale grey figure with pointed ears and slanted eyes. He has no visible sign of hair on his face or head. His attire is a black outfit beneath a long white robe.
"Weak, weak." The one who said that was Gekidrago, a muscular man with silver, spiky hair. He wears a white sleeveless T-shirt along with red suspenders and wears caramel-colored pants. His shoes and bracelets are silver in color.
"I always thought that Pisard couldn't handle this." Kiriya said. Kiriya was a 13 year old kid, the youngest out of everyone. He had dark green hair, an orange T-Shirt, black shorts, white socks, and red sneakers as a yellow crystal hung around his neck.
"That's right. He tends to ignore strategy and depends solely on technique." Poisony said. Poisony was the only female of the group. She had blood red hair and resembles a vampire due to her pale skin, dark attire with a cape, and fangs. "He looks cool, but that's the only cool thing about him."
"I don't think Pisard will be destroyed, but we had better plan ahead just in case." Ilkubo said.
"I'll go since the opponents are just two little girls and one boy." Kiriya volunteered.
"You're just a little kid yourself you know…" Poisony said.
"What did you say!? Your true power has nothing to do with age!"
"Stop this petty bickering." Ilkubo said. "Right now, the problem is who will go next."
"No matter who goes next, they'd do a better job than Pisard has done." Poisony said.
"Yep, yep." Gekidrago said before everyone except Ilkubo shared a laugh, not realizing that Pisard had heard everything.
Now…Now he was pissed and had something to prove! This time, for real, failure was not an option!
(With Dai and Nagisa)
"Hurry it up! Walk faster-mepo!" Mepple said.
"We're not your chauffeur you know." Nagisa, who was wearing a pink, button up shirt with a white and red shirt underneath with navy blue sleeves, a dark orange skirt, pale pink socks, and blue and white shoes, said as she and Dai, who was pushing his bike as he walked alongside Nagisa, were heading to Honoka's place. Why you ask? Because Mepple wants to see Mipple.
"You're so cute, Nagisa. Even your angry face is cute-mepo!" Mepple said, trying to get on Nagisa's good side again.
"Even though I'm a person who's easily manipulated?" Nagisa asked as she did hear what Mepple said earlier in her room.
"So you did hear me this morning-mepo."
"Of course."
"He's not wrong when he says you're cute though." Dai said.
"Wha-!?" Unprepared for the sudden compliment from Dai, Nagia was as red as Kuuga's Mighty form. "W-Where did that come from!? I-I'm not t-that cute!"
"Hm? But you are." Dai said, making Nagisa go a deeper shade of red. "Nagisa-chan, why are you blushing?"
"I-It's nothing!" Nagisa said, turning away from Dai.
"I wonder what should I do when I meet Mipple?" Mepple thought out loud.
"If we go visit them all of a sudden, Yukishiro-san and Mipple might not be at home." Nagisa said after calming down.
"They'll be there-mepo!" Mepple insisted. "Mipple will be waiting for me-mepo!"
"I envy you for thinking that the whole world resolves around you." Nagisa said as a truck drove past them,
"The world does resolve around us-mepo." Mepple said. "You wouldn't understand since you don't have a boyfriend-mepo."
"That's none of your business." Nagisa said. "If I just tried…"
"Oh! Oi, Shougo!" Nagisa jumped a little and turned to see Dai waving at his friend who was not too far from them jogging dressed in a track suit carrying a soccer ball and a gym bag. Quickly, Nagisa closed the fairy phone and told Mepple to be quiet.
"Oh! Hey, Dai." Shougo came to a stop to greet Dai. "Can't come to practice today as always?"
"Yeah. I have to take care of something." Dai said before turning to Nagisa. "And I'm sure you already met my friend Nagisa-chan here."
"K-Konichiwa(Hello)…" Nagisa nervously greeted the soccer member.
"Konichiwa." Shougo greeted back.
"Tell him your name." Dai whispered to Nagisa.
"Um, we never properly introduced ourselves. I'm Misumi Nagisa." Nagisa said, following what Dai said.
"Fujimura Shougo. Nice to meet you." Shougo properly introduced himself.
"So the soccer team has practice on Sundays too?" Nagisa asked, trying her hardest not to stutter. So far, so good.
"Yeah. We're practicing for the tournament." Shougo said before he noticed the TryChaser Dai was pushing. "Whoa! Dai, where'd you get that bike?"
"Pretty sweet, right?" Dai said with smile. "I got it from a friend who gave this to me for helping him with…stuff."
"Lucky. But maybe now you can finally come to weekend practices." Shougo said.
"I wouldn't count on it." Dai said. "Anyway, good luck at practice. We won't win the tournament if all of us aren't in tiptop shape."
"Ganbatte kudasai(Good luck)." Nagisa said, throwing in her own piece.
"Thanks, bye." Shougo said before taking his leave.
"Goodbye." Nagisa said quickly before turning to Dai. "Why did you do that?"
"Do what?"
"Don't act dumb. You got me to talk to him even though I wasn't planning to." Nagisa said. "What are you planning?"
"Well, you like Shougo, don't you?" Dai asked.
"It's not like that." Nagisa said with a small blush.
"You're blushing." Dai said with a small, teasing smile.
"If you two are done talking, let's hurry up and go see Mipple-mepo!" Mepple said.
"Hai, hai…" Nagisa said as she and Dai continued walking until they finally arrived at Honoka's place.
"Hello!" Dai called out as he entered the garden of the house after parking his bike outside the gates.
"Oi! Dai-kun! Keep your voice down!" Nagisa said as she followed after Dai.
"What's wrong? It's not the first time I've been here." Dai said.
"But still, this house-no, this mansion is…" The sound of barking stopped Nagisa from saying anymore as the both of them turned to see Chuutaro running up to Dai.
"Hey, Chuutaro! Are you happy to see me?" Dai said as he kneeled down and rubbed the dog affectingly. In return, the Golden Retriever started licking him.
"Chuutaro!" Looking up, Dai and Nagisa saw Honoka running towards them. She wore a white sweater jacket over a pale blue shirt and a white long skirt that just reached down past her knees. "Misumi-san! Ichi-kun!"
"Yukishiro-san." Nagisa greeted.
"Yo!" Dai greeted casually.
"What brings you two here?" Honoka asked.
"Mepple here wanted to see Mipple and wouldn't shut up about it so we came over here." Nagisa said.
"What a coincidence. I was just about to go see you." Honoka said.
"Really?"
Honoka held up Mipple in phone form and said, "This kid here kept saying, 'I want to see Mepple' all morning and I was wondering what I should do."
"You see, Nagisa? Never underestimate the power of love-mepo." Mepple said with an almost cheeky smile.
"Hai, hai. I'm sorry for ever doubting you." Nagisa said before she showed Mepple to Honoka.
"Mipple! I wanted to see you-mepo!"
"Mepple! Me too-mipo!" One could practically see the imaginary heart flying around the two fairies.
"Well, I better get going." Dai said, getting up to leave.
"Eh? But you just got here." Honoka said.
"Sorry, but I have some place to be." Dai apologized.
"Oh come on. It can't be that important." Nagisa said. "Can't you hang out with us? This is the first time we've gathered together on the weekends."
"Well…" Dai checked the time on his wristwatch and then said, "I guess I can spare some time."
(Park)
Both Mepple and Mipple in their real, fairy forms let out cries of enjoyment as they rode together on a swing set as Dai and the girls sat at a bench.
"They really are perfect together, don't you think?" Honoka asked. "I'm a little jealous to be honest."
"It's also very annoying in a way." Nagisa said.
"Who is annoying-mepo?"
"Nothing. You guys just keep behaving, okay?"
"Even if you didn't say it like that, we'd still be good-mepo. Right, Mipple?" Mepple asked.
"Right-mipo."
"Sheesh…" Nagisa muttered as she leaned back on the bench.
"Misumi-san." Honoka spoke up.
"Hm?"
"Don't you have a boyfriend or something?" That question surprised Nagisa.
"Don't just come out and ask me that so directly!" Nagisa said. "I don't have a boyfriend at all."
"But she does have her eyes one someone." Dai muttered so only Nagisa could hear him, earning him an elbow to the ribs. It was worth it.
"Then we're the same then." Honoka said as Mepple and Mipple slid down the slide.
"Eh? But Yukishiro-san, many people admire you." Nagisa said, surprised that the 'Chishiki no joō' didn't have a boyfriend. "You get a lot of love letters, don't you?"
"It's not all the time." Honoka said. "I only get one or two a month."
"That's plenty." Nagisa said, a bit jealous.
"Eh?"
"Ah, nothing. It's just compared to me, you're way popular."
"But you get letters sometimes too." Dai said.
"Yeah, but they always turn out to be from girls. That just totally sucks." Nagisa said, getting up from the bench.
"Oh, if you get letters from girls, that just proves how great you are." Honoka said as she and Dai got up too.
"Is that true?" Nagisa asked.
"It's definitely true!" Honoka said. "I'm sure you'll find a great boyfriend someday."
"That would be nice." Nagisa said as the three shared a small laugh.
"Is there anyone you like?" Honoka asked as the two fairies came over to them.
"Well, she does like-Gh!" Before Dai could speak further, Nagisa elbowed him in the gut.
"No! Not at all! At least, not yet!" Nagisa said. "What about you, Yukishiro-san?"
"If I were to go out with a boy, I'd want there to be mutual respect between us." Honoka said as she thought about it.
"It sounds difficult." Nagisa said before turning to Dai. "What about you, Dai-kun?"
"Hm?"
"Do you like any girls right now?" Nagisa asked, curious.
"I'd like to know too." Honoka said.
"Oh no, I'm not interested in anyone right now." Dai said with complete honesty.
"Then what type of girl would you like to go out with?" Honoka asked.
"My type of girl…" Dai hummed to himself as he thought about it. "I would like any type of girl as long as she's nice, but I guess my type of girl would have to be someone who's cheerful, energetic, has a cute, normal, innocent side, and is not afraid to stand up for herself. But most importantly, she would have to like a good adventure."
"Adventure?" Both Nagisa and Honoka repeated in confusion.
"Yeah. You know, like traveling around the world and stuff like that." Dai said. "I plan on traveling around the world once I graduate from college and it would be nice if I had someone to accompany me. An adventure is a lot more fun when you're with someone else."
"I see. Well, I'm sure you'll find that special someone one day." Honoka said and Nagisa agreed by nodding.
"Thanks you two." Dai said with a smile.
But suddenly, both Mepple and Mipple stopped being 'lovey-dovey.'
"I'm getting some bad vibes-mepo…" Mepple said.
"Bad vibes?" Nagisa asked.
"I feel them too-mipo!" Mipple said before she and Mepple returned to their phone forms and were caught by their respective partners.
"You don't think…" Honoka began as she and Nagisa started to panic while Dai was about to summon the Arcle…
"Hey girlies!" When two teenage boys suddenly appeared, their attention focused on the girls. The first was the tallest of the two, wearing black shoes, purple shorts, a blue vest with a white T-Shirt underneath, a green wool cap over his blond hair and a pair of glasses. The second one was around the same height as the girls and was chubbier than his friend. He wore red and white sneakers, baggy jeans, a great sweater, and a red and white cap worn backwards.
"Oh! They're totally hot!"
"Whatcha up to?" The second teen asked.
"Oh boy…" Dai muttered.
"Arienai(I can't believe this)…" Nagisa said.
"Wanna go for a ride?" The first teen asked.
"Yeah, on our super-tricycle!" The second teen said before the two laughed.
"Zettai arienai(I totally can't believe this)…" Nagisa said as she couldn't believe that this was actually happening. Suddenly, before she could blink, her arm was grabbed by the second teen.
"Wanna go and have some fun?"
"Let's to the arcade! Yeah, arcade!" The first teen said with his arms wrapped around Honoka.
"Um, we are…" Honoka didn't know what to do right now.
'Okay, that's it.' Dai had had enough. Grabbing both teens by the color, hood for the second one, he pulled them away from the girls and threw them back a bit.
"Hey, what's your problem man?" The first teen asked.
"My problem? My problem is that you're trying to take my friends somewhere where they don't want to." Dai said. "Who do you think you are anyways?"
"Me? Well, you can call me Mr. Girl Magnet." The teen said before he and his friend laughed.
Dai did not laughed and instead, looked annoyed, even cracking his knuckles.
'Uh oh.' Both Nagisa and Honoka thought, not worried for the boys partially, but more worried at what Dai was going to do to them. After all, they had seen how he fought and knew that he had many ways to hurt someone.
"What's going here?" Luckily, depending on how you see it, someone came in before Dai could do anything. And that someone was none other than-
"Ichijo-san!?" Dai said as said man was walking over to them.
"Who's this four-eyes?" The second teen asked.
Whether or not Ryō was annoyed or not by the common insult used on people who wear glasses, he didn't show it as he instead took out his badge and showed it to the two teens.
"You shouldn't insult an officer." Ryō said as the two teens froze up. "I saw what was going on. Mind explaining to me what in the world were you two doing?"
"Uh, w-we were just talking to these guys! Right?" The first teen asked his friend.
"Y-Yeah! Just talking!"
"Really? Then there should be no problem if you two will just leave these three alone? You were making them uncomfortable." Ryō said.
"Right! We'll do that!"
"Have a nice day officer!" And with that, both teens ran off.
"Good riddance." Ryō said, putting away his badge before turning to the three. "You three alright? Especially you girls?"
"We're fine, thank you." Nagisa said.
"What are you doing here, Ichijo-san?" Dai asked.
"I was just on my way to Date-san's when I saw what happened." Ryō said. "I was actually planning on meeting you later after I had lunch, but this is better. We can talk over some lunch."
"Yeah, but can we stop by some place first?" Dai asked.
"What is it? Can't it wait?" Ryō asked and Dai shook his head.
"I have to be there now. You can come along if you want. You too, girls." Dai said. "I'm sure the kids would love you."
…Wait, what?
"Did you say kids?" Nagisa asked, completely thrown into a loop. Honoka was the same as her.
(Later)
"Hey everyone!" Dai spoke loudly when he entered the playground.
"Dai-niichan!" Suddenly, all the kids that were playing all ran up to him the second they saw him.
In an instant, Dai was immediately surrounded by kids as he picked two up into his arms with said kids laughing.
"Whoa-ho! You guys are getting heavier by the day! Are you eating your veggies?" Dai asked.
"Veggies are disgusting!"
"They taste nasty!"
"Now, now. If you don't eat your greens, you won't grow up to be big and strong." Dai lectured the two in his arms as well as some other kids while the girls and Ryō watched from the outside.
"Minori's…Orphanage." Ryō read the sign before looking back to Dai playing around with the kids. While doing so, he took a look around the place.
The whole building looked like a small school-no, more like a daycare really. There were picnic tables here and there as well as a playground like a monkey bar, swing set, slide, and so on.
"An Orphanage? Why would Ichi-kun come here?" Honoka wondered.
"Ara?" Suddenly, a woman with black hair and gray eyes appeared from the inside the building. She appeared to be in her mid-20 and wore a yellow apron over a light pink shirt and navy blue skirt that reached past her knees. "Ichi-kun, you're here early."
"Yo, Katsumi-san." Dai greeted, putting down the kids in his arms. "I hope you don't mind, but I brought some friends with me."
"Ara?" Turning, Ryō and the girls bowed, the girls being a bit more nervous. "Friends of Ichi-kun? That's a first."
"Konichiwa." Nagisa greeted with a bow. "I'm-"
"Stop. Don't say it."
"Eh?" Nagisa blinked in confusion.
The woman looked between her and Honoka before pointing at Honoka. "You're Yukishiro Honoka," And then she pointed at Nagisa. "And you're Misumi Nagisa, right?"
"Eh? How did you-?" Honoka began.
"Ichi-kun told me about you two once." She then turned to Ryō. "And you must be Ichijo Ryō."
"Yes. I'm assuming Ichi-kun has talked about me as well?" Ryō asked.
"Yes, he told me a lot about you." The woman said. "Oh, where are my manners. My name is Katsumi Minori. I'm the owner of this orphanage. It's nice to meet you."
"Nice to meet you." Nagisa said before asking, "Um, if you don't mind me asking, does Dai come here often?"
"Yes, every Sunday." Minori said.
"So this is where he's been." Nagisa said as she took a look around the place again.
"What do you mean?" Honoka asked Nagisa when she said 'So this is where he's been.'
"Oh! Well, I don't know when I first noticed it, but for some reason, I don't see Dai-kun for most of the day on Sunday." Nagisa explained. "I guess this is where he always went to."
"Ichi-kun did say he never told you about this place." Minori said as she gestured them to come in. "Come on in. The show's about to start."
"Show? What show?" Nagisa asked.
"You'll see. Come on." Minori said before she walked back inside the building. Curious, the three followed her. Taking off their shoes, they follow Minori into a playroom where all the kids were gathered together and sat and watched Dai who stood in front of them all.

"Yosh! Now, what should I show off to you kids today?" Dai wondered out loud.
"Oh! Show us how to make giant origami again!"
"Lame! Do a magic trick! The one with the box!"
"No! I want to the one where he paints!"
"Okay! Okay! Settle down everyone." Dai said, getting the kids to settle down before he decided what to do for the kids. "Alright, how about I do some juggling? You all know what juggling is, right?" They all nodded. "Then how many balls do you think I can juggle?"
"Six!"
"Five!"
"Seven"
"Eleven!"
"Eleven, eh? When then, let's see if I can beat that." Dai said as he grabbed one of the plastic boxes in the corner which contained plastic balls. "Now who will help me with this? Hm…You!"
"Me?" A little girl with braids pointed to herself.
"Yeah you. Come up here." Dai said, motion to the girl to come over. Nervously, the girls stepped out of the crowd and next to Dai. "Now I'm gonna start juggling three balls and after every ten seconds, I want you to throw in another ball and let's see how many I can juggle. Got it?" The girl nodded. "Then let's begin!"
"What is all this?" Ryō asked for all three of them.
"Ichi-kun here comes here every Sunday to entertain all the kids here." Minori said. "This orphanage used to be a lot more gloomier, but ever since Ichi-kun came, the kids always have something to look forward to. He acts like a big brother to all of them, kids who've lost or have been abandon by their parents. I think it's because he's an orphan himself that he can relate and wants to make the kids smile no matter what."
"When did he start coming here?" Honoka asked.
"Let' see…I think it was five months ago when Ichi-kun first came here. I saw him from inside the building, looking at all the kids, but I didn't think much of him as I had to use the bathroom. By the time I got back, I was surprised to see him playing with all the kids. They all never really smiled that much to be honest. Since then, he's always come every Sunday and when he does, the kids always smile the brightest."
"Oooh!" The four of them turned to see Dai juggling 15 balls.
"Come on! I can still juggle more!" Dai said although it was clear that he was having some difficulty.
"Here comes the next one! One, two…!" Throwing in a sixteenth ball, Dai caught it and quickly threw it up, but one of his hands slipped and just like that, all the balls in the air fell on top of his head one by one, igniting laughter from all the kids as Dai rubbed his head and just smiled.
"Doing all of this…he's mature for his age." Ryō said.
"Yes, that's what I thought when he kept on coming back." Minori said.
"Dai-kun…" Nagisa just looked at Dai who smiled and laughed with all the kids who began to dog pile him. Once again, Nagisa was reminded that there was still a lot she didn't know about her friend.

"Sorry that took so long." Dai apologized after he and the others said goodbye to Minori and the kids and left the orphanage.
"That was rough! How do you deal with all those kids!?" Nagisa asked, her hair a bit messed up from playing with the kids.
"I didn't think it was that bad." Honoka said, looking completely fine.
"Easy for you to say. All you did was just read to them." Nagisa said, fixing her hair.
"You keep on surprising me, Ichi-kun. You know that?" Ryō said.
"Eh? What do you mean?"
"Nothing. Now, who's hungry?" Ryō asked because while he didn't show it, he was starving!
"I am!" Nagisa said.
"I am a little hungry." Honoka said.
"Then let's head over to Date-san's." Ryō said, about to lead the way when Dai stopped him.
"Wait a minute!" Dai said, getting in front of Ryō. "You can't keep eating ramen all the time, it's not healthy for you."
"Then where do you think we should go for food?" Ryō asked.
"Hm…" Dai thought about it before look over to the girls. "What do you girls feel like?"
"How about taiyaki?" Nagisa suggested.
"Taiyaki, for lunch?" Honoka asked.
"Is that wrong?" Nagisa asked.
"It's not wrong, it's just…"
"Okay, then how about yakisoba?"
"Pasta?"
"Okonomiyaki?"
"Pizza?"
"Nabeyaki udon sounds good."
"Misumi-san, do you only like foods with the word 'yaki' in their name?" Honoka asked since all the foods Nagisa suggested had the word 'yaki' in them.
"I'm wondering what too." Ryō asked.
"No, not really." Nagisa said.
Dai suddenly snapped his fingers. "How about we go over to Akane-sans?"
"That's a great idea!" Nagisa said.
"Who's Akane-san?" Ryō asked.
"You'll see. Come on!" Dai said as he and Nagisa led the way.
(Tako Café)
"Akane-san! How are you doing?" Nagisa called out to the woman currently cooking a batch of takoyaki as she and the other approached the mobile café.
"Long time no see." Dai greeted.
"Ah, Nagisa, and even Dai, it's been awhile." Akane said. Akane was a woman in her mid-20. Her hair was a chocolate brown color, same for her eyes, as she wore a red bandana with stars around her head, a navy blue apron over a cream colored polo shirt, regular jeans, and a pair of orange and red shoes.
"How have you two been?"
"We've been doing fine, thank you for asking." Dai said.
"Four orders of takoyaki please." Nagisa asked.
"Coming right up." Akane said as she got to work.
"Akane-san's takoyaki are really good." Nagisa told Honoka who was looking at Akane cooking with interest.
"Is this your first time eating my takoyaki?" Akane asked.
"For these two, yes." Dai said, pointing to Honka and Ryō.
"Is she in the lacrosse team? Akane asked about Honoka.
"She's just in the same class as me." Nagisa said.
"What about you?" Akane asked Ryō. "What's your relationship with them?"

"Um, hello?" Akane spoke up to the frozen Ryō who had not stopped starring at her. "Is he alright?"
"Ichijo-san?" Dai tapped his shoulder before shaking him which soon brought Ryō back into reality.
"Huh? Wha-?"
"Ichijo-san, are alright?" Dai asked.
"I-I'm fine." Ryō said, pushing up his glasses and looking away.
"Uh huh." Dai didn't believe that he wasn't okay, but he let it slide for now and turned to answer Akane. "Ichijo-san here is a friend of mine."
"I see." Akane said before she focused back on getting takoyaki for everyone.
"Akane-san used to be on the lacrosse team." Nagisa told Honoka before turning to Akane to ask, "How many years back were you captain?"
"What do you take me for? If I tell you that, I'll give away my age." Akane said.
"You're not that old, Akane-san." Dai said.
"Why thank you, Dai." Akane said.
"Nice to meet you, my name is Yukishiro Honoka." Honoka introduced herself to the entrepreneur with a polite bow.
"Domo, I'm Fujita Akane." Akane bowed back before realizing what she just did. "You're a new type of friend for Nagisa and Dai."
"Actually, I've known Honoka for a year now." Dai said. "I've just never brought her here before."
"Is that so?" Akane said before turning to Ryō. "What about you?"
"Oh! Uh, Ichijo Ryō. I'm a police officer; it's nice to meet you." Ryō said with a small bow.
"A police officer? Now that's a first." Akane said. "How did you become friends with Dai?"
"He helped me with a case in the past." Ryō explained without giving away the information about the Unidentified Lifeforms.
"Dai helped you with a case?" Akane asked and Ryō nodded. She then turned to Dai. "Wow, Dai. I didn't know you had it in you."
"It's just another one of my many skills." Dai said, smiling with pride.
"Well, here you go." Akane said as she served eight pieces of takoyaki to each of them.
"They look delicious!" Honoka said as she and the others took their share of takoyaki and took a seat at a nearby bench. Dai and the girls occupied the bench while Ryō stood standing next to them.
"How is it?" Nagisa asked once Honoka took her first bite.
"It's great." Honoka said with a smile. "It feels like it's softly melting in my mouth."
"It does, doesn't it? It's good, isn't it?" Nagisa asked with her mouth full.
"You shouldn't talk with your mouth full." Dai said before turning to Ryō. "What about you, Ichijo-san?"
"They're better than most takoyaki I've eaten." Ryō said, taking a bit out of another one.
"Akane-san seems like a very cool person." Honoka said. "She's like a dependable big sister."
"That's why I always stop be here after practice." Nagisa said. "I heard Akane-san quit a big company because she wanted to own her own business, and she's practicing with stand."
"She sounds very independent." Ryō said as he finished his takoyaki.
"But why did she pick takoyaki?" Nagisa wondered as she took another bite out of hers, her mouth covered in sauce as she threw her takoyaki in the air and caught it her mouth. Dai did the same while Honoka watched the both of them.
"Me too!" Honoka tried to do the same, but accidentally sent her's flying in the air where Nagisa caught it and ate it.
"That trick's too hard for a newbie." Nagisa said.
"You have sauce all over your mouth." Dai pointed out as he finished his share.
"Here." Honoka handed Nagisa a handkerchief to wipe her mouth with.
"Oops, thanks.' Nagisa said, wiping her mouth.
"So, what did you want to talk about, Ichijo-san?" Dai asked.
"Oh yeah. I almost forgot." Wiping his mouth first, Ryō took out clasped envelope and handed it to Dai. "Tsubaki sent me your X-Rays and told me to give them to you like you asked."
"X-Rays?" Nagisa and Honoka said in confusion.
"Oh, thank you." Dai said as he took the envelope when suddenly, both Nagisa and Honoka go a little to close to him, forcing him to lean back.
"What did he mean by X-Rays!? Did something happen!?" Nagisa asked the questions.
"Uh, well…" Dai looked to Ryō for help.
"I think I'll get some more takoyaki." Dai could not believe this! Ryō was left him!"
"Ichijo-san! Help me!" Dai cried out, but the officer was already gone, leaving Dai to deal with the girls.
"Is there something you're not telling us?" Honoka asked.
"Um, well…" Dai scratched his cheek before he sighed. Despite knowing these girls for only a year, he knew that they would not give up until he told them the truth. "Alright, take a look at this."
Sitting down next to him, Dai took out the photo of his X-Rays.
"What is this?" Honka asked as she looked at the photos in Dai's hands.
"Isn't that the belt that you always summon before transforming?" Nagisa asked, pointing to the Arcle.
"It is." Dai said.
"These aren't yours, are they?" Honoka asked. "I mean, what are these veins coming from the belt?"
"It's the result of the Arcle fusing with my body." Dai said.
"Arcle?" Nagisa asked.
"The belt." Dai said.
"Dai, according to this, these vein-like connections are spreading into your muscular and nervous systems." Honka said. "Your body is changing."
"Leave it to you, Honoka-chan, to figure that out." Dai said as he put away the photos.
"Your body is changing? Are you alright?" Nagisa asked, worried.
"I'm fine. I'm still me, don't worry." Dai said as he got up. "So, what should we do now?"
"Don't try to change to subject on us! We want an explanation for this." Honka said.
"I'll explain, I promise, but not now." Dai said. "We're supposed to be having fun, remember?"
"Dai's right!" Suddenly, Mepple shot up and into Nagisa's hand. "Let's hurry up and go somewhere-mepo!"
"Where do you want to go?" Nagisa asked.
"Anywhere is fine, as long as we can be alone-mepo." Mepple said, talking about himself and Mipple.
"Even if you say that…" After what Dai had just shown them, she wanted an explanation.
"Look girls, I promise I'll explain everything to you one day, okay?" Dai said.
"You promise?" Honka asked.
He nodded "I promise."
"Okay…" Honoka said before turning to Mepple. "Then how about the library?"
"The library? What would we do there?" Nagisa asked.
Realizing that there wasn't much to do at a library besides reading, Honoka asked, "Then, is there someplace you would like to go, Misumi-san?"
"Well…"
(Mall)
"Hey, hey! How about this?" Nagisa asked, holding up a dress. "Is this too mature for me?"
"Hmm, it's great, but wouldn't something cuter suit you more?" Honoka asked.
"Yeah…" Nagisa looked down dejectedly. "Why doesn't something mature ever look good on me?"
"Well, you never know until you try it on." Dai said.
"Ichi-kun's right. Why don't you try it on?" Honoka suggested.
"I don't have any money right now, but maybe I should at least try it on." Nagisa said as she walked over to the fitting room and moved the blind of one room only to see Mepple and Mipple looking through a mirror.
"What-mepo? Don't interrupt us-mepo!"
"You guys are in the way." Nagisa said.
"That's right, this is the dressing room." Honoka said.
"Honoka's a meanie-mipo!" Mipple said, pouting angrily.
"Whatever you wear, Nagisa, will never look good on you-mepo. And you'll never be popular with boys-mepo." Mepple said before he and Mipple turned back into phone form.
"I don't know if they're cute or hateful." Nagisa said, annoyed. "What do you think?"
Honoka just smiled and said, "Misumi-san, you're very interesting. You're very fun to be with."
"Really?" Nagisa asked and Honoka nodded. "You're not just saying that?"
"Not at all. Hanging out with you is like hanging out with Ichi-kun again." Honoka said, getting a confused look from Dai. "Anyway, why don't you hurry and try that dress on?"
"Sure." Nagisa said as she entered the room and closed the blinds.
"Is hanging out with Nagisa really like hanging out with me?" Dai asked.
"Yes. Although it's a bit different, the feeling of fun is there." Honoka said with a smile.
"Well, I'm glad you're having fun." Dai said with a smile.
(Hours Later)
After hours of fun and talking with one another, the sun began to set, signaling that it was time to head home.
Hopping onto the TryChaser, Nagisa accepted the helmet Dai gave her and turned to Honoka.
"Well then, see you later!" Nagisa said.
"Goodbye. Today was really fun for me." Honoka said. "See you tomorrow."
"Mepple!" Mipple's head popped out of her phone.
"Mipple!" Mepple did not want to say goodbye, but he had no choice.
Saying their goodbyes, the three went their separate ways, unknown to the three that they were being watched. Seeing them separate, Pisard in his human form set his sights on Honoka, but waited until the moment was right.
"You know, I wonder…" Nagisa spoke up as they came to a red light.
"What's the matter-mepo?" Mepple asked.
"The world I live in, my interest, they're totally different from Yukishiro-san's." Nagisa said. "I feel like she purposely tried to keep up with me, and it makes me feel bad."
"You shouldn't be." Dai said as the light turned green and he drove. "Sure, Honoka has friends, but there are very few who are close to her and can keep up with her personality. I'm sure she had a lot of fun today with you."
"You really think so?" Nagisa asked and Dai nodded. "That's good…Ah!"
"Doshita(What's wrong)?" Dai asked.
"I still have the handkerchief Yuskishiro-san let me borrow." Nagisa said.
"That's your own fault-mepo." Mepple said. "Hurry and go return it-mepo. That way, I can meet Mipple again-mepo!"
"Yeah, yeah…" Nagisa said. "Dai-kun, turn around!"
"Got it." Dai said as he turned around.
(With Honoka)
Honoka walked calmly through the neighborhood, talking to Mipple along the way.
"Today was fun, wasn't it?" Honoka asked.
"Yes. We should play together again sometime-mipo." Mipple said.
"Still…" Honoka thought back to Dai's X-Rays. "I'm worried about Ichi-kun."
"You mean about his body changing-mipo?"
Honoka nodded. "Yes. I mean, something like isn't normal. How can a belt do such a thing and where in the world did he get it?" Honoka considered Dai to be one of her very close friends, but like Nagisa, she doesn't a lot about him.
"He's a mystery-mipo." Mipple said. Dai seemed like a good person to her, but the amount of darkness emanating from him was unnerving. It felt like untamed darkness just waiting to burst out.
Suddenly, a shiver went through Mipple's spine, causing her to close herself. Before Honoka could ask what's wrong, a familiar laugh made her look up to see Pisard out of his human disguise standing on top of a sign.
"I hope you've had your fun with your friend because now, it's time for us to have some fun."
Honoka quickly turned and ran since without Nagisa, she couldn't transform. And so, the chase began.
(With Dai and Nagisa)
"Eh? She hasn't come back yet?" Nagisa said as she and Dai were talking to Honoka's grandmother.
"Yes. I wonder if she stopped by somewhere on the way…" Sanae said.
"Honoka-chan said she wanted to go to the library. She could have gone there." Dai said as Nagisa gave Sanae Honoka's handkerchief.
"I barrowed this from her, could you please return it for me?" Nagisa asked.
"Of course. Thank you for being so kind and taking the time to return this." Sanae said as she took the handkerchief. "You two be careful on the way back home now."
"We will, Sanae-san." Dai said. "Sayonara(Goodbye). You too, Chuutaro."
The dog merely barked as he and Nagisa left through the gates.
"Did she really stop by the library?" Nagisa thought out loud as she got on the TryChaser with Dai.
"Like I said, it's possible." Dai said.
"Let's go a search for her-mepo!" Mepple suggested.
"But we already returned the handkerchief." Nagisa said before she noticed how worried Mepple looked.
"I have another bad feeling about this-mepo."
"Stop it. Is it 'Mr. Girl Magnet' again?" Nagisa asked.
"No, it's something else-mepo."
"It wouldn't hurt to check up on her." Dai said. Something in his gut told him that Honoka was in trouble and always, where's there trouble Dai will be there.
"Fine. We'll look for her." Nagisa said before putting on her helmet. "Which library does Yukishiro-san go to?"
"The Wakabadai Public Library." Dai said before he revved the engines and drove off. It didn't take long for the two to arrive at the place and Nagisa volunteered to go check inside. Minutes later, she returned.
"She wasn't in there." Nagisa said. "Did we miss her?"
"What should we do-mepo?"
"What do you mean?" Dai asked.
"I'm very worried about Mipple-mepo." Mepple said, the worried look still on his face. "Nagisa, aren't you worried about Honoka-mepo?"
"Even if you say so, she probably just had something else to do." Nagisa said.
"I don't think that's the case." Dai said.
"Why do you say that?" Nagisa asked.
"I don't know. It's just…" Dai looked up into the sky. "I sense trouble in the air. And you know what I do if there's trouble."
"You always go towards it." Nagisa sighed. "Alright, we'll look for her. But where would even start?"
"Leave it to me-mepo!" Mepple said. "I'll fine them through the power of love-mepo!"
"Somehow, I doubt that." Nagisa said.
(With Honoka)
Never before has Honoka run for so long. She ran and ran, breathing heavily as she tried to escape the Dark Zone general, but every time she turned a corner or when she thought she had escaped, he was always right there, forcing her to run some more. And soon, her feet had taken her to a construction site with nowhere to run left.
"Playtime is over!" Pisard said, appearing behind Honoka. "There's nowhere left to run."
"I won't give you the Prism Stone!" Honoka said as she backed away. "I'll never let you control this world as you like!"
"What a pity…" Pisard said. "Without your friend, you cannot transform. If you give me the Prism Stone without any trouble, I'll spare your life."
"Why are you trying to take that which I hold dear?" Honoka asked, dodging a thrown cart at her. "What gives you that right?"
"The Dark King's eternal existence is the Dark Zone's eternal existence." Pisard said, repeating what his lord had told him. "The Dark Zone's eternal existence is my eternal existence."
"You mean all you care about is your own wellbeing?" Honka asked. "That's absolutely wrong!"
"I don't understand what you're saying." Pisard said. "I'm just doing what I have to do in order to survive. Now hand over the Prism Stone!"
"Never! I'll never give it to you!" Honoka shouted as the two began to circle around each other.
"In that case, you leave me no choice but to take it by force!" Pisard said before he attacked, going for a claw strike. Quickly, Honoka ducked and ran past him as his sharp nails sliced the metal frame of the steam roller that was behind Honoka before.
Turning around, Pisard used his powers to try and catch Honoka who kept running. Metal beams were lifted off the ground and barrels of oil exploded, all almost hitting Honoka.
"If you think you're right, prove it to me." Pisard said, challenging the girl. "What can you do without your powers?"
"I may not have my powers, but that doesn't change that you're wrong!" Honoka said as she barely dodged a thrown bulldozer.
"Don't be a fool!" Pisard said as he jumped and trusted his hands forwards.
A nearby crane exploded in two as the top part fell to the ground, almost landing Honoka as the shockwave blew the unprepared Honoka off her feet, sending her flying into a pile of dirt while Mipple slipped out of her hands.
"Honoka!" Mipple cried out in worry before being caught by Pisard.
"Heh. See? This is reality. Just do as I say." Pisard said.
"I don't accept it. I will never accept it!" Honoka said, getting up and covered in dirt.
"In that case, make your peace…" Pisard raised the fairy phone in his, but before Pisard could finish.
*VROOM!*
Jumping over the walls of the construction site, Dai and Nagisa appeared as the front wheel nicked Pisard's hand, causing Pisard to let go of Mipple as Dai reached down and caught the phone in time before skidding to a stop next to Honoka.
"Misumi-san! Ichi-kun!" Honoka said in surprise.
"Sorry we're late." Dai said, taking off his helmet and handing Mipple back to Honoka.
"The power of love is amazing, isn't it?" Nagisa said, confusing Honoka.
"Mipple! We came to save you-mepo!" Mepple said.
"Mepple!"
"We heard everything." Nagisa said as she and Dai turned to Pisard who nursed his nicked hand. "Even if you say such things, as long as you're trying to take something from someone else, you are definitely wrong!"
"Hmph! I'm glad you're all here, especially you, boy." Pisard said, pointing to Dai. "All my plans in the past would have worked if not for your presence. But that's fine. Come at me with all your power, you three. I will definitely get the Prism Stone and show you just who is superior!"
"You tried to hurt my friend and for that, I will not forgive you!" Dai said as he got off his bike and summoned the Arcle. "Girls, ikuzo(let's go)!"
The girls nodded and slashed the cards for their transformation.
"Duel Aurora Wave!"
"Henshin!"
Spectacular lights of all colors erupted from behind Dai as he transformed into Mighty form. By the time the pulsing sounds of the Arcle stopped, the light died down revealing Cure Black and Cure White.
"Hikari no shisha, Cure Black!"
"Hikari no shisha, Cure White!"
"Futari wa PreCure!"
"Servant of the Dark Power…"
"Return to the darkness from which you came!"
"I am the Mighty-not doing that again!" Dai quickly stopped himself from doing what he did last time back at the museum.
"Now we're having fun!" Pisard said before he jumped high into the air and trusted his hands forward.
"Jump!" Dai shouted before the three jumped into the air, avoiding an explosion as they threw a flying drop kick at Pisard who flew back under the force of the three's combined kicks.
Pisard flipped and landed on his feet, looking only to see Dai coming down with a kick, forcing him to block as the girl landed on a nearby train. Seeing that his targets were getting away, he ignored Dai and ran after them, but Dai was not about to be left behind as he went to his TryChaser and chased after him.
With the girls, the winds of the train rushing down the tracks blew their hair as they looked down and saw Pisard running up and actually keeping up with the train while Dai was close behind in his bike. With some effort, Pisard jumped onto the train and kicked Honoka down before backhanding Nagisa off the train. Lucky for her, Dai was there to catch her.
"You alright?" Dai yelled over the noise of the train and Nagisa nodded before she used Dai's shoulder and jumped back onto the train.
Once back on the train, Nagisa charged and threw a punch which Pisard dodged and grabbed, picking her up before slamming her down on the train, making a dent that the people inside the train noticed immediately. Raising a fist to punch Nagisa, Pisard was stopped by Honoka who tackled him and rolled against the train, almost falling before he caught the edge and pulled himself back on. Angry, he rushed in threw a roundhouse kick at Honoka who ducked under it in time before Nagisa came in and punched Pisard in the ribs before going for an uppercut to the chin, but he caught and picked her up before palm striking her stomach, sending her flying where Honoka quickly caught her. Pisard jumped and went for an axe kick, forcing the two to separate which almost caused them to fall off the train. Before Nagisa could fall, Pisard grabbed her and threw her to Honoka where the collided and fell of the train just as it was passing over a bridge. Quickly, the two flipped and landed on their feet before looking back to see Pisard floating down from the train and on top the metal beams that supported the bridge.
Once down on his feet, Pisard pushed off and charged at them, punching the ground in front of them which made them jump back, but Pisard was quick and threw a fist at Nagisa, but she crossed her arms and blocked it, but the force behind the punch sent her flying and crashing against the hill. Honoa rushed in to help her, but Pisard stood in her away and palm striked her, sending her back and skidding across the ground. Pisard jumped and went to stomp on Honoka when the sound of an engine reminded him that he wasn't just fighting the Pretty Cures. Too late to turn, Pisard was rammed in midair, causing him to crash into the river as Dai skidded to a stop and got off his bike.
"You girls all right!?" Dai asked and the girls just nodded as they got up just as Pisard appeared from the waters.
The girls held up their hands when Dai surprised them when he rushed in by himself. Seeing him coming, Pisard too charged towards him. When the two met, the first thing they did was throw a punch to their face, both fists finding their marks as the two pulled back. Refusing fall, the both of them recovered and attacked again. Pisard threw a barrage of fast punches, but Dai dodged or deflect any punches thrown at him before catching a fist that was aimed for his head and threw a palm strike to Pisard's chest before tuning and hitting him with an elbow strike to the chest, sending the Dark Zone general skidding back. Letting out a roar, Pisard went to tackle Dai, but Dai rushed in close to him, wrapped his arms around his waist before lifting him up and suplexing him, using his momentum to flip over before landing on his feet and kicking Pisard away.
"S-Sugoi(Amazing)…" Nagisa muttered. "He's totally keeping up with him."
Honoka nodded in agreement as Dai jumped up and came down with an axe kick.
Seeing the attack, Pisard rolled out of the way and quickly got back up as the kick slammed into the ground. Pisard spun and threw a thrust kick only to be countered when Dai spun and did the same, countering Pisard's kick with a kick of his own. They both spun and threw an elbow strike which countered each other before they quickly turned again and locked hands with one another, trying to overpower the other as they pushed and pushed before Dai moved his head back and delivered a headbutt to Pisard's chin, making his head snap back before Dai jumped up and struck with a dropkick, sending Pisard back as Dai flipped over and landed right next to the girls. Getting up to his feet, Pisard jumped and landed back on the metal beams.
"Impressive, boy." Pisard said, nursing his chin. "Unlike last time, I'm throwing everything I got at you, yet you're still able to keep up with me. Though, I can't say the same to those girls."
The girls in question raise their hands, ready to fight again.
"You act like hypocrites, talking about taking care of others, what do you get in return? You say you shouldn't care about your own lives, but aren't you trying to save yourselves? The one who begs for mercy for will be spared."
"Are you joking!?" Nagisa said.
"That's…that's completely wrong!" Honoka said.
"Am I? What about you, boy?" Pisard asked Dai. "What do you think? Is what I've said wrong to you as well?"
"…No. I'll be honest; there is some truth to your words." Dai admitted.
"Dai-kun?" Nagisa looked at Dai in confusion.
"However!" Dai spoke up. "Like Nagisa-chan said, as long as you're trying to take something from someone, then we'll stop you! As long as I am here, I'll protect this world from the likes of you! If I don't, then how can I call myself a Kamen Rider!?"
"Kamen Rider?" Both the girls said in confusion.
"Kamen Rider!?" Both Mepple and Mipple said in surprise.
"Then what will you do!?" Pisard said.
"We'll defeat you once and for all!" Dai said before he jumped back behind the girls. "Girls, do it!"
Knowing what he meant, the girls nodded and looked towards Pisard before clasping their hands together.
"Black Thunder!"
"White Thunder!"
*BOOM!*
The sky lit up, clouds swirled and raged before two bolts of lightning, one black and one white, entered the girls' palms and surrounded them in energy.
"Purikyua no utsukushiki tamashī ga…"
"... Jaaku na kokoro wo uchikudaku!"
They then trusted their hands forward towards, Pisard, ready to finish him off.
"Pretty Cure Marble Screw!"
And the energy was off, black and white lightning exploding out of the girls' palms as they swirled around one another and soared towards Pisard. Gritting his teeth, Pisard refused to be beaten by this finisher again! Thrusting his hand forward, Pisard actually stopped the attack, surprising the girls and Dai.
"In this world, there are only two outcomes!" Pisard shouted over the attack. "You either win or lose! Surrender under my power and hand over the Prism Stones!"
"Do you actually think they'll do that?" Dai asked as he kneeled down. "I've only known these girls for a year, but I know that they'll never surrender to the likes of you! Right, girls!?"
"That's right! We'll never surrender to you!" Nagisa said.
"I'll never give up!" Honoka said. "Like my grandpa used to say to me, I'll never give up! I'll never stop fighting until the very end!"
"It seems you still don't' understand! Your lives only exist to be consumed by the Dark Zone!" Pisard said. "You should just be quiet and bow to the Dark King's will!"
"Don't look down on us!" Honoka practically screamed. "Everyone is trying their best to survive! We live our lives believing in others, respecting others! What you're doing is wrong, trying to control others with your power! We'll never accept that!"
"Don't you dare underestimate us!" Dai shouted as energy gathered at his right foot and he soon ran and jumped just as the girls' Marble Screw seem to increase in power.
"Nani!?" Pisard couldn't believe this! How could these little girls have so much power!? But if that wasn't enough, he saw Dai in the air flipping once before he actually entered the Marble Screw!
"Dai-kun/Ichi-kun!?" Both girls cried out on confusion and horror. Why would their friend jump right into their attack!?
"Hissatsu!" Suddenly, from the girls' attack, Dai was actually kicking in the attack, the force of the Marble Screw pushing him towards Pisard as his kicking foot was flaming with power! "Marble Mighty Screw Kick!"
With the force of the Mighty Kick and the powered up Marble Screw, Dai's kick struck Pisard right in the chest. Pisard actually coughed up blood as he felt the combined power of the 30 ton Mighty Kick plus the rotating power of the Marble Screw.
"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!" Pisard screamed for his life as he was engulfed in light and pain as his entire form darkened and soon, he was no more.
Dai flipped in the air before he landed on his feet, his entire body smoking as in his hand was the green diamond Pisard carried around his neck.
"Is it over?" Honoka asked before she fell to her knees as both she and Nagisa felt extremely exhausted.
"Yeah. It's over." Dai said walking over to the two.
"Is it really over?" Honoka asked again.
"Probably." Nagisa said.
"No…" What the three had done sinked in as Honoka covered her face in horror and shame. "We might have…That person…"
"Honoka-chan…" It was battles like these that made Dai forget sometimes that they were still just 14 year old girls.
Suddenly, both Mepple and Mipple floated up and transformed into the real forms.
"Don't worry-mepo." Mepple said. "He just went back to the darkness from which he came-mepo."
"He will never return in that form again-mipo." Mipple said.
"Really? Well that's good to hear." Dai said, glad that the girls didn't actually murder someone. They did not need that in their conscious.
"By the way, what's that-mepo?" Mepple pointed to the diamond in Dai's hand.
"This? It was from that Pisard guy. I caught just before he was destroyed." Dai said as he held out the item for everyone to see.
"Let me see." Nagisa went to grab it, but the minute she touched it, the diamond disappeared and in its place was a light green emerald shaped like a heart. "Huh? What's this?"
"Prism Stone!" Both Mepple and Mipple said.
"Eh? You mean this is…" Honoka began as she looked at the heart shaped jewelry.
"A Prism Stone?" Dai finished for Honoka.
"Yes! It's one of the five Prism Stones that was stolen-mepo!" Mepple said.
"If that guy was carrying this, then the other Prism Stones are probably being held by others like him." Dai theorized. "We won the fight today, but the battle is far from over."
With this, the group now has three of the seven Prism Stones. Only time will tell what will happen next.

"Hello minna-san! Welcome back for another Pretty Cure: Rider Fun Facts-mepo!" Mepple and the others soon appeared on stage.
"So we finally defeated Pisard." Nagisa said.
"I certainly didn't expect him to go out like that. I mean, I know he was taken out by our attack like in the show, but I didn't expect Ichi-kun to jump into it." Honoka said.
"Me too. So, what are we talking about today? Dai-kun didn't get a new form nor did he get anything new so what are we showing?" Nagisa asked.
"Why it's the very same move Dai just did to defeat Pisard-mipo." Mipple said as the attack in question showed up on the screen.
"Ladies and gentlemen, may we introduce you to the Marble Mighty Screw Kick-mepo!" Mepple said.
"What's so special about this attack?" Nagisa asked. "Isn't it just Dai-kun kicking in our attack?"
"Silly Nagisa. The Marble Mighty Screw Kick is more than just that-mepo." Mepple said.
"As we explained before, the Mighty Kick carries a force of 30 tons-mipo." Mipple explained. "However, when Dai jumped into the Marble Screw, the force of the attack propels Dai at greater speeds, thus increasing the force of his kick and making it more deadly. But that's not all. Thanks to the rotation of the Marble Screw, when Dai hits someone, the enemy will feel like they're getting hit by a spinning screw kick-mipo."
"And since the Pretty Cures are warriors of light and Kuuga is a warrior of darkness, the attack is both light and dark-mepo." Mepple said.
"So the Marble Mighty Screw Kick is a light and dark elemental 30+ ton spinning screw kick?" Honoka asked and both fairies nodded. "My word, that sounds so deadly."
"I hate to be the one who's on the receiving end of that attack." Nagisa said.
"Well, that's all we have for today-mepo." Mepple said.
"Tune in next time for Dai and the girls to face off against Gekidrago for the first time and for Dai to gain and another new form! Until then, bye bye-mipo!" Mipple said as she and the others waved goodbye.
