After a year of living in this new world, he later finds out that Grongi are here, causing chaos and death wherever they go. As the new Kamen Rider Kuuga, he must protect this world's smile. 6. Ride 6: A Purple Titan Enters the Fray!

Hello Fanfictions readers! Ashbel Longhart here to bring you a new chapter for your pleasure. Sorry I haven't updated in a month, school's a bitch. I'm glad to see a lot of people liked my Marble Mighty Screw Kick idea. To tell you the truth, I added that at the last second and I'm glad I did! Anyway, before we continue, cue the disclaimer!

Last time, Dai and the girls finally took down Pisard once and for all, but there are still more generals under the Dark King for them to take on as the group now take on Gekidrago. A guy like that needs strength to take him down and lucky for Dai, that strength will appear today in the form of Titan Form! Now I bet some of you are wondering, 'Why Titan and not Pegasus?' Well, it's because of the setting everyone is at. Sure, while Dai could snipe his enemies from the trees, it just wouldn't have the same kind of feelings for when Godai used Pegasus for the first time. So I decided to bring in Titan for today's chapter. It's time to show everyone what the unmovable titan can do! Let's get going! Chou Henshin!

Ride 6: A New Darkness! The Bear in the Dangerous Forest! The Unmovable Purple Titan Enters the Fray!

---

(One Year Ago)

"And this is where you'll be sleeping." Nagisa's mother, Misumi Rie, opened the door to her son's room. In what could only be a miracle to Dai, Nagisa managed to convince her parents to let Dai stay at their place until they could help him find a place where he could take care of himself.

"Sorry for imposing." Dai said, wearing pajamas that were obviously too big for him, provided to him by Nagisa's father, Misumi Takeshi.

"Oh no, it's no problem. We're happy to help." Rie said.

"Does he have to sleep in my room?" Misumi Ryota, Nagisa's brother, complained.

"No complaining young man." Rie said as Dai laid a futon down on the floor next to the bed.

"Sorry for the trouble, Ryota-kun." Dai said. "You can still keep the bed. I'm fine on the floor."

"My, how modest." Rie said.

"You can learn a thing or two from him." Nagisa said.

"I could say the same thing to you." Ryota shot back.

"And what's the supposed to mean!?" Nagisa said, ready to strangle her brother in something she liked to call the Cobra Twist.

"Now, now you two. No fighting." Takeshi said before turning to Dai. "Sorry I couldn't give you a better set of pajamas."

"That's okay. I should be thanking you for letting me stay here." Dai said, bowing in thanks.

"I was reluctant at first, but you seem like a good kid." Takeshi said. "Well, oyasumi(goodnight)."

"Oyasumi." Dai and the Misumi siblings said as Takeshi and Rie took their leave to their rooms with Nagisa did the same which left Dai and Ryota all alone in his room.

"…You sure you don't want the bed?" Ryota asked out of curiosity.

"No, I'm good. This is your room after all." Dai said before laying down in his futon. "Oyasumi, Ryota-kun."

"Yeah…Oyasumi…" Ryota said as he walked around Dai and hopped into bed. It was obvious that he was nervous, but who wouldn't be when someone you don't know was sleeping in your room. Dai knew this and made sure to not say anything that might make Ryota more nervous and decided to keep conversations short. He had gotten a place to stay. That enough made him glad as he sighed and let sleep embrace him.

(One Year Later)

Dai breathed in for a long time before letting out a sigh and smiled. He along with the girls and Ryō walked, carrying bags as the only sound around them were the cries of birds and bugs. Trees surrounded them as sunlight shined down through the cracks of the branches. Local forest animals were seen here and there as mountains where seen over the horizon. Truly, everything around them was beautiful.

"You seem happy." Ryō, dressed in a gray sweat shirt and pants with a backpack, said.

"It's been a while since I've gone hiking. I nearly forgot how fun it is!" Dai said with a smile, dressed in a red zip-up tracksuit kacjet and gray pants as he carried a one strap black backpack.

"Well at least one of us is enjoying themselves." Nagisa, dressed in a pink zip-up tracksuit jacket and black sweatpants with Mepple in his carrier at her side and carrying a black backpack.

"I haven't gone on a hike since I was little." Honoka said, dressed in a white and blue checkered shirt under an orange vest, beige pants, light blue knee socks, and carried a red backpack and a small water bottle hanging by her side, smiled to herself as she thought back to memory back when she was little.

"You've hiked before?" Nagisa asked.

Honoka nodded. "Yes. I once went hiking with my grandparents back when I was little. It was a lot of fun."

"I see." Nagisa said before she began thinking about the past events.

'That guy from the Dark Zone, Pisard, disappeared back into the darkness. He left behind one of the Prism Stones, the stones of life which create all things. Counting the ones Mepple and Mipple have, we now have three Prism Stones. Mepple says Pisard won't be coming back, but I'm still worried he might just one day reappear and try to take the Stone back. ' Nagisa gave a pause to her thoughts and glanced at Dai who was talking with Ryō. Probably about something involving the Grongi as he had gotten into another fight and took down another one just a few days ago. 'Well, I'm not that worried. Dai-kun's here to help me and Yukishiro-san out. As long as he's here, I'm not that worried.'

Unknown to Nagisa, her and Honoka's skills will be put to the test when something happens to Dai that will put them in more danger than any of their previous encounters have put them through. But first, we need to show why these four were out hiking in the forest in the first place.

(Insert STRIKE BACK by BACK-ON)

(Instrumental) The song starts as the camera rises up to show the legs of Kuuga before we get a sudden screen shot of Cure Black and Cure White before go back to Kuuga. Just as the camera is at the Arcle, we get a sudden shot of Mepple and Mipple before the camera gets to his chest. We then get another sudden shot of The PreCure cards surrounding Gouram before we go back to Kuuga whos's back was facing the camera. He then suddenly turns around and punches the screen, cracking it as the title appears.

(Kidou sura kaerarenai kurai no kakuritsu da to shite mo) We now see Nagisa playing lacrosse with her team, catching a ball as Mepple is seen sleeping from Nagisa's bag.

(IPAASENTO demo areba mochiron teikou desho?) We then see Honoka with the members of the science club, doing an experiment that ended in an explosion as Mipple just giggles at the scene.

(Shosen, "unmei" to nagetsukerareta tte, No I won't!) We go to the city where police are examining a dead body. Ryō looks at the body before he walks away and gets out his phone, calling Dai.

(Hikkuri kaeshite, Because datte kimi to mirai wo miretara saikou janai?) Dai, riding on the TryChaser 2000, gets the call from his radio and speeds up, passing both Nagisa and Honoka as he races to meet up with Ryō.

(Bring it on! 'Cuz I'm just gonna grow up in the battle HEY! buchinuku donten!) Suddenly, the sky turns dark before the Dark King and his subordinates appears as well as an army of Zakenna appeared. Appearing with him was a shadow figure of N-Daguva-Zeba along with an army of Grongi.

(Still burning my fire ten wo kirsaku raimei I gotta kakikesu Nightmare tada mirai ga mitakute!) Nagisa and Honoka step in fear before Dai suddenly appeared behind them and gave them his signature smile and a thumbs up.

(Kako, mirai, soshite ikiteru ima, I ain't scared of my past and now for takusareta asu) Seeing his smile seemed to steel the girl's resolve as they took out the Queen PreCure and Dai summoned the Arcle belt.

(Screaming out for my pride!) A light then suddenly appears and appearing from it was Kamen Rider Kuuga along with Cure Black and Cure White, ready for battle.

(Namida mitakunai kara, sakebi tsudzukeru yo! Zutto...) Cure Black and Cure White engage a battle with some Zakenna before taking on Pisard, IIkubo, Poisony, Kiriya, and Gekidrago.

(I'm never falling down! oi kaze wo se ni fukitobasu Destiny!) Both sides trade blows for a bit before both girls held hands and fired their signature Marble Screw.

(Kono senaka ni aru, egao mamoritai kara! Zutto...) We see Kuuga kicking way a few Grongi, bashes them with the Dragon Rod while in his Dragon form, shoots a flying Grongi with his Pegasus Bowgun in his Pegasus form, slash a few more Grongi with his Titan Sword in his Titan form.

(I gotta blast off your pain for you and me! kanashimi nante Rest in peace!) Dai and the girls meet regroup as they face both the Dark King and N-Daguva-Zeba. Dai charges up a Mighty Kick before he jumps.

(Nando demo...) The girl then threw another Marble Screw as Dai kicks towards the two beings of darkness with the Marble Screw following close behind him before a light overtakes everything and we see a quick look at the blue sky before the song ends.

(Honoka's House)

A week had passed since Pisard's defeat and since the group had obtained the Prism Stone Pisard had on him. The three were currently looking at said new Prism Stone after just coming back from school. It was a light green emerald color and shined in the light. Shaped like a heart, the three have never seen anything like it.

"It's smaller than I thought it was." Dai said.

"What should we do with this stone?" Nagisa asked.

"I don't know." Honoka said.

"Put it in the Prism Hopeish-mipo." Mipple said.

"Prism Hopeish?" Honoka repeated in confusion.

"What's that?" Dai asked when he noticed Mepple flinching and tried to crawl away.

"It's something very important that was given to us by the Queen of the Garden of Light-mipo." Mipple said. "In order to protect the Prism Stones, it is essential-mipo."

"So if we put the stone in this 'Prism Hopeish,' then they'll be safe?" Nagisa asked.

"Yes, the Stone Guardian is supposed to protect them-mipo." Mipple said.

"Where is this Prism Hopeish?" Honoka asked.

"When we escaped from the Garden of Light, I thought Mepple had it with him-mipo." Mipple said before turning to her boyfriend. "Right, Mepple?"

When the girls turned, they saw Dai holding onto Mepple who was trying to escape from his grasp, but Dai had a strong hold on him.

"Mepple!" Mepple froze up when Mipple spoke up.

"What's wrong?" Honoka asked.

"Mepple, take out the Prism Hopeish that the Queen entrusted to you-mipo!"

Mepple started to shake in Dai's hand as the Rider placed Mepple down on the bed, before Mepple spoke up.

"…I dropped it-mepo."

"…What did you just say-mipo?" Mipple's face was one stuck in disbelief and anger that was threatening to explode.

"You see, when I entered into the Garden of Rainbows, the shock make me…"

"Made you…?"

"Accidently…"

"Accidently?" It was then that Dai moved the girls back, sensing an explosion that was about to happen.

"…drop it-mepo."

"Drop it!?" Dai could have sworn he heard a meteor fall down and explode the same time Mipple's head shot out of her phone, scaring the male fairy who shook in fear. "ARIENAI(I CAN'T BELIEVE THIS)-MIPO!"

"Ah! I'm sorry-mepo!" Mepple cried.

"You reap what you sow." Nagisa said as Dai and Honoka both nodded in agreement.

"I wonder what Ichijo-san is doing right?" Dai wondered.

(With Ryō)

Screams of terror filled the dark lit room as Ryō sat alone, watching the video of No.0 killing the archeologists. Like the last times Ryō has watched this video, the screen was full of static and the screen wasn't clear. However, the screams and the shadowy figure were easy to make out. But also…

-Kuu…ga…-

The only word No.0 spoke was somehow heard over the loud screams. The video would scare just about anyone, but not Ryō. He was a police officer. He had seen his fair share of death and dead bodies before.

Suddenly, the door opened, letting some light into the room as Ryō's friend, Rai, appeared from the door.

"Still watching that?" Rai asked. "It's your day off tomorrow. Do you really have to do this today?"

"With the increase of attacks, I thought if I spend more time with this, I might figure something out." Ryō said. "Besides, it's not like I do much on my day offs."

"It hasn't been long since our HQ has been established." Rai said. "7 more have appeared so far, but we haven't been able to take down at least one of them. The kid always does it for us. We're grown men, Ryō. We can't rely on the kid forever or else we'll set a bad example for him."

To prove his point, Rai laid down some newspapers in front of Ryō as the main articles were all about the Unidentified Lifeforms and about Dai aka No.4 defeating them. One of them read, Unidentified Lifeform Dead and another said, No.13 Death Confirmed.

Ryō turned the TV off as Rai turned the lights back on in the room. Ryō wiped his glasses as he thought about the past incidents so far. 13 Unidentified Lifeforms or Grongi as Dai said they were called have appeared so far and with them came many more deaths. The police have not made and progress in combating them so in the end, Dai always had to leave from important businesses like soccer practice with his friends are leave during the middle of classes in order to help out. But Ryō, while he didn't mind having help, was not someone to rely on someone for long if there was anything he could do.

"How long until the special bullets arrive?" Ryō asked.

"I hear it won't be for another week." Rai said. "Good news is that our new weapons have arrived today. Looks like we'll be using the good stuff now."

"Hopefully, we can finally start making progress." Ryō said before his stomach growled.

"Well ain't that rare. You're stomach growled." Rai said.

"I must have been here longer than I thought." Ryō said as he got up and grabbed his jacket.

"Heading over to Date-san's?" Rai said.

Ryō nodded his head as he and Rai left the room.

(With Dai and the girls)

After Mipple was done yelling at Mepple, the three had gone to the library, getting books of various places in the world in order to help Mepple remember where he dropped the Prism Hopeish.

"What was it like?" Nagisa asked as she held Mepple over a map of Japan.

"Hmm, when I looked down from above, these numbers and characters weren't there-mepo." Mepple said as he gazed down at the map.

"That's because it's a map." Dai said. "Those numbers and characters aren't actually there."

"Oh. I see-mepo."

"Mepple, hurry up and remember-mipo!" Mipple shouted angrily before Nagisa acted quickly and pushed Mipple down as people looked at them weirdly.

"Gomen'nasai(Sorry)…" Honoka quickly apologized for being so loud in a library before the three shushed the two fairies to be more quiet.

"This is a library you two. Be more quiet." Dai said before they went back to the map.

"Let's see…I remember I was flying around here…Oh yeah!" Mepple remembered something. "There was a big pool of water where I dropped it-mepo."

"A pool of water?" Nagisa asked and Mepple nodded. "Must be a lake, right?"

"In that case…" Honoka grabbed a book and opened it up to an image of a lake and held it in front of Mepple. "Was it something like this?"

"Hmm, it was kinf of the same, but also kind of different-mepo." Mepple as he couldn't place a finger on his thoughts.

"Then, what about this?" Nagisa asked, holding up a different image of a lake, but in a different shape.

"Ah! It might be there…" Mepple said before he had second thoughts. "But then again, it might not be-mepo." He then turned back to the one Honoka has. "I kind of think it's this one…" But he then turned back to the one Nagisa had. "But it also might be that one." He then turned back to the one Honoka had again. "But I'm starting to like this one more-mepo…"

"Grrr…Stop messing around-mipo!" Mipple shouted.

Nagisa quickly went to push Mipple down again, but she over extended herself and was about to fall when Dai was there to catch her.

"Whoa! Careful there." Dai said as he helped Nagisa up.

"Arigato(Thank you), Dai-kun." Nagisa said before someone spoke up and they turned to see the librarian glaring at them as the people were looking at them again.

"Ahahaha… Sumimasen(We're very sorry)." Honoka quickly apologized.

"We'll be quiet." Dai said as the librarian gave them one last glare before taking his leave. The three sighed in relief before Dai went and picked a random book before holding it in front of Mepple. "What about this one?"

"Ah! That's the one-mepo!" Mepple said.

"Are you sure-mipo?" Mipple asked.

"Positive. This is definitely it." Meppl e said. "The pool of water was this shape-mepo."

"Really?" Nagisa asked as she and the other two looked at the lake Mepple was so sure of where he dropped the Prism Hopeish. The picture showed a large, oval-shaped lake that ran into two rivers.

"Kappa Yama Hyoutan Pond?" Nagisa read off the book. "Where is that?"

"I think its south of here if I remember correctly." Dai said, closing the book. "What does this Prism Hopeish look like anyway?"

"Leave it to me-mepo." Without even thinking, Mepple transformed into his real form, causing the three to panic as they quickly hid Mepple from anyone's view. Meanwhile, Mepple was writing on a piece of paper. Where he got the pencil and paper, no one knows. "And…done-mepo." He then transformed back into his phone form, leaving the three with the picture Mepple drew.

"…You can't be serious." Nagisa said as she and the others looked at the drawing weirdly. It looked like a heart with tinier hearts inside, but the drawing was so messed up that it looked like scribbles drawn by a kid.

"We might need some help for this." Honoka said. They'll never find what they're looking for with a drawing this vague.

"Maybe we can ask Ichijo-san for help." Dai suggested.

"Isn't he busy?" You know, being a police officer and all." Nagisa said.

"It's worth a shot. Plus, Hyoutan Pond is pretty far from here. You three can't fit on my bike and I'm pretty sure your parents won't allow you to go somewhere so far away without adult supervision." Dai said.

"Yeah, I guess you're right." Nagisa said.

"Well, I guess we better ready." Honoka said as the three exited the library. "I'll see you two tomorrow."

"See ya." Nagisa said before she and Dai drove away.

(The Next Day)

Nagisa tied her shoes tightly before getting up, all dressed up and ready for the trip. Dai was also ready, waiting for her as Rie and Ryota were seeing them off.

"Well, we're going out." Nagisa said.

"Please don't get lost you two, okay?" Rie said, worried.

"Don't go overboard like that, you worry too much." Nagisa said.

"That's right. It's a waste of time to worry about Onee-chan." Ryota said, getting a glare from Nagisa.

"You want me to put you in another Cobra Twist?" Nagisa threatened, making Ryota nervous as he quickly hid behind his mother.

"Nagisa, I always worry about you." Rie suddenly said, surprising Nagisa.

"Okaa-san…"

"I know Dai and his friend will be there, but please, be safe, okay?" Rie said. "In any case, come back before dark you two, okay? I'm making Dai's favorite tonight."

"Really?" Rie nodded and Dai smiled. "Then we'll definitely come back before dark!"

"Stay safe you two." Rie said.

"We will." Dai said before turning to Ryota. "I'm going out for a bit, so hold the fort for me while I'm gone, 'kay?"

"Just leave it to me, Dai-niisan!" Ryota said.

Dai smiled before he and Nagisa took their leave. "We're off!"

Rie sighed as the door closed. "I wonder why the sudden urge to go hiking."

"How should we know?" Ryota said before he ran off.

(Hours later)

After picking up Honoka, the four drove until they finally made it to the area where the Kappa Yama Hyoutan Pond was located.

"I still don't see why I'm needed." Ryō said. He had been reading a report of No.0 and the sight of the ruins when he had gotten a call from Dai. "I have better things to do than look after you three."

"Oh come on. Don't be like that, Ichijo-san." Dai said as they hiked up the mountain. "Hiking so a lot of fun! Plus, you said today was your day off. You can't be working 24/7 or else you'll exhaust yourself."

"Ichi-kun's right." Honoka said. "It's been nothing but fighting Grongi for the past week. Doing this might help you take a break from all that. Besides, you're here with us this far. Can't turn back now."

"I suppose I can't." Ryō said, sighing.

"Feel anything yet?" Nagisa asked as they all walked.

"Nope. I haven't felt the presence of the Prism Hopeish yet-mepo." Mepple said.

"Why do I have to come to a place like this and climb up a mountain?" Nagisa complained.

"It's really an inconvenience to everyone-mipo." Mipple said, still angry.

"Now, now you two. Don't be like that." Dai said.

"Mipple has been complaining about Mepple since yesterday." Honoka said.

"Fairies and Grongi…I can't tell which of the two is more stranger." Ryō said.

"Are you sure the Prism Hopeish actually fell around here?" Mipple asked.

"I'm sure of it-mepo." Mepple said.

"Even if it's really here, can you find something that small-mipo?"

"I'll feel it when I'm close to it-mepo!"

"They're like kids." Ryō said.

"Indeed they are." Dai said, chuckling a bit. "Anyway, did you guys notice anything different about me?"

"Eh? Something different?" Nagisa and Honoka turned to him.

"Yeah. Look real close." Dai said, smiling.

Nagisa and Honoka looked at him from top to bottom, but found nothing eye catching.

"You look fine to me." Nagisa said with Honoka nodding in agreement.

"What?" Dai gave then a look of disbelief with disappointment before he pointed to his jacket. "Look! Right here!"

"Hm?" The girls, the fairies, and even Ryō looked at where Dai was pointing at to see Kuuga's symbol stitched into his jacket at the left side of his chest.

"What's that?" Honoka asked.

"It's Kuuga symbol." Dai said. He had worked hard in stitching this into his jacket, even using golden colored string. "How did you guys not notice it?"

"Wari, wari. It's just that I thought that was part of your jacket or something." Nagisa said. She and the other have never seen Kuuga's symbol before so when they saw the mark on Dai, they thought it was just some random mark a part of his clothes.

"And I worked so hard on it…" Dai slumped down.

"We're very sorry for not noticing it sooner." Honoka said.

"What does it mean?" Ryō asked, curious.

"It means warrior." Dai said as they continued to walk until he came to a stop. "Wow! Check this out!"

"That is…"

"Hey, what's going on-mepo?" Mepple asked since Nagisa was holding him in the opposite direction of where he was facing.

"Take a look." Nagisa said as she and Honoka showed their fairy partners the beautiful view of the forest, mountains and the lake.

"It's so pretty." Honoka commented.

"This must be the place-mepo!" Mepple said.

"Wow. It's quite beauti-!" But before Nagisa could finish what she was about to say, she took a step forward when the rock under her gave away. "Aaaaaaaaaaaa…Eh?" It took her a few moments to realize that she was not falling. Looking behind her, Dai had quickly grabbed her backpack, saving her from falling.

"You okay?" Dai asked as he pulled Nagisa back.

"Yeah. Thanks for the save." Nagisa said, breathing a sigh of relief.

"Just watch where you step next time, Nagisa-chan." Dai said.

"Well, now that we're here, it's time we get to searching." Ryō said, getting nods from the others as they made their way down the mountain.

(Dark Zone)

As always within the Dark Zone, thunder boomed across the dimension as chains rattled with the Dark King ease dropping on what his Generals were talking about.

"Incredibly, Pisard has been defeated." Ilkubo said as he and the other Generals were gathered.

"He wasn't taking it seriously." Poisony said.

"How embarrassing, getting beat up by a bunch of kids." Kiriya said, laughing when Gekidrago spoke up.

"I will smash them!" The others turned to see Gekidrago raring to go.

"Interesting." The sudden voice of the Dark King surprised everyone.

"Dark King-sama…" Ilkubo said.

"Proceed. Because of Pisard's failure, they have reclaimed one of the stones. If the seven stones are not assembled, the Dark Zone will not be able to obtain eternity. Gekidrago, you may smash them, but don't accidently destroy the stones in the process." Gekidrago just responded with a "Oga!" "But before you go, meet up with one of Daguva's kind. You'll need him in order to take down the one known as Kuuga."

"Dark King-sama, if I may speak." Ilkubo spoke up. "Is this boy known as Kuuga really that much of a threat that you do not believe Gekidrago alone can do this?"

"Do not underestimate the boy. His powers are what sealed the Grongi away 200 years ago. Now go, Gekidrago!"

Gekidrago did as told and took his leave.

(Back with Dai and the others)

It had taken the group awhile, but they finally got down from the mountain, passing by some people along the way who had come here for a hike themselves. They were now walking by the river which would lead them to the main lake.

"Hey, isn't it about time you felt something?" Nagisa asked when she saw snot bubble appearing from Mepple. "Aaaaand he's asleep."

"Not a care in the world." Honoka said.

"Is it always like this?" Ryō asked.

"Most of the time, yeah." Dai said.

"I wonder if I should reconsider him as my boyfriend-mipo." Mipple said when Mepple's snot bubble popped and he woke up.

"I feel something-mepo…"

"Eh?"

"Really?" Honoka asked.

"That's my Mepple-mipo!" Mipple said, her feelings for Mepple taking a huge 180.

"Talk about too good a timing." Ryō said in slight amusement while Dai just chuckled.

"Wait a minute." Dai spoke up. "Didn't the last time Mepple said he felt something, those guys came and tried to flirt with you?"

"Yeah, that's right." Nagisa said, remembering that day. "But we're in the forest with little people out here. Who else could appear? A bear or something?"

The girls shared a laugh, not noticing the bear on a log passing by them. Fortunately, Dai and Ryō both noticed the washed away animal.

"Well, if you girls want to see a bear, there's one right now." Dai said, getting the girls attention as he pointed towards the bear.

"Is that…"

"A bear? Arienai."

"It's being swept away by the current." Ryō said when he noticed Dai taking off his backpack and jacket. "Ichi-kun, what are you doing?"

"I'm going to save it." Dai said in a tone that was a bit too serious. As always, whenever there's trouble, he'll be there.

'Uh oh.' Nagisa thought. "Wait, Dai-kun! We need to think of-!" But she never got to finish when Dai leaped into the air and dived into the water.

"I'm coming Kuma(Bear)-chan!" Dai shouted as he swam after the log.

"He actually jumped in! That idiot!" Nagisa said.

"What should we do?" Honoka asked, getting worried.

Nagisa looked around until she saw a group of rocks nearby where the bear and Dai were heading towards. "If we go along those stones, we might be able to do something."

"Alright. You two stay here, I'll-!" Ryō never got to finish when Nagisa's backpack landed next to him and her jacket landed on his head.

"Look after him." Nagisa quickly gave Mepple to Honoka before taking off.

"Hey! Wait! It's dangerous!" Ryō called out, but Nagisa was already on the rocks trying her best to keep her balance.

"This is dangerous! Definitely dangerous!" Nagisa said, worried that she might fall off if she wasn't careful. But if she didn't hurry, then she'd miss the bear and Dai. So knowing it might be dangerous, she sped up and hopped stone after stone until she was finally close enough. Unfortunately, she slipped on the last rock and fell in.

*SPLASH!*

"Nagisa-chan!?" Dai said in surprise.

"Help me!" Nagisa cried out as she was now hanging on the leg with the bear trying to get away from her, thinking she was crazy and thus was scared of her.

"Nagisa-chan! Hang on!" Dai swam harder and faster, trying to catch up to the log.

"Misumi-san, could it be that you can't swim!?" Honoka called out as she and Ryō, who was carrying Nagisa's and Dai's stuff, raced after the log.

"Swimming is one of my weak points; I sink like a sack of sticks!" Now Nagisa wished she had taken Dai's offer to teach her how to swim.

"Don't you mean bricks!?" Honoka said as Ryō had a single thought running through his head.

'These kids are crazy.'

"Got you!" Finally, Dai caught up to the log and grabbed on so it wouldn't race ahead of him. "Nagisa-chan! What were you thinking!? You know you can't swim!"

"I'm sorry!"

"When we get home, I am teaching you how to swim, whether you like it or not!" Dai said until he saw something ahead and paled. "Uh oh."

"Misumi-san! Ichi-kun! Behind you!" Honoka shouted.

Both Nagisa and the bear looked behind them and paled when they saw a rock ahead of them. At the speed they were going at, they would crash.

"Brace for impact!" Dai shouted as Nagisa and the bear screamed.

*BAM!*

When the log crashed into the rock, the speed it was going at causing it to fly up, sending its passengers flying. Quickly maneuvering in the air, Dai grabbed the bear and Nagisa before turning so that his back would be the one to hit the rock.

'This is gonna hurt.' Dai thought and hurt it did as he almost had the wind knocked out of him when he landed on the rock. He felt both Nagisa and the bear on top of him and since they weren't moving, he knew that they were safe.

"We're safe." Dai said, taking a moment to catching his breath before looking to see if Nagisa and the baby bear were okay. "Nagisa-chan, daijo…bu…" Dai lost his words. If you're wondering why that is, it's because of how close his and Nagisa's face were. Nagisa of course nothing this too and froze up like Dai. They were practically in kissing distance.

Suddenly, the low cry of a baby bear snapped them out of the their stupor as right in between them was the baby bear, looked a little cramped.

"Ah! Whoops! Sorry!" Nagisa quickly got off to allow the bear some air as Dai sat up and placed a comforting hand on the bear.

"You're safe now." Dai said with a small smile, stroking the bear's fur.

Back with Honoka and Ryō, they both breathed a sigh of relief as Dai and Nagisa made their way back to land with the baby bear.

"I thought I was gonna die." Nagisa said as she and Dai made it back on land, hopping across rocks.

"Misumi-san! Ichi-kun! Don't fool around like that!" Honoka said, her worry now replaced with anger.

"You had us both worried sick." Ryō said. "I knew Ichi-kun was crazy, but not you, Misumi-san."

"Sorry for making you worry." Dai said as Nagisa carried the bear in her arms.

"But I'm surprised. Ichi-kun jumped in without thinking and Misumi-san jumped in even though she can't swim." Honoka said.

"Gomen, gomen." Nagisa said before looking down at the bear in her arms. "But I knew I had to save him so I kind of lost my head there. Dai-kun's pretty reckless when it comes to these types of things."

"Hey! What's that supposed to mean?" Dai said.

"You were both reckless," Ryō said. "But you two were both brave nonetheless."

"We're soaking wet." Nagisa said as she set down the bear.

"Under this sunshine, I think you'll dry pretty quickly." Honoka said.

"Nothing wrong with being a little wet." Dai said before kneeling down to the bear. "Run along back to your mother now. She's probably worried sick about you."

"Dai-kun's right. Go back to your mother now." Nagisa said when the bear whimpered and held onto Nagisa and Dai.

"It seems he's taken a liking to you two." Ryō said with an amused smile.

Suddenly, a big growl was heard and the four turned to see a grown adult black bear with a mark on its forehead appearing from the forest.

"It's a bear!" Nagisa and Honoka freaked out at the sight of the adult bear. Dai held up his hands, ready for a fight while Ryō moved his hand to his backpack, having packed his gun with him.

But all their worries were dashed when the baby bear turned and ran up to the adult bear, speaking to it as the adult bear listened.

"Wait, could it be…" Nagisa began.

"That must be the cub's mother." Honoka said.

The mother turned to the four and gave out a cry before she and her cub turned and made their way back into the forest.

"Stay safe!" Dai called out to them.

"Next time don't go astray!" Nagisa said before the two bears disappeared into the forest."

"Well, I can honestly say it's never a dull moment with you kids." Ryō said as he handed Dai back his stuff.

"Yeah," Dai laughed a bit before putting back on his jacket, but decided to leave it unzipped. "Anyway, we still have a lot of ground to cover. Let's hurry."

The three nodded before they walked along the stream in order to head towards the main lake.

"Hm?" Dai suddenly came to a stop and looked behind him.

"What's wrong?" Ryō asked, noticing that Dai had stopped.

"Oh, it's nothing." Dai said, jogging up to Ryō. "Just thought someone was watching us."

Ryō raised an eyebrow before he looked around, but saw no one around. Shrugging, he and Dai went to catch up to the girls, not knowing that they were indeed being watched. A pair of eyes were seen from the waters before they sank back down and followed the group.

(Somewhere In the forest)

A loud booming sound echoed throughout the forest. Birds flew away in surprise and fear as trees were knocked over. The bear and her cub from earlier came to a stop as the bear growled at none other than Gekidrago who had been knocking down trees that got in his way.

"This is the place Pisard said. The Garden of Rainbows." Gekidrago said. "It's hard to walk here." It wasn't actually hard, it just that he didn't bother to turn when he bumped into a tree and just knocked it down. But that wasn't what was important right now. What's important is that Gekidrago had his sights on the mama bear. "But I found good stuff."

Animals everywhere fled the scene all except the bear whose protective instincts kicked in. It knew whatever this creature was, it was bad news, but the safety over her cub came first so she held her ground.

(Back with Dai and the others)

"Ah! We've finally arrived." Nagisa said.

"The Prism Hopeish must be here-mepo!" Mepple said.

"Mepple, just so you know, if you're wrong…" Mipples face then turned into one of terror. "You know what will happen, right-mipo?"

Mepple shook in fear as Dai felt sorry for the male fairy.

"What does this Prism Hopeish look like exactly? You three haven't told me that yet." Ryō said.

"Hold on. We have a drawing." Honoka said as said drawing was the drawing Mepple drew.

"…This looks like a 4 year old drew this." Ryō commented as he looked at the horrible drawing.

"It's pretty bad, isn't it?" Nagisa said. "We have no idea what it looks like."

"Like you're one to talk about drawing skills-mepo…" Mepple said, bringing up Nagisa's drawing skills which were just as bad as his.

"Why you…!"

"No fighting you two." Dai spoke up before Nagisa would do something that she might regret, keyword might. "Let's try and find this Prism Hopeish before dark." A plate of his favorite dish with his name on it was waiting for him!

*Boom!*

"Hm?" Hearing something in the distance, the group turned to see a flock of birds flying away.

*BOOM!*

"What's that sound?" Nagisa asked.

"Hm?" Dai looked up at the sky, noticing it was getting darker when night was still hours away. Looking back, the four saw something in the forest running at highpseed.

"It looks like it's coming towards us…" Honoka said.

"Nani? Nani, nani?" Nagisa said, starting to get nervous when popping out of the bushes in front of them was the cub from earlier, landing in Dai's arms.

"The cub from earlier?" Ryō said in confusion before he looked back and saw whatever was running through the forest was about to appear. "Duck!"

And duck then did when a black bear the size of small house appeared with Gekidrago riding on top of it. He was laughing from the top before the bear landed and came to a stop.

"Here you are." Gekidrago said as the bear turned to the four. "You beat Pisard…"

The girls shook in fear while Ryō was gaping in surprise.

"What…is that?" Ryō asked.

"Go, Zakenna!" Gekidrago ordered.

"ZAKENNA!"

The four immediately made a break for it when the bear set its sight on them.

"Seriously!? What the hell is that!?" Ryō asked again.

"A bear! What else!?" Dai said.

"I know that Captain Obvious!"

"Girls! You have to transform-mepo!" Mepple said.

"Transform?" Ryō looked at the fairy in confusion as he has never seen the girls transform or as Pretty Cure. He had met them when they were in their civilian forms.

"It's impossible!" Nagisa said. With how fast the bear was chasing them, it wouldn't give them a chance to transform.

Suddenly, the bear sped up and raced…right past them, crashing through a bolder and ran up some more, seemingly away from them.

The four blinked in confusion before Nagisa snapped out of it.

"Now's our chance!"

"Right!"

"You might want to take a step back for this one, Ichijo-san." Dai said as he moved Ryō back before the girls scanned the Queen cards.

"Duel Aurora Wave!"

"Duel what now?" Ryō said before covering his eyes from the light. "That's bright!"

The lights blinded Ryō and Dai for a moment before they died down and the sight before them made Ryō's jaws drop in disbelief.

"Hikari no shisha, Cure Black!"

"Hikari no shisha, Cure White!"

"Futari wa PreCure!"

"Servant of the Dark Power…"

"Return to the darkness from which you came!"

"…What?" Ryō said.

"Yeah, I was pretty surprised too." Dai said until Gekidrago and his Zakenna came back.

"Oga!"

"It's doesn't look like he's returning." Honoka said before they quickly moved, dodging a punch from Gekidrago as they spun in the air and landed back on their feet.

"So this is the Pretty Cure thing you were telling me about?" Ryō asked.

"Yep." Dai said.

"Mahō Shōjos fighting huge monsters or Grongi…I'll take the Grongi any day over this." Ryō said, looking like he was about to have a massive headache.

Dai simply laughed before he heard the Zakenna roar.

"ZAKENNA!"

The Bear Zakenna roared before swinging down its long razor claws at the two Cures. They quickly dodged as Nagisa took the initiative.

"Take this!" Nagisa came down with a kick, striking the Zakenna's side, but it showed no expression that it was hurt and swung its claw again, batting Nagisa away. She quickly recovered in midair and landed safely on the ground. "This is totally impossible!"

"This is bad." Honoka said as she faced Gekidrago by herself. His bare muscles just made her remember an important fact. "I've never been very athletic."

"Oga!" Gekidrago threw a punch, forcing Honoka to dodge. Quickly, she slipped her hand under his arm and flipped him over, but he flipped and landed safely in his feet.

Seeing that the battle was not in the girls favor, Dai handed the cub to Ryō. "Ichijo-san, look after this guy. I'm going to help the girls."

"Be careful." Ryō said as he took the cub and Dai's backpack from Dai's hand.

Dai just nodded to him before he took a step forward and summoned forth the Arcle. He did the hand motions correctly as always before shouting, "Henshin!"And in a few pulsing sounds, Dai was donned in his Mighty Form. Now ready, He leaped into the air and threw a flying kick towards Gekidrago. "Take this!"

"Huh?" Gekidrago lazily turned around only to have Dai's kick land right on his face. "Oga!" Gekidrago was sent flying back as Dai flipped and landed right next to the girls.

"Keep your guard up, you two. We don't know what this new guy is capable of." Dai said as the girls nodded in agreement.

"What hit me…?" Gekidrago said, getting up with a dizzy head as the bear Zakenna growled at the three.

"I got to help them." Ryō said, setting down Dai's bag and the cub before taking off his own backpack in order to take out his gun, but before he could unzip his bag, the cub ran off. "Oi(Hey)! Matte(Wait)!"

"Huh?" The three turned to see the cub run up in front of them.

"Little bear, watch out!" Nagisa said.

"Get away! It's dangerous!" Dai warned it, but the cub did not listen to him and instead was speaking to the bear Zakenna.

The Zakenna cried before it got up, claws raised to kill this little insect in front of him. It did not go for the kill right away as the cub cried and spoke to it. As if it knew who the Zakenna was.

That's when Honoka figured it out. "It can't be…"

"Honoka-chan, what is it?" Dai asked.

"The white mark on the Zakenna's forehead, the cub's mother had the same mark."

"You're right…" Nagisa said until she realized what Honoka was trying to say. "You don't mean that…!"

"The Zakenna is this cub's mother!" Dai soon figured it out too as he saw the Zakenna hesitating to strike down the cub in front of it and everyone knew why. But then…

"Do it, Zakenna!" Gekidrago's voice made any resistance the Zakenna had disappeared as it swung its claw. Quickly, Dai ran in and grabbed the cub, taking the hit that was meant for it as he flew and crashed into a bolder.

"Dai-kun/Ichi-kun!" The girls cried out in worry.

"Good, good!" Gekidrago smiled, hitting his chest like a gorilla in happiness.

"…Yokumo(How dare you)."

"Eh?"

From the dust, Dai stood up with the bear in his arms. Even with the helmet on, everyone could tell Dai was glaring at Gekidrago.

"How dare you turn this cub's mother into a monster! I'll never forgive you!" Dai said before he set the cub down and moved away from it. "I won't forgive you! I'll never forgive you!"

"Dai-kun…" Something wasn't right. Nagisa has never seen Dai this angry. The only time he was this angry was when he was fighting Gooma, the Bat Grongi.

"Prepare yourself!" Dai shouted before he went to charge at the Dark Zone General…

*SPLAT!*

When something landed on his shoulder pad.

"Eh?" Looking, Dai saw what appeared to be boiling ink on his shoulder pad before…

*BOOM!*

His shoulder exploded as if a bomb had been there!

"Gah!" Dai cried out in pain as he flew out of the smoke, rolling on the ground as his shoulder was smoking. The shoulder armor had been dented and tuned black.

"Dai-kun/Ichi-kun!" The girls cried out worry before looking around. Who had done that to their friend?

They got their answer when rising out of the water was a creature. Its skin was silvery-white. Its bare chest and abs were displayed for everyone to see as it wore gauntlets and chest armor that just covered his breasts while a loincloth was the only thing over its legs while greaves protected its shins. Finally, the head greatly resembled a squid as its eyes were blood red. This was the Squid Grongi, Me-Giiga-Gi.

"Another Grongi!?" Ryō said in surprise as he quickly took out his gun. But he wasn't carrying his regular pistol. What he took out was a 6 inch barrel .357 gun. Rai had been right when he said that they'd be using the good stuff now. This one had much more recoil than his previous gun, but he had practiced with the gun earlier. The question remained, would it be good enough for the Grongi?

"Me-Giiga-Gi!?" Dai said in surprised while also speaking in Grongi.

"Oh? Looks like the Zu group wasn't lying when they said that you knew our names." Giiga said as he walked forwards, each step making a sound akin to a sponge being squeezed.

"What are you doing here?" Dai demanded as he got up and got into a stance. This wasn't right. Giiga wasn't supposed to be the first Me Grongi to appear. It was supposed to be the Bee Grongi, Me-Badjisu-Ba.

"Hmph. Unfortunately, I was ordered to come here and assist this monkey. But the prize of taking you down so you can't interrupt the Gegeru was enough reason for me to come out. Now, die!"

Opening his hands, Giiga placed it over his mouth before moving it away as his mouth opened and shot he shot ink. But Dai knew that the ink fired from Giiga was not ordinary ink and he quickly jumped to the left, avoiding the ink as it splattered all over a tree. And then…

*BOOM!*

"What the!? It exploded!?" Nagisa said in surprise.

"Don't let that ink touch you!" Dai shouted to everyone. "Those globs of ink have a maximum oxygen span of 280ºC that explodes upon contact!"

"280ºC!? That's crazy!" Honoka said in disbelief. 280ºC was equal to 536ºF! What kind of being could shoot something that hot!?

"Watch out!" Nagisa quickly grabbed Honoka and ducked, avoiding a swipe from the bear Zakenna as everyone was reminded that there was more than one enemy.

"Smash them, Zakenna!" Gekidrago ordered and the Zakenna obeyed, roaring as it pounced at the girls.

Quickly, the jumped back. Dai would have gone to help, but he was a bit bust trying to not get hit by exploding globs of ink. Using speed, he raced towards Giiga, moving and avoiding its ink before he jumped and landed right behind Giiga.

"I've got you!" Dai said before he quickly wrapped his left arm around Giiga's neck tightly, trying to choke up before he used his other arm to start throwing punchiness. He punched his back, his sides, his ribs, he even elbowed Giiga's shoulder, hoping too somehow dislocate his shoulder blade, but to Dai's surprise, none of his attacks were working.

"I've got a tough body." Giiga said before he elbowed Dai, striking his gut as Dai released his hold on Giiga and stumbled back, holding his gut as Giiga turned and kicked him in the chest, sending Dai down to the ground. He then placed a hand over his mouth, ready to fire another glob of his special ink…

*BANG-BANG-BANG!*

When shots rang out and bullets struck Giiga's back. It was then everyone, but Dai remembered that Ryō was here and he had a gun. Being more familiar with Grongies, he set his sights on Giiga and opened fired. The recoil was strong, but he had practiced and each shot found its mark on way or another. But Giiga didn't seem bothered by the bullets as they struck him, but later fell to the ground.

"Dammit!" Ryō cursed, but he did not give up as he got rid on the empty bullets and quickly reloaded. Unfortunately, Giiga was faster than him.

"Hmph. Foolish Linto." Giiga said before he fired off a glob of ink.

"Ichijo-san!" Dai cried out when suddenly, both Nagisa and Honoka appeared, grabbed Ryō, and jumped, dragging the police officer as the ink splattered all over the ground and exploded.

The three landed safely as Honoka quickly asked, "Ichijo-kun! Daijobu?"

"I'm fine." Ryō said before his eyes widen. "Look out!"

Both girls turned and were too late to block as Gekidrago come in and punched Nagisa away before grabbing Honoka and throwing her away.

"You son of a-!" Ryō aimed his gun at Gekidrago, but the General threw a punch faster than he could shoot, sending Ryō flying.

"Minna!" Dai quickly got up when he felt something hitting his back. He only had time to widen his eyes before his back exploded. "Gah!"

"Pay attention, Kuuga. You're fight is with me." Giiga said as he slowly walked towards Dai. Said Rider gritted his teeth as he got up and held up his fists. But Giiga noticed Dai was trying to get his attention away from the others and had an idea. "Since those Linto's have you distracted how about I take care of them for you?"

"No!" Dai saw Giiga turn to the nearest person close to them which was Nagisa and Honoka with the cub seeing if the girls were okay. Without thinking, Dai turned his back on Giiga and ran towards girls and the cub.

"Ow…" Nagisa held her head, recovering from Gekidrago's last attack.

"Black! Look out!" Honoka cried out.

"Eh?" Nagisa looked and saw the Squid Grongi looking at her. It fired off four globs of ink. Knowing what they could do, she quickly got up, but then saw that the cub was right next to her. The globs of ink were heading towards her fast and she didn't have enough time to grab the cub and move. So she did the next thing that came into her head. She grabbed the cub and used her body to shield it, but that's when Dai appeared. Jumping right in front of them, he spread his arms out as all four globs of ink landed on his chest armor. And then, they exploded.

*BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM!*

Everyone screamed in surprise when the explosion was bigger than any of Giiga's previous ones. With all the ink landing on the same spot, the temperature of each increased and thus made the explosion bigger.

"Dai-kun!" Nagisa screamed out for her friend when she and everyone saw him flying out of the smoke. He flew far from them and landed on the ground hard, rolling until he came to a stop on his back. And then, his armor disappeared, leaving him in his civilian form.

"Ichi-kun!" Ryō exclaimed in worry as he and the girls along with the cub ran towards the 15 year old. The girls were first to get to him and they kneeled down and shook him.

"Ichi-kun!" Honoka cried out in worry, gasping at the extent of his wounds. His lip was bleeding badly and his face and clothes were covered with burns.

"Dai-kun! Wake up!" Nagisa said when she felt that her hand was wet. Confused, she held up her left hand and gasped. It was covered with blood. Looking down, she and Honoka said that his jacket was ruined, shredded to pieces as it was burnt black. But that's not what horrified them. It was the bloody spots on his chest. Some spots were fresh while others were black around the edges and dried up the blood in a bad away.

"He's…bleeding…" Nagisa's entire form shook as well as Honoka. They had never seen this much blood in their life and it was all over the friend.

"Hey! Are you alright!?" Looking up, the girls saw some people, a pair of couples who were probably out here hiking and heard the commotion.

Seeing civilians, Ryō shouted to them, "Get away from here! Run!"

*SPLAT!*

But it was already too late. Looking down in confusion, the man saw ink on his chest before the worst happened.

*BOOM!*

Right in front of everyone's eyes, the man exploded, screaming in pain as his girlfriend was caught in the blast. The shockwave blew the girls' hair as from the smoke; green ash was all that remained of the two.

"Th…They're dead…" Honoka's voice shook as she and Nagisa slowly turned to the culprit, Giiga, who was laughing.

"Those expressions…They're priceless…!" Of course, no one knew what he was saying, but from his laugh alone told everyone that he was enjoying this.

"…Run…" Nagisa spoke up. "Run…We gotta run! We need to run!" Panic filling her entire body, Nagisa stood up with shaky legs, grabbed Dai by the arm to lift him up.

"You won't escape." Giiga said as he fired another glob of ink.

"Move!" Suddenly, Ryō jumped in and pushed Nagisa down, barely avoiding the ink as it landed on the ground and exploded. He then stood up and grabbed Dai, lifting him up onto his back. "Quickly! We need to run! Now!"

Both girls nodded and got up before the three got up, Nagisa grabbed the cub, before they all ran into the forest.

"You can't escape! After them!" Gekidrago said as he and his Zakenna quickly followed after the girls. As for Giiga…

"Looks like I need to take a breather…" Steam was coming out of his body. He had built too much heat in his body. Quickly, he jumped back into the water to cool down. Once he was, that's when he'll strike.

Back with Ryō and the girls, they ran with all their might as Gekidrago and his Zakenna chased after them. Since Ryō was carrying Dai and thanks to the girls' magical enhancements, the girls were slightly ahead of Ryō as his long legs were the only thing that helped him keep up with the girls.

"I see a bridge up ahead!" Honoka said, pointing ahead as there was a wooden bridge ahead of them. Exiting the forest, the three quickly raced across it while Gekidrago and his Zakenna just exited out of the forest. Running ahead, Gekidrago followed the three on the bridge, but the minute he stepped on it, his weight was too much for it and it snapped, causing him to fall down into the ravine. Luckily for the three, they had managed to cross the bridge before Gekidrago stepped on it.

"He fell." Nagisa said. "What do we do now?"

"You need to duck! That's what!" Ryō said as the Bear Zakenna leaped over the gap between them, landing right in front of them.

"Shit! We don't have time for this!" Shifting Dai over his shoulder, Ryō grabbed his gun.

"Wait! Don't hurt-!"

*BANG!*

Before Honoka could stop Ryō, he fired a single bullet into the bear's right eye, causing it to roar in pain as it held its bleeding eye.

"How could you do that!?" Nagisa said as the cub in her arms cried out in worry for its mother.

"It was either her or us. Now come on! While she's busy recovering!" Ryō quickly ran off, leaving the girls to follow after him. They ran around the bear's right side and with no right eye, it quickly lost track of them and roared in anger.

The three ran for hours and hours until they finally made it out of the forest.

"I think we're safe here." Ryō said before he set Dai down against a tree. His blood had gotten all over Ryō's back and shoulder, but he didn't complain. Quickly, he took out his phone and dialed 119.

*Beap…Beap…Beap…Click!*

-Hello? This is 119. How can I help you?-

"This is Ichijo Ryō. I need an ambulance, right now! A friend of mine is bleeding!"

While Ryō was talking on the phone, the girls looked down at Dai in worry.

"He's going to be fine…right?" Honoka asked. Nagisa did not respond and just looked at the blood on her hands.

(Hours Later)

"Are you serious!?" Rai asked Ryō, the two talking outside.

"I'm completely serious. No. 14 appeared and attacked us. We're lucky enough to be alive right now." Ryō as he looked towards the girls who were still inside. They were currently at the hospital nearest to lake they were at as Dai was currently getting checked. The police had arrived a few hours ago as an ambulance soon arrived and took Ryō and the girls to the hospital with Dai loaded onto a gurney. The girls had not stopped looking at him worriedly until they had taken Dai away to get treated.

"I knew this would happen if we relied on the kid too much." Rai said, frustrated as he took out a box of cigs and grabbed one out of it. "Dammit, just what is taking them to develop those bullets?"

"You're not the only one who's frustrated." Ryō said as he drank some canned coffee.

"So, how are they?" Rai asked, motioning to the girls.

"They're in shock." Ryō said. "Not only was their friend badly injured, but they saw some people die right in front of their eyes. I'm surprised they haven't run to the bathroom yet to throw up."

"You said there was nothing, but ashes left. Ashes and a bloody corpse are two different things that spark two different reactions." Rai said as he lit his cigarette and breathed in before blowing out smoke.

"You're right about that." Ryō before he finished his canned coffee and threw the can into a nearby trashcan.

With the girls, they were currently silent. They were so silent that one could have the swinging of a knife clearly. Both Mepple and Mipple stayed silent, thinking their partners needed it. Honoka held the baby cub as the hospital was also a vet so animals were allowed, even wild ones. She hugged the cub as if it were a lifeline while Nagisa looked down at her hands. She had cleaned them of the blood, but she couldn't forget the sight.

"…Hey, Misumi-san?" Honoka spoke up, breaking the ice.

"What?"

"Do you remember all our past battles? The ones with that man?" Honoka asked, talking about Pisard.

"Yeah. What about them?" Nagisa asked.

"Well, I just realized something." Honoka said. "Whenever we were in a bad situation, Ichi-kun would suddenly be there and everything would turn out alright. The tides were always turned to our favor whenever Ichi-kun showed up to help us. Even during our final battle with Pisard, Dai was there to help us beat him."

"What are you saying?" Nagisa asked.

"I'm just saying…what if we've been relying on Ichi-kun too much?" Honoka said. "I mean, all our battles never start out good and it's only when Dai shows up that the tides turn to our favor. Even if he's not helping us fight, his presence alone seem to guarantee victory for us."

Nagisa took what Honoka said and began to think to all of their battles and saw that Honoka was right. During the night where they first became Pretty Cure, they did all right and managed to win while also helping Dai defeat his first Grongi. But from then on, she can see what Honoka meant. When they faced the Vacuum Zakenna, they were getting blown away until Dai appeared along with the Bat Grongi. When Pisard had disguised himself and invaded their school while holding their teacher hostage, they were getting thrown around. During the museum, even though Dai wasn't with them, the managed to pull a win in the end. And during their final battle, they couldn't take on Pisard alone until Dai appeared and took him on singlehandedly. Every time Dai was with them, they would always see victory.

"You're right…" Nagisa said as the realization struck her hard. "I…I thought that as long Dai-kun was with us, everything would turn out okay. But maybe you're right. Maybe we have been relying on him too much."

"When you think about it, it can't be helped." Honoka said. "Ichi-kun possesses skills we never knew about. Unlike us, he clearly knows how to fight."

"…We can't go on like this." Nagisa said, getting up. "We have to do something."

"You're right. But what do you suppose we do?" Honoka asked.

"We have to take care of our own problems without relying on Dai-kun." Nagisa said, looking down at her hands once more. "It's my fault Dai-kun got hurt. The thing that hurt him is still out there along with that new guy. We can't leave them alone."

"I agree with what you're saying, but you want us to fight them all by ourselves?" Honoka said. She had seen the deadly powers of the Grongi and couldn't believe Dai fought these monsters almost every day. It makes her wonder how does he do it?

"We have to!" Nagisa said as he looked down at the cub. "This cub's mother is still being possessed by a Zakenna. We have to do something. Plus, with that Squid guy still out there, more people might get killed. We have to do it. Only we can do this."

"I agree with you, Misumi-san. Truly, I do." Honoka said. "But how do we get past Ichijo-kun and the police? They don't want us going anywhere."

"We can sneak out through the back." Nagisa said. "We can exit through there and make our way to Kappa Yama Hyoutan Pond. We still need to find the Prism Hopeish."

"Okay." Honoka nodded before the two of them quickly left, making sure Ryō and his friend weren't watching them.

(An Hour Later)

"Okay, so we all know the plan, right?" Ryō asked, getting some nods while others were nervous. For the past hour, they had been planning how to deal with No.14, Me-Giiga-Gi. Ryō vaguely remembered steam coming out from it when he was running and formed a plan around that.

"We're ready to go whenever." Rai said, smoking another cig.

"Okay. Just let me inform the girls before we go." Ryō said before he went into the hospital, but found no sign of the girls. "Are they in the bathroom or something?"

"Ichijo-kun!" Ryō turned to see one of the doctors running up to him.

"What's the matter?" Ryō asked, sensing that something was wrong.

"It's the patient, Ichi Dai! He's gone missing!"

"Nani!?" Ryō rushed outside and ran to the parking lot. And to his surprise and horror, the TryChaser 2000 was nowhere to be seen. "That idiot couldn't have…Men! We're moving out! Now!"

(With the girls)

"Is it me or is the forest getting darker?" Nagisa asked as she and Honoka walked through the forest. Half way, Nagisa had offered to carry the cub and that's what she was doing now.

"The sun just set. If it's getting darker, then we're getting close." Honoka said as they continued walking forward. That was the only they can do. Move forward.

"Hey, Mepple. Can you sense anything?" Nagisa asked her fairy partner.

"Hmm…Nothing really noticeable-mepo." Mepple said.

"Then what about the Prism Hopeish? We still need that." Honoka asked.

"I got nothing. I could sense it more clearly when were by the lake last time-mepo." Mepple said before shivering at the memory of what had happened at said lake. "But I don't know if I want to go back to that place now-mepo."

"We have to." Mipple said. "Without the Prism Hopeish, we won't be able to keep the Prism Stones safe-mipo."

"It sure is quiet though." Nagisa said as there was not even a bird or a squirrel in sight.

"You're right. You'd think that man would be making a ruckus to find us." Honoka said, talking about Gekidrago.

"Wait a minute! I feel something-mepo!" Mepple said.

"What is it?" Nagisa asked as she and Honoka stopped walking.

"It's close by. To the left? No, the right! No, that's not it…" Mepple showed confusion as to where the feeling was coming from until he realized where it was coming from. "From below!"

"From below?" Nagisa and Honoka looked down and saw that the ground underneath them was starting to crack. Instincts told them to move and they did just that, jumping in time to avoid the explosion of dirt and rubble as appearing from the ground was none other than Gekidrago.

"Oga! I found you!" Gekidrago said, pounding his chest like a gorilla before yelling out, "Zakenna!"

"ZAKENNA!"

Appearing from behind Gekidrago, the Bear Zakenna burst from the trees, roaring as it's right eye boar a new scar from Ryō's previous gun shot. At the sight of the Zakenna, the cub in Nagisa's arms staretd to squirm.

"No, no…It's dangerous." Nagisa said to the cub.

"You two have to transform-mipo!" Mipple said.

"Get them, Zakenna!" Gekidrago ordered as the bear charged.

Seeing the Zakenna coming, the girls' first reaction was to run, but they forced themselves to not move. They stood their ground as Nagisa quickly placed the cub down before looking at Honoka who nodded. It was time to prove just what they were really made of!

"Duel Aurora Wave!"

The bear Zakenna tried to strike, but was blown away by the light and energy that surrounded the girls. Gekidrago covered his eyes, not liking the light before it died down. Looking, both Cure Black and Cure White were ready to take on the Dark Zone General and free the cub's bear.

"Hikari no shisha, Cure Black!"

"Hikari no shisha, Cure White!"

"Futari wa PreCure!"

"Servant of the Dark Power…"

"Return to the darkness from which you came!"

And just like that, the battle began.

"ZAKENNA!"

The Bear Zakenna charged towards the two Cures. Quickly, Black picked up the cub again before the two jumped away. The both of them landed on some trees before pushing off, sending a double flying dick towards the Zakenna. Their attack hit, but the Zakenna showed no pain as she backhanded the two Cures away. They flew and flipped in the air before they both landed back on their feet, finding themselves out of the forest and where they were at from before. The bridge which was still broken. Gekidrago and his Zakenna soon appeared from the forest and the girls retreated back, but stopped when they stopped at the edge.

"Hehehe, nowhere to run now." Gekidrago said.

"Dang it! Isn't there anything we can do?" Nagisa said.

"I want to free the cub's mother from the Zakenna's hold, but I'm afraid we might hurt it." Honoka voiced her thoughts. "Mipple, isn't there anything we can do?"

"Use the Pretty Cure Rainbow Therapy-mipo!"

"Eh? What's that?" Nagisa asked.

"It will purify hearts that have been possessed by the dark power-mepo." Mepple explained.

"But will the mother bear be okay?" Nagisa asked.

"It'll be alright-mepo. Trust us-mepo!"

"Let's try it." Honoka said. It's not like they had any other options at the moment besides their regular finishing move.

Nagisa nodded before setting the cub down. "Please stay still, okay?" She and Honoka then grasped hands, but realized that they didn't know what to do. "What do we do now?"

"Shout out Black Pulsar and White Pulsar-mipo." Mipple explained as the Zakenna started to charge towards them. "Hurry!"

Seeing the Bear Zakenna coming, the girls acted fast. They stuck out their hands like they would when calling up their respective colored lighting, but what they were doing was completely different.

"Black Pulsar!"

"White Pulsar!"

Suddenly, as if appearing from thin air, rings of black and white light surround them and turn into a rainbow ball of light.

"Yami no jubaku ni toraware shimono yo...( One that is cursed by the Dark Powers...)"

"... Ima, sono kusari wo tachikiran(... We shall now break the chains that bind you)!"

They then tighten their hands before extending out their other hands while shouting out with all their might.

"Pretty Cure Rainbow Therapy!"

"I said something strange again…" Nagisa said before the attack took off. The rainbow ball that surrounded them turns into ribbons, encircling the Bear Zakenna.

"ZAKENNA!" The Zakenna possessing the bear screamed out in pain. The attack did not force it out of the bear; rather it had purified the bear, not harming it as the Zakenna exploded into tiny stars once again like when the girls use their regular finisher. And once the light died down, standing in place of the Bear Zakenna was a regular bear. The cub's mother was now back to normal.

The girls and the cub watched as the remains of the Zakenna ran away before the bear, still bearing a scar on her right eye, walked up to her cub. Happy to see its mother safe and sound, the cub licked the scar as if trying to lessen the wound as the mother growled, happy that her baby was safe.

"Thanks goodness." Nagisa said as the skies cleared up and the setting sun was seen once again over the horizon.

"So we can do that too. I'm glad." Honoka said, glad that no harm had come to the mother.

"Oga!"

"Hm?" Both girls turned around and saw Gekidrago jumping towards them.

"Oh yeah. We forgot about him." Nagisa said before she and Nagisa quickly jumped away, avoiding a body slam from Gekidrago. Remembering that the General was the cause of turning the cub's mother into a Zakenna, fury ignited within both girls.

"Without a second thought, you turned that cub's mother into a Zakenna." Nagisa said as she glared at the Dark Zone General. "We'll never forgive you! White!"

"Right!" Honoka nodded before the two grasped hands once again and held their hands into the air.

"Black Thunder!"

"White Thunder!"

*BOOM!*

"Eh?" Lacking the knowledge of what the hell was going on; Gekidrago stared dumbly as two bolts of lightning entered the girls' palms, surrounding them in a rainbow aura.

"Purikyua no utsukushiki tamashī ga…"

"... Jaaku na kokoro wo uchikudaku!"

Both girls clasped their hands tighter than ever. They planned to finish this with one shot!

"Pretty Cure Marble Screw!"

Extending out their hands, the black and white blast of energy shot out of the girls' hands, spiraling around one another as it shot towards Gekidrago. Seeing the attack, he crossed his arms to block it, but when the attack hit, he was surprised by the amount of power that came out of it. He struggled and tried to hold his ground, but in the end, he was sent flying, crashing into some boulders as rubble fell and a bolder bigger than him fell right on top of him, burying him.

"Did we get him?" Honoka asked as she and Nagisa approached the rubble, waitng for the huge man to pop out anytime now, but he did not come.

"If it's like this, he won't be able to come out, right?" Nagisa asked.

"Probably…" Honoka said. "Now there's only one thing left to do."

"Yeah. "Nagisa nodded. With Dai hospitalized, they had to take care of the Grongi in his place. But suddenly…

*Bonk!*

"Ite!" Nagisa cried out when something suddenly fell on top of her head. "What hit me?"

Both girls looked and saw some sort of item they have never seen before. The whole thing was mostly hot pink as the shape was a big heart with seven empty heart shaped slots on it.

"Wait a minute…" Honoka thought back to Mepple's drawing. "Is this…?"

"The Prism Hopeish-mipo!" Mipple cried out in happiness. "We finally found it-mipo!"

"You mean this is the Prism Hopeish?" Nagisa asked as she picked up the said item. It's a lot more pink than she imagined.

"That's right!" Mepple said. "Told you I find it-mepo!"

"It just appeared by chance." Nagisa said when all of a sudden, Mepple and Mipple started shaking. "What's wrong?"

"This feeling…Behind you two-mipo!" Mipple informed the two, making them turn to see something coming up from the ravine.

"Look what I found…" It was none other than Giiga. Now cooled off, he was ready to start killing some more people.

"It's that Grongi from before!" Honoka said as Nagisa threw the Prism Hopeish aside. They could pick it up later. This right now acquired their complete attention. She turned to the bears and said, "You two need to run! Now! Get away from here!"

The bears did as told and took their leave quickly. Will they ever meet again, who knows?

"That's the guy who hurt Dai-kun…" Nagisa curled her hands into fists. They were shaking not just from rage, but also in fear. Here it was. A killer, a murder right in front of them. One couldn't help, but be afraid right now.

Honoka was the same, curling her hands into fists as they shook from fear. Me-Giiga-Gi if she remembered correctly was someone they've never faced before. Sure, they've fought a few Grongi before, but they had only just gotten a punch or kick in before Dai took care of the rest. But Dai was not here right now. It was just them.

"Be careful you two-mepo." Mepple said. "This guy's nothing like a Zakenna-mepo."

"What's wrong? Come at me." Giiga said, extending out his arms as he motioned them to come at him in a mocking gesture.

The girls didn't understand what Giiga just said, but they figured out what he meant and Nagisa was the first to charge.

"Black!" Honoka cried out to her friend. They couldn't just charge in at an opponent like this. They needed a plan!

"Haaaah!" Dashing off at great speeds, Nagisa threw a punch that struck Giiga's gut. But…

"Is that all you got?" Nagisa's eyes widen when Giiga did not seem the least big affected. He had taken Kuuga's punches which were 3 tons. This was nothing.

With one swing, Giiga backhanded Nagisa back, sending her flying. Quickly, Honoka jumped and caught Nagisa before she flew any further.

"Black! Are you alright?"

"Yeah…" Nagisa said as she shook her head to get rid of the dizziness. That backhand had hit hard.

"You can't rush in like that. We need a plan." Honoka said.

"Look out-mepo!" Mepple cried out and just in time as the girls looked and saw Giiga firing his special ink. Quickly, the girls rolled out of the way as an explosion occurred in the spot they were at previously.

"What kind of plan would work against a monster that can fire exploding ink!?" Nagisa said.

"Ichi-kun said that his ink as a maximum oxygen span of 280ºC!" Honoka said. "He's got to have a limit if he's firing something that hot! We just need to stall for time!"

"But we can't run forever!" Nagisa said before she and Honoka ducked, dodging another glob of ink.

"You won't have to run!" Nagisa looked up only to be met with a kick hitting her chin, making her snap back as she flew.

"Black!" Honoka cried out in worry before quickly dodging to her right to avoid another glob of ink. Not wanting to be a sitting duck, Honoka dashed towards the Grongi and threw a kick. The sound of flesh being hit reached Honoka's ear, but to her surprise, Giiga didn't seem the least bit affected.

"Is that all?" Giiga then grabbed Honoka's leg and started to swing her around. Round and round she went until she was thrown away over the ravine.

"White!" Nagisa cried out as Honoka fell through the ravine. Running, she looked down and saw that Honoka had managed to grab onto one of the rope of the broken bridge.

"We need to help her-mepo!" Mepple said.

"Right!" Nagisa said when she heard the sound of ink being shot. Risking it, she jumped just as the ink landed on the spot she was on and exploded. The shockwave, sent Nagisa down further, but she recovered quickly and flipped, landing on the other side of the ravine before pushing up, jumping up and grabbed Honoka along the way. Slamming her foot down on the walls of the ravine again, she boosted herself and Honoka up until they were out and landed not too far from Giiga.

"Impressive. No Linto has managed to live for this long against me."

"He's strong. How does Dai-kun deal with these guys?" Nagisa said as she and Honoka took a moment to think up a new plan.

"He's clearly not tiring out anytime soon." Honoka said as Giiga still looked good to go. "Let's try attacking him together."

Nagisa nodded and both she and Honoka charged towards the Grongi. Seeing them coming, he shot two globs of ink, but they missed. Honoka acted first and leaped into the air, spinning around until she landed right behind Giiga. He went to turn to her when Nagisa dashed in quickly, fist raised. At the same time, Honoka raised her leg and threw a kick.

"Ha! A combination attack? That'll never-Guh!?" Giiga never got to finish when unexpectedly; both Nagisa and Honoka struck Giiga right in the face at the exact same time. Nagisa's fist rammed into Giiga's cheek while Honoka's kick slammed right in his face. The combined force of both attacks landing at the exact same time sent Giiga flying and into some boulders.

"We got him!" Nagisa said, smiling as they finally managed to do some damage to it.

"Nice combination attack-mepo!"

"You two were so in sync that time-mipo!"

"I guess we were." Honoka said when rocks and rubble were thrown away and Giiga got up.

"You actually managed to hurt me. Not bad. But play time is over!" No longer in the playing mood, Giiga started to fire glob after globs of ink at the girls, forcing them to separate and dodge.

"This is insane!" Nagisa said as the amount of explosions happening around her was crazy.

"We need to regroup!" Honoka said and they tried, keyword tried. Every time they were close to one another, an explosion separated them.

"He's trying to keep us apart!" Nagisa said when the explosions stopped. Turning, she saw Giiga running up to her. Raising her fists, she threw a punch to his chest, but her fist was caught and with amazing strength, Giiga punched Nagisa in the gut hard, knocking the wind out of her as she gasped in pain before she was thrown away, crashing into a tree.

"Black!" Honoka cried out in worry when she saw another glob of ink heading towards her fast. She ducked and made a dash towards her friend only to have a foot swung at her, curtsy of Giiga who sent Honoka flying back.

"I think I'll deal with you first." Giiga said as he raised a hand to his mouth before firing his ink at Honoka.

"White!" Nagisa cried out for Honoka to move, but she was still recovering from the kick. It looked like she would be unable to dodge the ink when all of a suddenly, a stick flew out of the forest, having been thrown as it got between Honoka and the ink. The ink splattered all over the stick while the remains landed away from Honoka before the stick and parts of the ground exploded. Honoka was safe.

"Who did that!?" Giiga cried out, waning to know who had stopped him.

*VROOM!*

He wasn't expecting a motorbike appearing. Too stunned in surprise, Giiga was unable to dodge the bike as it struck him, sending his rolling on the ground as the Rider skidded to a stop. He then got off and took off his helmet to reveal…

"Dai-kun/Ichi-kun!?" Both girls said in surprise.

Indeed, it was Dai, but he had seen better days. His lip was still cut and he wore a hospital gown over his bandaged chest while his pants were still a bit ruined.

"Me-Giiga-Gi! You've taken your last life!" Dai said, throwing away his helmet.

"Dai-kun, what are you doing here!?" Nagisa asked. "You're supposed to be healing back at the hospital!"

"Daijobu. I can fight." Dai said.

"No you can't! You're still bandaged up!" Honoka said.

"Honoka-chan, Nagisa-chan!" Dai raised his voice, making the girls stop as he turned to look at them…and smiled before giving them a thumbs up. "Thanks for fighting Giiga for me, but I can take it from here. You girls sit back and rest up."

"But you're still healing! How are you gonna fight?" Honoka asked.

"Simple. I'm gonna face him head on." Dai said, surprising the girls.

"What!?" Nagisa looked at Dai as if he had finally gone crazy. "Are you nuts!? You barely survived this guy's explosion! You can't face him head on!"

"Don't worry! I have one trick that can help me win this!" Dai said before he summoned the Arcle. "Please, just believe in me! I can do this!"

"Dai-kun…" Nagisa muttered as she and Honoak just watched.

"Ha! Back for another defeat? This time, I'll make sure you stay down for good."

Of course, Dai did not understand what Giiga said since he was not in his Kuuga armor, but he didn't care about what Giiga may have said to him. What he was planning right now was a gamble to him. There was only one thing that could help him right now and that was Kuuga's purple form, Titan form. Thing is, he's never used that form before. But he had an idea on how to bring it out. The Arcle responded to his feelings. When he wanted to fight, the Arcle donned him in his Mighty Form. When he needed to fight fast and chase after someone, he would be in Dragon Form. Right now, what he needed was defense. So much defense that almost nothing could knock him over. He needed the power to walk forward without having to be knocked back and he hoped that the Arcle would respond to these feelings.

'Nagisa-chan and Honoka-chan fought hard while I was away. I can't fail them!' Dai said as the center of the Arcle glowed purple Dai executed the hand motions perfectly before shouting out. "Henshin!"

"Die!" Giiga said, shooting a glob of ink just as Dai spread his arms out. His armor was donned when the ink reached him and exploded.

*BOOM!*

"Dai-kun/Ichi-kun!" Both girls screamed out in horror. They're friend had just died right in front of them.

"Hahaha! What an idiot, just standing there like that!" Giiga laughed when he noticed something. "Hm?"

"Wait! Look!" Mepple moved around in his carrier to get the girls to look. "Something's standing in the flames-mepo!"

Indeed there was something standing in the flames. But it was not something, but someone. It was Dai donned in his Kuuga armor, but it was different. His gauntlets had turned silver as the wrist bands were purple. His chest and shoulder armor had gotten bigger, colored mostly silver as the edges and center was colored purple. All in all, it looked like he was knight armor. Finally, the eye lenses of Dai's helmet were purple. This was Kuuga's Titan Form.

Dai took a deep breath before he breathed out slowly. Meanwhile, everyone else looked at Dai's new form in surprise.

"Ichi-kun? Is that…Ichi-kun?" Honoka asked.

"He's…purple now." Nagisa said.

Quickly, Dai turned to his TryChaser and removed the Try-Acceler Rod from his bike. Turning back around to face Giiga, Dai held up the control handle before right before everyone's eyes, the whole thing turned into a purple claymore sword called the Titan Sword.

"Let's go." Dai said before he started to walk towards Giiga at a calm pace.

"He's…He's just gonna walk up to him!?" Nagisa once again looked at Dai like he was crazy.

"Attacking head on? You must really have a death wish." Giiga said as he fired a glob of ink.

"Ichi-kun! Watch out!" Honoka shouted, but Dai did not move to dodge. He instead kept walking forward as the glob struck him.

*BOOM!*

Giiga laughed as Dai's entire form was lost in the smoke. Both the girls looked in horror when to everyone's surprise, Dai walked out of the smoke, completely fine. There wasn't even a scratch on his armor!

"He's okay!" Nagisa said.

"What!? Impossible!" Giiga fired another glob of ink and it struck Dai, exploding, but Dai showed no signs of being effected and just kept walking. Giiga fired again and the results were the same. He then started to get nervous, sweating as he fired glob after globs of ink.

*BOOM-BOOM-BOOM!*

In his nervousness, Giiga started to miss as Dai advanced closer. As Dai continued to walk, the girls and the fairies watched in amazement as explosions occurred all around him while some struck him, but he never showed any signs of being effected. He just kept walking, sword in hand.

"Su…Sugoi(Amazing)…" Nagisa muttered, not believing what she was seeing.

"How is he taking all those hits and not even flinching?" Honoka wondered.

*BOOM-BOOM-BOOM!*

Explosions after explosions occurred, but Dai still kept moving forward. That's when it happened. Whether it was an illusion or not, no one knew, but right before their eyes, walking right behind Dai, a gigantic purple titan towered over everyone. It walked right behind Dai, matching his pace as it looked down at everyone, sending chills down everyone's spine. But the most affected was Giiga as his nervousness turned to fear and he started firing faster and faster.

*BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM!*

The number of times Giiga's ink missing Dai than actually hitting him started to increase. They practically flew past his head as Dai drew closer and closer. Giiga tried to move back, but his feet were frozen in place. Giiga went to fire another glob of ink when his body felt hot and steam started spewing from inside. He was at his limits. It was then that Dai finally reached Giiga

"You're finished." Dai said in Grongi before he grabbed his Titan Sword with both hands and trusted the blade forward, penetrating Giiga's stomach and right through the back, executing the Calamity Titan perfectly. The Grongi gasped in pain as a mark appeared around the blade. Cracks formed from that mark and they made their way to Giiga's belt. And when it did, the Grongi met the same fate as Dai's previous opponents. He exploded.

*BOOM!*

(BGM End)

Dai stood there, still in a trusting position before he pulled back and relaxed.

"It's over." Dai said before he turned towards the girls and walked towards them. "Nagisa-chan, Honoka-chan, are you two alright?"

"Y-Yes, we're fine, Ichi-kun." Honoka said.

"That's good to hear." Dai smiled under his helmet before he sat down and sighed. "Whew! I'm beat! I can't wait to get back and taste Rie-san's steak. Granted, I could do it better, but I'll still eat it."

"Dai!" Dai jumped in surprise when Nagisa spoke up, not using honorifics when speaking his name. "You had us both worried sick! How could you so something so reckless!?"

Dai blinked under his helmet before scratching said helmet. "Well, I can't really move around that much when I'm in this form so going at him head on was the only way to get in close."

"That's not what I meant!" Nagisa said as she threw a punch to Dai's armored chest. She quickly regretted it as she held her red throbbing hand. "Ite! What is that armor made out of!?"

"You know…I really don't know." Dai said, realizing that it was never really explained what Kuuga's armor was made up of. He then noticed something not far from them and pointed at it. "What's that?"

Following his gaze, the girls saw that Dai was pointing to the Prism Hopeish.

"The Prism Hopeish." Honoka said before getting up and picked up said item, inspecting it for any damage. "Thank goodness. It's in one piece." Honoka smiled before she and everyone saw lights coming from the forest.

"Keep looking! They must be around here!" The voice of Ryō was heard as well as other voices.

"That sounds like Ichijo-kun." Honoka said.

"Hurry up and cancel your transformations you two-mepo!" Mepple said.

"I guess I better do the same." Dai said as his armor disappeared, leaving him in his civilian form.

It didn't take long for Ryō and the others to find the three. Everyone saw the landscape and asked what had happened. The three simply said that they were kidnapped by Giiga aka No. 14 and that No.4 had saved them. The police believed them, but Ryō knew the truth as he got the three out of the forest while everyone else investigated the area.

"You three had me worried sick!" Ryō said, taking of his glasses to wipe them clean.

"We're sorry we snuck out." Nagisa and Honoka apologized.

Ryō sighed before putting his glasses back on. "Just tell me next time you pull something like this. My pride as an adult can't have me relying on you kids forever."

"We'll come to you when we need help." Dai said. "Anyway, we found the Prism Hopeish."

"You did?" Ryō said as the three nodded and showed him the Prism Hopeish. "It's a lot pinker than I expected."

"That's what I thought." Nagisa said. "So, now what do we do?"

"Put the Prism Stone into the Prism Hopeish-mepo." Mepple instructed.

Being the one who had said stone, Honoka took out the green Prism Stone, surprising Ryō as this was the first time he has ever seen it, before Honoka placed the stone into the Prism Hopeish. The stone glowed before the Prism Hopeish itself glowed. Everyone watched with anticipation when all of a sudden, a puff a smoke surprised them as right before their eyes, a tiny man garbed in robes stood before them with seven different colored lights in front of him.

"What the…?" Ryō looked at the man weirdly.

"Hello there. I am the Stone Guardian who protects the Prism Stones. Pleased to meet you." The Stone Guardian said.

"Oh! Please to meet you too." Dai said with a small bow.

"Are you the ones who retrieved who this stone?" The Stone Guardian asked.

"Um…yes…" Honoka said.

"Thank you for returning this stone, little girls." The Stone Guardian said, speaking to Honoka and Nagisa.

"Little girls? You look younger than any of us." Nagisa said.

"Did you say something?"

"Oh! Uh, no. Nothing, nothing."

"As thanks for returning this stone, allow me to give you a present." The Stone Guardian said as he took out a manga from absolutely nowhere. "Please, go ahead and take it."

"Manga?" The four asked in confusion.

Realizing his mistake, the Stone Guardian quickly took back the manga and pulled out something else. "Excuse me. Here, you're real present. The Pretty Cure Planner."

"Pretty Cure Planner?" Both the girls said in confusion.

"What's so special about this day planner?" Ryō asked while also not believing that he was actually talking with someone from a different world. It felt weird to him.

"Nobody else can read what you write in this day planner." The Stone Guardian explained.

"That's useful and strange at the same time." Nagisa said.

"Sounds interesting." Honoka said.

"There will surely be a time when this will come in handy. I will also give you a card, so please use it if you need to call me. With that, I bid thee farewell." The Stone Guardian said before he disappeared along with the Prism Hopeish in a puff of smoke as in his place was a card depicting him.

"He actually turned into a card." Dai said in small amazement.

"The Stone Guardian is so dreamy-mipo." Mipple said, blushing.

"Arienai-mepo…" Mepple said, not liking what Mipple had just said.

"Okay, I think it's official." Ryō said. "I'll take the Grongi any day over this. This…This was just weird."

"You'll get used to it, Ichijo-san." Dai said.

"Well then, we better get going." Nagisa said. "My mom's probably worried about us."

"Yeah. That's true." Dai said before his stomach growled. "Hehehehe, looks like my stomach is hungry for that steak."

Everyone shared a laugh with one another before they all decided to finally head home. Unknown to them, Gekidrago had escaped from his stone imprisonment, but by the time he got out, there was no one left in sight as the police had finished investigating the area.

"Oga?"

(The Next Day)

It was a new day as Nagisa walked amongst the many people as she carried her bag and lacrosse stick while thinking about the events of yesterday and something she and Honoka had talked about. Something they had decided to do. Dai left early since he didn't want Nagisa's family to know about his injuries and told Nagisa that he'd meet up with her at the train station. Speaking of the Rider, there he was now; talking with his friends Kimata and Shougo which Nagisa blushed at the sight of. But suddenly…

"Ohayō, Nagisa!" Nagisa's friend, Shino appeared, patting her shoulder.

"Ite!" Nagisa cried out. Her muscles were still sore and she was still recovering from her battle with both Gekidrago and Giiga.

Then, her friend Rina appeared as well, patting her other shoulder which caused another pained cry. "If you space out, we'll leave you behind."

"Hey, my muscles are really sore!" Nagisa said as her friends ran off.

"You have nice friends." Honoka said, walking up to her.

"I guess…" Nagisa said before looking over to Dai. "Do you want to ask now?"

"We might as well." Honoka said as she Nagisa made their way over to Dai. "Ichi-kun."

"Hm? Oh, hey girls." Dai said, turning to them.

"Listen, we need to talk to you about something, Dai-kun." Nagisa said.

Dai blinked in confusion before said, "Okay?"

"The train is almost here." Shougo informed Dai.

"This will be quick." Dai said before leaving with the girls. Going into an area with less people, Dai asked, "So, what is it you two wanted to talk about?"

"Well, you know who you fight all those different fighting styles, right?" Nagisa asked.

Dai nodded. "Yeah. What about them?"

"Well, me and Misumi-san talked with one another after what happened yesterday and we've come to an agreement about something." Honoka said.

"An agreement?" Dai raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"Yeah. You see, we've been noticing how much you've been saving our butts when we need it most and that's because you know a lot of skills." Nagisa said as she tried to think of how to say this next part. "What I'm trying to say is…um…can you…"

"Can I what?" Dai asked.

"Could you maybe…train us?" Nagisa asked.

Dai blink in surprise and confusion. "Huh?"

"What Misumi-san here is saying, could you teach on how to fight properly?" Honoka said.

Dai only had one response at that moment.

"Eh?"

And done! Holy shit that turned out longer than I expected! I think I just beat the record for longest chapter for this story. Not once have I not made it past the 10,000 mark. What is wrong with me? Well, anyways, hope you all loved today's chapter. I really kind of went out with a swing here with how I handled everything up until I got to when Gekidrago appears before the group. I'm trying to get Ryō and the police more involved, but that's proving to be a lot more difficult that I thought it be. Once again, I hope you all lived today's chapter and Titan forms first appearance. Next time, Kuuga's Pegasus form finally debuts. Let's hope I can make this as good as it was in the TV. Pretty Cure: Rider Fun Facts

"Hello minna-san! After a month, we have finally returned-mepo!" Mepple said, the crowd cheering as the rest of the group appeared on stage.

"Today's chapter was hectic. I'm still feeling sore after all that." Nagisa said, rubbing her shoulders.

"And it was a lot longer too." Honoka said. "So, what are we looking at today?"

"Today, we'll be looking at Dai's newest form, the Titan Form-mipo!" Mipple said as said form appeared on screen.

"His armor looks bigger than normal." Nagisa commented.

"That's because Titan Form is a purple herculean form where Dai's defense is greatly increased, allowing him to withstand most of his opponents' attacks long enough to get in close range, but the armor is so big now, his speed has decreased. This form has much larger armor that is mainly silver with large purple trims. Although this armor provides superior protection, it still leaves parts of his body exposed, thus making him still susceptible to damage-mipo." Mipple explained.

"According to the wiki, Dai in this form has a punching power of 7 tons, and his kicking power is the same as his Mighty form's. However, he can now only jump as high as 10 meters or 32 ft. and 8 in. Not only that, but his maximum running speed is now only 100m per 7.2 seconds or 328 ft. per 7.2 seconds-mepo." Mepple said.

"So this form provides extra defense and power strength, sacifices speed and agility." Honoka said.

"What about his weapon? I saw him wielding a sword against that Squid guy." Nagisa said.

"That would the Titan Sword, Titan form's personal weapon-mepo." Mepple said. "Like the Dragon Rod, all Dai has to do is grab a pole, or stick-like object and it transform into the Titan Sword if he's in this form-mepo."

"The finishing move of this form is called the Calamity Titan, a powerful sword thrust wherein Kuuga twists the blade as it is impaled through his opponents-mipo."

"Now that's a bit brutal." Nagisa said. "Well, can Dai-kun do anything else with the sword besides thrusting it?"

"Yes. The author originally intended for Dai and Ryō to have a quick kendo sparing match which is the reason why he had Ryō accompanying you, but sadly, he couldn't find any place to put it-mipo." Mipple explained.

"So Ichi-kun can do kendo." Honoka said.

"That's right. But you'll probably won't see him swing around the sword often. Sure, while opponents can just run away, it's pretty hard when a guy who's slowly walking towards you with the illusion of a titan glaring down at you has you're frozen in place-mepo." Mepple said. "On another note. If you readers have seen it, the author has just decided to pair Dai up with someone and it is none other than my partner, Nagisa-mepo!"

"Congratulations, Misumi-san, for being paired up with such a wonderful person." Honoka said, smiling.

"D-Did you have to bring that up?" Nagisa said, blushing as she covered her face with her hands.

"The author put a lot of thought into and decided to make it official-mipo." Mipple said. "He's says that this pairing will play a vital role in the future."

"It will?" The fairies nodded.

"Unfortunately, he never told us why that is." Mepple said before turning to the crowd. "Well, that's all the time we have folks. Tune in next time for Dai's Pegasus Form as he snipes his enemies down from afar! Until then, bye bye-mepo!"

The four waved goodbye as they left the stage.
