Hello Fanfiction readers! It is I, Ashbel Longheart, here to finally bring you the chapter that will, for sure this time, mark the halfway point for this story! Jesus Christ! After years and we're finally here. I'm kinda ashamed that it took this long to get here, but no time for getting down. I'm here to bring you guys some action! So cue the disclaimer!

Last time, our heroes faced off against the Dark King himself and, with a little help from the Queen of Light, were able to defeat him! But the gang had no time to celebrate for Daguva stepped up and just trounced all of them! It soon got worse when in a fit of rage, Dai awakened to Kuuga's Ultimate Form and has gone berserk, rampaging around the Garden of Light. With no hope left, a light shined down from above and out came the one and only Kamen Rider Ichigo! It's Showa vs Heisei people as we're about to bear witness to a fight of epic proportions! Ride 25: Climatic Battle! Showa Rider #1 Vs. Heisei Rider #1!

(One Year Ago)

"Two Thousand Skills?" Nagisa looked over at Dai in disbelief.

"Yeah," Dai nodded. "My goal is to one day obtain 2000 skills. As of right now, I've obtained 990 skills so far."

"Okay, one: I find it hard to believe you have that many skills," Nagisa said, holding up a finger before raising another one. "Second: Why do you want to have 2000 skills? It sounds like a hassle to have that many."

"Well," Dai leaned against the railings of the balcony they were at and looked up to the night sky, absentmindedly counting the stars that he could make out and find as he spoke. "There was once this guy who had a plethora of skills. He would travel around the world and use those skills of his in order to help people and spread smiles wherever he went."

"And I..." At this did Dai look back down to Nagisa, his usual smile gone and replaced with a serious look of determination. "I want to be just like that man. I want to be someone who can help out no matter the situation and make sure people are always smiling."

"Dai-kun..." Nagisa looked at her friend in amazement, the conviction ins his voice seemingly entrancing her. She's known Dai for almost a half a year now, and yet this may be the first time she's seen Dai this serious about something.

"I know it may sound idealistic, that it might sound like I'm trying to be some sort of superhero," Dai continued, looking out towards the city. "But even still, to be someone who can help people no matter the situation, to be able to spread joy to wherever you go, I want to be someone as amazing as that. And besides..."

Dai looks back at Nagisa and flashes her his usual go-lucky smile. "Wouldn't having that many skills just be kinda cool?"

At the sight of Dai's smile does Nagisa smile at the boy before sighing.

"If you ask me, I think you're fine just the way you are," Nagisa said before she goes and pokes Dai's bandaged cheek, making the future Rider wince. "Of course I wish you'd tone down that hero complex you have going on. Seriously, you gotta stop getting into fights that don't involve you."

"If I see someone in trouble, I'm going to help. I already told you this."

"Yeah, yeah..." Nagisa waved off her friend before seriously looking at him. "But seriously though, you gotta take better care of yourself. You won't be able to achieve 2000 skills if you're too hurt."

"Heh, you gotta point there," Dai scratched his non-bandaged cheek as he laughed a little. "I'll make sure to take better care of myself."

"Somehow, I doubt that..." Nagisa couldn't help but sigh at that, knowing full well Dai's habit of getting involved with trouble. It's that habit of his that makes people worry for the young man.

(Now)

Years ago, The Queen of Light, ruler of the Garden of Light, once visited the Garden of Rainbows, Earth. The name of 'Garden of Rainbows' was something the Queen came up with when she saw how bright and colorful the world could be. During the summer, the colors were bright. During the Fall, the colors faded. During the Winter, the colors were pure and pristine. And during the Spring, the colors were freshened up until they were back to their bright luminous shade. From the trees to the ocean, the mountains, the sky, the ground, everything was so different that the Queen couldn't help but compare it all to a rainbow.

But what was the reason for the Queen's visit? It was not to give the planet a nice nickname, but in actuality, she was there to judge it. She had taken notice that the Dark King had taken some interest on the planet and had gone to investigate just why that was. Once there, she had been assaulted by the amount of colors and life that had filled the entire planet...and what the denizens had done to it.

It was the year 1946 when the Queen first arrived on Earth. A year had passed since the ending of a massive war that she would later come to learn as World War II. While the Queen had been stunned by the beauty of the world, she was also horrified by the destruction caused by the people of the planet. Millions of lives lost, cities devastated and razed to the ground, and despite the war being over, a Cold War was taking place as tensions were high. As someone not from Earth, the people of Earth did not leave a very good impression on her. It could even be said that she was disgusted with what humanity's actions had done to the planet. While she had never been there herself due to various warnings, she had seen the pictures of what had happened to the cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki and her disgust deepened. The Queen's disgust would have lasted centuries...if it wasn't for a certain meeting.

Somehow, there were people that knew that the Queen was not from Earth and she had been targetted. An organization known as SHOCKER, formed from the remnants of the Nazis, had sent their men after her with the intent of capturing her for...less than humane reasons. It was only when she found herself cornered did she meet him.

Saishō Hajime. That was the name of her savior. He was a man who had been fighting against SHOCKER for almost a year when she had first met him. She would later learn that Hajime was no normal man. He was something else, something far more. At the time, the Queen had no way of knowing that his very existence would give birth to a generation of heroes and that he would rise up to become a legend.

He was the First Beginning, the one who started it all.

He was the Great Savior, a hero to both the people of Earth and the Garden of Light.

He was PreCure no Sekai's first-ever Rider.

But most importantly, to the Queen of Light, he was and will always be her friend.

He was Kamen Rider...Ichigo.

And now, the first Rider of the Showa era stood before the first Rider of the Heisei era.

"Kuuga..." With a deep and powerful voice, Ichigo points dramatically at the berserk Rider. "For the Garden of Light, I shall put you down!"

And so, right before the eyes of many, generations clashed.

(Insert STRIKE BACK by BACK-ON)

(Instrumental) The song starts as the camera rises up to show the legs of Kuuga before we get a sudden screenshot of Cure Black and Cure White before go back to Kuuga. Just as the camera is at the Arcle, we get a sudden shot of Mepple and Mipple before the camera gets to his chest. We then get another sudden shot of The PreCure cards surrounding Gouram before we go back to Kuuga whose back was facing the camera. He then suddenly turns around and punches the screen, cracking it as the title appears.

(Kidou sura kaerarenai kurai no kakuritsu da to shite mo) We now see Nagisa playing lacrosse with her team, catching a ball as Mepple is seen sleeping from Nagisa's bag.

(IPAASENTO demo areba mochiron teikou desho?) We then see Honoka with the members of the science club, doing an experiment that ended in an explosion as Mipple just giggles at the scene.

(Shosen, "unmei" to nagetsukerareta tte, No I won't!) We go to the city where the police are examining a dead body. Ryō looks at the body before he walks away and gets out his phone, calling Dai.

(Hikkuri kaeshite, Because datte kimi to mirai wo miretara saikou janai?) Dai, riding on the TryChaser 2000, gets the call from his radio and speeds up, passing both Nagisa and Honoka as he races to meet up with Ryō.

(Bring it on! 'Cuz I'm just gonna grow up in the battle HEY! buchinuku donten!) Suddenly, the sky turns dark before the Dark King and his subordinates appears as well as an army of Zakenna appeared. Appearing with him was a shadow figure of N-Daguva-Zeba along with an army of Grongi.

(Still burning my fire ten wo kirsaku raimei I gotta kakikesu Nightmare tada mirai ga mitakute!) Nagisa and Honoka step in fear before Dai suddenly appeared behind them and gave them his signature smile and a thumbs up.

(Kako, mirai, soshite ikiteru ima, I ain't scared of my past and now for takusareta asu) Seeing his smile seemed to steel the girl's resolve as they took out the Queen PreCure and Dai summoned the Arcle belt.

(Screaming out for my pride!) A light then suddenly appears and appearing from it was Kamen Rider Kuuga along with Cure Black and Cure White, ready for battle.

(Namida mitakunai kara, sakebi tsudzukeru yo! Zutto...) Cure Black and Cure White engage a battle with some Zakenna before taking on Pisard, Ilkubo, Poisony, Kiriya, and Gekidrago.

(I'm never falling down! oi kaze wo se ni fukitobasu Destiny!) Both sides traded blows for a bit before both girls held hands and fired their signature Marble Screw.

(Kono senaka ni aru, egao mamoritai kara! Zutto...) We see Kuuga kicking way a few Grongi, bashes them with the Dragon Rod while in his Dragon form, shoots a flying Grongi with his Pegasus Bowgun in his Pegasus form, slash a few more Grongi with his Titan Sword in his Titan form.

(I gotta blast off your pain for you and me! kanashimi nante Rest in peace!) Dai and the girls meet regroup as they face both the Dark King and N-Daguva-Zeba. Dai charges up a Mighty Kick before he jumps.

(Nando demo...) The girl then threw another Marble Screw as Dai kicks towards the two beings of darkness with the Marble Screw following close behind him before a light overtakes everything and we see a quick look at the blue sky before the song ends.

(Garden of Light)

*VROOM!*

*BOOM-BOOM-BOOM-BOOM!*

Maneuvering his trusty Cyclone motorbike around, Ichigo moves with the purpose of dodging Dai's attacks which took the form of pyrokinetic attacks. From an outside point of view, it was like the Showa Rider was driving through a minefield, just barely avoiding an explosion to the face. Swerving his bike around, Ichigo aims his sights on Dai and drives forward, his intent to ram and perhaps run over the Heisei Rider as clear as day. Even with his mind clouded with rage, Dai saw the Showa Rider's plan and thrusts his palm forward, summoning more fire from out of nowhere.

"Toh!" However, right at the last second, just as the ground erupts into flames, Ichigo jumps his bike, dodging and jumping through the flames as the Rider directs his bike to fly towards the black Rider, wheel forward.

*CRASH!*

The sound of crashing was heard, but not because Ichigo successfully hit the Heisei Rider. His bike did indeed reach his opponent, but to his surprise, Dai had gone and caught the bike, holding it up as if it were a paperweight. Reacting quickly, Ichigo jumps off his bike just as Dai chucks the thing away. Landing back on his feet, Ichigo quickly turns around only to find Dai's fist coming right at him. Reacting quickly once again, Ichigo raises his guard by crossing his arms and blocked the punch. The Showa Rider was sent skidding back, but he successfully managed to take Dai's attack. Seeing the Showa Rider still standing, Dai leaps forward and throws another punch.

"Too slow!" Ichigo declares as moves his head to the right, dodging Dai's punch. The grasshopper-themed Rider then goes and grabs the stag beetle-themed Rider's arm and proceeds to judo throw the black berserker away.

Crashing against the ground, Dai recovers quickly and gets back up to his feet, growling. Clenching his right hand into a fist, the Heisei Rider raises his arm as fire soon wraps around the forearm. Seeing this, Ichigo responds in kind as he and Dai leap into the air to meet each other.

"Rider Punch!"

"Rrraaagh!"

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!*

An explosion of fire and sound envelopes the sky for all to see as down below, Nagisa and Honoka along with Mepple and Mipple watch on in awe.

"I don't believe it..." Nagisa breathes out in disbelief. "He's keeping up with Dai..."

"Sugoi(Amazing)..." Honoka mutters in amazement. Both she and her friend had so much trouble just keeping track of the berserk Rider and yet here was someone going toe to toe with him.

Both Mepple and Mipple shared the same feelings as their respective partners. So this was the Great Savior they've heard so much about from the Queen and Elder. The former was quite vocal when giving praise to the masked man that was her friend. Seeing the man himself fight right now, both fairies can honestly say the Queen's praises were not misplaced.

"Kh!" Jumping down from the explosion, Ichigo lands and skids back next to the girls, holding his right arm as a few sparks can be seen around it. Up ahead, Dai too lands back down, looking unscathed yet he was noticeably clenching and unclenching his right hand.

"So he's stronger than me strength-wise," Ichigo noted as he rolled his right arm around. It had sustained some damage from the clash just now, but he could still move it around just fine. Satisfied with his assessment, the scarf-wearing Rider turns to the girls and their fairies. "Are you kids alright?"

"Eh?" Surprised that a living legend was suddenly talking to them, the girls were a bit slow in their response.

"W-We're fine, Mr. Ichigo sir!" Honoka said, her tone a bit nervous.

"That's fine?" Ichigo looks down towards Nagisa's broken hand and Honoka's broken leg.

"W-We'll live, don't worry!" Nagisa said as the adrenaline inside her was keeping most of the pain away, though her hand still hurt like hell.

"I see," Satisfied for now, the Showa Rider turns back to look over to Dai who was slowly walking over to them, his form menacing as a dark aura spewed from his body. Despite being in a realm where the light ruled, it did nothing to lessen Dai's powers.

"Your friend is certainly a strong one," Ichigo commented as he assumed a karate stance. "Mind telling me how he got like this?"

"He didn't choose to become like this," Nagisa said as she turns towards where Daguva was at. "It's all his-!" But when she turns her head, there was no sign of the huge Grongi anywhere. "Wha-!? Where'd he go!?"

"He must have run during all the fighting," Honoka guessed while cursing the Grongi's name.

*BOOM!*

An explosion of darkness draws the group's attention back over to Dai whose stance indicated that he was about to attack again.

"You girls get back," Ichigo said, moving one arm protectively over them as he kept his eyes on the black berserker.

"What're you going to do?" Nagisa asked, wondering just what was the Showa Rider's plan in dealing with her friend.

"I'm going to try and subdue him," The Rider answered. "But if your friend shows no sign of stopping, then I'm afraid I'm going to have to put him down."

"Put him down!?" Honoka exclaims as she and Nagisa knew just what the Showa Rider was saying.

"No! You can't!" Nagisa shouts loudly. Just the thought of Dai being killed...

"I'm sorry, but I don't think your friend will give me much choice in the matter!" Ichigo said before he reacts. In the blink of an eye, Dai covers the distance between them, attempting to punch the Rider's face in only for the living legend to block his attack by crossing his arms again.

"Grrrrr...Toh!" With a mighty cry, Ichigo manages to push the Heisei Rider's arm up before he jumps and dropkicks the black berserker away. Landing back down and quickly getting back up, the first Riders of the Showa and Heisei era engage once again with the former making sure to take the fight away from the girls and any nearby fairies that were watching from afar.

'Punching Power: 80 tons. Kicking Power: 100 tons. Not only that but by my estimation, his speed is so immense that he could cover 100 meters in two seconds flat,' Ichigo thought to himself, analyzing the berserk Rider in front of him as he did his best to block and deflect any and all attacks sent at him. Even a brush from the black Rider seemed to damage the Showa Rider, but the living legend was able to keep the worst of it at bay.

'My maximum punching and kicking power are respectively 60 and 90 tons. In terms of speed, I can cover the same distance in under 1.5 seconds. In short, he outclasses me in power alone while being just under in speed,' Ichigo analyzed as he blocked a kick from Dai. Were he a normal man, he would have caved in and died long ago. Truly, the Rider before him was indeed more powerful than him. But...

'In terms of skill, I'm the better fighter!' Ichigo deduced. While he could see that Dai was no slouch when it comes to fighting, most of his techniques were incomplete. Add in the fact that his mind was clouded in rage and his overall skill level had been reduced drastically. Against the one and only Waza no Ichigo(Skill of #1), this is what allowed him to turn the tables.

Grabbing the kicked foot, Ichigo pulls Dai towards him much to the Heisei Rider's surprise as Ichigo then releases one hand and reaches out to grab the black Rider by his neck. Before Dai could even begin to react, the Showa Rider went and picked him up, raising him over his head.

"Take this! Rider Kirimomi(Tailspin) Shoot!"

Twisting his arms and body around, Ichigo somehow generates a tornado while at the same time throwing Dai upwards. With the tornado generated from Ichigo, the black berserker was bombarded by fierce winds all around him, being thrown around like a ragdoll as he rises higher and higher into the sky.

"A-Arienai(I can't believe this)! Did this guy just summon a tornado!?" Nagisa exclaims as she and Honoka try their best not to get blown away.

"Incredible...!" Honoka breathes out in awe, amazed that the Showa Rider had done such a feat so easily. Was this perhaps the power of a Kamen Rider? She had seen first hand the things Dai has done, yet something like this was completely different. This...this was all skill!

Back with Dai, the tornado soon subsided, freeing the Heisei Rider as he was up above the clouds and facing down to the earth. Yet, as he looked down, he could not spot Ichigo anywhere. Where had he gone?

"I learned this trick from ZX," Dai cried out in surprise when he looks back and sees none other than Ichigo standing right on top of his back! "You might know of him being a Rider yourself. Take this! A point-blank...Rider Kick!"

Faster than the eye could blink, Ichigo stomped down on the black Rider, sending him crashing down to the earth below with the speed of a shooting comet. Like a meteor crashing from space, Dai's crash was of similar proportions.

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!*

"DAI!" Nagisa cried out in horror, practically screaming as worry for her friend instantly filled her mind and body. She didn't even notice that she had abandoned the use of honorifics when addressing the Rider.

"Ichi-kun!" Honoka cried out as well, not as loud as her friend, but with the same feeling.

"Hup!" With a grunt, Ichigo lands back down almost gracefully, landing right in front of the girls he as looks towards where Dai had crashed.

"Is...is Dai...?" Mepple asked from within his carrier, unable to get the proper words out as he feared for the worst. As much as Dai was scaring him right now, he didn't want his friend to die!

"No, not yet," Ichigo said, surprising the group as they all looked towards where Dai had crashed. Through the dirt and smoke, they could make out a familiar figure.

"Urgh..."

*Crack-Crack-Crack!*

Despite the distance, the sounds of something cracking and snapping was clear to hear, making the girls and their fairy partners flinch. Once the noises ceased, the figured pulled an arm back before waving it forward, blowing away all the dirt and smoke to reveal a completely fine Dai.

"He's...alright..." Nagisa mutters, not sure whether to feel relieved or terrified.

"Unbelievable!" Ichigo exclaims in mild surprise. "He regenerated from that!"

"He what!?" Honoka cried out in disbelief. She knew that Dai tended to heal from wounds faster than normal people, probably thanks to the Amadam Stone inside of him. Were those abilities perhaps enhanced now that he's assumed the Ultimate form?

"Damn, I had hoped that would have knocked him out, but I guess I really do have to put him down," Ichigo said, assuming a karate stance again.

"You can't!" Nagisa exclaims, getting up while holding her broken hand. "Dai is...Dai's still in there somewhere! He can still be saved!"

"If he's still in there, then do you know how to get him out?" Ichigo asked and Nagisa found herself unable to answer.

"I...I..." Nagisa tried to give a response, but her brain was just not working. She knew that Dai was not too far gone as evident by how he acted before Ichigo's appearance, but the problem of how to wake the Rider from his rage-induced rampage was an answer she did not have.

"Nagisa..." Seeing how much her friend was struggling, Honoka wanted to help but even she had no idea how to snap Dai out of his berserk state. In her mind, she once again cursed Daguva's name seeing as he was the one at fault for putting their friend in the state that he was in right now.

Seeing that neither girls had an answer to give him, the Showa Rider sighs to himself before he turns and looks up at the sky. "Queen, do you have any ideas?"

"Queen?" Both girls looked at the Rider in question when he suddenly spoke up into the sky. Until...

"I do have one idea."

"Wah!" Both girls cried out in surprise at the same time, jumping when the voice of the Queen of Light suddenly appeared from seemingly nowhere.

"Do not be alarmed, girls. Remember, as ruler of this realm, I am everywhere," The ruler of the Garden of Light reminded them before continuing. "With Dai-san like this, time is of the essence. Nagisa-san, Honoka-san, Mepple, Mipple, you all must make haste to the Hill of Light."

"The Hill of Light?" Nagisa repeated, confused as to why she and the others needed to go there with Honoka sharing her thoughts. Fortunately, their fairy partners figured out what their queen was planning.

"The Prism Stones-mepo/mipo!"

"That's right. The Prism Stones hold the Power of Creation. With them, not only can the Garden heal, but they should also give us the power to return Dai-san to normal. It is our only option."

"Well, then what are we waiting for?" Nagisa said as she went and helped Honoka up to her feet, placing one arm over her shoulder as the white Cure tried to balance on her good leg. "You okay?"

"I'll be fine," Honoka insisted. "Come on, we have to hurry!"

Nagisa nodded before turning to Ichigo to see what he planned to do. His response was to move in front of them as he kept his eyes on Dai.

"I'll buy you girls and the others some time. Quickly hurry to the Hill!" The Showa Rider said before he rushed off to engage Dai once again.

Wishing the Showa Rider's safety, the girls moved as quickly as they could to the Hill of Light, their one driving thought being rescuing Dai from his maddened state.

'Hang in there just a little longer, Dai!' Nagisa thought to her self, moving as she could while aiding Honoka.

(Meanwhile)

As the fight between Ichigo and Dai continued, watching the said fight from a distance was one N-Daguva-Zeba, back in his human form albeit butt naked since he destroyed his clothes when he transformed earlier.

"So that's the legendary Kamen Rider Ichigo. He certainly a strong one if he can keep up with Kuuga while in his Ultimate form," Daguva said to himself, rubbing his chin while he watches the fight with mild curiosity. After a while, he looks away and looks down at his other hand where he held one of the remnants of the Dark King, a 'Dark Seed' if you will due to their nature.

"Well, I've seen all I wanted to see," Daguva said as he turned the 'seed' over and around in his hands. He knew. Despite his wishes, he knew that this wasn't the end for Kuuga, for Ichi Dai. Call it a hunch or a gut feeling, but he knew that whatever that Queen was planning, it would knock the Rider out of his berserk state.

Did this displease him? Greatly.

Did this put a dent into his overall plans? Not one bit.

"Well, I might as well check and see where those other 'seeds' went and landed at," Daguva said, snapping his fingers and conjuring up a new pair of clothes for himself: A white button-up shirt, pants, and shoes. Pocketing the 'dark seed,' Daguva waved his hand and conjured up a wall of silver waves, a 'Dimensional Wall' as it's called. This was not a natural ability of his, but rather something that had been given to him.

"This power is really convenient," Daguva mused to himself, looking at his hands before turning his head around and smiling over where Dai was currently at. "Until next time, Ichi Dai."

And with that, Daguva stepped into the portal and disappeared.

(With the girls)

Fighting through pain and accumulated exhaustion, the Pretty Cures willed their legs to move as they made their way over to the Hill of Light. Off in the distance behind them, the sounds of explosions and fighting were clearly heard even from where they were at.

"Hurry-mipo!" Mipple cried out from within her carrier.

"Hurry! Hurry-mepo!" Mepple cried out, doing the same.

"We're moving as fast as we can!" Nagisa gritted through her teeth as she forced her legs forward. While healed before the 'fight' with Dai, it did nothing to the girl's current exhaustion. Not only that, but there was Honoka who only had one good leg to use. If she had more energy to spare, she would have said "screw it!" and princess-carried the girl.

"Sorry..." Honoka apologized, knowing full well that she was the reason why they were progressing so slow. Had she had the use of both her legs, she and Nagisa would have been at the Hill by now.

"Don't worry, just keep moving," Nagisa said as she supported the white Cure.

*Boom!*

In the distance behind them, a huge explosion was heard, causing the girls to turn in curiosity. From afar they could make out what can only be described as a wildfire as fairies from all over ran for their lives.

"Dai..." Nagisa mutters the name of her friend as nothing but worry for the Rider overruns her head. She knows. No matter what anyone says, she knows she's the cause of this. If only...if only she were stronger-!

"Nagisa!" Snapping out of her thoughts, the black Cure turns to her friend who was giving her a serious look. "Now's not the time to be standing around. We have to keep moving."

"...you're right. Sorry," Nagisa apologized, adjusting her hold on Honoka before the two continued to move as they focused on one goal in mind: Rescuing their friend.

'Just hang in there for a little longer, Dai!'

(With Ichigo)

*BAM-BAM-BAM!*

*POW!*

"Guh!" Ichigo grunts as he skids back, stopping seconds after planting himself firmly as to not fall over. Huffing and puffing, Ichigo looks ahead sees Dai walking menacingly towards him, completely fine and not looking the least bit exhausted.

"Damn, really wish Kengo was here to lend a hand," Ichigo mutters to himself before he quickly jumps back in order to avoid a sudden haymaker from Dai who closes the distance between them in a burst of speed.

Sliding back a little, Ichigo leaps forward and throws out a punch towards Dai's face, only for the Heisei Rider to catch the fist with his barehand. Ichigo throws his other fist out, only for that to be caught as well. Now having caught the Showa Rider, Dai proceeds to strike the living legend with the only thing available...his head.

*BAM!*

"Guh!" Ichigo's head snaps back when Dai headbutt's him in the face. The Heisei Rider doesn't stop there as he continuously headbutts the Showa Rider, moving his head forward and back with the speed of a woodpecker.

"Gah! Kuh! Doh! Dah!" Ichigo cried out every time the black berserker headbutted him in the face, his head being thrown back every time. He could feel his helmet starting to cave in with each strike to his face. Thinking fast, Ichigo tucks in his legs as he jumps and dropkicks the black Rider back, forcing the Heisei Rider to release him as Ichigo falls to the ground. Quickly getting back up, he sees Dai throwing a kick at him. The Showa Rider was already prepared with a counterattack.

"Rider Hammer!"

Raising his right fist up, he brings it down into a hammer strike which strikes Dai's incoming leg, forcing it down. Taking this chance, Ichigo leaps forward and knee rushes Dai right in the face as if delivering payback for before. Yet the black berserker was not stunned for long as he suddenly grabs the Showa Rider as he is being thrown back and throws the Rider over him. Ichigo can't help, but cry in surprise when he is thrown as he lands on his back roughly. Recovering quickly, the hopper-themed Rider turns and gets back up to his feet with Dai doing the same as the two stares down at one another.

'He's stopped with the pyrokinesis and his attacks are no longer so wide and predictable,' Ichigo notes in his head, staring cautiously at the Heisei Rider. 'Could it be? Are his fighting skills coming back to him?'

While the Showa Rider still out skilled Dai in terms of fighting technique, the berserk Rider still outclassed him in power. In short, it was a stalemate currently. But how long would that last was the real question?

'You girls, you must hurry!' Ichigo thought before he engaged Dai in another fight, their battle rippling through the lands.

(Hill of Light)

Upon the Hill of Light where both the Elder and Pollun waited, the two residents of the Garden of Light had been instructed by their Queen to stand here and wait for the others to show. After nearly 2 hours, Pollun jumps up when he sees Nagisa and Honoka appeared over the horizon.

"They're finally here-popo!" Pollun cheered while informing the Elder.

"Oh, dear..." The Elder, while happy, grew worried once he saw the state the two were in. Quickly moving down the steps of the altar, the Elder makes his way over to the girls to aid them.

"My word, are you two alright?"

"We're fine, just a few broken bones is all," Nagisa said, trying to wave off the Elder's concern. "Just help me get Honoka up to the altar."

"Of course," Nodding in understanding, the Elder gives Honoka his staff to use as a walking cane while he goes and gently supports her broken leg.

"Sorry about this, and thanks," Honoka said as the Elder and Nagisa helped the White Cure up to the altar where the Prism Hopish and Wisdom were already floating above the center.

"My word, are you two okay?" Wisdom asked, seeing the Cures' condition.

"That looks bad-popo!" Pollun said, also growing concern for the girls.

"We're fine!" Nagisa insisted, she and the Elder setting Honoka down who uses the center altar as a chair. While disrespectful, it was the least of their concerns given the current situation.

*BOOM!*

Snapping their heads around, everyone saw a pillar of fire rising in the distance.

"That can't be good," Honoka said as Mipple and Mepple jumped out their carriers and assumed their true forms.

"Hurry everyone!" From within the air itself, the Queen's voice echos all around. "The darkness within young Dai-san, it grows stronger by the hour!"

"The Queen's right! We gotta hurry-mepo! There's no telling how much longer the Great Savior can hold out-mepo!" Mepple insisted with Mipple nodding in agreement.

"You don't have to tell us twice," Nagisa said as she sticks her good hand towards the Prism Hopish. "Let's do this!"

With everyone nodding in agreement, everyone sticks out a hand towards the Prism Hopish and Wisdom quickly gets to work.

"O Power to create all things, appear before us and spring forth!"

Slowly but surely, after speaking those words did Wisdom along with the Prism Hopish slowly begin to descend down into the opening located in the center of the altar. And unlike last time, there was nothing to interrupt the process as a minute later, the Prism Hopeish slid right into the opening and a bright light burst forth.

"Whoa!" Both Nagisa and Honoka shouted in surprise when two rays of light suddenly struck them, bathing them in light. Once the light died down did the girls see that their injuries had been healed once again.

"We're healed," Honoka pointed out, standing back up and balancing on her now healed leg.

"The Prism Stones really are something," Nagisa commented when she noticed that her right arm was glowing. And it wasn't just her, but Honoka has well as her left arm glowed.

"What are...these?" Honoka wondered out loud as the lights died down to reveal strange-looking bracelets.

The bracelets themselves were rounded in shape. The straps are pale pink while the base is white and dark pink. A purple section rests in the middle with a large white gem heart on a heart-shaped base, Nagisa's is hot pink while Honoka's is sky blue. Surrounding the center are silver platelets, one adorned with dark grey stars, while the other has an ornate designed surrounded by two small blue stars.

"These, girls, are Rainbow Bracelets."

"Rainbow Bracelets?" Nagisa and Honoka looked towards the skies as if the Queen was looking down on them right now.

"Contained within these bracelets are the Prism Stones' powers, the Power of Creation. While I would want nothing more than to restore the Garden right now, rescuing your friend takes top priority. Now go, Pretty Cure! Use those bracelets and save your friend!"

"Queen..." Nagisa mutters the ruler's name, amazed at how much she was helping before smiling in appreciation. "Thank you! Let's go, Honoka!"

"Right!" Nodding, the girls jumped off the altar and ran back towards where Dai and Ichigo were at.

"Hey! Wait for us-mepo!" Mepple cried out as he and Mipple ran after their partners.

"Are they going to be alright-popo?" Pollun asked as he and the Elder along with Wisdom watch the girls runoff.

"They are the Legendary Warriors spoken of in legend. I'm sure they'll be fine," The Elder said.

Of course, against a power no one has ever seen before, the chances of success were still very much unknown. The only thing left to do was to have faith.

(Back with the Riders)

"Rider Punch!"

*POW!*

Two fists, with one of them aflame, collided against one another, sending out a shockwave as the two Riders struggled to overpower one another, a struggle Dai won as he pushes the Showa Rider back and goes in for another punch. Ichigo quickly ducks under the swing and gets behind the black Rider before jumping on the Rider and wrapping his arms around his neck, strangling him and attempting to knock him out through lack of air. Dai tries to buck the Showa Rider off of him, moving around to shake him off. Reaching his arms back, Dai manages to grab ahold of the Showa Rider and throw him off.

Ichigo lands on his back with a small grunt before quickly rolling to his left in order to avoid a stomp from Dai. Quickly pushing himself back up to his feet, Ichigo faces Dai again, ready for anything...except a full-on body tackle as the black berserker tackles the Showa Rider down to the ground and proceeds to try and beat the Rider's face in. Ichigo quickly raises his arms up in defense as he is soon pelted by blows all aimed for his face, each one feeling like they could break his arms at any moment. Thinking fast, Ichigo tries to spot an opening that would allow him to escape. Quickly moving his head and body to the right, the Showa Rider manages to dodge an incoming right punch from Dai, giving him a chance to throw a quick punch aimed right at Dai's neck. Stunned for a moment, this gave Ichigo a chance to grab Dai by the head and push him off, allowing the Showa Rider to roll away before getting back up to his feet.

*BOOM!*

"Gah!" Ichigo let out a cry of surprise and pain when Dai suddenly used his pyrokinesis, summoning fire from right under Ichigo which sent the Showa Rider flying back and landing roughly. Though damaged, this didn't keep the 'Great Savior' down for long as he pushed himself back up. But it was clear to see that, when comparing the conditions of both Riders, Ichigo was slowly losing to Dai who was beginning to overpower him.

'Damn! I can't keep this up forever,' Ichigo thought to himself, bringing his hands up in preparation for another fight. 'Have those girls managed to use the Prism Stones yet?'

"Ichigo-san!" Speak of the devil and they shall appear. Turning his head around, the Showa Rider sees the two Cure running over to him.

"You two!" Ichigo cried out as both girls slid to a stop by his sides.

"We're sorry we're late," Honoka said as she and Nagisa took fighting stances by the Showa Rider.

"But we're here to help!" Nagisa said, looking over towards Dai who was looking at the two with caution.

"Are you okay? You look hurt," Honoka asked, seeing the hopper-Rider's condition.

"I'll be fine, I've taken worse beatings in the past," Ichigo assured the girl before asking, "So, have you two got a plan?"

"Just one," Nagisa said as she and Honoka showed off their Rainbow Bracelets. "The Queen said these bracelets hold the power of the Prism Stones."

"If we use the power of these bracelets, we should be able to bring Ichi-kun back to his senses," Honoka explained.

"Alright, what do you need me to do?" Ichigo asked, feeling like there was more that needed explaining.

"Ichi-kun's fast. We're not sure we can get a clear shot at him," Honoka said. "So we were hoping you could hold him down long enough for us to hit him."

"Can you do that?" Nagisa asked the Showa Rider.

"I can, but I won't be able to hold him for long. You'll have to be quick about it."

"We need only a few minutes at best," Honoka said.

"Got it. I'll see what I can do," Ichigo said before turning back over to Dai and runs out to face him. Meanwhile, the girls nod at each other before they go and hold hands.

(BGM: Kamen Rider - Let's Go! Rider Kick)

"Toh!" With a battle cry, Ichigo leaps over Dai, flipping over him as he lands on his feet right behind the black Rider. Spinning around, Ichigo throws a punch towards Dai's face only for the Heisei Rider to catch the said punch. Dai throws on in return, but Ichigo bends his body to narrowly dodge the blow. Grabbing the outstretched arm, Ichigo delivers a knee strike to Dai's gut before giving the berserk Rider a headbutt to the face which sent the Rider stumbling back but not far since Ichigo still had ahold on his arm. Making sure to not let go of Dai, Ichigo proceeds to use his free hand, his right arm, and deliver punch after punch, striking the black Rider across his chest, face, and even his neck.

Despite the assault Dai was taking, his enhanced defenses held out which allowed Dai to fight back. Using his free, left hand, Dai does the same as what Ichigo is doing to him and delivers a rush of punches to the Showa Rider, striking him across the chest and face. Soon, both Riders were exchanging fists with one another. However, since Dai possessed the superior strength, Ichigo was taking more punishment than he was giving to Dai. It got to the point that the Showa Rider was beginning to bleed through his chest armor as the said armor was dented and cracked from Dai's punches. Even with the amount of damage he was receiving, Ichigo's will kept him standing as he kept on punching Dai.

Then...

"Black Thunder!"

"White Thunder!"

Over where the girls were at, the two held their free hands up to the sky as a familiar pair of black and white thunderbolts rained down and into their outstretched hands. Seeing this, Ichigo acts quickly and delivers a particularly hard punch to Dai's punch, stunning the berserk Rider momentarily. Using this brief chance, Ichigo quickly moves behind the Heisei Rider and wraps his arms around from under Dai's armpits, holding him.

"Do it now!" Ichigo shouted over to the girls.

With an aura of power covering them, the Pretty Cures nodded at Ichigo's words as they focused power into their hands.

"Wait, why do I feel like we're going to say something strange again?" Nagisa said, remembering the times where she and Honoka said something weird every time they did something like this for the first time.

As all the colors known to man surrounded the girls, their Rainbow Bracelets meanwhile glowed a golden light as the hearts at the center took on the colors of a rainbow, signaling their activation. Then, just as Nagisa predicted, the girls began to speak.

"We, Pretty Cure, call upon the Powers of Hope and Light!" Honoka spoke loudly.

"Prism Stones! Give us the power to break the Darkness!" Nagisa spoke next before she realized just what she said. "I knew it! I said something strange again! Ah, screw it!" She could worry about sounding cheesy later. Right now, she needed to focus on one thing: Saving Dai!

As the girls finished speaking their words, from over at the Hill of Light a pillar of rainbow light erupts forth, traveling over to where the girls were at and bathing them in even more light and power which their bracelets began to absorb and in turn, feed them more power. Not only that, but the realm itself which was a dimension of light further enhanced their powers, allowing them to reach a level of power, unlike anything before seen.

"Here we go! Give it everything you got!" Nagisa shouted, her eyes focused solely on Dai.

"Right!" Honoka nodded before calling out to Ichigo. "Ichigo-san! Please Move!"

Not needing to be told twice, Ichigo releases his hold on Dai. The berserk Rider tries to turn and punch the hopper-Rider, but a quick "Rider Jump!" allows the green-colored Rider to dodge and escape the incoming blast as Dai turns around to face the girls.

"Here we come, Ichi-kun!" Honoka called out to the Rider.

"This will hurt only for a moment!" Nagisa said as both she and Honoka thrust their hands out like always when executing a Marcle Screw. But unlike before, they pull back their hands, ball them into fists, and punch out as they screamed:

"Pretty Cure Prism Storm!"

*BOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOM!*

Instantly breaking the sound barrier, what can only be described as a blast of prismatic light explodes forth from the girls' fists as this wave of various colors heads straight for Dai. The blast was so strong that the girls were blown off their feet and skidded back a few feet.

Seeing the incoming blast, the black Rider balls both his hands into fists, lights them up with flames, and proceeds to PUNCH the incoming wave of light and color! The second Dai's fists impact the wave of light and color, a huge shockwave occurs that blows away anything within a mile radius as Dai finds himself being pushed back a good yard before coming to a stop, stopping the newly dubbed Prism Storm.

"He punched it!?" Honoka cried out in shock, surprised that the Rider had stopped their attack by punching it!

"Don't stop! Keep at it!" Nagisa cried out, tightening her hold with Honoka as she pushes forward. Honoka nods and does the same as both girls add more power to their Prism Storm. Yet even that doesn't seem to affect Dai as he remains still in his spot, holding back the attack trying to overtake him.

'Damn! I guess it isn't called the Ultimate form for anything!' Nagisa thinks to herself, gritting her teeth as she tries to push forward more.

"Grrrrrr...!" Dai growls as he struggles to overpower the Prism Storm, but remains stationary. As of right now, both sides were at a stalemate.

"Dai..." Nagisa mutters the Rider's name as she stares sadly at the struggling Rider.

'I...I'm the one who made him like this. It's my fault that he's like this right now,' Nagisa thought to herself, guilt welling up inside of her chest. Guilt soon turned into determination as Nagisa took a step forward, fist still outstretched.

'But...don't worry, Dai. Because I'm going to be the one to fix this!' Nagisa thought in determination as she took another step forward.

"Nagisa?" Honoka looked at her friend and partner in confusion as she watched the black Cure step forward, making the white Cure have to quickly follow.

"Follow my lead!" Nagisa cried over the Prism Storm as she takes another step forward and soon enters the blast of color and light. Trusting her friend, Honoka steps forward and soon follows in.

Slowly but surely, the girls move through the Prism Storm and get closer and closer over to Dai's side who was still trying to overpower their attack.

'Dai...' Nagisa mutters the name of the Rider in her mind as she and Honoka take single steps forward slowly, getting closer and closer to the Black Rider.

'Ever since this whole thing started, you've always been there for us. You've been there during the rough times and silly times. No matter where we are, you always somehow manage to find us and help us in whatever bind we're in. Ever since the day we both transformed...no, even before that. Since the day we first met, you've been nothing but amazing.'

She could still remember it like it was yesterday. During the car accident, where Dai suddenly grabs her and pushes her out of the way from getting run over, only to get hurt himself. And he did it all with a stupid smile on his face. Seeing that smile on the boy's face, Nagisa swore something that day. That she would always make sure to keep an eye on Dai and keep him out of trouble. And if he were ever in trouble, she'd be there to pull him out of it.

'Now it's time...I do just that!' Nagisa screams within her mind as she and Honoka are now arm distance between them and Dai. Unclecnhcing their hands, both the girls reach out towards Dai.

"Ichi-kun...!" Honoka grits through her teeth as she reaches out towards the Rider.

"Dai...DAI!" Nagisa screams out as she and Honoka leap forward.

Reaching out, both the girls stretch their hands out and touch the Rider by his helmet. Then, their Rainbow Bracelets begin to glow, causing the Amadam Stone within Dai's Arcle Belt to glow in tandem. Soon after, a bright white light explodes from both groups, threatening to blow away both sides but they all stand their ground.

"Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr...!" Both the girls clench their teeth tightly as they fight to hold their ground.

"Grrrrrrrraaaaaagh!" Dai also grits his teeth tightly, fighting against the light trying to blow him away while also trying to shake off the girls...until...

*BOOM!*

A huge explosion of light occurs, blowing back both sides as the deadlock between Dai's powers and the girls' Prism Storm cancel each other out. Both Rider and Cure's land roughly on the ground, skidding away from one another and leaving trails of dirt with their bodies. Ichigo, who had been watching from the sides, covers his eyes with his arms as to not get blinded. Finally, lowering his arms, the Showa Rider sees the situation before him and runs over to the girls.

"Girls! Are you all right!?" The hopper-themed Rider exclaims as he slides to his knees and helps the girls up.

"W-We're fine," Honoka insisted as she and Nagisa were helped up.

"But, what about Dai?" Nagisa asks as everyone looks over to where the Heisei Rider was at.

"Ugh..." Slowly, the black Rider stirs as the personification of the 'Ultimate Darkness' slowly gets up, pushing himself up to his feet. The Rider staggers around, holding his head as to ease a headache.

"Dai..." Nagisa mutters the Rider's name, moving cautiously towards him-

"Get back!" Only for the Rider to suddenly speak.

Nagisa and everyone jump in surprise as this was the first the beetle-themed Rider has spoken words since assuming the Ultimate form.

Groaning, Dai lifts his head up to reveal that his left lens was no longer black, but it's usual red.

"Dai...!" Taking this as a sign that the Rider was back to his senses, Nagisa smiles and so does Honoka as both girls run over to their friend...

"I said get back!" Only for the Rider to stop them, shouting right at them.

Stopping in alarm, the girls wonder what was wrong until they see that the Rider was still staggering about as if having trouble standing. They then notice that while Dai's left lens was back to their red color, his right lens was still a dark black as the hand holding his head was suddenly aflame.

"Dai/Ichi-kun!" Both girls cry out in worry for their friend who is clearly still in trouble.

"I...I can't...!" Dai struggles with his words as he drops down and starts rolling around. It is then seen that within his Arcle Belt, the Amadam Stone was glowing, rapidly blinking through its colors of orange, red, blue, green, purple, gold, and black.

"Dai!" Seeing that the Rider was clearly in need of help, Nagisa attempts to run over to the Rider only to be stopped by Ichigo who grabs her arm.

"Don't!"

"But Dai is-!"

"Something is clearly not right! We mustn't get too close to him right now!"

"But Dai-!" Nagisa looks back towards Dai who rolled around uncontrollably as the flames on his right arm spread to the right side of his body as if trying to consume him.

"What is going on?" Honoka wondered out loud as she stares down at her Rainbow Bracelet. Could the power of the Prism Stones cause something to happen with Dai's Amadam Stone? While she also wanted to help her friend, she didn't know just what sort of action she should take right now.

"Dai! Dai!" Seeing the Rider in pain and in need of help, Nagisa tries to get away from the Showa Rider, but Ichigo has a firm hold of her as he holds her back for her own safety.

"Grrrr...No!" The struggling Rider gets up on his knees as he holds his right arm as if trying to force it down. The whole arm shakes against his hold as it rises as if trying to do something.

"No...stop it!" The Rider grits through his teeth as he tries to wrestle back control of his right side. At this point, his whole body was shaking.

"Stop...no...NO MORE!" With the last bit of his strength, Dai takes back control of his right arm and proceeds...to bring it down upon his Amadam Stone, effectively punching it.

*CRACK!*

The whole world seemingly freezes the second cracks form from Dai's surprise punch. Slowly, more and more cracks begin to form as suddenly...

*BOOM!*

The Amadam Stone explodes into shards as those shards shoot out of the belt at unbelievable speeds. Not even someone like Ichigo was his enhanced sights were able to react to this sudden development and because of that, he was unable to react to what happened next.

*STAB!*

Before anyone could even blink, two shards of the Amadam Stone flew over to the girls, one flying towards each girl where the shards proceed to shoot the girls straight through their chest, piercing through the skin and even the muscles as the girls were thrown back.

"...eh?" Was the only thing the girls were able to get out in response. Ichigo and the fairies from within their carriers could only gasp in shock as the girls were thrown through the air before slowly crashing to the ground.

"NAGISA!"

"HONOKA!" Both Mepple and Mipple scream in terror as Ichigo quickly runs over to their side.

"Oi! Stay with me! Get a hold of yourselves! Oi!" Ichigo works frantically to try and stop the bleeding as he tries to keep the girls conscious.

Meanwhile, over with Dai, the Rider falls flat on his face as the flames enveloping his right side disperse and his transformation finally comes undone, returning him to his normal self. Dai's clothes were in complete ruin, he was covered in wounds head to toe, but he was alive nonetheless though his consciousness was slipping.

"Honoka...chan...Nagisa...chan..." The Rider mutters the girls' names in worry, trying to reach out to them but fails as he slowly slips into unconsciousness and new nothing but darkness.

"...ugh..." Registering an unknown beeping sound, Dai slowly regains consciousness. He hears someone gasp nearby before the sound of rapid footsteps and a door opening was heard. With tired eyes, Dai slowly opens his eyes and sees a white ceiling above him. Blinking slowly, he turns to his left and sees a window that depicts the city of Wakaba outside.

"I'm...back...?" Dai softly speaks, his throat hoarse as he was confused as to why he was back on Earth when last time he was in the Garden of Light. His eyes then widen when he remembers just what happened in the Garden.

"Girls!" Shooting up from his bed, Dai winces in pain when pain shoots through his body as the said body was completely sore.

"Whoa there!" Rushing into the room, one Tsubaki Mizore goes over to Dai's side and pushes the young teenager back down onto his bed. "Take it easy now, kid. Do you recognize me?"

"Tsubaki-san?" Blinking a few times, Dai takes a few moments to recognize the woman as his personal doctor.

"That's right, it's me," Mizore said as she puts her hands into her coat pockets. "How are you feeling?"

"Sore," Dai said, his voice still hoarse.

"Well, that's to be expected," Mizore said as she went over to a water pitcher and poured Dai some water. Walking back, the female doctor hands the Rider the glass which he thanks for. "You were in pretty bad shape when we found you."

"Found me?" Dai, having sat back up to drink his water, setting it aside once he was finished before looking at the woman in confusion. He then looks around and asks, "Where am I?"

"The hospital, obviously," Mizore said as she pulls up a chair and sits down. "We got a call from Yukishiro-san's grandma, said she found you all in pretty bad shape, and she was right in that you all were pretty banged up when we got there."

"Honoka-chan's grandma...?" Dai raised an eyebrow in confusion before his eyes widen again. "The girls! Where-!?"

"They're fine," Mizore assures the Rider, trying to calm him down. "I did the best I could to patch them up. They're currently resting in another room."

"Take me to them!" Dai said as he threw away the sheets and hops off the bed, standing up only to wince as his body aches.

"Hey, take it easy! You're still recovering," Mizore said, standing up. While her tone was stern, there was a hint of worry in it.

"I'm fine!" Dai insisted as he threw off the hospital gown on him, leaving him with only a pair of jeans on. Looking around, he spots a folded up white shirt laid on a nearby chair and limps over to it. There was also another pair of pants, but he ignored it as he grabbed the shirt and put it on.

"This kid..." Mizore frowns as she watches the kid put on the clothes the Misumi family had left behind in case Dai woke up.

Once Dai was finished clothing himself, he turns over to Mizore and asks, "Which way?"

Seeing that the kid was not going to get back into bed, the female doctor sighs as she gestures for the Rider to follow her. Exiting the room, the two walk down the halls. While doing so, the limp in Dai's steps was beginning to fade and he was walking normally after a while, showing that his enhanced healing was doing its work.

'Though why does it feel weaker than before?' Dai thought to himself, placing a hand over his abdomen as if trying to feel for the Arcle. There was a distinctly hollow feeling he couldn't quite place.

"Here," Mizore spoke up, drawing Dai out of his thoughts as the female doctor opens a door for him. Briefly glancing at the room number, #204, Dai enters the room and hears the familiar sound of a heart monitor beeping.

Stepping further in, Dai spots two beds which are both occupied. Walking over to them, Dai smiles when he sees Nagisa and Honoka albeit both were unconscious. However, there were no wounds he could spot on them so they must be fine.

"They're alright, thank goodness," Dai breathes a sigh of relief, glad that both the girls were okay. But as he looks around, he sees no sign of either Mepple or Mipple around.

"If you think they're okay now, then you should have seen them a few days ago," Mizore said, standing next to Dai as she looks down at the girls.

"Why? What happened?" Dai asks, worried.

Mizore wears a complicated expression, contemplating whether she should Dai or not. After a moment of thinking, she comes to a decision.

"Come with me, this isn't the place to talk," Mizore said, motioning Dai to follow her again.

Sparing one last look at the girls, Dai follows after the female doctor and eventually comes to the woman's office. Closing the door behind him, he joins Mizore at her desk and sits down on a spare seat while the pale purple-haired woman types away at her computer, bringing something up.

"I'll start off by saying that you guys have been unconscious for almost a week now. You're the first to awaken, not surprising really considering your fast healing abilities," Mizore said as she typed away, bringing up X-ray scans.

"A week..." Dai mutters, surprised. This is the first he's ever been knocked out for so long.

"Look at this," Mizore showed Dai the X-Ray scans, his x-ray scans.

Dai's skeleton and inner muscles were shown, a pic he's familiar with. Laying within was the Arcle belt, wrapped around Dai's waist. This was also a familiar sight to him. What wasn't familiar was the sight of a cracked and broken Amadam Stone within the Arcle.

"...ah!" Suddenly, the memories came rushing back in. Him assuming Kuuga's Ultimate form, him going on a rampage, his fight with the legendary Kamen Rider Ichigo, the girls bringing him back to his senses, and then...

'That's right, I broke the Amadam,' Dai thought, placing a hand over his stomach. That explained the hollow feeling inside of him.

"This was your condition when you were first brought in," Mizore said, typing a few keys as a second scan was brought up which showed the same thing as the last except the Amadam appeared more whole and less broken though there were still cracks.

"It's healing?" Dai said in a bit of surprise.

"I was surprised too when I did a second scan on you," Mizore said, finishing the current lollipop in her mouth and threw away the stick before taking out another one and popping it in her mouth. "It seems whatever damage it sustained was slowly being healed overtime. However, it's not completely fixed yet as seen here."

Mizore taps a key and brings up a third scan of Dai's. In this one, the Amadam Stone appears completely healed yet a few dark spots can be made out from within it. Dai quickly figures out what those spots are.

"It's missing pieces."

"That's right," Mizore nods her head as she turns back to Dai and gives him a grim expression. "Do you want to know where those missing pieces are right now?"

Dai didn't like the look the woman was giving him, yet a part of him had to know where the missing pieces of his Amadam Stone were. So he asks, "Where?"

Mizore's response was to type in a few more keys into her computer, bringing up new x-ray scans, two of them. Dai could tell these weren't his for the bone structures were too different.

"And these are...?" Dai slowly asks, dreading the answer.

"The girls," Mizore answers, getting a surprised look from Dai.

"Wait, you mean these are...Nagisa-chan's and Honoka-chan's?" Dai asks in surprise, looking back at the x-ray scans again.

"That's right," Mizore said as she points to something in the scans. "Take a look here."

Dai looks closely at where Mizore was pointing at and sees it. A sort of shrapnel, about the size of a fingernail, laid unhealthy close to where the heart was located at as small-enough-to-miss veins were sprouting out from the shrapnel.

"What is this?" Dai asks, yet he already knows the answer. He remembers it now, how he punched his belt in an attempt to knock himself out, only for pieces of his Amadam Stone to come exploding out where some of it struck the girls. That was all before he was knocked out.

"These, Ichi Dai, are the missing pieces of your Amadam Stone," Mizore answers, looking at both x-ray scans with grim looks. "We got rid of most of the shrapnel, but these little buggers were located too close to the heart. I have steady hands, but the risk was too big, so we ultimately had to leave them in there.

"...has it done anything to them?" Dai asks, looking at both scans with worry. The broken pieces of the Amadam, his Amadam were much too close to the heart for his liking. It only told him just how close the girls were from getting pierced through the heart.

Mizore sighs at this before turning to Dai. "As I mentioned before, they weren't in the best of states when we first brought you guys in here. You were mostly fine since you were out like a light. But those girls..."

(Flashback)

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHH~!"

"Hold them down! Someone get me some sedatives!" Mizore practically screams out her orders as she and other doctors and nurses try to hold down the struggling forms of both Nagisa and Honoka.

Both girls were screaming their heads off, clearly in pain as they tried to push the people off of them. Hidden behind hospital gowns covering their modesty, black veins were popping out from their chest and moving out throughout their bodies, traveling up as far as their necks. It was like something was infecting the girls, causing them to scream in pain. If it weren't for Mizore and the others holding them down, they would have been clawing at their chest right about now.

"Girls! Can you hear me!? It's me, Tsubaki Mizore, your friend's personal doctor! Get a hold of yourselves!"

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH~!" Only more screams was Mizore's given response.

"Dammit! Where the hell are those sedatives!?"

(Flashback End)

"After two days, they both finally stopped screaming and whatever was happening to their bodies has also stopped. For the most part, they're stable. I, of course, have not told anything about this to their families. However, I don't know what might happen once they regain consciousness. Seeing as your the expert on our own powers, can you hazard a guess as to what might happen?"

"..."

"No answer, huh? So you don't know either. Well, that's fine. Now that you're up and awake, I need to ask you to look after those girls and report anything to me that's out of the ordinary. I've seen the stuff this Stone has done to your body. The last thing I want is for the same thing to happen to those girls."

That was all Mizore said to him before she allowed Dai to take his leave. Now he was back in the room that occupied both his friend as the girls were still sound asleep. Looking down, Dai pats and rubs his stomach as if trying to feel for the Amadam Stone hidden underneath. For the most part, he felt nothing was wrong with him. A recent x-ray scan shows that the Amadam Stone had made a complete fix from the appearance of it, even with its missing broken pieces, the said pieces that were currently resting inside of his female friends.

Dai sighs to himself, running a hand through his hair as he contemplates what to do now. Not only that but where were Mepple and Mipple? Ever since wakening up, the Rider has seen no sign of the fairies anywhere. Where were they when they should be here, standing beside their partners?

"...ah! That's right!" Why would they be here? Their reason for being here was always to guard and gather back the Prism Stones so that they could restore the Garden of Light, their homeland. Thanks to the help of Dai and the girls, the fairies have done just that. With their mission done, it only makes sense to stay back home, especially with the situation that it was in. It certainly explains why they were here right now when they should be.

"I guess I should be happy for them. But..." A sad look develops on Dai's face as he looks out the window and looks up towards the sky. The sun was setting, making the skies turn orange.

"We never got a chance to say goodbye to them," Dai said, frowning sadly as something shines in the sky...wait, what?

Standing up and going over to the window, he opens it and looks up to the sky where the shining star was at. It's golden light stood out in the orange sky as it began to move erratically. Then Dai notices that the star was getting closer to his position and on pure instinct, he moves out of the way as the star comes shooting through the opening and starts bouncing all around the place like a ball. Eventually, the shining star bounces over to Dai who quickly catches it before it could hit his face.

The second Dai catches the shining star, the whole thing explodes into familiar looking cards as two familiar-looking objects land in his hands.

"These are-!" Dai gasps in surprise as he looks down at two Loveley Comunes in his hands. Then, without warning, the two phone-shaped objects jump out of his hands, and then...

*POOF!*

"Mepo!"

"Mipo!"

A cloud of smoke appears from them as the two Lovely Comunes transforms into none other than Mepple and Mipple!

"Mepple! Mipple!" The Rider cries out in surprise as he stares down at the two fairies.

"Dai!" Registering the Rider's presence, both fairies jump up into the man's arms who hugs them in return.

"Dai! You're alright-mipo!" Mipple cried out in happiness, tears forming from the corner of her eyes.

"Yes, I'm alright. Sorry for worrying you two," Dai said before setting the two fairies down. "But what are you guys doing here? Shouldn't you be back home in the Garden of Light?"

"Well, that was the original plan-mepo," Mepple said, looking sheepish. "But before that, where's Nagisa? I came all this way to see her-mepo."

"Honoka too-mipo."

"They're both right here," Dai points over to the girls' beds which the fairies soon take notice of.

"Nagisa/Honoka!" Both fairies cried out for their partners as they jump over to their respective beds.

"Quiet down you two," Dai shushed them, getting them to lower their voices lest someone who didn't know of them could be walking by outside.

"How long have they been like this-mipo?" Mipple asks once she sees that the girls weren't awakening.

"Tsubaki-san said they've been like this for almost a week now. I just recently woke up myself," Dai explained before he grabbed a nearby chair and sat down. "So what are you two doing back here?"

"Two?" Mepple and Mipple look at Dai in confusion who returns the look, wondering why the two fairies were confused.

Looking around for a bit, Mepple cries over Dai.

"Pollun! Stop hiding and come on out-mepo!"

"Pollun?" Raising an eyebrow in confusion, Dai turns his body around and sees something hiding behind the leg of another spare chair. Taking a moment to recognize what was hiding behind the chair, Dai realizes who the one hiding was the fairy known as the Prince of Light, Pollun.

"You are..."

"Popo!" Crying out in fright, Pollun runs out of his hiding spot and jumps over to Mipple where he proceeds to hide behind her.

"Oh come on now, don't be like that-mipo," Mipple said as she tried to drag the young fairy out from his hiding place. "Dai's a good person-mipo."

"But..." Despite Mepple and Mipple's insistence, Pollun still stared fearfully at Dai, having not forgotten what had transpired days ago. The scene of Dai rampaging through the Garden was still fresh within the minds of everyone that lived in the Garden of Light. It's only thanks to the Prism Stones that the lands were finally restored, reversing all the damage done to it.

"We're really sorry about this, Dai-mipo," Mipple apologized on behalf of Pollun. She gets why the young prince was so scared of Dai, but she still thought it rude to act so scared of one of the people who helped heal the Garden of Light.

"It's fine, I understand," Dai said, knowing exactly why Pollun was so scared of him. He did cause a lot of damage when he lost himself. Thankfully no one died during his rampage.

"Now, back to why you three are here. We collected all the Prism Stones, we restored the Garden of Light(which Dai had wanted to see desperately but didn't get the chance, no doubt the girls would feel the same if they were awake), and the Dark Zone had lost all its members and leader included," Dai counted off. By his account, there should be no reason for the fairies to be here anymore. Why he was happy nonetheless, it still begged the question.

"I wish we could say that we were visiting, but that's not it-mepo," Mepple said. "There's still trouble-mepo!"

"What do you mean?" Dai asked, confused and concerned.

"The remnants of the Dark King," Mipple spoke up. "That's why we're here-mipo."

"Remnants of the Dark King?" Dai repeated, confused at first until he realizes what the fairy was talking about and remembers.

It's true. With the combined efforts of Dai, the girls, and the Queen of Light, the group was able to defeat the Dark King. But just as he was on the verge of death, he split himself.

"Does that mean...?" Dai stands up and looks back over to the window, looking outside towards the city. Somewhere out there, the 'seeds' of the Dark King were out there. But it wasn't just the remnants of the Dark King Dai had to worry about.

(Unknown Location)

In an unknown part of the city, Daguva stands on the roof of a random building. Behind him by his sides were his faithful judges, Braruba and Dorudo.

"Have they all arrived yet?" Daguva asks, fiddling with something in his hands.

"Everyone from the Go Group has finally arrived," Baruba informed the leader of their clan.

"We are ready to begin the semi-finals of the Gegeru at any moment," Dorudo said, holding his abacus close to him.

Daguav's smile widens as he held up the 'Dark Seed' in his hand, holding it up over the sun. Using the 'dark seed' the Grongi can sense where the other seeds were at. Everything was going according to plan.

"Then what are we waiting for? Let the games continue," Daguva said as he stares out into the city, smiling all the while. "I wonder...just how many lives will I have to take in order to get what I want...give me an enjoyable show...Kuuga...Ichi Dai...!"

And...done! With that people, we have finally finished the first half of this story! It's been a long time coming, but we have finally reached past that halfway mark! While some parts of this chapter could be better, I think the chapter as a whole is solid enough. It kinda ended abruptly, but I couldn't find any other way of ending it like this. I hoped you all enjoyed the chapter nonetheless as from now on, things are about to get extra real! Nagisa and Honoka's fighting days are far from over and the semi-finals of the Gegeru's are about to start! Things will be pretty hectic from here on out. I like to thank everyone for sticking around as long as you've had and to stay tuned for the adventures of Dai and the girls are about to heat up! And about those Amadam pieces inside of the girls, well let's just say those will play a part later down the line. I have plans for this story that I think you guys might like.

"Hello, minna-san! And welcome back for another segment of Pretty Cure: Rider Fun Facts-mepo!" Mepple greets the audience along with Mipple, Pollun, and the girls.

"Hello-popo!" Pollun greets the audience, getting too close to the camera.

"Pollun! Get away from the camera-mepo!" Mepple exclaims at the young prince, pulling the fairy back as the others begin to talk.

"So we finally reached the halfway mark," Nagisa mused.

"It's been a long time coming," Honoka said, happy that they made ie this far.

"So, what's the deal with these Rainbow Bracelets?" Nagisa asked, holding up said bracelet along with Honoka. "I thought Honoka and I don't get these until Episode 30?"

"There's a good explanation for that-mipo," Mipple said, explaining. "You see, even with Kamen Rider Ichigo's help, the author felt that you girls wouldn't be able to really help against Kuuga's ultimate form. So he needed something, a sort of power-up item to give you girls the boost you needed to really help Dai. And so came in the Rainbow Bracelet's early appearance-mipo."

"The purpose of the Rainbow Bracelets was to connect you girls to the power of the Prism Stones-mepo," Mepple spoke up this time, explaining. "While much of the Amadam Stone is shrouded in mystery, the author figured that the Prism Stones would hold enough power to snap Dai back to his senses. The author originally planned to give you original items but figured the Rainbow Bracelets played the same role as he originally intended and decided to give you girls the power-up items early-mepo."

"Talk about lazy," Nagisa sweatdropped at the author's decision.

"But what about the attack we just did?" Honoka asked. "The so-called 'Prism Storm.' How is that different than the Rainbow Storm attack as seen in the show?"

"Well, you see, unlike how you girls first got the Rainbow Bracelets, the Queen made it so that they directly connected with and contained the entire powers of the Prism Stones, the Power of Creation-mipo. Add in the fact that you were still at the Garden of Light, a place where warriors of light like you two thrive at in contrast to if you were to fight in the Dark Zone-mipo."

"Add that all up and you basically have an enhanced version of the Rainbow Storm-mepo. It's why your chant was different-mepo."

"Oh yeah, I did notice that," Nagisa said. "Guess the author did decide to make something original. Could use some work though."

"Well, that's all the time we have-mepo," Mepple said, waving to the audience.

"Eh!? I thought we were going to talk about the Great Savior today-popo!" Pollun exclaimed in surprise.

"We were, but this segment is getting long so we'll have to save it for next time-mipo," Mipple explained.

"No fair! I want to talk about the Great Savior-popo!" Pollun said as he started to complain.

"Uh oh, Pollun's getting all whining," Nagisa said.

"Can't blame him for being upset," Honoka said before turning to the audience. "Anyway, tune in next time readers for a new evil is about to sprout and the semi-finals of the Gegeru begin."

"Just when we got done with one enemy, more appear!" Nagisa complains. "Mou...Arienai!"
