1) Ben will remain 11 throughout most of the story, and his final age may more or less be 12. Though that doesn't mean Teenage Ben can't appear in some way *wink*
2)Ben does still live with his Uncle, but he's made an arrangement with him. On weekdays,He can stay during the mid-day to evening but is expected to return before his curfew (9PM). But,if there's a mission that keeps him occupied during the night,or leaves him tired afterwards,he can stay the night at the Tower. If it's weekends, he can spend all day there.
3) Trouble in Tokyo will not only be included in this story, but will also serve as it's finale. The Lost Episode could be included, but most likely as a bonus chapter, and even that isn't fully set in stone yet. But it is very possible.
4) Story for another time.

Chapter 3: Divide and Conquer (Part 1)
Location: Jump City
Late at night,at the courtyard of a prison,alarms were heard going off as smoke was coming out from the gate that led to the inside of the prison and a bridge that was connected to it and was above water. Inside the prison courtyard,a large square shaped hole was formed on one of the walls which served as an entrance for three individuals who came through it. They were dressed in armor with the upper part of their body being a silver color and the lower part being black. In each of their hands was a slightly large red and silver blaster.
"Code Red: Cellblock nine, Move out!" Ordered one of the men as he pointed at his front, causing the two men behind him to run ahead of him to where he pointed at, with him eventually following suit. After running for a bit, the three men,who can be assumed to be prison guards, came to a halt and began to walk slowly.
"Main yard secure." Said the leader as they all observed their surrounding. Suddenly,a large slab of concrete was dropped in front of them, causing them to briefly stop walking.
"There he is" said the leader as he and the other two prison guards walked in front of the concrete slab.
"He'll free the criminals." Said the leader as he and the other two aimed their weapons in front of them.
"Fire!" Ordered the leader causing himself and the other two prison guards to shoot with their blasters short, blue laser blasts.
Their target was a creature which was huge in size and had a color scheme similar to that of cement,as it's entire body was made of hard and durable rock. It's head was somewhat smaller than the rest of his body, being square in shape.
The creature, which was initially about to walk through a square shaped entrance of another wall, came to a halt as the laser blasts caught its attention.
As the creature turned to face the prison guards,it was struck in the face and chest multiple times by the laser blasts, which did nothing more than annoy it. Raising it's left leg and bringing it down with force caused the earth below the creature to rise up and move towards the guards, causing the now exposed earth to block not just their line of sight, but also made it impossible for them to stop the creature from entering inside the prison.
Now, inside the prison, the creature began to walk inside the empty space of the prison,as it seems that it's current objective was nearby.
"You know, Cinderblock, normally the bad guys break out of jail." Said the familiar voice of Beast Boy, causing the creature,now identified as Cinderblock to stop moving.
"And I can think of six good reasons why you don't wanna break in." Chimed in the voice of Robin, causing Cinderblock to turn his head to his left.
The boy wonder jumped into the air before landing on the ground, with one knee and one hand placed on the ground.
"One." said Robin.
The alien princess, Starfire flew down in the posture of an eagle about to swoop up it's prey.
"Two." Said Starfire slightly turning to her left while standing.
Beast Boy in the form of a tiger jumped down in a posture also similar to that of a predator about to pounce it's prey.
"Three." Said Beast Boy as he changed back to his human form and took a fighting stance.
Raven slowly floated down with her arms stretched wide.
"Four." Said Raven as she stretched her left palm forward and clenched her right hand into a fist.
Cyborg was in mid air with a pose of a superman punch.
"Five." Said Cyborg as he stood triumphantly amongst his teammates.
Ben was on top of a green hoverboard as he flew from behind the Titans and landed in the middle of Robin and Cyborg.
"Six." Said Ben with a smirk as he came down from the hoverboard, deactivating it, causing it to take the shape of a rather small black square, which he put in his pocket. Now he, alongside the other Titans looked at Cinderblock with defiance,ready for the upcoming battle.
"Now matter how you do the math, it all adds up to you going down. So, are you going to go quietly?" Said Robin
"Or is this gonna get loud?" Said Cyborg.
With a mighty roar, Cinderblock ran towards the teen heroes, with no intent on backing down.
"Titans Go!" Shouted Robin, causing all the other Titans, except Ben, to run towards Cinderblock, with Starfire and Raven flying towards him, likewise Beast Boy in the form of a crow.
Activating the Omnitrix,Ben came across the familiar silhouette of FourArms, and with a grin on his face,he raised his right hand above the dial.
"It's Hero Time!" Shouted Ben as he slammed his hand down on the dial, causing the familiar green light to wash all over him.
Robin was the first to land an attack,it being a spin kick from mid air, causing Cinderblock to stumble a bit, leaving him open to a concentrated laser blast from Starfire's star-bolts. This gave Cyborg the time he needed to jump into the air and attempt a downard superman punch,an attack which Cinderblock countered with a punch of his own, causing the two powerhouses' fist to collide in a brief power struggle which would result in Cyborg's favor as the stone giant would walk backwards by a few feet, slightly disoriented. To Cinderblock's surprise,a pair of red arms would wrap around his waist, and with a mighty cry, would successfully suplex him. The attacker would be none other than Ben in the form of FourArms.
"I'd stay down if I were you." Said FourArms with a smirk. Angered, the stone giant got to his feet and rushed towards the Tetramand, attempting a right and left cross respectively, each of which FourArms would duck under and slightly backstep to avoid. Cinderblock threw a straight left punch, which FourArms would stop with ease with his upper right palm, much to the stone giant's surprise. He would then throw a straight right punch, which FourArms would stop again with minimal effort, this time being his upper left palm. Cinderblock would attempt to relinquish his arms, but to no avail as FourArms would keep a firm hold on them and still maintain his smirk. Then, FourArms would send an uppercut to Cinderblock's jaw with his lower arms.
After stumbling back a few feet away from FourArms, Cinderblock was quickly restrained by a large slab of concrete wrapped around his body. This concrete was covered in a dark aura, indicating that the cause of it was none other than Raven who was standing a few feet behind Cinderblock with her eyes glowing white. Though the concrete would succeed in restraining Cinderblock,it wouldn't do so for long as he would eventually break free from the concrete, destroying it on the process.
Cinderblock would then turn to face Raven, but before he could run towards her to attack,he was continuously clawed in the face by Beast Boy, still in his crow form. Cinderblock was even further enraged by rapid fire from Starfire's star-bolts to his face and chest and two exploding birdarangs to his back from Robin. FourAms would then raise all his arms into the air and slam then on the ground, causing the ground to shake and a landslide to hit Cinderblock in the chest, dazing him as a result.
Cyborg would then run up the back of FourAms who was still on his knees and jump off him in order to send a punch to Cinderblock's jaw. The attack was powerful enough to send him flying towards a wall and causing him to fall on his knees upon impact.
Getting back to his feet, Cinderblock would see the Titans begin to slowly corner him,as if they were expecting him to make the first move. Their intuition proved correct,as with a mighty roar, Cinderblock would dig both his hands into the ground and after a few seconds, would raise a large concrete boulder from the exposed earth, and throw it towards the group, causing all of them but Starfire to disperse in order to avoid it. This would be because Starfire would destroy the boulder with a star-bolt before it could hit her. She would then continue to fire several star-bolts to Cinderblock, causing the stone giant to cross his arm in an 'X' shape in front of his face to block them.
Having enough of the continuous assault, Cinderblock would jump into the air and try to land a downard punch in Starfire, but to no success,as the alien teen would avoid the attack,albeit narrowly.
Despite being pelted by Starfire's unrelenting Star-bolts, with her firing them from a safer distance above him, Cinderblock would see Beast Boy running towards him in the form of a T-Rex. Before the green changeling could attack him, Cinderblock would grab Beast Boy with both hands by his face, raise him into the air, and slam him down to the ground at his right.
"Beast Boy!" Shouted Starfire, flying towards her friend to aid him.
Not giving Beast Boy a chance to recover, Cinderblock would grab him by his tail, and slowly spin him around the room, even hitting Starfire in the process and sending her flying to another place across the room. After gaining enough momentum spinning Beast Boy by his tail, he would throw the transformed teen towards Raven,who seemed to be getting ready to attack.
"Azarath Metrion..." Raven would begin, only to be cut off by looking at Beast Boy,who had now reverted back to human form, falling towards her. But before they could hit each other, FourArms would raise Raven with his lower right arm and catch Beast Boy from the air with his upper left before setting them down gently.
"You ok?" Asked FourArms.
"Yeah, thanks for the save Ben." Beast Boy said with a smile.
"Yeah, thanks" Said Raven dryly. The three would then see Robin and Cyborg run towards the stone giant, only to be backhanded away effortlessly by him.
"I'm getting back in there. You guys got my back?" Said FourArms.
"Always dude." Responded Beast Boy with enthusiasm, and Raven with a simple nod.
"Then let's do this." FourArms said with a smile before jumping into the air, drawing Cinderblock's attention to him. Cinderblock would dodge a mid air all-arm slam from FourArms by jumping back, before throwing an upper cut with his right hand. FourArms would counter this by trailing his upper left arm below Cinderblock's exposed right arm before sending a punch to his face, causing him to step back. FourArms would send two quick punches to Cinderblock's gut with his lower arms, causing him to duck his head down in pain, before grabbing him by the face with his upper right arm and striking him with an upper left cross. FourArms would then do a three attack combo by landing an upper and lower right arm upper cut,a rising spinning elbow with his upper and lower left arms, and a straight punch with his upper and lower arms.
Now, despite being a few feet away from FourArms, the distance would only increase further after the stone giant becomes once again pelted by Starfire's star-bolts, with the alien teen flying towards him.
"Ben" Starfire called out.
"On it." FourArms said before stretching out his upper right hand, which Starfire took upon flying close to him. FourArms would then raise her up into the air and do a half spin before throwing her at Cinderblock. The speed at which he did this was more than the one Starfire would normally use to fly, which was perfect for her to use to catch Cinderblock off guard by striking him with a rising kick to his jaw. This attack would cause Cinderblock to turn away from the two, only to be struck by dark energy blasts from Raven. The blasts would be unrelenting, and although this would cause him great pain, Cinderblock would manage to stand on his feet,be it with much difficulty. Raven would eventually cease her assault as Beast Boy in the form of an elephant, would rush towards Cinderblock, and strike him, putting him in between his tusks and pinning him to a wall.
"Hey Ben,catch." FourArms would turn to see Cyborg holding two large steel beams in both hands, and throw one at him, which FourArms would catch with his upper left arm.
"You thinking what I'm thinking?" Asked Cyborg with a smirk.
"Oh yeah!" FourArms answered with a smirk of his own.
Cinderblock would manage to get his right arm free and strike Beast Boy on the face, causing the green changeling to release Cinderblock from his pinned position on the wall and take a few steps back away from him.
"Beast Boy, move!" Shouted Cyborg, causing the green changeling to turn his head to the source of the voice before his became wide eyed as he turned into a rat and ran away from Cinderblock. This would prove to a good choice as Cyborg would swing his steel bar horizontally at the stone giant, causing him to fall on his back. Looking up, Cinderblock wide eyed, would roll away to his right to avoid FourArms stomping down on him.
Even when he got up, Cinderblock would be struck on his feet by FourArms' steel bar, causing him to nearly fall face first on the ground before being swatted in the face by the bar once more, causing him to skid across the ground and hit the wall by while on his back and on the floor. Cinderblock would get up, despite struggling to do so, and would see the two boys smirking, with Cyborg in particular motioning for him to come at them. With a loud cry, Cinderblock would run towards the duo, though at Cyborg in particular, attempting to grab the half robot teen. This would prove to be unsuccessful as Cyborg would sidestep to his right, before landing a downard swing with the steel bar at Cinderblock's head, before sending an upward one to his jaw, sending him stumbling.
Then, Cyborg would grab the steel bar by the base before proceeding to bend it into a curved shape before wrapping it around Cinderblock's arms similar to that of a handcuff. After doing this, Cyborg would take advantage of the stone giant's struggle to break himself free and stand behind him.
"Ben,now!" Ordered Cyborg as he kicked Cinderblock by the back, causing him to stumble forwards.
"Batter up!" Shouted FourArms as he swung upwards with his steel bar at Cinderblock's jaw. The strength behind the attack was so powerful that it sent Cinderblock flying up into the ceiling, destroying it in the process as he flew through the hole he had now created, lingered in mid air for a bit, before coming crashing down back inside the room,a few feet away from the entrance the Titans had used to enter. On the verge of losing consciousness, Cinderblock was able to see, albeit faintly the Titans cornering him once more, though this time with an evident look of victory in their face. Knowing that the fight was lost, Cinderblock managed to get up in a rather clumsy fashion,destroy his restraints,and turned to the entrance in hopes of escaping.
Seeing this, Robin walked towards Cyborg with a smirk on his face.
"Wanna give this guy the sonic boom?" Robin asked.
Cyborg transformed his hand into his canon, "I got the sonic if you got the boom," He replied.
The other Titans stood by as Cyborg shouted, "Yo, rock-head!"
Cinderblock came to a stop to turn to them as Cyborg and Robin ran up to Cinderblock by running up the wall at opposite sides, and jumping off it,about to perform a combined attack. Robin with a circle shaped silver device with a blue button on top of it drawn and Cyborg with his hand canon charged up. Before both teens could fire their attack,their legs got tangled, causing them to scream in dismay as they hit the ground.
Cyborg accidentally blasted a blue laser beam from his canon that hit Starfire and Beast-Boy while Robin accidentally dropped his explosive flash-bang disc as it slid over to FourArms and Raven. But before it could go off,FourArms crushed it with his left foot, rendering it useless.
"Raven, don't let him get away!" Ordered FourArms.
"On it." Said Raven as she stretched forth her arms which were encased in dark aura. This caused a large black wall to form in front of the entrance, stopping Cinderblock from going through, and causing him to look at the Titans, the dismay evident on his face.
With a solemn sigh, Cinderblock had accepted his fate, and ran towards the Titans,in a last ditch attempt to escape, despite knowing within himself very well that it would not come to pass. Beast Boy who had gotten back up, transformed into a rhino and charged Cinderblock by his side, blindsiding the stone giant and sending him tumbling across the ground.
On his knees, Cinderblock was hit with a combined shot of Starfire's star-bolts and Raven's dark energy blast. The attack had rendered Cinderblock completely weakend,so much so that only a simple nudge would be all it needed to knock him out. And a simple nudge, FourArms would grant him,as he would walk up towards him and with a smile on his face, push his head slightly with the index finger of his upper left arm. This would cause Cinderblock to fall on his back and with eyes closed as his arms were stretched out wide; The stone giant was down for the count.
"Looks like we won. Nice work guys." FourArms said with a smile as he crossed his upper arms. Starfire and Beast Boy were smiling broadly. Raven with a small smile of her own, and Cyborg and Robin getting back to their feet with mild groans, much to FourArms' amusement.
I apologize if this chapter is short. I haven't updated this story in more than a month,and I've had trouble incorporating everything I wanted to in this chapter, which is why I've decided to split it into two parts. As you can tell from this chapters ending, the events of part 2 will play out differently to how they do in canon. Hopefully you'll get to see how exactly that is during this week.
