Yes, other Teen Titans characters, both heroes and villains will know about the Omnitrix and Ben. Whom exactly, you'll have to wait and see. On Ben appearing in Chapter 5, it shall be answered once you read it.
Jinx will definitely find something interesting in Ben's room. Most notably memontos from the adventures of his summer vacation.
That's yet to be decided, but right now I'm leaning towards him riding alongside one of the Titans. Yes,I will include Mumbo's song.
Ben will accompany the Titans East,as it may most likely be one of their first set of adventures together. I understand your concern about wanting to understand Mas y Menos without offending the Spanish speakers. I will do my best to translate it while maintaining the original Spanish speech so as to satisfy both parties. On how Control Freak will describe Ben and his abilities, you'll just have to wait and see. Though I can tell you that yes,Val-Yor will know about Ben and the Omnitrix.
Yes, Brother Blood would also want to learn the secrets of the watch and yes, Some of Ben's family members will become Titans.

Chapter 5: Divide and Conquer Part 3
"Titans,Go!" Shouted Robin right before he and the Titans ran towards the strange man.
Robin would jump into the air and begin to twirl his staff before bringing it down for a downard strike upon landing, causing the man to sidestep to his right. Robin would then swing the staff horizontally to the man's head, causing him to bend backwards in order to dodge it. Robin would then sidestep to his right to ensure that he was directly in front of the man, before sending a thrust to his face with the end of his staff, causing him to move his head to his left in order to avoid it.
The man would continuously walk backwards as he bobbed and weaved his head away from several thrusts from Robin's staff, with Robin himself taking a step forward with each attack. Noticing that his attacks weren't working,Robin would briefly begin to twirl his staff clockwise and counterclockwise before swinging it horizontally once more to the man's head causing him to bend backwards to dodge, before falling on his knees and swinging it to his legs horizontally, causing him to jump in order to avoid it.
Unfortunately,he would be struck in the chest by a star-bolt as a result, causing him to grunt in pain as he fell on his back and skidded backwards slightly.
As he attempted to get back on his feet, Beast Boy in the form of a tiger would jump over Robin before pouncing on Clancy, effectively restraining him. Beast Boy would let out a low growl in an attempt to discourage the man from posing any form of retaliation. He wouldn't succeed however as the man would visibly begin to struggle, and let out a low growl of his.
"Get...Off..." Began the man in a low but hostile tone. Suddenly, several fire ants would begin to crawl down from his neck to his arms, immediately alarming Beast Boy and the Titans.
"Get...Off!" The fire ants would begin to climb on Beast Boy's paws at an alarming rate, and would almost instantaneously cover the entirety of his upper body.
Beast Boy would let out a roar in pain as he was afflicted with numerous bites from the insects from seemingly all corners of his body. The man would see his plight as an opportunity, and as such, would grab Beast Boy by the throat, before throwing him to his right side.
"Beast Boy!" Shouted Robin as his teammate began to shake violently due to him still being attacked by the fire ants who had all but covered his entire body.
"Raven!" Said Robin as he looked at her floating behind him.
"Azarath Metrion Zinthos!" Shouted Raven as she shot a beam of dark energy from her hands that immediately engulfed Beast Boy. Screeches of pain could be heard from the ants as they were immediately disintegrated. Once the dark energy diapered,Beast Boy reverted back to his human form. In spite of that however,Beast Boy would still continue to shake violently and scream in pain while scratching himself. The Titans would look on closely, and to their horror, several different red pores would cover nearly the entirety of his face.
Cyborg would notice the strange man get up, and in a fit of rage, would turn his right hand into a canon, before shooting a blue beam that would hit the man in the stomach, causing him to grunt in pain as he flew backwards as a result.
However,as he hit the ground,the man would bounce off it before coming to a skidding stop by clawing his hands into the ground.
With gritted teeth, Cyborg would aim his hand canon at the man before shooting another blue beam at him. With a loud grunt, the man would swing his hands upwards, and upon doing so,a swarm of 'Diabolical ironclad beetles' would form a wall in front of him and in turn, would be hit by the blast instead, causing them to be disintegrated.
"Gah!" Shouted the man as he clenched his chest in pain as although he wasn't struck by the blasts, his insects were. With a growl,the man would position his hands backwards by his sides, and upon doing so, his hands would be engulfed completely by short-circuit beetles.
With another loud grunt,the man would thrust them forward, and upon doing so,a a swarm of short-circuit beetles and fire ants would fly towards a baffled Cyborg,who's defensive action was to result to holding up his hands to shield his face.
"Gaaaggh!" Screamed Cyborg as the short circuit beetles and fire ants had completely engulfed his upper torso, and began to spread to his midsection and lower. Sparks of electricity would begin to emanate from all over his body, causing him to fall to his knees due to being effectively immobilized.
Noticing Raven's look of worry on her face, the man would thrust his right hand forward,thus causing a swarm of hornets to fly towards her. Though taken aback, Raven would manage to create a shield of dark energy to protect herself.
Filled with righteous fury, Starfire's eyes would glow a bright green as she floated above the man before sending a series of star-bolts towards him. The man would jump from side to side and backwards to dodge the rapid fire blasts, and although he would avoid some of them, others would still hit him regardless, much to his discomfort.
Starfire would then begin to circle around him from above while still firing star-bolts, and by doing so,all the blasts would hit him in the process, causing him to grunt even louder in pain until he would eventually fall on his knees with his face covered.
As smoke came off his body, Starfire would hover behind him with her left hand, clenched into a fist pointed towards him as she charged another star-bolt.
But before she should fire it,an unsettling would come from the man, causing Starfire to look at him with caution. With her guard slightly lowered,the man would hold up his face, and turned to look at her. And what she saw caused her to deactivate her star-bolt as she gasped in horror
The man's mouth was split in two from both sides. A set of small but notable fangs were placed from top to bottom of his oral cavity, with saliva dripping from it. Two reptilian like tongues would come out from the oral cavity.
A gargling sound could be heard from the man right before a wave of hornets, bees,wasps, mosquitoes and fire ants carried by wasps was sent towards Starfire, and they would all begin to pelt her in the process.
Starfire's Tamaranean biology ensured that her skin was far more durable than that of a human, and as a result, the attacks by the insects did nothing more than to annoy her.
Her hands and eyes would begin to glow as she activated her star-bolts, and upon doing so,she would begin to shoot at the insect horde from all corners.
And although some of the star-bolts would make contact with some of the insects,thus immediately disintegrating them, most of them would hit different corners of the subway station, causing it to shake violently.
"Starfire, stop!" Shouted Robin, causing the Tamaranean teen to briefly cease her assault.
"You're going to bring down the subway station with us inside!" Large pebbles of rock would begin to fall from different corners of the ceiling to drive Robin's point across.
"There is no other way for me to deal with the insects,as they are proving to be most annoying." Said Starfire as she would opt to shoot her star-bolts from her eyes like lasers at the insect swarm that surrounded her. Though it wasn't nearly as effective as what she was doing prior.
"Not if we can help it. Raven?" Said Robin as he motioned to the sorcereress.
"On it." Said Raven with a nod. Her eyes would begin to emanate a pure white color, and her hands would begin to give off a dark energy aura.
"Azarath..." Said Raven as she began her chant. Unbeknownst to the trio, the wasps carrying the fire ants were on the ceiling directly above.
"Metrion..." The fire ants would then fall down from the ceiling towards Raven.
"Zin... Ahhh!" Shouted Raven in pain as the fire ants would fall on her neck and begin to attack,thus disrupting her focus.
"Raven!" Shouted both Robin and Starfire in unison as they watched their comrade fall to the ground on her side as a result of the insects attacking her.
Robin would turn to face Clancy with rage filled eyes. As he tucked his right hand inside his utility belt in order to throw a birdarang at him,the hornets atop the ceiling would fly towards Robin and sting from several spots behind his neck, causing him to scream in pain as he fell to the ground on his knees.
"Robin!" Shouted Starfire in horror as she watched a swarm of normal ants begin to gradually cover Robin from head to toe,thus effectively holding him in place.
With a loud battle cry, Starfire would fly towards the man inspite of the insects that surrounded her,her fists glowing a bright green. The man would grin deviously as Starfire's fist was inches away from making contact with his face. The reason for his boldness being an even larger horde of insects unlike any he had used so far tackling her to the ground.
Starfire would attempt to break free, but would be unsuccessful. Upon looking around her,her eyes would widen in shock as the insects that held her in place completely covered all but her face. Robin, Cyborg and Raven no longer had insects attacking them as the insects were now attacking Starfire.
And although their bites served as nothing more than an irritation to her, their overwhelming numbers greatly troubled her. And with the man towering over her with a sinister expression, Starfire would only become even more uneasy.
Raven, who was just barely conscious due to the pain from the stings and bites, looked on weakly as Starfire unable to pose a threat to the man. As she attempted to hold up her left hand,it would begin to shake before immediately falling to the ground.
With a ragged breath, Raven's mouth would slowly begin to part as they were about to say a word.
"Azarath..." Said Raven in a whisper. Despite how low her voice was,the effects of the mantra began to take place as her eyes glowed white and her hands black.
"Metrion..." The insects had all but covered Starfire's face,as just her right eye, which was quivering in fear,was visible.
"Zin...thos..." A surge of black energy would engulf all the Titans, and as a result, would disintegrate the ones holding down Starfire. And in a flash of light of black and white light,the Titans were gone.
The man would initially begin to grit his teeth in frustration, only for him to grin in satisfaction over his victory.
A doorbell could be heard right before the door leading to the main room of Titans tower would open. Behind the door was Ben with three takeaway bags in each hand,thus making it six in total.
"Hey guys." Said Ben with a smile as he stepped into the living room.
"I got some Pizza and fries with smoothies along the way. Thought we could..." Ben's eyes would immediately widen as he dropped the takeaway bags on the floor out of shock. Laid out on the ground in front of him where the Titans; with all but Starfire and Raven either unconscious or in too much pain to get up.
Both girls would look up to see Ben with an expression of sadness on their faces.
"Oh...man."

Sorry it's been so long since I last updated this story, I'll be honest,I kinda lost my interest in doing it for a while and chose to focus on other projects instead.
This doesn't serve as a full comeback just yet though,as I'm going to see if I can update other story projects right before this month ends. Once I've done, I'll see if I can come back to this story in full capacity in some way.
