Another day at the park, Seiichi's favorite place to go.
Always full of energy, he shot away from his mother to go to the slide.
She seated herself on a bench nearby, so he was within eye shot of her.
He appeared to be having the time of his life, going down the slide again and again.
There were other kids there as well, along with the blonde boy she often saw running around.
Uzumaki Naruto, she finally learned his name, having heard it in passing.
An energetic boy, much like her own son.
One thing she couldn't figure out was why many of the adults, when he went by, looked at him with such distain.
