In a huge prison in the middle of the desert, the prison siren was going off, signalling a massive breakout.

Inside the prison, many of the prison officers, including humans, Mewmans and monsters were being defeated by a shadowed silhouette.

The silhouette was taking all of the approaching guards out by snatching their batons and using them against them to its advantage.

The guards tried tasers on it, but the silhouette was being unbeaten since tasers were nothing to it.

"Hold it down!" Demanded one of the guards.

"We can't!" The other guard replied. "It's too strong!"

"This was why getting rid of magic was a bad idea!" One of the guards exclaimed before a baton hit his head, knocking him out.

"Dangit Star!"

The silhouette threw a lot of the guards of the railing and hung them from their ankles by tying them with blankets and sheets.

Outside the prison, bounty hunters B. Utcher and Viper Rattler were watching the prison with keen interest since this was where their next target was located.

"So, this is where the famous Bane Whispers is?" Viper Rattler queried.

"Yeah." Utcher replied. "Pathetic if you ask me. It had all the bounty hunting trophies in existence and it ended when it decided to be put into an Earth prison."

"What took it long to escape?" Rattler asked.

"Well, it stated that it would escape when it gets a contract that fulfils it."

"And I'm assumed it fulfilled it?"

Just then, the sound of footprints were heard walking up to the two bounty hunters. It wore a black helmet with its mouth sticking out. It also had sleeveless black armour that revealed a sharp pointy horn-like thing sticking from its elbow. It also wore black gloves, black shoes, a black belt with weapons and black pants.

"Well, well, well, if it ain't Bane Whispers." Viper Rattler greeted the hunter. "Viper Rattler, your acquaintance. You know Utcher, right?"

The bounty hunter replied by staring at the hunter. It didn't even reply her question with a nod or a shake, just blank.

"Oh yeah, Bane Whispers is a hunter of a few words." Utcher explained. "That's how it gets it's hunts done. It breaks its concentration if it talks."

"Well, it's gonna be hard to convince our next guy, the most dangerous bounty hunter in Mewni." Viper Rattler explained.

"Second, you're always number 1, Whispers." Utcher said to the quiet bounty hunter, who still replied with silence.

"They call him, The Dog." Viper explained. "But we know of the legend so it's no use explaining what we know."

"But, you do know his whereabouts right?" Utcher asked.

Just then, Whispers pulled out a map of Echo Creek and pointed to a drawing of Britta's Tacos.

"Yes Whispers, we'll get tacos once we find The Dog." Utcher said while Whispers pointed to the taco stand aggressively.

"You know, I heard he lives in Echo Creek." Viper said.

"That's a rumour." Utcher commented.

Whispers continued to aggressively tap the map while Viper and Utcher continued to discuss the whereabouts of this hunter.

"Okay, I suggest we go and find the most rundown house in Echo Creek." Viper suggested. "That's where a beast like him would live."

"Oh yes sure, let's just knock on every door in the neighbourhood and ask the person who answers if they're the dog." Utcher sarcastically suggested.

"Uh, can you not give a sarcastic-" Viper eventually groaned and walked up to Whispers, angry by it's annoying tapping on the map. "What?! We're gonna get tacos later!"

"Wait, what if Bane Whispers is trying to tell us something?" Utcher queried.

"Yes!" Rattler exclaimed. "Bane is saying it wants Britta's Tacos."

"No, I think Bane is trying to tell us that The Dog is at Britta's Tacos." Utcher said.

"Is that what you're to tell us?" Viper asked the hunter.

Bane Whispers continued to tap on the map like this was the definite answer to their question.

"I think we have the definitive answer." Utcher said.

"I think we do." Viper said.

Meanwhile at Britta's Tacos, the current employee, Oskar, was adding a dash of hot sauce to one of the orders requested by a patron.

"Okay, a taco with a dash of hot sauce and no cheese." Oskar yelled out to the bustling area.

"Over here!" Yelled a Caucasian blonde haired woman in her mid 30's with bushy eyebrows. She approached the stand with a friendly smile. "How's business Oskar?"

"It's been going great Miss Kapoo." Oskar replied.

"Great?" Miss Kapoo queried. "Usually, I'd expect a negative response.

"Well, it's better because of the new employee we got working here." Oskar replied. "He seems like a nice person despite his rough interior."

"Well, that's nice." Miss Kapoo said. "Catch ya later, Oskar." Miss Kapoo then went to sit down to feast on her taco while Oskar stared at his co worker.

"She's something, isn't she?" Oskar asked.

"Sorry?" Queried a tall black haired, stubble filled man with a burn mark on the right side of his head, making it look like candle wax. The tall man wore a brown shirt underneath his Britta's Tacos apron.

"Miss Kapoo." Oskar replied. "She's great, right?"

"What do you mean she's great?" The tall man asked. "She just looks like a regular human. All friendly and smiley, but then you realise she's a cold hearted person."

"She's not a cold hearted person." Oskar said. "I mean, sure she got the position of Marco's mole wrong. But she's nice."

"Oh sure." The man replied. "Like Star Butterfly."

The man pointed threateningly at Star who was busy eating a taco with Marco, Janna and Tom. Janna then sporadically laughed like a deranged person trying to show emotion.

Oskar groaned. "Oh, you're a member of those Equalists, aren't you?"

"No." The man replied. "I was a member of the biggest league of Bounty Hunters in the multiverse. Until Moon outlawed them. Some of the colleagues I've had broke those rules while others went on to live normal lives. Me….." The man pointed at himself. "…..living the normal life. Bet you never expected the Dog to end up like this."

"Woah." Oskar said. "That's cool, man. Do you mind covering for me?"

"Don't I always?" The Dog asked.

"Thanks." Oskar said before disembarking to play whatever instrument he considers angsty.

The Dog sighed as he started to clean the counter, not even bothering to acknowledge the three bounty hunters standing in front of him, looking smug, except for Whispers.

He continued to clean the counter while the three bounty hunters just stared at him, trying to get his attention.

But their smugness disappeared once they realised he wasn't looking.

"Does he by any chance see us?" Utcher asked.

"He's cleaning a counter." Viper pointed out.

Whispers then waved their hand in front of The Dog's face to try and get the scarred man's attentions, but he wasn't listening.

"Silent treatment?" Utcher queried.

"What do you want?" The Dog asked with an uninterested glare. "Can't you see I'm a little busy to be dealing with you bounty hunting scum?"

"We can see that and we want you not to be." Viper replied.

"Try harder to convince me." The Dog requested. "Because it's not happening."

"Listen, what if we told you that this target has a high price on her head?" Viper asked. "A certain….." She motioned her eyes at Star, whom was drinking her soda.

"My soda tastes warm, does anyone else's?" Star asked.

"You mean Star?" The Dog asked. "I may not like her for what she's done to all the magical creatures, but I'm not a monster. Not anymore at least. I like this life. Just a simple taco vender with a sword underneath this counter never to be used again. If I change my mind, you can just sit down and wait until I do."

The Dog continued to clean the counter while the bounty hunters just stood disappointed with his decline. Despite being disappointed, Bane somehow had a taco in their hand and feasted on it.

"Well, guess we'll have to wait." Viper said. "Even if it takes hours, days, weeks, months or years."

"But what if it rains?" Utcher asked.

Bane replied by opening up an umbrella and holding it over them. Utcher stared at Bane with a curious eyebrow raised and asked the quiet assassin, "How big are your pockets?"

While the bounty hunters went to sit down with a tray of tacos and drinks somehow in Bane's hand, they weren't exactly invisible to Star and co since Star managed to recognise one of them. Which just so happened to Utcher, whom Star got into a martial arts fight with the other day.

Star elbow nudged Marco in the arm to get his attention. "Marco, that's the man." Star said. "That's the man I got into a fight with."

It wasn't just Marco who started looking at the Australian martial artist/bounty hunter, but Tom and Janna as well.

Janna smirked at the man and commented, "He looks like he needs a serious shave. I mean, I have a razor in my pocket and shaving cream."

"Why do you?" Marco asked.

"Just in case Tom needs a shave and when he's asleep." Janna replied.

"Hey, I'm not growing facial hair!" Tom protested while touching his face for inspection for any stubble. "I can't be, right?"

"Nah Tom." Star assured her ex. "I wonder why this martial artist wants me dead. And I wonder who he is?"

"I know who he is." Marco said. "That is Barry Utcher. Or as the entertainment industry calls him, B. Utcher: The most dangerous bounty hunter in the world."

While Marco started to explain Utcher's backstory, the Australian bounty hunter took an aggressively large bite in his taco. The bite was so big that hot sauce started dripping from the shell. "Yum." The martial artist said before taking another bite.

"Born in 1971, and raised by a potato farmer, B. Utcher rose to prominent fame as the apprentice to Mackie Hand after being interested in his movies." Marco explained. "The two made many movies together, usually the ones where they fight either each other, or side-by-side. But they split because of, what else, creative differences. They had a fight about their differences, a literal fight. I mean, there was news coverage, background dancers supporting the respective side and it was taking place on a massive stage. While Mackie continued to make headlines and taking in the box office, Utcher's career was kind of hit and miss. He made either box office successes or box office duds. But after the biggest dud of all time, I'm the Awesome B. Utcher and one direct-to-DVD movie, he took on bounty hunting. He captured many targets and beaten up many of them as well, but he still did some martial arts tournaments, but it was bounty hunting that was usually his main priority. And since then, he's been taking many tasks."

"Including recently, where I hired him to take out your little girlfriend, Diaz." Said a familiar irritating voice.

The four looked behind them and saw the little irritating rich boy, Jeremy Birnbaum, pulling his signature annoying grin. "And pity she got out."

"You were the one that hired him?!" Star angrily asked.

"Yeah." Jeremy confirmed. "What you gonna do about it?"

"Nothing, since I'm eating." Star replied while narrowing her eyes at him. "Maybe later. But not today."

Jeremy smirked selfishly before walking away with his taco in hand. The gang narrowed their eyes at the little rat since they are fully aware of how annoying he is.

"Would it be wrong to throw fire at a child?" Tom asked.

"I wouldn't mind, but they would." Janna replied.

The gang then looked at the bounty hunters in front of them where Star noted Viper Rattler who was drinking her drink from a metal straw.

"Good?" Utcher asked.

"Would've been better if it had venom." Viper replied.

"Who's that?" Star asked. "Is that one of Utcher's friends?"

Marco then started looking at the reptilian bounty hunter with intrigue and raised an eyebrow. "I don't know who she is."

Tom then went wide eyed in surprise at who she was. "Oh my goodness." Tom responded. "That's Viper Rattler."

"Who?" Star asked.

"You don't know her?" Tom asked. "She's one of the most dangerous bounty hunters in the multiverse. Viper was born from an egg and raised to a family of bounty hunters. They tried to make her the best. Not as good as her, but still one of the best. But they didn't anticipate her turning out to be better than the both of them. And when they tried to scold her for it, she instead ate them alive. An act they did not anticipate as well. Over the years, Viper went on to be better than any bounty hunter who ever existed. Including wearing armour made from the strongest material forged by the legendary armourer/molter, Ermorer. I mean, nothing can get through that armour. Swords, spears, arrows, knives, stampedes, rocks, predators, nothing can stop her armour. Until the former queen, Moon discovered a spell that can stop her armour. After she broke the bounty hunter boundaries in Mewni, Moon decided she was too dangerous to be given an optional punishment, so, she exiled her to Earth in the coldest region, Antarctica, since her kind can't exactly survive cold climates."

"But how did she break out?" Marco asked.

"I don't know." Tom replied. "I heard they toughened things up when Eclipsa was made mayor."

"Why is Utcher working with a bounty hunter?" Marco asked. "He's more of a lone wolf."

"Maybe he wants to be a social wolf." Janna quipped.

"Really Janna?" Marco asked.

"Hey, that's the only one I could come up with." Janna replied.

"But I did hear Viper was a loner, and I wonder who she's working with over there." Tom pointed to Bane Whispers, whom was reading a book while wearing reading glasses.

Utcher and Viper stared at the former bounty hunter with confusion since Whispers kept pulling stuff out of thin air for whatever the reason.

"How does Whispers do that?" Viper asked.

Utcher shrugged his shoulder while taking a bite out of his taco.

"You don't know Bane Whispers?" Janna asked. "The most dangerous bounty hunter in the multiverse."

"How do you know Bane Whispers?" Marco asked the weird girl.

"I just do." Janna replied. "Nobody knew where Bane Whispers came from. Heck, nobody knew what Bane Whispers' gender was. Boy, girl, non-binary, Whispers never told. But the only thing they knew about Bane Whispers is that Bane really liked to do their job, anything to do with bounty hunting. Killing, kidnapping, kidnapping then killing, killing then kidnapping, Bane would do it. Which is probably the exact reason why Moon had it sent to Earth. Inside a small room underneath a ginormous prison buried underneath the solitary confinement centre. But somehow, Bane got out and is up to its old tricks, pulling stuff out of thin air."

Janna pointed to Bane Whispers, who was still reading their book and wearing reading glasses, an act that made its fellow accomplices still question the bounty hunter as to how it got that stuff out of thin air.

"Wow." Marco commented. "Bane seems very dangerous. Also, how did you know about Bane Whispers?"

"You're not the only one who reads Mewni history, Diaz." Janna replied.

"And what about the new Taco vender?" Marco asked while pointing to The Dog who was looking angry while holding a sword at the stand.

The stand looked vandalised because somebody graffitied a hissing green viper while surrounded by a red fiery ring.

"If anyone here is the person who made this graffiti, I'll turn you into a corpse!" The Dog exclaimed. "And what the heck is Viper Kai?! Viper Kai, what a stupid name!"

When Star heard The Dog's yelling, she froze in fear as she stared at him. It wasn't just Star who was intimidated, but even Tom Lucitor as well.

Aiming his sword at the vandalised stand while his very distinct burn mark stuck out like a sore thumb. A sight that made the two former lovers uncomfortable.

"Oh no." Star whispered.

"Star?"

"Marco, do you have any idea who he is?" Star asked.

"No."

"I just gave up after Bane Whispers." Janna replied.

"Guys, that is the most dangerous bounty hunter in Mewni and the multiverse: The Dog." Star explained.

"How many people hold that title?" Marco asked.

"Somebody who's never heard of the others." Janna replied.

"Who is The Dog, Star?" Marco asked. "And did his parents hate him? Because, who calls their own child The Dog?"

"The Dog isn't his birth name, it's his nickname." Star replied. "Candor Slegane was the youngest son of the Slegane family, the violent warriors of Mewni. For generations, the Slegane family served many queens of Mewni. His father served my grandmother, Comet, and his father served the former queen before comet, and his mother before him, and her father before her, and so on, so on. Every generation of Sleganes must fight to become the Royalsguard for the new Queen of Mewni. And it just so happened that Candor, his brother Cegor and his sister, Maria all fought to secure the right to be the Royalsguard for my mother and it just so happened, Candor won that fight. And for many years, he was the Royalsguard for Mewni. He fought alongside Moon during the great monster war when Toffee was leading, but it was cut short because he fought a fiery snake monster."

"Is that how he got his distinct burn scar?" Marco asked.

"Nah, it just knocked him out with a moconut." Star replied. "It was a very humiliating defeat. Anyway, he was there when I was birthed by my mother and not only was he tasked to defend the Queen and King, it was his sworn duty to protect me as well. Even when I set the palace on fire because I got a little carried away when I was playing fight the monster."

"Is that how he got the burn?" Janna asked. "Because that's very humiliating."

"That's not how he got the burn." Tom replied.

"Wait, you know?" Marco asked.

"Well, it's a long story." Star replied. "When me and Tom started dating, let's say Mom and Dad didn't exactly approve. Even The Dog didn't even approve of Tom. He didn't care he was dangerous, he knew how angry he could get and was terrified that he could hurt me if he got too angry."

"You burnt him?" Janna asked Tom. "Guess I might've picked the right guy." Janna realised that she was being flirtatious to Tom and quickly had to come up with a quick lie. "If we were dating. Which we aren't."

"Actually, I didn't burn him." Tom replied. "It was my Dad."

Janna and Marco froze before bursting into laughter since Tom's Dad looked way too nice to be kind of person.

"Ha Ha aha ha ha!" Marco laughed. "Tom's Dad?!"

"You kidding me?" Janna asked.

"Do you want to know the story?" Star asked. "When Tom and I were 13 and before I realised he wasn't good for me, no offence Tom."

"None taken." Tom replied. "I was a hothead." Tom then laughed at his little pun. "Hothead."

"Anyway, he was concerned for my safety since he knew of Tom's famous outbursts and let's just say he was spying on me all the time." Star explained. "But, he was caught out by Tom's mom and despite her size, he wasn't at all intimidated. He wanted to take me home and to make sure Tom didn't go anywhere near me. But his dad wasn't having it and let's say, The Dog underestimated him which didn't exactly go well with him. Then, the two got into a massive fight which ended when Tom's Dad literally placed The Dog's head in the lava ocean, causing that severe burn to end up all over his head. Since it was an illegal act for a Royalsguard to fight a royal, The Dog had to be punished. Instead of a harsh punishment like most queens would give, my mother exiled The Dog. In order to make some money, The Dog became a bounty hunter and started executing many targets, usually in gruesome and indescribable ways all across the multiverse. Unfortunately, his crimes were quickly found out and instead of being locked away, he was exiled to Earth where he's currently working at Britta's Tacos even though I haven't seen him before."

"Maybe he worked at other jobs before he started working here." Marco theorised.

"Hmm." Tom replied.

"Well, as long as he doesn't bother us, we'll be fine." Star said.

"This will be a told you so moment soon." Janna said.

Meanwhile, The Dog was cleaning the vandalised stand with a mop. He rubbed the stain over and over again while the bounty hunters watched him.

Bane Whispers was now reading a comic book while wearing a bigger pair of reading glasses. Whispers' ginormous reading glasses got Utcher groaning.

"Are you just doing this annoy me?" Utcher asked the silent assassin.

Bane stared at their ally before going back to their Bat Dude comic.

The Dog sighed as he continued to try and wash the paint off the taco stand. "When will Oskar show up? I can't be the only one."

"You need help with that?" Asked a familiar female voice that made The Dog groan. The former Royalsguard/bounty hunter turned around and narrowed his eyes at Miss Kapoo, who was smiling at the ginormous man.

"What do you want Miss Kapoo?" The Dog asked.

"Please, can't I help out?" The artist asked.

"You're an artist, not a measly taco stand employee." The Dog replied.

"Is this how you respond to people who try and help?" Miss Kapoo asked.

"Well, I'm not exactly a man who likes help." The Dog replied. "Last time I wanted help, I got this burn scar."

"How did you get it?" Miss Kapoo asked. "I mean, that is the mark of a warrior."

"I was a warrior." The Dog replied. "A Royalsguard. Until I fought the king of the Underworld. With it being the Underworld, you can see how that goes."

Miss Kapoo smiled. "At least you fought the king of the Underworld. I mean, nobody would've."

The Dog laughed. "Well, I think they got the message." He pointed to his burn scar while Miss Kapoo continued to stare at him with interest.

"So, is it true you were a bounty hunter?" Miss Kapoo.

"The best." The Dog replied while smirking.

"Mr compensation!" Utcher shouted.

"I've killed many people in my time." The Dog continued.

"Liar!" Viper shouted.

The Dog groaned. "Well, people called me the best while I do know I've killed many people."

"Bragger!" Janna shouted.

"Can people stop listening in to conversations?!" The Dog demanded.

Miss Kapoo was kind of fascinated by the tall man despite the fact he was a well known killer and claimed to have killed many people in his time.

"Have you thought of going back to your old roots?" Miss Kapoo asked.

"I like this simple life." The Dog replied. "Selling people tacos is something that adds meaning to my life."

"Is that why you still have your sword?" Miss Kapoo asked while folding her arms and pulling a smug smile.

The Dog then realised he had his sword out and sighed. "I keep it to reminisce about the good old days."

"Or is it a way to remind yourself the life you want to have?" Miss Kapoo asked. "After what your former queen did to you? Don't you just want to get your life back together?"

The Dog started thinking about what Miss Kapoo was saying and he looked back and forth from his sword and the taco stand.

"What's wrong with my life?" The Dog asked.

"What do you think?" Miss Kapoo asked. "You're in control of your life, not some laws that are stupid and outdated. Besides, Moon has no authority over you."

The Dog continued to think about what Miss Kapoo was saying and he sighed, realising she was right.

"Moon has no control over me." The Dog said before taking his sword and taking his apron off. "You're right Miss Kapoo. How can I repay you?"

"Hmm, I could use a break from making art." The artist replied. "Maybe, I could take us out for dinner sometime."

The Dog gave a smile instead of his signature serious cold stare since Miss Kapoo might've improved his life just a tiny bit.

"Thanks Miss Kapoo." The Dog said.

"You're welcome." Miss Kapoo replied. "Be sure to meet me for dinner this week."

"That's a promise I wish not to break."

"Hey Dog!" Oskar shouted while reentering the taco stand. "I'm back from my very long break."

"Oskar, I quit." The Dog informed the teen while throwing his apron at the teen.

"Okay." Oskar responded without any interest. "I'm not the manager but why should I care?"

Meanwhile, Viper, Utcher and Whispers were still feasting on their tacos while Whispers was watching a Mackie Hand movie on their phone, visibly annoying Utcher.

"I'm not even gonna ask anymore." Utcher groaned.

The Dog then approached the bounty hunters, placed his sword on the table and sat with them. "So, when do we begin?" The Dog asked.

All the bounty hunters, except for Whispers, were surprised by the Dog's sudden change of heart that Utcher dropped his taco.

"Why the change of heart?" Viper asked.

"I had a change of heart." The Dog replied.

"Woman." Utcher interjected.

"Huh?" The Dog asked.

"You did it for a woman." Utcher replied.

"Come on…..She just talked to me and that made me realise I was sick of the life I was having." The Dog explained.

The bounty hunters stared at the former Royalsguard with a disinterested look before The Dog sighed. "Okay, what should we do with Star?"

"Well, let's begin." Utcher said. "Contact Heckaron."

Whispers then turned their movie into a FaceTime call with Heckaron, whom was sitting on his chair using a breathing canister and taking deep breaths without his mask.

The revolutionary leader realised he was online, threw the canister away, sat in an intimidating posture, quickly put his mask back on his face and pulled his hood up.

"What do you want?" Heckaron asked. "You have everyone?"

"Mission accomplished." Viper replied while The Dog ripped his shirt to reveal black armour underneath with a symbol of a moon on his chest.

"Excellent." Heckaron replied.

"And that whole thing about you wanting us to hunt Star, she's right here." Utcher informed their leader before snatching the phone out of Whispers' hand and showing Heckaron.

Heckaron saw Star, now realising that the bounty hunters were watching her and her friends.

"Uh, I think those guys work for Heckaron." Star said to her friends, nervously.

"They might be on their day off." Marco theorised.

Heckaron sighed. "Let me look at you." Utcher listened to his boss and turned the phone round so Heckaron was looking at them. "What are you waiting for?! You're not on vacation! Go get her!"

The bounty hunters then aggressively approached the four teenagers, with Viper smashing her foot on one of the benches to grab their attention.

"Well, hello kids." Viper greeted them before Star, Tom, Janna and Marco got into attack positions.

"What do you want?" Star asked while getting into her karate pose.

"Do you know who we are?" Utcher asked.

"Met some of you, heard of you and even fought you." Star replied.

"Well done." The Dog responded. "Now Star, you are to come with us and we'll make things easy."

"If you want Star…." Tom then flicked his hands and fireballs lit up on his palms. "…You have to get through us."

Marco then got into his karate pose while Janna dug from her hat and pulled out a grenade, something that got the girl questionable looks from her friends.

"Janna, is that a hand grenade?" Star asked.

"Yup." Janna replied.

"How long did you have that?" Marco asked.

"I've had this in my hat since I was 12." Janna replied. "And don't ask where I got it."

Utcher chuckled, nudged Bane on the arm and asked it, "Does that sound familiar?"

Bane only replied by shaking their head, something that made Utcher groan since Bane couldn't have been that stupid to miss the comparison.

"Enough talk, to the death!" Viper exclaimed before the bouncer hunters and Team Star charged.

Star was in a hand-to-hand combat fight with Utcher once again, each blocking their blows with each other.

While Marco engaged in a martial arts fight with Viper, who used a metallic tail that merged from her rear and tried to use it to pierce Marco's skin, but he performed cartwheels and flips to dodge her.

"What are you?!" Marco asked. "And where can I get armour like that?!"

"Mindyer Business." Viper replied before trying to stab Marco with her tail, which he continued to dodge.

Tom meanwhile, was fighting The Dog, who tried to slice the demon prince with his sword, but Tom kept dodging the blade by using his fire powers like a jet turbine.

Tom threw a fireball at The Dog's armour, but that it somehow didn't do anything but give him a terrified look.

"Look, we can fight, but no fire!" The Dog demanded.

"I don't think so." Tom responded while showing off a bit of his fire power. "So I suggest you be a good boy and try."

Tom threw another fireball, that The Dog deflected by using his sword which ricochet back at Tom which he dodged by ducking and throwing another one at the former Royalsguard's leg, causing him to fall.

While the others were fighting, Janna and Bane were just staring each other down without throwing a punch or moving around to avoid each other's punches or kicks. Just, nothing.

"So, what do you identify as?" Janna asked.

Bane only replied by staring Janna down with a blank stare instead of doing anything.

Meanwhile, Star and Utcher continued their simple fist fight where they were blocking each other's punches.

Then suddenly, Utcher grabbed Star by her hair and smashed her face through a table. Star quickly retaliated by using a tray to wail Utcher in the face repeatedly.

She hit him with the plastic tray with every bit of strength she had and it looked like the Australian bounty hunter was gonna go down. But once Star stopped and started waiting to see if Utcher will collapse, he just smiled and spat out a tooth.

He cracked his neck and said to the former princess, "Not bad." Utcher then tried to punch Star, but she grabbed his knuckle and punched him in the chest, sending him flying and crashing through the taco stand.

Marco on the other hand, dodged the tail, which now got stuck in the ground. It was the perfect advantage for him to use something to beat Rattler and luckily, the metallic broken leg from the table that Utcher crashed Star's head through was there right beside him.

But Rattler was smart enough to see this and quickly pulled her tail back in and pounced on Marco. Marco then used the table leg to repeatedly hit the humanoid reptile in the face repeatedly, causing her mask to shatter revealing her reptilian form, hissing in Marco's face.

"Ah!" Marco screamed before punching her in the face.

Viper hissed at Marco. "I don't think so."

The reptilian was about to hit Marco, but she got hit by a fireball courtesy of Tom, who briefly turned away from The Dog to save his best friend.

The Dog tried to once again slice Tom with his huge sword, but he flew upwards. Then Tom threw some fireball at The Dog, who performed a roll to dodge every one of them despite his heavy armour.

Tom then fired a stream of fire that made The Dog move aside as quick as he can, but froce in fear once he felt how close the heat was. It made the bounty hunter flashback to when the king of the Underworld dunked most of his head in the lava ocean, burning most of his skin off. This made the Dog pant like crazy before being kicked in the head by Tom, causing the bounty hunter to be knocked out.

"Huh, I don't think you should play with fire." Tom said before ducking because there was a loud explosion sound.

He looked and saw Janna walking out of a cloud of smoke with her sleeves torn, her face covered in scratches, her hat missing and a hair strand on fire. This sight made Tom gulp as his cheeks turned red since he was blushing like crazy.

Janna decided to use this as an advantage to annoy Tom. She walked up towards him and asked, "What's the matter? Never seen your hot girlfriend walk out from a smoke cloud before?"

"A ha!" Star yelled out, startling the demon prince and his 'not-girlfriend.' "I knew it!"

Marco rubbed his hand as he regrouped with his friends and smiled with his girlfriend. "So, you admit you two are a thing?"

Janna groaned. "We're actually friends."

"Uh, but you announced yourself as his girlfriend." Star pointed out while smirking.

"Yeah." Marco agreed. "Try and work your way out of it."

"She's referring to the fact that she's a girl who's a friend." Tom explained. "Which she is."

"Uh!" Star groaned. "Come on you two, can you admit it?!"

"Can you ask how I defeated Bane?" Janna asked.

"Wait, how did you defeat Bane?" Marco suddenly asked.

"I put the grenade down their pants while we were staring down." Janna replied. "Whispers isn't as great as many say."

"Yeah, these guys were defeated so easily." Star noted.

The four stared at the unconscious hunters in silence before they all agreed to walk back home for a movie or something that lasts an hour or two.

About two hours later at the taco stand which was still a little damaged for some reason even though someone ought to have checked it out. Utcher woke up covered in taco shells while Viper dusted herself off after waking up with a black burn mark on her armour while The Dog was dizzy as he tried to position himself.

"Afraid of fire?!" Utcher angrily yelled at The Dog. "What kind of bounty hunter is afraid of fire?!"

"And what kind of professional martial artist gets defeated by a beginner?!" The Dog retorted.

"Touché." Utcher responded.

"Well, first time didn't work." Rattler stated.

"You think?!" Utcher angrily asked.

"We were awful." The Dog said.

"I know." Utcher agreed. "I mean, we were knocked down and Whispers is dead."

Utcher then felt a tap on his shoulder and turned around to see Bane Whispers, apparently alive and well and fully healed despite the fact they just had a grenade down their pants that blew up.

"How are you alive?"

"I don't think it's were bad that's the problem." Viper started. "She has many powerful allies that will help her."

"And?" Utcher queried.

"So, we take her when she's on her own." Viper replied. "Or if she doesn't have anyone as powerful as her or that demon prince. So I suggest we wait a while before we take Star out. Because, we ain't going to move on to a next assignment until Star Butterfly is in our grasps."

Viper then crushed a taco shell threateningly as a metaphor for Star being destroyed. Meaning, their fight isn't over.
