Author's Note
This chapter is far from being finished and is about 75 percent finished for the Harry Potter section.
The reason this is being posted like this in a very rough format is because I wanted to give you guys a present because it is my birthday today and wanted to do something special for you. So when the full chapter is finished and proof-read I will post it in full.
So with out further adieu, here is part of the next chapter.
The Dragon Mounts the Worlds.
Location: Various houses in Europe
Time: October, 31 1981 night time

In the northern London suburb of Hampstead was a family that is asleep until they hear their 2 year old scream bloody murder. They jumped out of bed and ran straight to her room. The pick her up and give her a once over. They then notice a marking on her left hand. Her Father said "Don't worry about the hand, as you recall my family has legends and stories about this type of thing! Based on the location of it, it seems like our baby girl already is destined to marry someone out there."
His wife then spoke "Right, I remember when we were dating or shortly after we were married you told me." Then looks to their daughter "Baby girl does it hurt any place else?"
Their daughter responded with "Mommy hurt!" And points to chest. Her parents then took off her top and noticed another marking.
The wife then said "Don't tell me, but this is the family symbol?"
Her husband responded with "Unfortunately, I don't know this family, but I will have to look it up in some of my family's old books. To bad I couldn't do anything with them even with some of the sticks."

A woman is seen in a night gown that is heavily pregnant was coming back from the kitchen and was about half way back to the room when she heard her daughter scream. She immediately and safely rushed as fast as she could waddle for about 5 minutes then stopped because she was tired and panted and called for an elf to take her back to her room and to her daughter's crib. Meeting her husband there she said as she picked her up "My little princess mummy's here."
At the same time her husband noticed their daughter's hand and pointed it out. "Dear look at her left hand."
The wife responded "15 months old and looks like she is promised to someone already!"
Her husband then said "I hope he treats her right otherwise I'll ruin him for life anyway I can! On another note I'll go to the Ministry's record department and see if I can find out who it is in the morning."
Wife then nodded and said "Ok dear."

A baby was seen crying her full head off and the mother had rushed in because of this and due to feeling a familiar magic. The husband was not far behind and both catching the tail end of the glow on the wrist and chest that left at least one black mark that they could see at the moment. His wife took a closer look at her baby's hand and said, "This is an old style of marriage from my family in Valeria and when I was living in Summerhall." She then looked at her baby's chest and said "This is my family's house symbol. This shows her fealty to the house that she is marrying in to."
Her husband then spoke "Wouldn't that be incest then? Not that I am against it every now and then. Too much and it dilutes the magic of the decendants That's why fresh blood is good and not marrying your immediate cousin every single time."
His wife responded "For some reason my family hasn't had any problems or defects for the decendants that have been the outcome of incest. I guess that saying is true, that those born with dragons blood will have no defect or problems... Its hard to believe that there is another family member that is here and I didn't know about it!"
"We'll try to find the person that is your family! Though it is surprising that someone at least surivived the distruction of…Summerhall?"
"Yes Summerhall, dear." She responded.
"Let us start the search in the morning when we are more rested." He suggested.
"Yes dear. I can't wait to meet him, her, or them!" She said.

These parents were awoken by the sound of their daughter crying her head off. As they were lying down in bed they were trying to figure out whose turn it was, but her choice was made for them when their daughter comes in and screams "Papi, momma, me duele aqui and here!" (Daddy, Mommy, I hurt here and here!) with the former being her left hand and the latter being her chest.
The mother was surprised at this and in her panicked mind decided to go and call upon her friend Healer Tonks for a check up to make sure nobody is doing/done any rituals to affect her bebita. She grabbed some floo powder and threw it at the fireplace and said when "Casa Tonks!" (House Tonks) and nothing happened so she repeated "¡Dije Casa Tonks!" (I said house Tonks!) She then remembers that she had to speak English because here in stupid Britain you have to speak only English for the floo to work. When everywhere else you can speak any language and the floo will work for the right price, but her in Britain they only offer English speaking Floo. So she spoke nice clean English "Tonks house!" And it worked the first time. "Andromeda are you there?"
"Yes, I am here. What do you need Rosalita?" she replied
"I need you to come over here and checkout ¡Mi pequeña princesa Andi!" The now named Rosalita responded.
Andromeda said back calmly "Can you calm down repeat the last part back in English Rosa. I know you default to Spanish when stressed, but remember this connection is only English speaking."
Rosa said it again, but a little calmer and this time fully in English "I need you to come over here and checkout my little princess Andi!"
"Ok! Be over as soon as possible." Andi responded back. Once the connection was ended she got her bag ready and headed over. Once she had gathered her medical supplies she went over to the floo grabbed some of the powder and said out loud, nice and clear, "Johnson House!"
As soon as Andi was through the floo she was assaulted by Rosa speaking Spanish very fast like she normally does. "Andi, ¡gracias a Dios que estás aquí! Ella está arriba con Ricardo. ¡Por favor ayuda a mi niña! ¡Ella siente dolor en su mano izquierda y su pecho sobre su corazón!". (Andi, Thank God your here! She is upstairs with Richard. Please help my baby girl! She is feeling pain on her left hand and Her chest over her heart!)
Andi then pulled her in for a hug to calm her down, "What did you say? _?
Once they were upstairs, and before Richard could do anything their daughter bounded up to Andi while running said "Tía Andi!" (Aunty Andi) then slammed into her and gave her a huge hug.
"Hey baby girl. How are you doing? I heard from you mother that you are hurting in two spots. Can you show me the spots Angelina?" Andi responded.
The now named Daughter, Angelina responded "I've been really good Aunty! My left hand and chest were hurting but not anymore. But I have this strange marking now. It looks almost like a dragon and the one on my chest looks like a three headed dragon in a circle!"
This confused Andi because from what she could see of her hand is that there is nothing there. She then took the hand and looked it over and said "I don't see anything" as she looked over the hand in her hands both front and back.
"¿Qué quieres decir con que no lo ves? ¡Esta justo ahi! Revise su pecho para ver si hay algo allí porque dijo que tenía una marca allí." Said Rosa
"Slow down Rosa! You know that I haven't spoken Spanish in a while!" Andi said.
"What do you mean you don't see it? It is right there! Check her chest to see if anything is there because she said she had a marking there." Rosa repeated in english.
Andi complied and asked Angelina if she can take a look at the other spot on her chest. Angelina said "Yes" and pulled her shirt up and Andi said "I still don't see anything even on her chest!"
Rosa then said, "Really!"
Andi Responded with "Really! Let me do some diagnosis spells so that I can rule some stuff out ok." Rosa gave her consent and Andi turned to Angelina and told her what she was going to do and she nodded and said "Ok." After her barrage of spells she cast she told the three of them that there is nothing wrong with her and no rituals are have been cast against her.
Rosa leaned into her husband, Richard, and made a sigh of relief and said "Thank God! But that still doesn't make sense of the two marks."
Andi then asked "Could I use a pensive and see your memories of the event and see if I could see the mark through your memories?
Richard then spoke up and agreed to it and went and got the pensive for his wife. When he returned Rosa pulled the memory of the event and put it in the bowl. Andi then put her finger in the liquid and then pulled it out once she was done viewing the memory. She then said, "Even viewing though your memory I still don't see the marks on Angelina."
The Johnson's were shocked by this news it was Rosa again that spoke up and said, "What do you mean you don't see it?"
Andi replied "I know what I see and don't see! If you don't believe me, I'll show you my own memory!"
Rosa pulled the memory back and Andi Pulled her memory out, starting when the bowl was brought in and the removal of the memory. Then they both dipped a finger and started watching the memory. Andi then stated, "This is the beginning of the memory." Once they got to the point of where they both can clearly see Andi from a few minutes ago looking and inspecting Rosa's memory, Andi paused it when the hand and chest were visible, then said "See I still can't see it!"
Rosa said back to her "I don't know why you can't see it but I can still see it!"
It is Andi's turn to be shocked by this news. They both then left to continue the discussion in the real world. She replied saying "It must be powerful and old magic for that to happen and for only immediate family to see it and no one else."
Richard then spoke up and asked if Angelina could put her shirt back on and Andromeda said yes. He then asked Angelina could draw the marks and she said yes. She then got some quill, ink and parchment and started to draw them. Once she was done with doing it as best as she can she handed them to her father, and he handed them to Andi. Who looked at them for a while and said once done looking at them "Starting with the one on the chest, this one looks to be like a house emblem and where it is located would probably mean that she will have loyalty to this house."
Richard then spoke up and said "We have no alliance with any houses with this symbol and if we did why would it show up now and on our daughter?"
Andromeda then stated "I don't know either, but maybe this other mark would help explain it better. This mark based on its location probably would suggest the bane of fathers."
Richard interjected saying while looking at it more "Don't tell me. She is promised to a guy." He then groaned "Perfect, just absolutely bloody perfect!"
Rosa then spoke up in a happier mood now that she knows that nothing bad is wrong with her daughter and said, "Well at least we know she is destined for someone and will be taken care of!"
Andi then said, "Yes she will be Rosa and Richard don't be to hard on the guy. I have a feeling that something big is going to happen. Now that this is all sorted out I need to get back to my family." With that they all walked her back to the Floo and thanked her once again and left.

There is a woman in a room of a mansion that was seen planning a celebration with her husband and friends on winning the war, but all of that comes to an end when she falls to the ground screaming and holding her wrist. Next to her is her husband trying to figure out what is wrong with her all he sees is that some black smoke coming off her forearm. Next thing he know is that she is cackling like mad and the husband heard "Finally… I. Am. Free. Of her… and you monsters!"
In shock and fear of her laughter like everyone else because they know from experience that some poor sap will be getting hexed soon, he said "What?"
She said sickly sweet voice that made everyone's neck hair stand up on end presence of danger "What? You don't remember what you and my father…"she said as she spat that last word like it was the worst, foul tasting thing there was "…caused due to that abomination of a marriage contract and our oh so special no expenses paid marriage and wedding night. How it created her against my will and bound my original personality…." She dropped every facet of pretense there was. "… and if you think she was bad, wait till I get started and will show you the meaning of why you don't fucken mess with a Black especially, getting on Black woman's bad side." She then stopped her rant and slowly got up to a sitting position and revealed her arm. She then took a proper look at her hand. What she saw there was a dragon with wings on the back of her hand the head coiled around her wrist and took an especially good look at the tail that was wrapped around her left ring finger and said to herself, "Looks like I am promised to someone else and his mark trumps even His." She then rubs her chest looks down and says also, continuing but think to herself "Looks like I even bear his mark that can only be his house symbol over my heart. Both marks looks like they are dragons." She then spoke out loud again "I guess he will be like a dragon and you remember Hogwarts motto 'Never tickle a sleeping dragon.' Very well I will submit to him when the time comes."
His face and all of the others faces blanched as they stared at her uncovered limb now and curious to know they she was admiring her hand and checking out her chest when nothing was there. Being the first one to regain his senses, he started shouting "No! No! You can never be freed! You belong to me and only me! Stupify!..." With this she crumpled once again on herself, but this time with a very peaceful and happy smile on her face that made them think that something horrible might happen. He then spoke to the group "…This means only one thing. That we have lost the war. Now time to put this bitch back under control again! If were going down so is she and I know just the target" He followed this with putting a confundus on her in-case she wakes. Then proceeded to put an imperious on her for when she wakes. He knows that an imperious on her while unconscious is harder to shake off than when awake and conscious.

Dream
A four year old girl with blond hair wakes up in a field and sees a dragon head with piercing green eyes in her face. At first she is scared that it will eat her, but the longer she stares at it the longer she thinks it won't eat her, but is guarding her and waiting for her to wake up. She then sits up and the head draws back, but not enough that it is out of reach. For some reason she is wanting to pet the head like it is a domestic animal and as she does it helps her to stand.
She then takes into consideration of her surroundings and finally notices the open grassy field that she is in. As she is looking around she feels like it is a perfect summer day with a gentle breeze that makes the temperature just bearable enough to want to take another nap. She then asks out loud "Où suis-je? Comment suis-je arrivé ici? La dernière chose dont je me souviens, c'est d'être allée au lit et d'avoir été bordée par ma mère et mon père." (Where am I? How did I get here? Last thing I remember is going to bed and having my mother and father tucking me in.) The dragon then nudges her like it is taking her mind off of the questions and wants her to pay attention to it. She then does as told but keeps them in the back of her mind. As she focuses more on the dragon in front of her she notices that it is a western dragon, It just wasn't any western dragon, it was the biggest one she has ever seen or heard of, but the more she studies the features of the dragon the less she wants to pay attention to the details of it and just get lost in it's eyes.
The next thing she knows is that it pulls it's head back and jumps in the air and beats it wings to get altitude to fly off. "Attendez! Revenir! Ne me laisse pas ici!" (Wait! Come back! Don't leave me here!) She yells out and tries to follow it only to stumble a little bit, but manages to stay up right. She tries to call out again, but it just flies away. Next thing she knows is that it is coming back and cries out in joy that it is coming back to keep her more company. It wasn't until she noticed that it wasn't flying off to leave her, but more turning around and coming full tilt at her in a dive. Strangely enough though she wasn't afraid that it would hurt her, even though she knew that she should be running for her life. While she would normally be killed by the nose of the great beast ramming in to her it didn't happen. All that happened was that it seem like it was being sucked in to her chest right over her heart. As soon as the dragon was finished flying into the vortex over her heart she started to fall over, but she didn't hit the ground like she thought she would, she hit the hard chest of someone.
When she looked up, the person who caught her was a boy of about 14-15 years old that has what seemed to be powerful build like he has been working out all his life. He then helps her stand up again when she does and looks at him, as she gets to his head, all she could see is a blurred out face all-except for his piercing emerald green eyes as she looks deeper in them they remind her of the dragons. For some reason when she was helped up and sees that she is now taller than him. Knowing that doesn't make any sense to her, but for some reason she is now feeling attracted to him as she is looking down at him she notices that she is a more grown girl like her mother.
It is then that pain hits her in her chest and notices a dragon marking on her big mommy like chest starts to show up and cries out in pain this time. She then feels the pain move down her arm and she takes a look and sees a dragon moving down her left arm. Once said dragon reached her wrist it flew from the back of her hand to and took a turn and went between her thumb and index finger to her palm and up the other side of her hand so that it was looking like it was heading back up her arm. Once it was back on the backside of the hand again it wrapped its head around her wrist and then the tail wrapped itself around her ring finger. Just as it did that the pain became even more unbearable. He finally spoke and said "Don't worry _ it's almost over." Just as he finished saying that the pain disappeared and she was exhausted by it. She was fading fast and barely heard what he said "Don't worry you will meet me in due time and when you do don't judge me to harshly because I wasn't this way to begin with." With that finally said she wanted to ask him what he meant with that last bit, but he laid her down on the grass once again and help put her in the position she woke up in this dreamscape plane.
End dream
As soon as she woke up she saw her mother sitting in the chair next to her bed. She noticed that she was asleep with her father and her head on his shoulder and arm wrapped around her and his head resting on hers. As she tried to move to sit up she groaned in pain because she was stiff from laying like in that position to long. As she did her mother's head slipped forward and she woke up. As she started to raise her head she saw that her daughter was awake and sitting up. In her excitement she forgot how she was positioned in her sleep so she hit the back of he head against the face of her husband that had managed to slip down just enough to get hit.
After he was abruptly and painfully awoken from his sleep and got his bearings. He along with his wife who was crying tears of joy moved over to their daughter's bedside. He heard her while crying say "Dieu merci, vous allez bien !" (Thank god your ok!) He then heard his daughter say "Qu'est-ce qui ne va pas? Je me sens juste raide comme si j'avais vraiment bien dormi, comme je le ferais parfois." (What is wrong? I just feel stiff like I have had a really good sleep like I would sometimes.)
His wife responded "Nous nous sommes tellement inquiétés pour vous. Vous criiez et émettiez de la lumière de votre poitrine puis jusqu'à votre main, mais vous ne vous réveilliez pas quoi que nous fassions." (We have been so worried about you. You were screaming and emitting light from your chest then all the way down to your hand, but wouldn't wake up no matter what we did.)
She responded "Ah bon? C'est pour ça que je suis raide et un peu endolori là?" (Really? That is why I am stiff and a little sore there?) Then looks down at her hand and says "Hein? Le rêve était réel." (Huh? The dream was real.)
The mother sighed in relief and asked "" (So who is he? When will we meet him?)
The Husband finally spoke up and said "" (What do you mean dearest? What does a boy have to do with this?)
Their daughter said in response to her father "" (Boys, Yech!)
"" (The boy in the dream signifies the boy that will be her soulmate. If anything that makes…) Pointing to their daughters left hand with the dragon tail wrapped around her left ring finger. "" (…All that much more plausable.) The Mother said.
The father said "" (I see, but if that was the case, what about you? Did you ever have dreams of a soulmate?)
The mother responded "" (Not necessarily, because I ended up needing one.) Her husband ended up hugging her and giving her a peck on the lips. "" (Now daughter what can you tell us about this dream of yours.)
What proceeded next was her telling what she remembered of the dream. "" (…And then the dragon flew into my chest and as I was going to faint, this boy caught me and all I could see of him was his green eyes.)
The mother then responded "" (Now this is definitely her dreaming of her future soulmate. The dragon means that he is sturdy and very magical. He is also very protective of his mate or mates depending of what type of dragon it is.

A woman is working on some file folders that are strewn about haphazardly, but some how makes sense to her. Due to her job she is more in tune with magic as a whole than the general populace. So what happened next surprised her because as soon as she sensed unauthorized magic happening in the manor she rushes to find it. She is further surprised when it leads to her niece's room. Just as she gets there she notices that her hand and chest are glowing.
Since she could only see her wrist because of the top blocking the actual shape on her chest, she paid close attention to her wrist.
She could only see the shape on her hand that is being formed and of what looks to be like a dragon head coiled around her wrist, the wings flaired out on the back of her hand, and the tail looked to be wrapped around her left ring finger. After this marking appeared the glowing disappeared.
During all this she notice about half way through the marking showing up, her niece started cry out. Once she shook herself from her stuppor that was unbecoming of job discription, she immeadiatly started to try to calm her down by picking her up and trying to bounce her around. It was at that moment that she noticed that her brother and sister in law come rushing in to see what the commotion was about. Then he asked "What is going on? Why is she crying like this."
She responded "I don't know. As you know I am more sensitive to magic in general because of my training and my job. So I followed it here and saw her chest and left hand glow. Partially through the process I can almost garentee that it started to hurt her and that is why she is now crying. I am more that willing to show you in the penisive after I left my work folders."
"Athought that doesn't matter since you left them out where anyone could read them like old times." He replied.
Cheekly she responded with "Really now, then why not after this we take a dive into your memory of looking at it. Because I know for a fact that all my files are encrypted with only spells that we know to prevent nosey neighbors from snooping around." He then looked slightly abashed at her admonishing.
His wife then added spoke up adding to said admonishment and said "Can we please get on topic of our daughter, your niece and why she is crying. Also why she has the mark on her wrist and don't forget the one on her chest that apparently needs to be looked at because it hasn't yet."
The Husband said "Yes dear. Lets check the mark on her chest to see if we have any clue as to why this happened."
"Yes, and maybe I can use my contacts at work to see if anything turns up." The aunt responds.
"Thank you for that offer. Now that that has been taken care of, let's take that top off and see what we're dealing with here!" After the shirt comes off he says "Huh, that looks like a dragon, a three headed one at that. There have been no three headed dragons that I can remember of. Unless that this is a house symbol but those have not been prominent in years. Let us look at the old family symbol book, maybe there will be something there like an old house getting claimed again. As this is an only way to gain multiple wives or a person from a current one to start a new family under an old name."
The sister replied "Yes I agree with you, but if we are going to use the ministry archive we need to be very careful because we don't know who is watching or listening."
"I also agree, let's start in the morning since she is not in any apparent danger right now!" The Wife responds." With that they all go to bed and get some sleep to prepare for the morning.
