Hours passed now Eli made it home shutting the door behind it was about fifteen minutes past ten at night he had to leave because Clare had a curfew even though he had snuck in her bedroom a few times before and even spent the night at Clare's too without her mother ever knowing.

He walks through to the living room to see his parents watching some trash TV. "I'm home" he waves.

"Oh how is Clare sweetboy" Cece says cheerfully.

Eli knows he has to eventually tell his parents that he got Clare pregnant so he looks to the floor staring at the pattern on the carpet beneath. Bullfrog clears his throat making Eli look up.

"Son? Talk to us" Eli gestured to Eli to sit down which he did.

Eli sat on the other sofa. It was chocolate brown with red cushions on each arm. "Mum dad…. I don't know how you both are going to react but know I've taken responsibility" he stops to read their faces. He then continued "Clare's pregnant I'm going to be a father."

"Your dad and I are going to be grandparents?" Cece exclaims standing up out of Bullfrog's embrace to hug her son, squeezing him.

"Cece let our son breathe air" Bullfrog laughs, getting up to go hug his son too and patting his back. It's true Eli's parents were more supportive and Eli understood why Clare hasn't told her mother yet even if her mum became more laid back and less strict.

Eli's parents let go and he looked at them "Baby boy we will support but remember you and Clare are still teenagers" Cece put one of her hips looking at her son.

"I know and I'll do everything for Clare and our baby:" Eli tells his mother. He may be nineteen but he is still his mother's son.

"That's my boy I'm so proud of you and let Clare know if she needs anything let me know" Cece tells him.

"I will thank you mum" he nodded giving a hug to his parents then heading upstairs to his room undressed and climbing into his bed he picks up his phone and texts Clare. "Good night beautiful, have a good sleep, I'll see you tomorrow" he sends the text.

Clare hears her phone picking up her phone and sees that she got a text from Eli as she starts to reply "Aw good night you too handsome and see you tomorrow too."

"Oh I got to let you know my parents know we're having a baby" Eli texted back.

"How did they take it?" She asked as she rested a free hand on her growing small baby bump.

"They were happy and supportive," Eli responded. He waits for his girlfriend to reply.

"That's good I'm not surprised they would be and I love Cece and Bullfrog" Clare responds.

"And they love you I love you :)" Eli texted.

Clare blushes at the last part "I love you too" she realised it getting late "I should sleep but tomorrow okay?" Clare put her phone on her bedside where there was a photo of her, Eli and Adam. She misses Adam so much and hated that he was gone too soon. She finally falls asleep and dreams of her and Eli and their future with their baby.

"Night Edwards" Eli puts his phone down as he lays down on his pillow and drifts off to dream about Clare.

The next morning Eli is awaken by his alarm which was a Deadhand ringtone so he switched it off getting out of bed and went for a quick shower, changing and heading downstairs to eat breakfast he had a conversation with his parents and headed out to go look for a summer job for his and Clare's future l together.

At school a few hours later Clare was in a student council meeting for repairing the garden after that strom ruined the greenhouse and garden. They were finished when Clare was pulled back she turned to see it was Drew "What?" She was confused. They haven't really spoken much since he said hi to her, Alli and Jenna in the cafeteria.

"I just wanted to ask if you were okay" he took a step back "I've texted you, tried to call and even FaceRange you and nothing" Drew looks at her.

"Drew I'm so sorry I should've contacted you but I was dealing with personal things" Clare tells him. She didn't really want to be rude but after everything that happened between them and with Eli the past few months she thought it was best to leave the past in the past.

"What personal things?" He tilts her head.

"None of your business Drew look you seem happy and with Becky" she wasn't in the mood especially with Drew who always takes his own Dead brother's girls including herself.

"I'll make it my business" Drew raises his voice a little.

Clare looks around then steps forward "I'm pregnant" she whispers "And no it not yours it's Eli's also he doesn't know we had sex and i like to keep it like that please."

Drew noded "Of course you have my promise and I shouldn't have gotten between you and Eli" he was genuine.

"Thank you" Clare then heads out of the office making her way to her locker where Jenna was. "Hey Jenna!" She smiles at the blonde.

"Hi Clarebear!" She smiles back "I feel like we hadn't caught up you know."

Clare nodded in agreement "We all have been busy I know but how about you, me and Alli go to the dot after school?"

Jenna claps in excitement "I'll love that besides Connor has to do this thing for Caltech so I'm free."

After school at the dot Clare, Alli and Jenna were in a booth "So what brings us to the dot?" Alli asks, spinning her straw in her mango smoothie.

"Well you already know but Jenna doesn't yet" Clare explained then turns to Jenna who had a curious look.

"You're going to tell us you're pregnant?" Jenna jokingly teases Clare.

"Wait how-" Clare was about to answer.

"I was pregnant remember and I noticed you didn't order your coffee which you usually order when we all come here and you were eating strawberries and pickles dipped in peanut butter" Jenna smiles.

"So now we both know" Alli cheerfully smiles. "How did Eli take the news?"

"He was actually sweet about it, supportive" Clare smiles.

"Good if he wasn't I would've had a word" Alli tucks a hair behind her ear and makes it obvious she doesn't like Eli that much.

"Thank you Al's but he stepped up." Clare smiles as she and Eli were heading to a more mature and healthier part of their relationship.

"It's good that Eli is there for you Clare you two really were made for each other " Jenna chuckles happily she was happy for Clare.

The three girls chatted away for a few more hours before having to head home. Clare opens up her door walking in to see her mother. "Hey mum I'm home."

She knows she had to tell her mother her news "Oh mum"

"In the kitchen Clare" Helen calls from the kitchen she was cooking dinner. Clare walks into the kitchen.

"I have something to tell you" Clare was nervous because even though her mother has grown over the years she was worried her mum would send her to Mars or at least she'll send grade nine and grade 10 Clare to Mars but again they both came a long way in their mother-daughter bond.

"What is it sweetie?" She turned to face her daughter.

Clare took a deep breath before she had anxiety building up "Please know I love you so much and take responsibility but I'm pregnant."
