"Hey, Superstar." Bonnie waved at Freddy, seeing them come into Parts and Services. Freddy stared at the two at a loss of words.
"Bonnie!? F-Foxy?!" He sputtered.
"Bonnie. I don't believe it and Foxy you're here, too!" Chica replied.
"Where have you been? What happened?" Freddy asked them.
"They were in the dump, which I don't recommend going to. Foxy was looking over Bonnie all this time." Ayla said. "I need to do some repairs as well. Do you remember where they kept your parts?"
"They should be over on the shelf. Foxy's as well if they still kept them." Bonnie answered.
"That is if the company even bothered to keep them." Foxy replied. Ayla started to look around, while Sun and Moon followed behind her, helping her look for the parts. In a far corner at the back of the shelf, Ayla spotted a box covered in dust, pulling it out. She brushed away the dust on the tag and it read Bonnie's name on the label.
"Found them! And in the meantime, why don't you all recharge as well. It might take a while to fix everything, considering the robotics manual got burnt up and all." Ayla said as she carried the box over to the table, setting it down.
"What? How did that happen?!" Freddy demanded. Foxy made a sheepish smile, showing his sharp teeth.
"That was kind of my fault. I thought I could help Bonnie with it." He replied.
"I chased after him, thinking that he was stealing it, and we got into a squabble and the book got burned up in the incinerator." Ayla explained.
"I-Incinerator?!" Sun stammered. He looked like he was about to blow a circuit.
"I don't know how to feel about you getting into these death-defying situations. It's becoming a habit." Moon replied.
"We made it out okay. Nothing's damaged." Ayla told them, trying to calm Sun down.
"You'll be able to help Bonnie, right?" Foxy asked.
"Shouldn't be too hard. I did manage to glance over it a few times to have all of your circuitry and functions memorized." Ayla said. "So let's get to work. Foxy just set Bonnie over here on the table." She told him. Foxy helped Bonnie up, helping him walk over to the table and laid him down.
"I'm fine, Foxy. Go talk to Freddy." Bonnie told him. Foxy looked at him with an hesitant look on his face before he quietly walked back over to Freddy.
"How can we help?" Sun asked, while Moon stood next to him, looking at her quietly with a eager look in his eyes.
"Oh, um, grab some of the tools when I tell you when I need them." Ayla told the two. She reached into her bag and put on her metal face mask. "You can be my personal nurses!"
Ayla started to work on Bonnie, fixing his wires and replacing his casing on top of his endo. Sun and Moon handed her her tools when she instructed them when she needed them. The group watched her as she did. Freddy turned back to Foxy. "I'm glad that you're back, the pizza plex hasn't really been the same since you guys were gone."
"You don't know how much I've missed you two." Chica replied. Roxy silently watched the three.
"Yeah, sure, missed us." Foxy huffed as he looked away from Freddy and Chica, crossing his arms, minding his hook. Freddy's eyes widened a little as he turned his head confused, looking at the fox animatronic.
"Foxy, what's the matter? Is something wrong?" He asked. Foxy slowly turned his head back, looking at Freddy with an eerie gaze as he narrowed his eyes at the bear.
"Something wrong? Something wrong? Of course, something's wrong!" He shouted. Freddy stepped back, startled by Foxy's outburst, Chica, as well. Ayla paused as she stopped fixing up Bonnie's arm, tilting her mask up a little.
"Foxy, it's fine. Freddy's with us now, Chica as well-" She spoke before Foxy shot her a glare and she stopped.
"It's not fine!" He barked. Ayla pulled her mask down and silently went back to working on Bonnie's arm. She hated confrontation, especially yelling. Made her uneasy. Moon stared at Foxy with glowing red eyes, looking like he was about to attack. Sun looked at him and Foxy nervously, fidgeting with his hands. He was scared if he stopped Moon, he might get attacked as well. Even if the virus was gone, it still felt weird to be separated from him, now having his own body to control.
"Moon, don't get involved. You as well Sun." He heard Ayla whispered as she spoke. "Let them talk it out."
"When they told us that Bonnie was gone, I never believed that he was decommissioned. But, you, Mr. always had to follow the rules, believe them, and you, Chica, as well." Foxy said, angrily.
"Foxy, I-" Freddy tried to speak but Foxy wouldn't let him. He wouldn't listen to him.
"Some friends you all are. That's why left to find him, and I did. Where were you when I need you? Where were you when Bonnie needed you, huh!?"
"Foxy, you can't really blame Freddy." Bonnie said.
"Why not! He never came for us! Neither of them did!" Foxy shouted.
"After Bonnie was attacked by Monty, the pizza plex ordered a full lock down on all animatronics, so such an incident wouldn't happen again." Ayla explained to Foxy as she finished placing new casings on Bonnie's foot and ear. Foxy's widened a little.
"The pizza plex was on lockdown?" He questioned.
"Wait a minute, I think you have it wrong, Ayla. Monty said that Bonnie attacked him." Roxy said.
"No, Monty attacked me." Bonnie answered.
"So, he's been faking this entire time? Why would he do that?" Chica asked.
"I don't know for sure. But he did take Bonnie's place after he was decommissioned. What's to stop him from taking Freddy's place as well?" Ayla pointed out.
"I want to hear from Monty himself. But we need to find him first." Freddy said and looked at Foxy. "I really thought that you two were gone. Had I've known that you or Bonnie were still here, I would have done anything to get you two back."
"Freddy's was always talking about you guys and how much he missed you. It kind of got annoying after a while, actually." Gregory replied.
"Gregory, you think that I am annoying?" Freddy questioned, pretending to be a little hurt. The boy's eyes widened, and he quickly shook his head.
"N-No! Well, maybe sometimes. But you're cool! And you're my friend!" Gregory told Freddy.
Freddy smiled and bent down, placing his hand on Gregory's shoulder. "Thank you, Superstar."
Ayla tightened the screws back into Bonnie's face after she replaced a new voice box for him. "Just a few tweaks, here and there. And bingo bango, that should about do it." Bonnie sat up and hopped off from the table, now able to move again and his battery fully charged. He flexed his fingers, moving them and took small steps walking over to the group.
"Wow, Bon Bon, you just like new." Foxy replied.
"All thanks to Sparks, here. Freddy, where did you find this kid?" Bonnie said, looking at Freddy. Ayla blushed a little, rubbing the back of her head at Bonnie's nick name he gave her.
"She just showed up one day and made herself right at home with us." Freddy answered.
"You should see what she done to the stage!" Chica exclaimed. Foxy turned to Ayla.
"I do have to admit, lass, you do have a gift." He said.
"Thanks, you guys. It's no big deal, really. I'm just doing my job, considering that we're longtime friends and all." She replied, smiling a little.
Freddy and the others gave her confused looks. "Anyways, what time is it?"
"It's 3:20 am." Moon answered.
"Wow, it felt like hours, and it's only been that long? Man, it's taking forever to be 6:00 am..." Gregory replied. Ayla blinked as she saw her vision started to blur started blur going in and out. She felt her body started to lean before she accidentally bumped into Moon as she lost her footing. Sun noticed that she was acting off as well.
"Ayla?" He asked her, worried. Sun and Moon's eyes widen as did everyone else's, seeing Ayla fall. Moon quickly grabbed her and placed Ayla down on the floor.
"Ayla!" Freddy cried out before running over to her as did everyone else.
"So tired...low energy." Ayla whispered tiredly.
"Low energy? You're not making any sense." Roxy replied, confused.
"Hungry." Ayla made a tired smile before giggled acting like she was drunk. "Woo...everything's spinning."
"Ayla!" Sun shouted, trying to keep her awake.
"Come to think of it, I haven't seen Ayla eat at all since she's came to the pizza plex. She must be starving." Freddy pointed out.
"I'll go get her something from the food courts!" Chica shouted and ran out, heading towards the elevator to the Atrium.
"Something fresh, not from the trash!" Roxy called out.
"You got it!" Chica answered.
Sun and Moon looked at each other worried before looking back down at Ayla each holding her hands.
In the Atrium, Chica was leaning over the counters of the food courts and looking into the stands, for some food until she found some left over pizza and hot dogs. That will have to do for now. She scooped them up in her arms, carrying them.
"Chica, there you are!" Vanessa shouted. Chica made a startled cluck, almost dropping the food. She turned around to see Vanessa walking up to her.
"Vanessa! What a surprise! Uh, why are you here!?" Chica asked, smiling nervously. The woman frowned as she looked at Chica with an raised eyebrow in suspicion.
"Me? Why are you here? You're supposed to be on the lookout for the kid or have you've forgotten?" She pointed out.
Chica quickly shook her head, nodding it. "No! Of course not. I'll find them!"
"You haven't by any chance bumped into Ayla have you?" Vanessa asked her. Chica stared at her, worried.
"N-No, why do you ask?" She asked Vanessa.
"She's not who she says she is. She is using an identity of someone who's been long dead." Vanessa told her. "If you get the chance, bring her to me. Got it?" Chica hesitated, not answering.
"Chica? Do you understand?" Vanessa asked again.
"I understand." Chica replied.
"Good, now put that food back. You don't need it. I'm going to have a look at the cameras to see if I can find them." Vanessa replied and walked away, leaving Chica. Chica silently watched her as Vanessa left. Making sure that no one was following, Chica headed back to the lift riding it down as she carried the food. She couldn't get Vanessa's words out of her sensors.
Ayla is not who she is? She's stolen someone else's identity? Then who's is it?
Who is she?
