"I'm back!" Chica shouted as she slammed open the doors to Parts and Services, carrying some packaged hot dogs, a few bags of depressing chips, and pizza box of cold pizza, probably sitting out for a few days.
"Ayla, Chica's back and she's brought some food." Freddy said. Sun and Moon helped Ayla into a sitting position and sat behind her so she wouldn't fall backwards. Ayla's eyes were drooping as she struggled to keep them open, trying to go to asleep. Chica walked over and dropped the food down in front of Ayla. Ayla opened the pizza box, eating the cold pizza. Her favorite.
"Sweet." Ayla smiled as she took another bite and another until there was only half a pie left. She felt herself gaining more energy, feeling more better. Freddy looked down at Gregory. He realized that Gregory hadn't ate as well in a while since being locked in. Freddy placed his hand on the boy's shoulder.
"Gregory, do you want some? I'm sure that you're probably hungry as well." Gregory shook his head. "N-No, thanks. I'm fine." He told Freddy. Then Freddy noticed that Chica was staring at Ayla with a suspicious look in her eyes as if she was scanning her, looking for something.
"Chica, is there something wrong?" Freddy asked her. Chica jumped, startled by Freddy's voice as he spoke to her.
"I ran into Vanessa. She's looking for Ayla."
"She must know by now that Ayla is helping Gregory and releasing me." Freddy murmured, thinking to himself.
"Freddy, there's something else. It's about Ayla-" Chica tried to speak as she tried to whisper to Freddy to talk to him but was interrupted by Bonnie.
"Are you alright, now?" the rabbit animatronic asked Ayla. Ayla nodded with a huge grin on her face.
"Fazarific!" She replied, stretching her arms, now with a full belly.
"That's great to hear. You really scared Sun." Moon snickered, teasing Sun
"You were scared too, Moony, admit it!" Sun pointed out to Moon.
"I'm sorry, you two. It was my fault for not keeping track with myself. With everything that's going on and happening, I had too much on my mind." Ayla told them.
"Ayla, why did you not eat while you were here the entire time at the pizza plex?" Freddy questioned her. Ayla fidgeted with her hands nervously, looking over at Sun and Moon, then back at Freddy and everyone else.
"I just don't need to eat as much." She explained. Freddy blinked.
"Ayla, that is not normal. All humans have to eat every day. Is there something that you're not telling me?" He asked.
"Ayla, I think that you should tell Freddy." Sun told her. Freddy turned to Sun.
"Tell me what?" He asked. "Sun, do you know that something was wrong with her the entire time? Why didn't you say anything?" Then glanced over at Moon. "Moon?" The two said nothing. Sun began to nervously play with his hands while Moon, silently stared back at Freddy. Should they say something? Is it really their place to do so? Would Ayla be angry at them? Before either one could answer, Ayla spoke.
"I'm not what you think. I am not me."
"What do you mean?" Freddy looked back to her, confused. The other three animatronics looked confused as well.
"Lass, you're starting to talk a little crazy now." Foxy said.
"Are you sure that you're feeling alright?" Bonnie asked.
"I am still Ayla, but not the real Ayla. She died a long time ago. I am an animatronic of her." Ayla explained to everyone. "I have her memories, but only just bits and pieces of it. I remember, my father, my siblings, why I am so good at fixing machinery and robotics. I am still trying to believe it myself. For so long, I actually believe that I was really human. I guess Vanny was right. I really did play pretend to well, I believed it myself." Ayla told them.
"Forget about what that crazy rabbit said. You're still you." Moon growled.
"I don't care if you're not the real Ayla. I fell in love with you. That's real enough for me." Sun told her.
"Even if you're not human, you're still one of us." Bonnie said. Freddy walked over and bent down and placing his hand on Ayla's shoulder.
"Your family would be proud of what you're doing, especially your father. What is his name?" He asked Ayla.
"Henry Emily." She answered. Freddy let out a small gasp in shock. Then Bonnie, next Chica, and last Foxy.
"The co-owner of Fazbear entertainment?!" All four animatronics exclaimed at the same time. Gregory watched, still confused.
"What's so important about this Henry guy?" He asked.
"Yeah, why so surprised?" Ayla asked. "It's really nothing special."
"The original owners are dead. Henry and his partner both created Freddy's Pizzaria the original pizza place back in the 80's, which led to being incorporated into Fazbear entertainment. You, being Henry's daughter, and the only known relative that's alive. You are the true owner. You can take over the company, should you wish to do so." Freddy told her. Ayla's eyes widen as she looked at Freddy in shock. Her? She shook her head in disbelief. She knew nothing about running a company or even leading it.
"This is too much to take in. Let's just focus on finding the missing children and stopping Vanny for now and Monty...We don't even know where he is." She replied. Freddy blinked. That wasn't the answer that he was hoping for. He thought that Ayla would jump at the chance. He would if he was human.
"Okay, but just think about it." Freddy told her. Ayla nodded. "Freddy, can you check the cameras?"
"The cameras are down." Freddy immediately replied. Ayla sighed. "Of course, they are. Now what?"
"Well, there's somebody that I know-who might be able to help." Moon answered.
"Who Moony?" Ayla asked him.
"The DJ." Moon explained. "He's got mini sentry versions of himself scattered all over the pizza plex. I'm sure one of them will be able to find that gator."
"The DJ!?" Sun shouted, excitedly. "I've always wanted to meet him!"
"Oh yeah, you've never actually got to meet him in person, while we were together." Moon replied.
"Where is he at?" Ayla asked.
"The West Arcade on the second top floor." Moon told her. Everyone immediately headed on over to the West Arcade on the second floor in the Atrium, stopping in front of the elevator. As everyone went in one by one, inside the elevator, Freddy didn't move from his spot.
"This is as far as I can go. Say hi to the DJ for me. He is such a nice fellow." He said.
"You're not coming with us?" Gregory asked him.
"When I step onto the West Arcade dance floor, I cannot stop myself. It is a programming bug." Freddy explained.
"Now I have to see you dance. There's nothing wrong with busting a move every now and then." Ayla told him, laughing a little. Freddy still didn't move. "And you were also captured as well, by Monty. We can't just leave you alone by yourself." She pointed out, trying to get the animatronic to come into elevator.
"We still don't know if Monty really is working with Vanny by his own free will." Freddy said, unsure.
"Only one way to find out." Ayla answered.
"Don't blame me, if I break something." Freddy replied. Finally, he walked inside of the elevator and Gregory pressed the button and the elevator went up. The doors slid open, and everyone stepped out, walking into the arcade dance floor. It was dead silent and completely pitch black. In front of them was a giant statue of Freddy. The only light source was coming from the screens of the arcade games. There were stairs that went up to another floor to more arcade videogames and karaoke booths. Sun looked around, holding Ayla's flashlight in his hand, shinning around in the darkness, at the many games, wanting to play them.
"Maybe after this, we can relax a little and have a little break. We've got time." Ayla told him.
"They should be over here." Moon told everyone. "Hey, DJ, music guy! You there?!" He led the group over to what appeared to be a dance floor, completely turned off. Freddy didn't step into it as he stayed back, Gregory stayed with Freddy as everyone else walked onto the dance floor. Suddenly, Ayla heard loud snoring as somebody was sleeping. She looked over to the source and her eyes widened in shock. Right in front of her was a enormous, giant, white spider-like animatronic wearing a top hat and headphones, white gloves on it's hands, sleeping in a tunnel. His teeth chimed as they moved as he snored, shaped like piano keys.
"Whoa, that's a big boy." Ayla murmured.
"He's huge!" Gregory shouted.
"And he's asleep. I"m going to flip that switch over there, next to him to turn the music on. It'll wake him up." Moon said. He walked over to the booth, next to the spider and flipped the switch up. There was a click and multi-colored bright lights came on, the squared dance floor as well. Loud music boomed as it echoed on the speakers spread all out the arcade. Moon hopped over the railings, joining the others, standing next to Ayla and Sun. The DJ spider began to stir before he opened his black eyes, like an empty void, slowly blinking them. The spiders eight legs stretched as he stood up.
"Hm, what's going on? It's not showtime yet, still after hours." He blinked and looked down when he noticed that he wasn't alone and saw everyone below him, looking back at him. The DJ noticed Moon. "Moon! You're back! It's been a while. Have your little problem that you told me been fixed?" He asked Moon. Sun turned his head to the side slowly before looking at Moon. He talked to the DJ about his problems but not him? Did Moon think that he wouldn't understand, that he was stupid or something? Sun felt his fans spinning faster and he suddenly felt a little hot.
Then the spider turned to Sun until he moved on to Ayla then Gregory as he saw Freddy standing next to him. "And Sun? You're not supposed to be here. And why aren't you and Moon together? And why are these two humans here after hours? What's going on?"
Moon stepped up and the DJ lowered his hand, picking Moon up as he lifted Moon up to his face. "It's a long story. So, I'll just summarize it; My virus has been fixed, the pizza plex is being overrun by it, affecting all animatronics as well. The brat here got locked in and Ayla's been working here as the animatronics mechanic. There's an intruder here that's causing the virus, Monty's has gone AWOL and is wandering around and is supposedly working with said intruder. We need to find him." Moon told the DJ. The DJ blinked, trying to process what Moon had told him.
"I'll call my sentries back and see if one of them seen him." He replied.
Then everyone heard what sounded like footsteps thundering towards them as it came from the tunnels scattered around the Arcade. "Here they are now." The DJ replied. Tiny little mini versions of the DJ crawled out from the tunnels by the dozens. There were so many that from what Ayla could tell, there were at least 100. Several hopped down from the tunnels, skittering over towards the DJ, crawling on him, whispering to him. A few stood in front of everyone, looking at them. Then Ayla noticed one that looked familiar to her. It had a chipped piano-like tooth in the center of it's mouth.
"Hey, you're the one who ratted me out!" Ayla shouted.
"I'm sure it he didn't mean to. He was just doing what he was programmed to do." Bonnie said. Then something weird happened. To everyone's surprise, the small spider raised it's cymbals, clapping them together, and started smashing them on the mini spider next to him, attacking it.
"What's going on?" Ayla asked.
"What are you doing? I order you to stop this at once!' DJ shouted. The spider didn't listen. It's eyes glowed purple, still attacking the small spider with it's cymbals.
"It's infected with the virus." Moon murmured. "Ayla!" Ayla nodded and opened her bag, pulling out the flash drive and her laptop. She grabbed the small animatronic, trying to hold it down. The spider screeched in her face, now directing it's attention towards her, and tried to attack her as well.
"Sun, help me out here." Ayla told Sun. He grabbed the spider while Ayla placed the flash drive into the spider's port and started up her laptop, downloading the retrovirus into it. Next, the spider stopped struggling and the purple in it's eyes disappeared, turning pitch black. He blinked in confusion as he looked around, looking at everyone. Sun placed it down and the spider crawled over, climbing on top of the DJ.
"Why did you do that?" The DJ questioned it. The small spider whispered in a garbled tone to him. "Someone told you to? Who?" The mini spider answered him. "The Master?" The other spider that was attacked crawled over speaking to the DJ as well. "I did see Monty over by the by Gator Golf. But, he might have moved by now. I need to double check and make sure that he's still there."
The DJ ordered the mini spiders to check and search all over the pizza plex to find Monty, as well as Gator Golf. The small spider crawled back into the tunnels, obeying him. Then the DJ turned back to everyone else.
"While they go and look for him, you all are free to stay here until they come back." He told them and turned to Moon. "And Moon, you and I have much to talk about. I missed our chats together."
Sun fans whirred as he looked at Moon then back at the DJ. He felt himself growing hotter again. He didn't like this feeling. He was scared. He needed to get away from them. Ayla noticed Sun walking away while the others were hanging out and Freddy trying to keep himself under control.
"Sun, where are you going?" Ayla asked.
"I'm going to play some of the games. I want to be alone for a bit." He told her. Ayla blinked in surprise. He wants to be alone? Why? She noticed Sun acting a little strange, earlier between Moon and the DJ. Was he jealous? Ayla decided not to ask him for now. She watched in worry as he walked away heading over to the arcade games on the other side of the room. He needed his space.
"I'll join you in a bit!" She told him.
