Dinner and Secret Chapter 3
(Jessica's House)
Everyone was getting ready for dinner when someone noticed that someone was missing.
"Hey isn't that stark kid supposed to be here?" Elektra Murdock questioned.
Jessica told her "Yeah he should" but was stopped when she heard someone knocking on the door so she said "I'll get it." When she got to the door and opened it she saw it was Hunter in Casual clothes.
Hunter smiled at Jessica and held out some food and said "I brought some shawarma."
Jessica smiled and said "Hunter you made it, dinner is almost ready, come on in."
Hunter nodded and walked into the house and saw how beautiful it is, and so he said "Wow Jessica this is a cool house you got here.I'm glad i showed up." He then put the shawarma on the table of food and said "I hope you guys like shawarma, sorry I have Inherited my father's love for shawarma."
Stick gave him a warm smile and said " It's alright son, we all Inherited some love of food from some of our I Dinner is ready so let's eat." with that said they all got to the table and grabbed some food and some of them grabbed some shawarma and when they Tasted it, it tasted good.
So Elektra asked Hunter "So Hunter how are you liking it same same company that Jessica is?" Hunter smiled at that.
So Hunter told her "I think it's great, but kinda annoying, when everyone found out that I was going to their company they quickly wanted to be friends with me. But I knew what they really wanted. They Figured if I was their best friend that I would loan them some money. But that's not how I want to make friends, first I want to know them and see how the routine goes around the company. But no to them I'm Tony Stark's kid when I really just want them to know me first as Hunter." Jessica's Friends was sad to hear how the workers at the company only saw Hunter as Stark's kid without knowing him first. So Hunter told them "Can we talk about something else please." It sounded like he was begging them. They tried to think of something but none of them could think of anything to say.
But Danny did and said " Jessica told me that you stopped those thugs from almost rapping her with thing's coming out of your arm's?"
Hunter smiled at that and said "Yeah my Aunt and Uncle taught me to always be prepared and it came in Handy."
Matt Murdock questioned, "They must be some Aunt and Uncle to teach you that?"
Hunter smiled and was going to enjoy their reactions so he told them "Well Hawkeye and Black Widow are the best teachers." and he laughed at their reactions
Because all of them had shocked looks at hearing that Hunter's Aunt and Uncle are the Black Widow and Hawkeye of the Avengers.
So Hunter stopped laughing and said "Sorry,Sorry I just wanted to see your reactions" but stopped what he was saying as his hand was Shaking a little bit so he grabbed it and said "Dammit I thought I got a hold of this."
Jessica saw this and said with a concerned voice "Are you alright Hunter?"
He nodded and without What he was about to say, he told her " Yeah I'm fine,I thought I had control of this after the accident." But it was too late as everyone heard him.
"Accident?" Luke Cage said with a shocked voice.
Hunter cursed under his with a low voice and told them " Yeah when I was 9 I got Involved in an accident with my father and some old 'friends' of his I lost a lot of blood. But Luckily my other two uncles were there to help me by giving me some of their blood. Most of the times my hands shake but other than that I'm good." Seeing that they are about to ask more questions. He asks, "Can I go to the Bathroom please?"
Elektra nodded and said "Yeah it's upstairs."
Hunter got out of his chair as he went upstairs. Nicki had a look of shame on her face by bringing up Sore spot in Hunter's just hopes that Hunter can forgive her for asking what was happening to hand.
Upstairs in the Bathroom Hunter was washing his face with water thinking to himself 'What the hell were you thinking hunter,Revealing something like that to the family, What were you supposed to say "Oh some Members of the 10 rings found out about me and I got hurt losing a lot of blood and A guy who turns into a green rage monster and A guy who's the first avenger that ever lives gave me some of there blood to live, And that I have both of their powers and they are both my Uncle's. and If I didn't hold back My super strength throwing that pipe at that thug his head would have been busted open. Yeah how was your day?" I just need to have dinner with them and head home.'
When he looked in the Mirror he saw that his eyes were turning bright green. So he grabbed both sides of the sink and closed his eyes and said "Remember what Uncle Bruce taught you. Breathe in and out, In and out." and that's what he did, he took a Few breaths. Seeing that he's Calm down he looked at the mirror and saw that his eyes are back to their Regular blue color. So he said "Ok good,time to go back to dinner."
With that said Hunter went down stairs to join back with Jessica Friends for as they enjoyed the dinner and Never brought up Hunter's accident. But Hunter thought to himself 'After this I need to talk to Uncle Bruce about this'
