Here is chapter two

This chapter takes place a couple of days after Mickie made her on air debut.

Mickie James POV

I wake up to the sound of someone knocking on my door. I got up, wearing only a tee shirt that went down to mid thigh. I looked through the peep hole and was surprised to see Trish.

I opened the door. "Morning Mickie." she cheerfully said. "Hey Trish. What's up?" I asked. "I was wondering if you wanted to get in a quick work out session." she said.

I raised my eyebrows. She noticed my reaction. "What? Is something wrong?" she asked. I put up my hands. "No no no. It's nothing. I'm just surprised you would come to me and invite me to work out with you. I mean, we just met a few days ago." I said.

"I got a call from Stephanie McMahon and she said you're gonna be making your in ring debut on the next Raw." she said. "Really?" I asked. "Yeah. You, me, and Ashley are gonna be teaming up against Victoria, Candice Michelle, and Torrie Wilson in a six women tag team match."

"Sure. I could definitely use a workout." I replied. "Great. How about we meet downstairs in a half hour?" she asked. "Okay."

I made sure to pack my workout clothes as well as a couple of water bottles before we made our way to the gym.

Later

We were both doing our pre-workout stretching routine.

"Hey Trish can I ask you something?" "What is it?" "What is John Cena like?"

She stopped and looked at me. "Why are you asking? You like him or something?" she asked. "I don't know. Maybe. I met him after the show." I said.

Her eyes went wide. "Really? So what did he say?" she asked. I just shrugged my shoulders. "Nothing much really. He just said he was impressed of how I did in my first appearence in the WWE."

She raised an eyebrow. "He really said that?" "Yeah he did. It really meant a lot to me." I said. "You gonna ask him out?" she asked. That question came out of nowhere.

"I don't know. He is hot, but I don't think he'd want to go out with someone like me. And we just met." I replied. "John is not like the other male wrestlers. He actually treats women with respect and care." Trish replied.

"I don't know. I'll think about it." I said. "Okay enough chit chat. How about we run some laps first?" "Sure."

"Starting now!" she exclaimed as she started running. "Hey. No fair!" I shouted back chasing after her.

Monday Night Raw October 17 2005

Arco Arena Sacramento California

I'm sitting in the locker room as I prepare for my first match in WWE. Everything seems to be happening so fast.

There was a knock on the door. I opened it, and it was Trish.

"We're needed at the Gorilla position. Our match is in ten minutes." As we were walking down the halls, I got more and more nervous. Apparently Trish noticed. "You feeling ok?" she asked.

"Yeah. I'm okay." I replied. "You nervous?" she then asked. "Maybe a little." "It's okay to get jitters on your first match. Believe me. I was sweating like a pig before my first match." she said.

I took a couple of deep breaths as we caught up with Ashley.

I was able to calm down a bit as the three of us went out together.

The match itself was nothing special. Trish and Victoria fought briefly before I was tagged in. After I did a hurricanrana in the corner, I gave Trish and Ashley the thumbs up, then I got caught up in a roll up, and ended up costing us the match.

But then I tried to make it up to them by executing the Stratusfaction on Victoria, which didn't go as well as I thought it would as Victoria ended up coming down on her side, and I nearly landed on her head.

All that did was make things more awkward than they already were.

Sometime later

"You ok Mickie?" I looked up at Trish as we were backstage. "I'm sorry. It's just I look like a fool out there in my first match." I repiled. "I mean I thought I had broken Lisa's (Victoria's) neck with that botched Stratusfaction."

"Thank god that didn't happen." Trish said. I just stood there not saying anything. She put a hand on my shoulder. "Hey it's ok. Lots of wrestlers have awful first matches. That's just how they learn. And eventually they'll get better."

I looked up and smiled. We hugged. "Thanks Trish. I needed that." "Well I better head out. See you later." Trish said before leaving.

I quickly found a tv to see John Cena out there. Well he didn't wrestle, he sat by the commentators by the stage to watch a battle royal to see who would be a part in the triple threat match with Big Show and Shawn Michaels next week.

Spoiler alert, Kane ended up winning. Seeing John's concern face as his eyes darted back and forth between Kane in the ring and the WWE title on his shoulder. I couldn't stop staring at his face. Those blue eyes had me mezmerized.

After the tv went blank I walked down the hall. I was in the locker room packing up my things when I heard footsteps.

I turned around and saw Torrie, Candice, and Victoria.

I smiled, and was about to introduce myself when I noticed they seemed really mad.

"Is something wrong?" I wondered. Then they started walking towards me. I ended up backing up to a wall, feeling scared.

"Look if this is about what happened after the match I'm sorry. I didn't mean to-" I stopped once Torrie stood real close to me.

"This isn't about our match. This is about you trying to steal my boyfriend away." she said angrily.

"Your boyfriend? Wait. Are you talking about John Cena?" "He never said he had a girlfriend."

"Well I'm his girlfriend. So stay away from John. Or else."

My eyebrows went up. "Or else... What?" I asked.

She then slapped me. I just stood there stunned.

I tried to make a run for it, but Candice ended up grabbing me by the hair, and both and her and Victoria held me by my arms, and Torrie ended up slapping me. Then I got thrown to the ground, and there was nothing but punches and kicks to me.

About after a long time they stopped, and then they left, but not before Torrie grabbed me by the hair, and said "Stay away from John you bitch.''

Torrie came back, poking her head in, and gave me the gun to the head gesture.

I struggled to breath and move through the pain. But then a figure came in. I really couldn't make out who it was because my eyes were swollen shut.

The mystery person lifted me up. I couldn't say anything. And before I knew it, I passed out.
