What is chaos?
In the dictionary, there are few descriptions for the word chaos, depending on the context. First, chaos is complete disorder and confusion. In physics, chaos is the property of a complex system whose behavior is so unpredictable as to appear random, owing to great sensitivity to small changes in conditions. In Greeks myth, chaos is the first created being, from which came the primeval deities Gaia, Tartarus, Erebus, and Nyx.
But if someone asks him what chaos is, what he will reply to them with is this answer.
Chaos is magic unique to him and him alone.
His magic is the Probability Factor. It's allowing him to make something impossible possible and vice versa.
Using his magic, he can be a winner of an impossibly hard-to-win jackpot or the sole survivor of a nuclear explosion.

He should die a long time ago, if not for his magic.
Every Instant Bullet has the power to destroy the world if they wished to. Every Instant Bullet subconsciously wants to be the one to destroy the world. Him included. Even those at COLORFUL. They said they wanted to save humanity, but deep down, there still want to end humanity.
No matter how mundane their "magic" is if used correctly, still can be used to destroy the world.
For example, the IB of "Knowledge" can use his ability to get the code for every ICBM and use the missiles to destroy the world. The IB of "Creation" can "create" something that can cause the world to end. Even IB of "Heroes" can, despite the name, destroy humanity and the world
Every IB can use its ability to destroy the world. The only difference is how effective and fast their method is. His? Kinda fast if he is being honest.
Is an asteroid colliding with the Earth tomorrow possible to happen? No, that is possible, bordering impossible, but his magic allows that impossibility to be a possibility.
This world is rotten. He knows that earlier in his life. What things a child should know later in life, he already knows when he is just 5 years old.
In the end, nothing has changed. For him, the world is still rotten. Still cruel. Doesn't make any sense.
Maybe the new world would make more sense?
He is insane. Every Instant Bullet is. He know about that fact a long time ago, when the Neko-ken training just finished.
No, it is not just him or Instant Bullets that are insane, everyone is insane too in some capacity.
It's just a single Instant Bullet's insanity that is more dangerous than all insanity in the world combined.
Their magic is proof of their insanity. Hatred and malice make up their magic. Loneliness and despair filled their inside. The words they say are accompanied by jealousy and envy. Mask made of fake love and fake smile is worn almost all their life, rarely slipping.
Even to others similar to themselves.
He always pretending.
Pretending to care about his curse. Pretending to care about Akane. Pretending to care about his friends. Wait, that's not right.
He never had one. True friends, that is.
He doesn't want to be the hero. Not anymore.

If he keeps being abused because of that honor, he rather abandoned it. No one suspect him, they thought he can't lie after all.
Doesn't that make them look more idiot than he is?
Everything has an end. Animals, plants, and even humans. So inevitably, the world also must end sometime in the future.
Instant Bullets exist for the process of the end of the world to be accelerated.
The end of the world is inevitable. No matter how hard they tried to save it, it means nothing in the end. The world will end. The question is how, when, and most importantly, by who the world will be destroyed.

"Not that." He tossed the empty cup out from the window of the building they were on. "I thought other IB gonna get involved in this little war between COLORFUL and Time's group. But it's looked like they are content just watching, I guess."
"Ah, I see what you mean. Like us, huh?"
"Yeah. Well, are you gonna get involved?"
"Of course! I'm gonna show my love to all of them!" She said with a manic grin on her face. An illusion of a tiny pink heart formed around her.
"Heh, good luck with that. I'm gonna catch some sleep." He walked towards their shared bed.
"But not today!" The illusion vanished, and she followed him to their shared bed.
In the end, nothing really matters anymore. Time, life, existence, and even humanity itself are meaningless in the end.
"So...this is how the world ends, huh?"
He mused as he and other IB see the end of the world start before their eyes.
