I don't own Kingdom Hearts, Marvel's Spider-Man, or What If...? They each belong to Disney, Square Enix, Marvel, and Sony. Hey everyone. It's been a while. Now, for those of you that a freaking out that I'm starting another story while I have several others that need working on don't freak out. This isn't going to be a full story. Not yet, at least. If anything, consider this a special sneak preview of what to expect when I do full work on this story.

Why am I doing this you ask? I was currently in the works on the next chapter of Kingdom Hearts: The Frozen Journey when I hit a roadblock. While I do know where the chapter is going to go, it's the fight scenes I have been having trouble with. I want them to be great but it's taking longer than expected so consider this both an apology and an update of how things are going.

After finishing the first seasons of Marvel's What if...? My mind's wrap around the idea and I've been wanting to do a story like this if you haven't guessed from the current poll. So, I started a rough draft on a few ideas relating to the poll, and this one I liked the best so far and I thought I'd show it off before continuing Frozen Journey because I felt bad for keeping you all waiting. So enjoy this prologue to this future fanfic!

Prologue: Pondering the Question: Is Any of this Real or Not?

"The Universe, to your eyes, a hundred billion points of light. But where you see light, I see worlds and the countless stories that fill them. But the universe hasn't always been like this. Neither your world."

"Long ago, the world was whole. Protected under the light of Kingdom Hearts. Everyone loved the light. However, there were many who wanted the light for themselves, and darkness was born in their hearts. A great Keyblade War began, as the darkness consumed everything. But it was not the end for the world as the world was restored through the hearts of children. They rebuilt the world as you know today. However, the true light still sleeps, deep within the darkness. That's why the worlds are still scattered, divided from each other. A beautiful tale... only known to a few."

A man with a giant head gazed at the stars before turning to you, the reader, "I know this tale for I am the Watcher. I observe all things and I do not, can not, and will not interfere. In one lifetime, these worlds would be threatened once again by the forces of darkness, and a young man, a Keyblade Wielder unlike any before, Sora, would rise to the occasion to fight against the darkness and prevail with the help of his friends. Donald and Goofy. However, this is not that story. What if someone didn't like the events of how things played out and attempted to change the very story our Champion of Light journeyed through?"

"I am your guide through this strange new reality. Follow me, journey to face the unknown, and ponder the question... What if...?"

"This tale began somewhere, in the southeastern part of Europe, in a small kingdom. Latveria. It was well known due to the ruler of the country."

"A man who had but small beginnings and a tragic childhood. He grew to be a fierce leader of the country after he overthrew its former leaders. His name is Victor Von Doom. Although everyone knows him better as Doctor Doom."

"He had mastered every science and magic known to man. He alone managed to bring peace to his home. However, this was not enough for the good doctor. If he could bring peace to Latveria, why not the whole world if he were to rule it."

"However, he had always been foiled by his long-time rival. Reed Richards of the world-famous superhero team: the Fantastic 4."

"They both went to the same college, it's where their rivalry began. Richards thought he was so smart but none were smarter than Doom. He sabotaged a shuttle when examining cosmic rays in hopes to finally be rid of him and his friends. Not only did they survive but they've received superpowers to stand up against him."

"From there other heroes stood in his path for world domination. The X-Men. The Avengers. Inhumans. Despite all his best efforts, he seemed unable to rid himself of them. It would be here, where the events of Sora's journey would be forever changed."

In an attempt to destroy his mortal foes for good, he sent the home of the Fantastic 4, the Baxter Building, into space. However, one of his Doombots walked up to him before kneeling before him, "I am sorry, Lord Doom. But the Fantastic 4 managed to return to the Earth unscathed. Your plan to be terminate your enemies has failed."

"Failed?" Doom snarled before raising his hand and blasted the Doombot to pieces, "Doom does not fail!"

He stood from his throne, "Richard's just got lucky! Soon his luck will run out!"

He turned to his second in command, Lucia von Bardas, and simply ordered, "Leave me."

She gave him a bow before leaving the room. Doom sat on his throne. He considered himself a patient man but his patience had its limits. If he was going to rule the world. He would need something to tip the balance. Something not even Mr. Fantastic could stop.

The cosmic cube was promising but unfortunately, it was long out of his reach as it was taken by Thor back to Asgard. The Infinity Stones could be another option but they were put in places not even the heroes of Earth could find them.

Then what else was there? What power could give him the means of ruling the Earth? Just then, a voice perked up, "Penny for thoughts?"

Doom's eyes turned to the source of the voice a man in the black coat learning up against the wall. He wore the hood around his head so Doom couldn't see his face. The ruler of Latveria warned him, "You have five seconds to leave."

"Easy there!" The man stated with surrendering arms, "I'm not here to cause trouble. I'm actually here to help."

"Doom needs no one," The doctor told him, "I will not tell you again."

"Well, someone's having a bad day," The man noticed, "Someone spoil your plans."

Doom then blasted a magic beam at him causing a small explosion. The nuisance had been felt with... or so he thought as the man brushed off the attack, "Okay, okay... I hit a sore spot. Look, I'm not here to cause trouble, really. In fact, I think I have the answer that should solve both of our problems."

Doom raised an eyebrow, not even the Hulk could brush off that attack so easily. He was easily on par with the so-called "Sorcerer Supreme." This was no ordinary nuisance. The hooded figure walked up to him, "Look, let's start over. The first thing you should know about me is that I am from another world."

The Latverian frowned under his mask, "Tell your Skrull Empress, Supreme Intelligence, or whoever your service that I'm not interested."

The cloaked figure then began to burst laughing, "AHA HA HA HA HA HA HA HA! Y-You think I'm with those losers!" After a few more chuckles, "No, no, no... much like you I have no Master and I'm very much human. You can even scan me if you like."

Doom did do so as the man went on, "Maybe 'world' isn't the right word... let's see... oh, galaxy! I'm from another galaxy altogether! No Skrulls, no Kree, no Shi'ar, and nothing even remotely related to that nut job Thanos."

Doom could easily tell if this nuisance was lying as no disguise could fool him. Much to his surprise, the nuisance was telling the truth. At least, about being human anyway. The nuisance continued, "You've been busy over the years, you brought peace to your home by taking charge and now you want the same for the rest of your world but those heroes like the 'Fantastic 4' simply don't understand... they think too small. Though to be fair, you haven't been seeing the big picture either."

Doom raised a hand for another attack but the figure cut him off, "Look no offense but you've known that life exists outside your tiny world, they even have most of the same problems as Earth does. Lack of technology or not. And you haven't done anything about it except think about your world. Touching but that doesn't stop whenever someone wants to invade your home."

Then Doom lowered his hand, he hated to admit it but the nuisance had a point. He knew full well that humanity wasn't alone in the universe. Heck, it had been invaded several times over only to be thwarted. And yet, all he had been doing was focusing on one mere planet. Doom spoke, "Even what you say is true, what kind of power would allow me to rule them all."

The nuisance turned to him, "Kingdom Hearts."

Doom raised an eyebrow, as the figure nodded, "I know what you're thinking." He made his voice sound deeper, "What is Kingdom Hearts?" He then talked normally, "I'll tell you. Kingdom Hearts is the source of all worlds and hearts that the good Lord above created. It holds untold knowledge and power, unlike anything mankind has ever seen."

Knowledge and power? Doom would be lying if he said he wasn't interested. If this Kingdom Hearts is real that is, "And how do you know this... Kingdom Hearts even exists?"

"Well, I could say I've seen it with my own eyes before it was swallowed by the darkness but you wouldn't believe me," The nuisance answered, "I do however have proof and this wasn't easy to come by. I had to call up an old... apprentice of mine to get these."

He then pulled out several papers, "Someone else was interested in the heart of all worlds and made scientific reports of his findings. The scientist isn't from your world but you can understand the details of it all the same."

Doom took the reports as he went through them. Apparently, they were written by a man named Ansem. Heartless. Keyblade. The realms of light and darkness. The secrets of the heart. This was certainly was written by no lunatic. This Ansem, whoever he was, was brilliant. Not as brilliant as him of course. He could tell this wasn't the full report but he was sure he could figure out himself and find more of these Ansem reports as well. Still, he couldn't help but wonder, "Why give this to me of all people?"

"Because, much like me," The hooded figure answered, "You're willing to do what needs to be done to bring peace to the worlds. The worlds needs a strong leader and whether everyone likes it or not... you're it."

Dr. Doom then leaned in curiously at the man, "Who are you really? Some kind of fortuneteller perhaps?"

"Well, I could lie to you and tell you that's what I am, when I'm actually a brilliant artist, or even a scholar," The man stated as he turned away, "I could tell you I dream of world peace, when I'm actually planning it's destruction. The truth is what you see with your eyes not what you hear."

After a moment of silence, Doom simply asked, "So, your name?"

The man in the black coat turned to him completely dumbfounded, "What did I just...?!" He then sighed and shook his head, "Never mind, I guess there's no harm. Man, you cut from the same cloth as the other guy. My name is..."

But just then his name was blurred out much to his shock, "Huh?!"

After a moment of silence, the master simply shrugged, "I'm a Lost Master."

Doom blinked at that, "A Lost Master?"

"Oh, and you won't be the only one after it so good luck," The hooded man simply turned away before telling the ruler of Latveria, "May your heart be your guiding key."

With the man gone, Doom began to question the man's true identity. He would have to remind himself to find out who this Lost Master is. Still, he couldn't look a gift horse in the mouth. He went back to read from the Ansem reports, "How... interesting..."

He then pushed a button on his throne, "Von Bardas. Cancel my future appointments."

"Of course sir," She answered through the communication device, "May I ask why?"

Dr. Doom simply answered as he stared at the worlds labeled Kingdom Hearts on the Ansem report, "I found what I need to rule the worlds."

"And so, Victor Von Doom began his quest to conquer Kingdom Hearts. However, unaware to him, there would be heroes who would rise against him. And this time, it would not be the Fantastic Four..." The Watcher continued his tale before turning to the past.

Many years prior to the events in Latveria, in another kingdom, on another world, a little girl with blonde slept soundly in her bed. Just then, another little girl with red hair peeked up from the bed, "Elsa?"

She then climbed on the bed as she whispered, "Psst!"

The little princess tried to heave herself onto the bed, struggling to lift her left leg onto the covers to hoist herself up. After a few tries, she found purchase and immediately pounced on top of her sister.

"Wake up, wake up, wake up, wake up!" she prodded, emphasizing every word with a bounce over her sister, who had surely woken up already, Anna was sure.

If not, she'd keep bouncing until she did.

"Anna..." her sister moaned, albeit with a knowing smile at her sister's playful antics. "Go back to sleep..."

Sighing dramatically, the princess lay on top of her sister, squishing her beneath her weight playfully, placing her right forehand on her forehead. "I just can't! The sky's awake," she then switched her to her left forehand, "...so I'm awake," before finally slumping, "...so we have to play!"

"Go play by yourself!" Elsa retorted as she shoved Anna off her bed.

The younger girl landed on her rear but looked otherwise unhurt. The redhead bit her lip in thought, wiggling her feet before jumping up as an open-mouthed smile graced her face. The girl then practically leaped onto her sister's bed and got back on top of her sleeping sibling.

The little tyke pulled Elsa's left eyelid open, knowing exactly what would get her out of bed, "Do you wanna build a snowman?"

The little blonde girl responded by opening her eyes at her sister, smiling at her with crafty understanding...

Moments later, the two sisters dashed down as Anna could barely contain her excitement as she pulled her sister to the ballroom, "C'mon! C'mon! C'mon!"

Elsa had to shush her to make sure she wouldn't wake anyone up. However, she'd be lying if she didn't say she wasn't excited either. When they finally arrived they closed the doors behind them as Anna beamed, "Do the magic! Do the magic!"

Won over by her sister's antics, Elsa then rubbed her fingers against the palm of her hand. Pursing her lips together, she let out an exhale through her nostrils as she concentrated. Feeling the power within coursing through her arms, she weaved her hands in front of her, moving them in circles to conjure up the magic into one singular point.

As she did, blue motes of light that looked an awful lot like snowflakes fluttered out of her hands. Elsa guided the magic to coalesce together, making a bright ball of energy that condensed into a snowball. And all the while, her little sister watched in wonder. Even after having seen it so many times, the little princess never ceased to be amazed by her big sister's talent.

Elsa looked towards Anna, the magic snowball floating between her hands. "Ready?"

"Uh-huh!" Anna nodded, an open-mouthed smile on her face.

She then tossed the snowball in the air until it struck the ceiling which caused the entire ballroom to start snowing. Everything in the room was started to get covered in snow. The ice magic caused Elsa's little sister to beam, "THIS IS AMAZING!"

Elsa bent forward to met her eyes with Anna's, hands on her knees. "Watch this!"

The magical girl then stood up again before raising her right foot and stomping it on the ground. Upon making contact, ice shaped like a snowflake surrounded her foot, before spreading out. It went past both the sisters, frosting over the entire floor.

Anna noticed this almost immediately, giggling almost deliriously when she started sliding away from her sister ever so slowly, though not of her own will, but of the slipperiness of the ice beneath her feet...

Once there was enough snow on the ground, they rolled up three large snowballs... well large for little girls anyways. After they stacked them on top of each other, Elsa placed the finishing touches on their latest creation. Meanwhile, Anna was sitting on a chair before her, watching her sister at work, all the while making funny faces at her. She definitely couldn't contain her excitement.

When she was done, she turned her creation towards Anna. It was a snowman made of three large snowballs. It had three rocks meant to represent buttons; one in the middle, and two on the bottom. The Head snowball was someone oval-shaped, with extra snow on one side to make a silly stretched face, with a bucktooth beneath where the mouth was. Two rocks made up its 'eyes' while a carrot made up the nose. Three twigs were on top of its head to make it look like it had hair. The magical princess ducked behind it. She then brought out two longer twigs that made up its arms, waving it around like they were moving.

"Hi, I'm Olaf! And I like warm hugs!" Elsa mimed, doing her best impression of what Olaf would sound like if he were real. Anna clapped her hands in delight, before running towards Olaf.

"I love you, Olaf!" she cheered, giving the snowman a wide hug, right before smiling gratefully at her sister.

The two had so much fun as they danced on the ice with Olaf, snowball fights, and sliding down a large pile of snow. Anna hopped inside a large pile of snow as she giggled, "Tickle bumps!"

She then climbed out of the snow pile as she began to climb back to the snow slide her sister made by hopping on the snow piles as Elsa created them, "Gotcha!"

Anna hopped from the next to the next believing her sister would always catch. However, she was getting a little too quick as Elsa was beginning to have a hard time keeping up. She called out, "Wait!"

Anna, however, wasn't paying attention, too caught up in the fun to stop. "Again!"

"Slow down!" she called out as she fired off another wave of wintry magic with both of her hands.

However this time, she tried to fire it with too much force, causing her to overextend her arms bit forward. This made her lose her footing, slipping against the ice, and making herself fall on the floor. Elsa gasped in horror as Anna, who didn't know there was nothing for her to land on, beamed, "Catch!"

"Anna!" she shouted, holding out her hand towards her sister.

She fired off a blast from her hand, hoping to make a mound in time for her sister to land on. But it went nowhere near the floor. Instead, it shot straight for her little sister. It collided with her head, catching her in mid-air making Anna wince, "Oof!"

Elsa watched helplessly as her sister descended from the air, and land on the first mount she had made, rolling down the slide. She didn't get back up. Gasping, the older princess got up, running towards the fallen form of her younger sibling. Kneeling beside her, she held her sister's head in her arms.

"A-Anna?" she whispered. Her sister did not answer her, though. She was unconscious. Then something happened, much to her horror. Part of Anna's red locks began changing to the color of white, making a white streak stand out against the tufts of reds.

Her eyes widened in shock, and fear began to grip her heart. Letting out short gasps of breath, she looked up desperately before crying out for her parents. "Mama! Papa!"

This sudden change caused ice to begin to spread from around her. All the snow that was there before coating it with harsher ice and snow. Ice spikes even jutted out from some of the pillars in the room, and the ice mounds began to dissolve. It even managed to spread out to the ceiling.

Young Elsa then held her sister closer to her, cradling her in her arms, almost carefully. She was worried about what would happen if she let go, "You're okay, Anna... I got you..."

Just then, the doors to the rooms began to shake as the doors burst open as the mother and father, King Agnarr, and Queen Iduna of Arendelle burst into the room for their daughters. Their father's eyes widened in shock, "Elsa, what have you done?! This is getting out of hand!"

"It was an accident!" She cried out before once again cradled the head of her sleeping sister as she whimpered, "I'm sorry, Anna..."

Her mother took Anna from her as she felt her skin, "She's ice cold."

Agnarr realized no human doctor could aid them in this situation and wasn't sure where to go to for help when his eyes widened in realization, "I know where we need to go."

Moments later, their father pulled out a secret map before grabbing the family hopping on a carriage and riding off to the people he knew he could help his daughter. Maybe with Elsa as well.

When they arrived at a valley of some sort, they were surrounded by what appeared to be rocks. The King called out to them, "Please, help! My daughter..."

Elsa gave her father a strange look as he of all people went to a bunch of rocks for help when all of a sudden. All the rocks came rolling up to them as they unfolded to reveal trolls.

"It's the king!" One of them announced, making every one of them bow their heads before the king and his family.

Just then the leader of the trolls rolled up to them. He gave the King a bow to respect him, "Your Majesty." Realizing there was no time to lose, he went to check on his youngest daughter, "Born or cursed?"

"Born," His Majesty answered almost too quickly, though he did look extremely surprised at how easily the old troll had discovered his daughter's talent. "A-and they're getting stronger."

He went to examine her head before telling the King, "You are lucky she didn't hit the heart. The heart cannot be so easily changed." He then shrugged reassuringly, relaxing a bit, and taking away some of the urgency in the air. "But... the head can be persuaded."

The King of Arendelle relaxed greatly from hearing this, though not completely. Not until his daughter was confirmed to be safe. "Do what you must."

Upon the king's urging, the Elder Troll went to work, placing his hand gently on the unconscious princess. "I recommend we remove all magic. Even memories of magic. To be safe."

Just then, the royal family witnessed images of Anna's memories of Elsa's powers changing to what appeared to be playing in natural snow as he reassured them, "But worry not. I'll leave the fun..."

With the memories changed, Anna appeared to be sleeping fine as she began to warm up. The troll leader smiled in relief, "There. She will be alright."

"...But she won't remember I have powers?" the older little princess, who had been holding onto the fabrics of her father's tunic throughout the whole display, asked, sounding almost saddened and apprehensive at the prospect.

The king placed a hand on her shoulder in his best attempt to reassure her, squeezing her shoulder. "It's for the best."

The Troll Elder then turned his attention to the little blonde girl and beckoned her to attention.

"Listen to me, Elsa," he began, turning away from her. "Your power will only grow," he revealed.

Frost watched as the old troll waved his hands again, using his magic to conjure up an image made from the same lights of the north. The image depicted three parts, two of which were the same. A crowd of people.

In the middle, however, was a single figure. It was that of a woman, with what looked like a dress and a cape.

"You must learn to control it," He advised. "There is beauty in it..."

The female figure, which Elsa assumed was herself, waved her hands confidently in circles. And following them were snowflakes coming out of thin air. She then brought her hands together, conjuring the magic just as he saw her do earlier, and shoot it up in the air. Before long, it exploded in the shape of a larger snowflake as he added, "...but also great danger."

Suddenly, the snowflake shifted into a jagged, imperfect shape, changing its hue from blue to red. The little girl gasped as the crowds had changed color as well. Before, they had been watching the central figure in awe and wonder. Now, however, they had begun to act differently. They were pointing at her, almost accusingly, shaking their hands in her direction. Screaming at her. The woman in the middle began to coil back, frightened. The troll leader concluded, "You must learn to control it. Fear... will be your enemy."

And without warning, the crowds lunged at her, the woman unable to do anything but cry out as they consumed her before the image itself disappeared in a bright flash.

Elsa retreated back into the arms of her father, who had been just as horrified at what was shown.

He was the first to snap out of their stupor, however, his brows dipping in determination. "No!" he cried out, gripping his daughter close to him whilst turning back to his wife. "We'll protect her," he vowed, nodding to her assuredly, before turning back to the old troll. "She can learn to control it, I'm sure."

The next day, the King took precautions until that day came.

"Until then... we'll lock the gates. We'll reduce the staff."

Anna, who was unaware that happened the other day or the fact her big sister had powers, woke up to find the bed in the room was her own. She looked around to see Elsa's belongings had been moved to another room which she spotted Elsa entering the room before sadly closing the door behind her.

"We will limit her contact with people, and keep her powers hidden from everyone... including Anna."

Anna was both sad and confused. She couldn't help but wonder why was this happening? Everything seemed to be great between them yesterday. So, why was she shutting her out?

At the same time, Elsa sat in her new cold room alone. She couldn't get over the fact that she nearly killed her own sister last night. It was an accident sure enough. Still, she felt guilty all the same. She's always known she was different from everyone else.

She didn't know why she was burdened with these powers. At first, mostly due to her little sister, though it was a gift. But now, she believed them to be a curse.

Now, she never felt more alone. She sang to herself, "Will someone tell me where I belong~ WhereI should go~"

"Can someone tell me how it went all wrong~ I need to know~" Elsa walked over to her bed as she looked at a painting of herself and her family. She looked at the image of her little sister, "How could I hurt the ones I love~ How could I hurt you?"

"If I can't be the Queen Arendelle needs me to be~" Elsa set the photo down as she continued singing, "What am I to do~"

"When will I be me~" Elsa sighed, "The sister Anna needs me to be~"

She looked to her window as she wondered, "There must be somebody who understands~ Out there~ somewhere~"

"When will I find home~ A place where I belong~" She sang as she approached the window, "Surely there must be more like me~ Out there~ somewhere~"

She leaned up carefully as she gazed to the sky above, "There must be somebody just like me~ Out there~"

If there really were people like her or someone out there who was even a little bit like her. Someone who'd understand what she's going through. She'd want to know. Maybe they could help her, reunite with her sister, and maybe just maybe... feel like she could belong...

Time passed and winter came to the kingdom much to Anna's joy. Immediately, she ran off to her sister's room, "Elsa?"

She gave a few knocks on the door before sing, "Do you wanna build a snowman~ Come on, let's go and play~"

"I never see you anymore~" She slumped against the door, slid down to the carpet, and peeked underneath, "Come out the door~ It's like you've gone away~"

"We used to be best buddies," She then remembered the day when she had been playing with her dolls in the ballroom by herself before getting bored and flopping over backward onto the floor, "And now we're not~ I wish you would tell me why~"

"Do you wanna build a snowman~" Finally, she tried peeking through the keyhole in Elsa's door and finished in a goofy voice, "It doesn't have to be a snowman~"

"Go away, Anna," Elsa's small voice from the other side of the door replied.

"Okay, bye~" Anna sang sadly, and, hurt and confused, walked slowly back to her own room...

Meanwhile, with Elsa, she stood by her window and smiled as the snow fell outside. She placed her hands on the window to get a closer look but much to her shock and horror, she covered it with her ice magic.

Not long after, her father learned what happened and came up with a solution. He gave his eldest daughter perfectly sized gloves to cover her magic hands. He smiled, "The gloves will help."

When appeared to work at least for the moment, her father smiled, "See?" He then taught her motto which she would use for the rest of her childhood, "Conceal it."

The snow princess nodded, "Don't feel it."

They smiled as they finished it together, "Don't let it show."

"They have the wrong idea. I could lean them on the right path. Intervene. But fate of the Future Princess of Heart could be threatened by the Seekers of Darkness if I revealed myself to them. Besides, I doubt they'd listen."

A year passed as both the young Princess grew. A nine-year-old Anna ran up to her sister's door as she knocked. She once again asked, "Do you wanna build a snowman~"

"Or ride our bikes around the halls~" Anna rode her bike across the hall and down the stairs as she crashed landed on an enemy knights armor, "I think some company is overdue~"

"I've started talking to the pictures on the walls~" She sang as she entered a room full of paintings as she gestured to the one of Joan of Arc, "Hang in there, Joan."

"It gets a little lonely~ All these empty rooms~ Just watching the hours tick by~" Anna sang as she lied beneath the grandfather cloak as she proceeded to use her tongue to mimic its sound, "Tick-tock, tick-tock, tick-tock!"

Meanwhile, in Elsa's room, despite wearing the gloves, her powers still seemed to come through as she turned to her parents completely panicked, "I'm scared! It's getting stronger!"

King Agnarr walked up closer to comfort her, "Getting upset only makes it worse."

"NO! DON'T TOUCH ME!" Elsa backed away in fear, "I don't want to hurt you."

Her father stayed where he was as both his wife and himself were concerned for Elsa's future. "If only they knew someone who knew she was going through. But who could possibly understand the burden of such great power...Unknown to them, the young Princess was not the only one to burden great power..."

Years later, on the same world as Doom, but years prior to the present, in New York City, 15-year-old Peter Parker walked into the OsCorp building with his two best friends. The son of the founder of OsCorp, Harry Osborn, was on his left while the girl next door, Mary Jane Watson, was on his right. MJ turned to Peter, "You seem really excited today, Peter."

"How could I not be?" Peter beamed, "We're in freaking OsCorp! All the great scientists outside of Stark industries worked for here. Dr. Octavius! Professor Warren! Dr. Connors!"

Peter would have gone on if Midtown's quarterback, Flash Thompson, hadn't shoved past him, "And how many of them are weak and pathetic as you, Puny Parker. Hey, maybe you can ask yourself why a girl would never go out with you nerds."

Flash laugh as Peter stumbled to get back up before getting helped by Harry, "Don't listen to him, Pete. I know for a fact that Dr. Connors is married so there's hope for us guys yet."

Peter smiled in appreciation but not before thinking to himself, "Someday, I'm going to wipe that smug look off of Flash's face. When I'm winning my fifth Nobel prize with a beautiful wife and kids and he's still stuck in high school we'll see who be laughing then."

He then heard Harry groaned for a second as he clutched his head, Peter and MJ turned to him with concern. The former asked, "You okay, man?"

"Yeah," Harry brushed it off with a smile, "Just stayed up too late at one of my dad's company parties."

They nodded in understand. Harry really wanted to spend time with his father, Norman Osborn, and tried to get into the same interest with him. Especially after his mother died of a rare disease. The field trip was amazing at least to Peter's eyes. They got a complete guided tour of the blinding. Sadly, not by Norman Osborn, but still the legendary Martha Connors. The wife of Curt Connors. Which gave hope to all geeks and nerds everywhere.

They even got to meet her husband, who was currently working on Lizard splicing, to help people regrow limbs due to war. Peter would be amazed if they were able to pull that off. However, the next part of the tour would change Peter's life forever. Martha gestured to several containers of spiders, "And here, And over here, we have OsCorp's collection of spiders. All genetically altered to combine the most impressive traits into 15 super-spiders."

Mary Jane, who was determined to become a future reporter for the Daily Bugle examined the container, before noticing, "They are only 14. One's missing."

Martha Connors turned the cage to notice she was right, "Huh? I guess my husband must have removed it for further study."

Unaware to the group, the said spider had escaped its container as it slowly descended from the ceiling from above from its webs. As Martha Connors lead the class to the next exhibit, Flash once again knocked down Peter making him drop the notes he had been writing down. Everyone else was unaware this had happened so Peter was left alone to pick the last of his notes, he saw the fifteenth super-spider one on his hand much to his shock. Before he could do or say anything, it bit him, "GAH!"

He swatted it away as he proceeded to clutch his hand in pain. Finally, MJ noticed Peter was getting left behind as she asked, "Peter? Are you okay?"

"I... I need some air," He made a dash for the exit, leaving his notes behind as well as a concerned redhead. Peter felt his whole body was on fire even as he left the building as he muttered to himself, "What's happening to me?"

He had been running so fast, thinking he was going to die of the spider bite, he didn't realize he ran into the middle of the street. A car driving a bit faster than the speed limit was coming at Peter causing his head to buzz to warn him of the danger. The teenager turned to the car as his eyes widened in horror and what came next... he only acted on instinct. He leaped up higher than any human could and stuck to the wall of the building to avoid the speeding car.

Peter blinked in shock wondering what just happened before looking to his own hand. He had a hard time seeing with his glasses so he removed them. His eyesight had been restored. He then looked again at his hand as he noticed mini grips almost impossible to see unless you knew where to look. He then proceeded to climb the building as he slowly smiled to himself, "I'm sticking. And I'm climbing. But human beings can't do all this. We can't."

Once he was at the top, he noticed that was the only change that happened to him. When he grabbed onto a pipe to help himself up, he actually crushed the metal with his bare hands. That's when he realized that the spider's venom must have altered his DNA to gain him the abilities of a spider. Oh, he'd like to see Flash Tompson try to pick on him now.

After some further test, he had possessed the speed, strength, and agility of a spider. He also had some warning system in his head to help him avoid danger. He had to come up with a name for it. His Peter-Tingle? No, that was dumb. Spider-Sense? Yeah, that sounds right. Great even.

Still, the only ability that he didn't seem to have was the ability to spin webs much like what a spider can. No matter, Peter Parker could find a way to adapt. Days passed, and he used the chemical kit that his Uncle Ben got him for his last birthday to make a chemical to create a strong web-like substance. He even made web-shooters from parts he collected over the years. It took a few tries and messes but he was able to get them to work. And the webbing would only last about an hour before dissolving so no messes stayed around for long. His Aunt May would appreciate that. The real test was to see if the webs could support his weight...

The next day after school, he climbed up a tall building and he jumped as he reassured himself, "Okay, I have to stay calm. This will work. It's gotta."

Peter slung a web to a nearby building and actually began swinging from it. It actually worked! Peter exclaimed out loud knowing the people from below couldn't hear him from this height, "This rocks! Imagine what I can do... with this power!"

Girls would adore him! Men would envy him! And best of all, maybe with this newfound power, he could pay back his Aunt and Uncle for taking care of him when his parents died. Still, he wasn't too comfortable revealing his powers to the public just yet. He's heard of the backlash people had to mutants. It was best if he warmed up to them before he revealed himself. He needed a disguise and a chance to prove himself.

On his way back home, after swinging, he found the solution to the latter, the chance to win cash by defeating the champion wrestler, Crusher Hogan. Still, he was underage, and again he needed a disguise. So, from what he learned from his aunt, he was able to create a costume for himself so no one could recognize him. A full red and blue bodysuit with a red spider emblem on his back and a small black spider emblem on his chest. He had to one way view lenses on his mask while the red portion of his costume had a web-like design.

He wouldn't lie. He looked totally awesome. Now all he needed what a cool name. The Spider? Too generic. The Human Spider? Too dumb. Spider-Man. Yeah. Oh, he liked that name. It was time for the world to see the premiere and rise of Spider-Man.

He packed away his suit as his Aunt noticed him heading towards the door, "Peter? Where are you going?"

"Oh, I'm... just going over to the library. I've gotta study for an exam." Peter lied. He didn't want to worry her. Besides, the library happened to be nearby the wrestling tournament building.

His Uncle happened to be nearby before offering, "Sounds pretty important exam. You need a ride there?"

"It's fine, Uncle Ben," Peter reassured him, "I was going to take the subway."

"Nah, I insist," He told his nephew, "I had to run some errands anyway."

Well, he would same some allowance on getting there. So, Peter accepted his Uncle's help...

He drove him to the library as his Uncle smiled, "Well, we're here."

"Right," Peter nodded, however, he turned to his Uncle for some advice to see if he was doing would be okay, "Uncle Ben? if you could do something and do it better than anyone else then it wouldn't be wrong to, you know, cash in on your talents, right?"

His Uncle turned to him confused about why Peter would ask this still he replied, "Well, son, that would depend on what kind of talents we're talking about." With nothing left to be said, Peter was about to exit the car to change his destiny forever, when his Uncle stopped him as he told him, "Listen, kiddo, I went through exactly the same thing at your age."

Peter shook his head as he knew his Uncle definitely didn't gain any powers when he was his age, "No, not exactly."

"Point is, you're changing into the man you're going to be," His Uncle smiled, "And just because you can do something doesn't mean you should." Ben Parker finished with these words, "With great power, there must also come great responsibility."

Peter didn't know what his Uncle meant by those words as he simply added, "I'll pick you up in a few hours."

A few hours was all he needed as he stepped into the ring to approach his opponent. The announcer proclaimed, "Who dares test their skill, their strength, their stamina against the Venue's own undefeated legend Crusher Hogan?!"

The crowd cheered as Crusher flexed his muscles. Spider-Man stood fearlessly as he approached the champion, "I dare! The Spider-Man dares!"

"You sure, kid?" The announcer turned to the masked teenager as he whispered, "I like the gimmick but it's worthless if Crusher crushes you."

Hogan grinned as he saw how tiny his foe was. He thought this was going to be an easy match. Spider-Man turned to the announcer, "A thousand bucks if I win?"

The ring announcer shrugged as he admitted, "There are caveats but, um... yeah."

Spidey's eyes narrowed, "Then I'm in!"

The announcer then proclaimed to Crusher's opponent, "Ladies and gentlemen: The Spectacular Spider-Man!"

As the announcer left the ring the cage closed upon the two fighters as Spidey beamed, "Okay! I'm ready!"

Just as the rings closed, Crusher pinned him to the edge of the cage as he whispered to the teen, "I don't like picking on little guys so I'm gonna make this quick, okay?"

"Thanks, Crush. I'm good." Spidey smirked under his mask as he grabbed his arm and started to push him back, "In fact, I'm very good. One might even say great!"

With only more shove Spidey push Crusher off him. The Champion was shocked by Spider-Man's strength, he was stronger than he thought but he wouldn't underestimate him again. He turned to face only to find he wasn't there. He then began looking around for him, "Hey! Where did he go?!"

"Yoo-hoo!" Spider-Man mocked him as he stuck on the roof of the cage.

Crushers looked up to glare at him, "GET DOWN FROM THERE!"

"Well, that is one option," Spidey quipped as he shot out a web from outside the cage.

The webbing stuck onto Crusher's back as he struggled to get free. He only got yanked up by the masked teenager and once they were on the same level he tried to reach out to grab him, "When I get my hands on ya...!"

"You're welcome to try but I think you'll find..." Spidey smirked as he swung to the wall of the cage and let him go letting him fall to the ground. He groaned as the champion lied there defeated as Peter finished, "... the match is already over."

The cage opened as Spidey stood on top of Crusher. The ring announcer ran up to the new champion as he declared the winner of the match, "Ladies and gentlemen: The Spectacular SPIDER-MAN!"

The crowd roared with cheers as Peter smirked under his mask. A guy could get used to this after everything he's been through...

Later on, Spider-Man walked alongside the announcer, Sullivan Edwards, in hopes to claim his money. His road to fame started here. Only for it to blow in his face when Edwards told him, "Got your money in my safe, kid. All you gotta do is sign an exclusive contract with Sullivan Edwards, i.e. me."

Spidey was taken back by that statement, he didn't see that in the promotion, "Whoa, whoa! I'm not signing anything!"

"Hey, no signature, no cash." The announcer shrugged, "I told you there were caveats."

Spidey looked to him in disbelief as he complained, "But that's not fair!"

"Fair's not my problem," Sulivan smirked as he walked to his office leave a dejected teenager. Spider-Man turned to leave with no cash. However, his appearance did get on tv. He knew others would pay anything for a chance to him to appear. He pushed the button at the elevator to head back to the first floor to change and wait for his Uncle to arrive to pick him up. However, he heard a door close and footsteps running toward him as Sulivan exclaimed, "Hey! That's my money!"

He turned to see a robber running to him with a bag full of cash in one hand and a gun in the other running to him as Sulivan chased after him. The announcer pleaded, "Spider-Man! Stop him!"

In all truth, it wouldn't have taken much to stop him with Peter's powers. He could use his webs to subdue the thief, hold him down long enough for security to arrest him, or simply just trip so he wouldn't escape. Instead, Spidey was so mad at the announcer, he took a step back allowing the thief in the elevator just as the doors were closing. The crook was shocked by this but smiled in gratitude as the doors closed.

With that the crook was gone with the money, Sulivan turned to Spider-Man with a look that could be read 'why didn't you stop him.' Spider-Man glared at him as he told him, "Not my problem."

Edwards glared at the masked teenager before head back to the office to report the theft to the police...

Fifteen minutes later, Peter changed out of his costume as he waited for his Uncle to pick him up. However, he stopped a group of people and police surrounding the area where his Uncle was supposed to pick him up. He wondered what was up with everyone and went to see what was the fuse was about. He made his way past the crowd and what he saw made Peter's eyes widened in shock. Someone had been shot as the victim lied there. The worst part was, Peter knew the victim, "Un...Uncle Ben?! UNCLE BEN!"

A police officer, which her ID read Watanabe, tried to stop him, "Please sir. We need you to back away."

"No! Please!" Peter complained, "That's my Uncle!" With that information, she looked to him with pity and let him pass. Peter knelt to his fatal injured Uncle, "Who did this?!"

"Carjacker," Officer Watanabe answered, "It's okay. We have an ambulance on the way and I have officers in pursuit."

Uncle Ben touched his nephew's hand, "P-Peter..."

"Hold on, Uncle Ben," Peter told his Uncle with tears in his eyes, "Help is on the way! You're going to be fine!"

However, Ben Parker knew otherwise, so with his dying breath he told him, "Peter... take care of May..."

With that, he breathed his last. Peter's eyes watered even further. Uncle Ben was dead. The man who raised him was gone and he was powerless to save him. Peter broke down in tears when he overheard Watanabe's radio announce where the carjacker's current position was.

Peter's sadness quickly turned to anger. He didn't know who this carjacker was and he didn't care. All he knew, he wanted him first and nothing was going to stop Spider-Man. After responding to her radio, she turned her attention back to Peter, "Alright, kid. Is there a home I can take you to?"

However, much to her shock, Peter was long gone...

Peter changed into his costume, and quickly went to the rooftops and swung down the streets to spot his Uncle's stolen car with the police in pursuit.

Spidey easily caught up with his Uncle's killer, landing on the hood and smashed through the window causing to the driver to go off course and crash into a wear house. The criminal quickly abandoned the car and broke into the wear house to avoid the police and Spidey.

The killer dashed in the darkness of the abandoned building as he gasped for breath, "What was that? How did he..."

Just then, heard someone breaking in, and landing on the wall above him. He looked up to see Spider-Man glaring at him. He quickly drew out his gun, "Who... What are you?! What do you want?!"

"Payback." Spidey growled as he continued on, "You stole the life from a good man. A man with a home and a family. AND YOU DID IT FOR HIS LOUSY CAR!"

The killer quickly pulled the trigger firing several shots at him. Spider-Man avoided every bullet as the criminal made a dash for the nearest exit. He'd rather deal with the police than that freak.

Much to his horror, Spider-Man landed in front of him blocking his escape, "Don't bother running. There's no place on Earth where you will be able to hide from me!"

The killer quickly aimed his gun at him again only for Spider-Man to web his gun and throw both him and his weapon crashing by a nearby wall. The criminal begged for his life, "Please! Don't hurt me!"

"Making a request?" Spider-Man slowly approached the criminal, who back up to a broken window, "Or quoting someone else from tonight?!"

"I didn't mean to..." He tried to explain.

However, Spider-Man was in no mode for listening as he grabbed him by his coat as the teenage boy yelled, "Save your excuses! All I want is to hear your screams!"

Spider-Man then slammed into the window causing it to break as light shines in the room giving Spider-Man a good look at the murderer's face. This caused him to pause, "That... That face... It's... OH NO! IT CAN'T BE!"

Unfortunately, as much he wished it was true, he knew the killer. It was the crook from before. The one he could've and should've stopped. Spider-Man realized if he had stopped him sooner, Uncle Ben would've been okay. Guilt came upon him as he whispered, "What have I done? Uncle Ben... I'm so sorry..."

The criminal once begged for his life, "Look! I'm sorry! Okay! No one was supposed to get hurt! Please don't drop me!"

"Sorry?! Ben Parker is dead! Sorry isn't going to bring him back! You seriously you think I'm going to let that slide!" Spider-Man glared as he told him, "I should drop you! Take what you took from Ben Parker!"

Spider-Man then let him go as the criminal screamed as he fell to the ground below. He closed his eyes and wait for the end... only for Spider-Man to catch with his webs. The murder looked up to the costumed teenager as he stated, "But he would never approve."

He then finally understood what his Uncle tried to teach him, "With great power, comes great responsibility."

The police moved in to arrest the killer before looking up to see Spider-Man. One of the officers turned to Yuri Watanabe, "So, we take him too? He is a masked vigilante."

Spider-Man then swung off before Yuri decided, "No. He did us a service. Besides, we got who we came for."

The other officer nodded as they freed the criminal from the webbing before arresting him for theft, carjacking, murder, and resisting arrest...

Peter went home to his Aunt and informed her of her husband's death. She broke down in tears as Peter comforted her. Days passed as Harry and MJ came to help comfort the long-time friend. Even Flash felt sorry for him even backed off him. The killer was sent off to prison for 25 years to life. That still didn't change the fact his Uncle was dead because of him and he would never forget what he could have done to save him.

However, he could still honor his memory. Do something with his powers that would make him proud the day he would see him again. He now knew that he was burdened with great power which came with a burden of responsibility. From now on he'd never look the other way again.

As time flew by people would call him many things. A hero. A menace. A protector. A criminal. An Avenger. A vigilante. Some of those things would be true and some of it was far from it. One thing everyone could agree on, he was the amazing, spectacular, New York's Friendly Neighborhood Spider-Man...

Years later back on Arendelle, the King and Queen were going out on an important meeting, or at least that's what the Kingdom was told. Truth was, they were going to look for answers to help Elsa control her powers. They couldn't bear to see either of their daughters to live like this.

A fifteen-year-old Anna ran across the hall to greet them farewell when she came across her sister's room. She stopped to stare at it before deciding against it. She had been rejected for so long, she didn't believe it would make much of a difference if she attempted to ask now.

She then went up to her parents' room and pulled them into a hug as she told them, "See you in two weeks!"

Agnarr and Iduna hugged back their youngest...

When they were ready to leave as their youngest turned in for the evening. By then, Elsa finally left her room to see her parents. She walked up to them before giving them a respectful bow as she feared human contact, worried she would hurt them. She looked up to them with worry, "Do you have to go?"

Her father reassured her, "You'll be fine, Elsa."

After all, they would be only gone few weeks. It's not like they were never coming back...

Unfortunately, fate had different plans. While out at sea, a storm came over them and the King and Queen were lost at sea. Everyone onboard their ship was presumed dead.

Arendelle mourned for their passing, but none more than their daughters. Anna left her castle for the service, while Elsa remained in her room as she always did.

After returning from the funeral, Anna walked up to her sister's door. She knocked lightly, "Elsa?" She frowned, "Please, I know you're in there~ People have been asking where you've been~"

"They say, "Have courage", and I'm trying to~ I'm right out here for you~ just let me in~" Anna sang as tears slide down her face. She turned away before sitting by the door, "We only have each other~ It's just you and me~ What are we gonna do~"

She then once again to her sister, "Do you wanna build a snowman~"

On the other side of the door, Elsa let down her own tears. She wished she could come out. Comfort each other. Mourn the loss of their parents. Even build that snowman like their childhood but she knew she couldn't. She couldn't bear to lose her sister as well. So there she would stay, at least until she became of age. Then she would be Queen of Arendelle, but she knew she would have to stay isolated for the rest of her days. Now she felt truly alone...

In the present, Peter Parker stood by the grave of his Uncle Ben and his more recently Aunt May. He had been Spider-Man for years now. He fought many supervillains and saved a lot of lives ever since becoming the defender of New York. He made allies with the police. He even became an Avenger.

However, after finally taking down the Kingpin his most difficult challenge happened yet. Aunt May had been working with FEAST when Martian Li's rose as Mr. Negative to seek revenge on the former Mayor Norman Osborn. His terrorist gang, the Demons, planned to do it by stealing an experimental treatment meant for Harry. GR-27. In its current state, it was a bioweapon called Devil's Breath. Spider-Man managed to stop him but Jefferson Davis died before he knew who was behind this. Not only that, his old mentor and friend Otto Octavius, was driven mad due to the neural interface they created for the arms they also created.

His hatred caused him to steal Devil's Breath and release it upon the city and released Spider-Man's most dangerous foes. Vulture, Electro, Rhino, Scorpion, even Li. All of this to spite Norman Osborn.

His response was to hire Sable International, to stop them by any means necessary, and arrest Spider-Man. However, with the aid of Police Captain Yuri Watanabe, Miles Morales, his ex-girlfriend Mary Jane Watson, and even Silver Sable, he defeated each of the supervillains and his ex-mentor and get the antidote from him. However, it came at a price.

Aunt May caught the virus and she wasn't able to make it long enough to make more of the antiserum. If Peter gave it to her then, then there wouldn't be enough for everyone else. Peter had to make a hard choice. The life of one or the lives of many.

Before she died, May revealed that she knew his secret and was proud of all the things he did as both Peter Parker and Spider-Man. She trusted him to make the right choice and he did, despite temptation.

Peter smiled as he looked upon the graves of the man and woman who raised him, "Hey, Uncle Ben, Aunt May. It's been a while I know. Doing my best to make you proud. A lot has happened since New York opened back up. Miles got powers similar to mine and he's even saved Harlem recently. He's doing well as the other Spider-Man."

He turned to his Aunt's grave, "Sorry to tell you this but things did not work out between me and MJ. I know you wanted us to be together but... we're off better as friends. I'll find love one day. Hopefully, one you both can approve of."

Spider-Man then looked back to the both of them, "Yuri's hasn't been doing so well since Hammerhead though. I hope I can find her before she does anything else she'll end up regretting."

Just then, he heard police sirens, as he sighed, "I guess I'm needed," He turned to leave but not without saying, "I miss both of you. Love you."

Spider-Man then shot out a web and swung towards the danger. After everything that's happened the past few months, he believes he can handle just about anything...

"Weeks later, Doom had mastered the Magics that would allow him to travel to other worlds along with the control of his new minions. The Heartless. Creatures are born from the darkness within people's hearts."

"They would be needed for his conquest to control this Kingdom Hearts. Gathering the Princesses would not be an easy task. He needed allies. Not those foolish excuses for villains on Earth. He needed true Masters of Evil! He came across a witch, who claimed herself to be the Mistress of All Evil. She wanted the same power Doom wanted. She offered a truce to gain the power of Kingdom Hearts... in exchange for his service to her. There's even a few timelines where he agrees to work with her, however, in this timeline..." The Watcher looked down to the ruler of Latveria.

"Doom serves no one!" Doctor Doom told the dark fairy.

"He would not allow this witch to rule over what he believed was rightfully his. After a long battle, Maleficent fell and Doom stood triumphant."

Her lackey backed up to a corner as the ruler of Latveria walked through the flames. The big cat pleaded, "Please don't hurt me! I only did what she said because she busted me out! I'll do anything! Please!"

Doom looked down to the huge pleading cat, thinking for a moment before asking, "Your name?"

"Huh?" The cat turned to him, "Um... It's Pete."

Dr. Doom was silent for a moment before admitting, "You may have some use to me, Pete."

Pete sighed in relief, "Oh, thank you! Thank you! You ever need anything! You just say the word!"

"Did your former Mistress have any allies I could use?" Doom asked.

Pete nodded as he pulled out a bunch of files, "Yes, sir! She was actually about to send me to get them to recruit them on her behalf when you showed up!"

He handed the files to Doom. His new master took them and look over there carefully. After some time he admitted, "Hmmm... some will suffice but Doom can do better!"

He took three of the files while tossing the others aside, before opening a portal. He ordered Pete, "Come with me, and together, we shall form true Masters of Evil and the worlds shall be mine to rule."

With that, Dr. Doom and Pete left to recruit the others. Doom didn't believe in what he was planning could possibly fail, after all, who would be foolish enough to stop him now...

"And now we turn to our eyes to the present, to where the future Keyblader sleeps unaware of the events to come..." The Watcher gazed his eyes to a certain peaceful world.

Months later, a teenage boy woke up on the shores of the Destiny Islands. He had just had the strangest dream. He went through a series of trails of some short, fought a bunch of monsters, and he was the one who was supposed to open the door. What door? What was that place?

He yawned before lying back down to rest when he saw a red girl lean over him. He gasped in shock, "Whoa!" He then sat up as she giggled. He sighed, "Give me a break Kairi."

"Sora, you lazy bum!" Kairi smirked as she kept her hands behind her back, "I knew I'd find you snoozing out here."

"No!" Sora objected. "This huge, black THING swallowed me up! I couldn't breathe, I couldn't...!" With that Kairi knocked him playfully on the head, "Ow!"

She smirked, "Are you still dreaming?"

"It wasn't a dream!" He denied before rethinking, "Or was it a dream? I don't know." He thought out loud, "What was that place? So bizarre..."

Kairi shrugged as she walked closer to the water, "Yeah, sure!"

Sora then decided to change the subject, "Say Kairi, what was your hometown like? You know, where you grew up."

Kairi smiled as she looked towards the ocean, "I've told you before. I don't remember."

Sora raised an eyebrow, "Nothing at all?"

The red-headed nodded, "Nothing."

"You ever want to go back?" He asked her.

Kairi considered the question before replying, "Well I'm happy here."

Sora tilted his head, "Really?"

"But you know..." She held her gaze to the ocean as she admitted, "I wouldn't mind going to see it."

Sora smiled with excitement, "I'd like to see it too! Along with any other worlds out there! I wanna see 'em all!"

Kairi turned towards him and grinned, "So what are we waiting for?"

"Hey," Someone called, stepping forward he asked. "Aren't you guys forgetting about me?"

Both Sora and Kairi turned around to see Riku holding a log for the raft they were building. Or more accurately, Riku was building. "So, I guess I'm the only one working on the raft." He swung the log to the unsuspecting Sora who fell on the ground trying to catch it and walked towards Kairi, "And you're just as lazy as he is."

"So you noticed," Kairi giggled before deciding, "Okay, we'll finish together."

Riku plopped down next to Sora, who sat back up after setting the log aside. Kairi then pointed her finger out as she told them, "I'll race you!"

"Huh?" Sora turned to Kairi in disbelief.

Riku also complained as he just sat down, "What? Are you kidding?"

"Ready?" Kairi ignored their complaints, "Go!"

Within moments, both teenage boys stood up and raced back towards the raft. They could never resist a challenge against one another. Especially now these days when Kairi was involved.

Sora and Riku ran neck to neck, each trying to get the upper hand in the race. Kairi laughed happily as ran just behind her two best friends. Unaware to the trio, the man in the black coat watched as the events played out. He turned to the spiky-haired boy as he muttered, "May your heart be your guiding key."

And that will conclude the special sneak preview in this case the prologue to this story. Yes, Doctor Doom takes on Maleficent's role in the Kingdom Hearts series. Let's face it, his ego wouldn't let someone like Maleficent tell him what to do. And he's keeping some of the villains of the first game around but will be seeking villains that haven't been seen in the first game or have yet to appear in the series itself. Will any Spidey villains appear as well, time will only tell.

And we've got a rough history of the lives of Spider-Man and Elsa. Elsa's history as of right now is the exact same as the Frozen plot and Spidey's history will be based on the current Marvel's Spider-Man series. Really looking forward to the sequel in 2023! :D

And of course, there's our favorite Keybearer Sora. His life remains the same but in this timeline, he won't meet Donald and Goofy until much later. How and why? You'll have to stick around and see for yourself. But as I've said I will be going back to the Frozen Journey, finish it as well as one additional story before starting a new one. Could be this one if you like it. If you do, then go to my current poll and vote for it if you haven't already. Also, be sure to fav. and follow this story so when I do go into this story, you'll know when the next chapter is.

I have so many ideas going into this story, I already have the world plan for the events of KH1 but if there is a world you'd like to see in this What if...? Kingdom Hearts adventure be sure to leave it in the reviews as well as what you hope to see in this. Anyways see you in the next update!
