Chapter 6: Meeting friends

Jason knocked on the door. He heard footsteps coming toward the door. It opened up to reveal Ruby, Scarlet's mother.

Ruby: "Oh Good morning Jason"

Jason: "And a morning to you too, are Scarlet and Freddy in?"

Ruby: "Well yes, they are waiting for you. Come in"

He walks up to Scarlet's room, where the duo were waiting.

Ruby calls out: "Can I get a drink for you Jason?"

Jason: "Yes please that would be lovely, do you have lemonade?"

Ruby: "Yes I do. Let me get one for you"

Freddy and Scarlet were talking to each other until Jason opens the door.

Scarlet and Freddy: "Hey Jason"

Jason: "Hello"

Freddy: "Scarlet and I were talking about of how you saved a wolf out there"

Jason: "I sure did, some poor girl was tied up and I had to help her out, better then having her with the Hunters.

Freddy: "I bet she would have appreciated it."

Jason: "I assume so but she just smiled and ran off"

Freddy: "Strange but on another note, I planned that today we are going to meet up with my friends"

Jason smiled: "Excellent and what shall we be doing?"

Freddy: "The group are going to be getting some ice cream, again. Then walk around the town and talk"

Jason: "I was hoping for something more amusing then just good old ice cream. Anywho what time we going to meet?"

Freddy: "Well I'm sorry to disappoint you but there not much to do in this town really. We will meet in the afternoon"

Jason: "Sure. I just picked the chip, with any luck we'll have the Wilderwolves meeting on tape"

Freddy: "let's hope you get lucky this time"

Jason: "I better hope so"

Scarlet: "Well it's a good time now to get on your laptop and get it done"

Jason: "Right on"

Ruby arrived carrying a glass of lemonade

Ruby: "Jason"

He turned around and took the drink from her.

Jason: "Thanks Ruby"

Ruby: "Your welcome"

Ruby turned and left. Taking a sip from his drink. He went to his laptop and started getting to work

Jason: "If I don't talk that much, It's because I'm working on something or I've got nothing on my mind"

Scarlet: "You're alright Jason. We know you're the audio wizard, it's better that you focus"

Jason winked, return to the screen and pluged in his micro chip to look through the audio file.

Fifteen minutes later

Jason was on his own when he finally found the evidence he was looking for. The recording contained a conversation between the Wilderwolves.

Jason whispered: "Oh my god"

Alpha one: "We have failed to take over Milford, when those mutts laid us down. We will strike again, we will be stronger and will not yield until they fell down"

Jason continued listening

Alpha one: "Now is the time to act, we gave them softness but now its going to be blood. Anyone that gets in our way will be put to death. We will use the same plan with some changes"

Last night when the meeting was on

Six members of the Wilderwolves pack were gathered, listening to their leader. Alpha one was clocked in his black hooded coat. His red glowing eyes piercing through the dark.

Alpha one: "I have devised changes that will vanquish the mutts"

All the wolves growled and howled to cheer on their leader. As the noise die down, a member of the pack asked

Wilderwolf 1: "My lord, may I make a suggestion?"

Alpha one: "Yes?"

Wilderwolf 1: "Why don't we ambush them ourselves?"

Alpha one: "That's the idea, but we have to be stealthy. We don't want them to sniff us out"

Wilderwolf 2: "Lord while we deal with the night patrollers inside their HQ, why don't we take someone hostage?"

Alpha one: "Like who?"

Wilderwolf 2: "Like the kids that joined the fight, or even the leader?"

This got the Alpha one thinking. Taking someone hostage could be useful to get them inside HQ, to distract the wolves or threaten them.

Alpha one: "Let me hold on to that. It seem it could be useful to take someone but also hard to execute. Good thinking"

Wilderwolf 2: "Thank you my lord"

Wilderwolf 3: "My lord one of our followers are missing, should we be concerned that they haven't shown up?"

Alpha one: "I can see that but he should be fine, we will find him when we leave"

With this the Alpha one stands up on his hind legs and spread his arms

Alpha one: "Warriors, tonight has not been long enough to discuss the entire plan so we will meet each other again in three moons. Go along"

And with that the followers left the meeting with the Alpha one leaving last

Present

Jason continued listening to the audio file to see if there were any more recording that caught the wolf pack but there was nothing.

He edited the audio file so that it contained just the conversation between the wilderwolves. Once completed, he downloaded it to his phone and sent it to Flasheart. Jason shut down his laptop, went straight to the kitchen and put his glass in the sink.

Jason felt his phone get a text message, it was a text message from Flasheart

Flasheart: "I saw the file you sent me but I haven't listen to it yet, when you are free be sure to give me a call and we can talk"

Jason returned to Scarlet's room and started called Flasheart. Flasheart picked up in just four seconds

Flasheart: "Jason"

Jason: "Yes, it's a good time to start talking about our meeting and the Wilders plans"

Flasheart: "We going to discuss them, what did you get while you were editing?"

Jason: "To get straight to the facts. The Alpha one went easy on you during the first ambush. This time he going for blood."

Flasheart: "I see. What else did you get from the recording?"

Jason: "They are planning to use the same strategy. However, this time they will be more aggressive. They plan to kill your members and take a young student hostage"

Flasheart was shocked, Jason continued

Jason: "Anyway. One of the Wilders mentioned a missing follower. By now they may be aware that you captured him. They could be planning to break him out"

Flasheart: "The HQ is more secure then you think. The prisoner won't escape when they try to break in again"

Jason: "what if they breach HQ again?"

Flasheart: "We will make a plan for that. Nicely done on getting the recording. Lets talk about the meeting that is being held tonight, everyone is expecting you to be there"

Jason said pleasingly: "Let's cut to that, where shall we meet?"

Flasheart: "Just my house around 8:30 PM"

Jason: "You mean your three story house, I will be there"

Flasheart a bit surprised: "Ok, I will see you tonight"

Jason: "You too, have a good afternoon"

With that done Jason walks out of the room and heads to the lounge room to see that Freddy and Scarlet were watching TV, music videos that were shown, so Jason got their attention

Jason: "Hey"

Both Freddy and Scarlet looked at him and replied

Freddy and Scarlet: "Yes?"

Jason: "I've got good news"

Freddy: "what is it?"

Jason: "I got the Wilders on record and had a phone call from your father about a pack meeting. They are hosting it tonight and have invited me to it"

The duo got up from their seats and looked at Jason proudly

Jason: "I sent him the file for the meeting"

Scarlet: "That sound good Jason, where are you going to meet him?"

Jason: "Flash wants me at his place by 8:30, the pack will be waiting to hear my crackin words"

Freddy looked surprise and said: "At my house! I might be able to join the meeting with you"

Jason: "You're the son of the leader, you may be able to join unless Flasheart minds having you around"

Freddy: "I'm sure he will allow me"

Scarlet asked: "So what did you find in the recording?"

Jason: "A leader who calls himself the "Alpha one" was explaining his plan to take over the town. He is using the same plan as last time but with some changes. During their last strike the Wilders went soft on the night patrollers. Upon reflection they decided that on their next strike, they're going to be spilling blood"

Scarlet stared blankly in shock: "So he's going to kill them"

Jason: "Indeed, the shits even decided to take someone hostage if things get real ugly. So the night patrol better play smart to help that person escape if they need too"

Freddy started feeling more anxious and concerned then he had before about the Wilderswolves attack. He thought about his father, close friends and loved ones. If one of them was in that position, they could lose their life to the Wilderwolves. He tried to shake these thoughts off and forget about them

Flashback

Flasheart was in his room talking to Freddy about Scarlet, and about how he wasn't in the previous meeting.

Flasheart: "I was told that you were still hanging with this girl and that your own uncle kicked you out of the academy for it?"

Freddy: "Yes, It happened because I had a strong curiosity about her. I saw her when Batty was recording me to show the pack that I could prove myself"

Flasheart: "Maybe it wasn't your best idea son"

Freddy: "I know dad but without doing it she wouldn't understand and wouldn't have helped us"

Flasheart: "Really?"

Freddy: "Yes, she believed that we were cursed. Her grandmother told her that because that's what she believes. Scarlet knew about us since she was younger. She heard something was running around the streets while trying to sleep. As she grew a bit older like me, Scarlet was in a camping site with her parents sleeping, and had the same experience. This time she saw it, that's when it all started"

Flasheart sighed from hearing the story. he didn't blame Scarlet for what she was made to believe but, he still didn't know her well enough.

Flasheart: "Freedy, if I was in charge I would let you go to see her. But at the same time I'm also concerned that you would put yourself at risk. I also don't know her"

Freddy: "I understand. I know you don't know her as well as I do dad. Scarlet wouldn't do anything behind my back after hearing the truth"

Flasheart paused: "Still Freddy… I just thought that Scarlet is not much of a problem. Rather it's her parents that I'm worried about"

Freddy: "Her parents won't find out that she with us"

Flasheart: "There are still chances that her parents can catch her being involved with us. And you know what happens when she does?"

Freddy: "What happens?"

Flasheart: "They will ask her questions and we will be tracked down"

Freddy was quiet. Flasheart asked: "Son. What do you know about the hunters?"

Freddy answered: "Scarlet had a map with the locations of sightings of us. And her parents too."

Freddy added sarcastically: "They've also got their 'high tech' goodies"

Freddy continued: "On the night I was being captured…"

Flasheart was hiding his concern from the story and calmly asked: "Did you destroy the map while you were there?"

Freddy: "I made sure it was in pieces"

Flasheart sighed with relief

Freddy: "Scarlet then helped me escape and saw me change"

Flasheart took in everything his son has explained and did some thinking, before answering: "If you're going to be around with Scarlet, think smart. Try to avoid looking suspicious when you and Scarlet are with the hunters"

Freddy: "I will"

Flasheart: "Make sure she keeps it as a secret between you, her and us"

Freddy: "She wouldn't even say a single word about us dad"

Flasheart: "Ok, I trust that you will be responsible. If you know something isn't right, don't be shy to speak to me about it"

Freddy: "Thank you dad"

Flasheart, changing the topic: "You're welcome son. So when will you be seeing Jason?"

Freddy: "Tomorrow, me and Scarlet will be hanging out with him. We are going to be continuing helping him with his tasks"

Flasheart: "I need you to do something for me while you're with him. If you do find something suspicious with Jason, can you make sure to tell me?"

Freddy: "Why are you asking?"

Flasheart: "Because I want to make sure that he isn't hiding something he doesn't want us to know"

Freddy paused before replying: "I don't believe he is the type of guy who would attempt to hide something, so?"

Flasheart gives a smile as he answered: "Just in case he does son. So we can be aware of what he is hiding, that might come back to bite us"

Flasheart and Freddy hugged each other. Freddy then left the room

Back to Present

Scarlet: "We will be leaving in two hours, so we can sit down and watch something while we wait"

So both Jason and Scarlet took a seat on the lounge. Freddy on the other hand had a flashback to his discusion with his father. Returning back to reality, Freddy saw his friends were watching TV, so he took a seat.

Inside the Academy's library, the seven students were reading their books while Ric was doing his own thing. Out of earshot, Batty started a conversation

Batty: "So what you are guys reading?"

Aggie: "I'm reading about the history of Wilderwovles"

Kitty: "I'm looking at new kung fu moves"

Omar: "Looking at beautiful plants and flowers"

Winslow: "Wendy and I are going page by page through human biology"

Ivan: "Religion"

The room was silent for a few seconds until Aggie asked Batty

Aggie: "Do you remember when we busted into Scarlet's place and we tied up the Hunters?"

Batty: "Yeah?"

Ivan puts the book down and joins the conversation

Ivan: "What about when I was the leader and we roam around the streets. You know how we were trying to find something we could use to get rid of the flees?"

Kitty: "You genius were embarrassing, you didn't even know what you were doing"

Ivan: "No i wasn't, I knew what I was doing for the team..."

Batty giggles as Winslow pointed out

Winslow: "I agree with Kitty. We were not making any progress"

Ivan sarcastically reply: "Oh 'No progress' whatever"

Winslow looked at Batty: "Not until you and Freddy bumped into us with the Fleaminator"

Ivan: "It's not like the Fleaminator stoped us from being captured by the dog catchers"

Batty: "If you let me carried the Fleaminator you guys would've been fine"

Ivan: "Still..."

Batty: "Still doesn't mean you should run back to the academy like nothing bad is gotta happen"

Ivan: "It's not like we ran in the road and everyone saw us"

Batty: "Umm hello?… The shadows?"

Ivan said bothered: "Fine but we still got rid of the flees"

Omar: "Do you remember when we had to do a school play, and the pack tuned wild?"

Wendy: "Oh yes that was intense. The teachers and parents that turned into savage wolves"

Kitty: "Like killer wolves"

Wendy: "Thankfully we were not like them"

Batty: "Otherwise Freddy and I would've had to deal with you. It wouldn't have been as much fun if you had turned"

Wendy agreed: "Yea"

Winslow chuckles quietly: "Naughty wolves"

Ric got the attention of the students. The seven made eye contact and listened

Ric started: "Are you seven reading?"

They remind quite for a few seconds with Batty saying: "Yes?"

Ric said cheekily: "Come on young lady, you guys were having a friendly chat. Weren't you?"

Batty blushing: "No we weren't?"

Ric chuckles and replies back teasingly: "Come on, Get back to reading you seven. If I see you still talking, It's detention"

The group laughed

Ivan: "That's our new principal"

One hour and Forty five minutes later

Inside the ice cream store, the seven students were waiting for Freddy and Scarlet to show up so they could get started. They sat in the booths, one booth with Batty, Kitty, Aggie and Wendy. The other had Winslow, Ivan and Omar. Sometime later, they heard the doors open up to reveal Freddy, Scarlet and another person. He wore a yellow shirt with jeans and black shoes as he walked confidently into the store taking his shades off. The seven wondered who this new guy was. Freddy walked up to them and started greeting

Freddy: "Hey guys"

They said: "Hey Freddy" standing up from their seats to greetings Scarlet and Freddy using body contact.

Freddy made the introduction: "Guys, I want you to meet Jason"

They looked from him to Jason

Jason: "Hey"

Freddy continues: "We met each other after Scarlet got a phone call from him. Jason wanted to see me because he wants to help the pack with Wilderwolves. So yeah, he knows about us"

Freddy moved closer to his friends and introduced them one by one

Freddy: "This is Agatha, Kitty, Ivan, Winslow, Omar, Batty and Wendy"

Jason shook their hands and then the group got their ice creams. Outside the store, Jason put his shades back on as the group walked around the town eating and talking

Omar: "How did you know about the pack?"

Jason: "I had been watching. When the night patrol were trying to deal with the Wilderwolves and the Hunters, that's cause me to come this town and try to get involved"

Omar: "What do you mean you were watching?"

Jason: "I wish I could answer that, but it's not the right time."

Aggie: "So if you know about our pack, how much do you know about the Hunters and the Wilders?"

Jason: "Enough to take action. If you want to know more, I can give you some examples of what I know about those two"

Aggie: "Ok so what do you know about the Wilders?"

Jason: "The Wilders, I know that Cherry left the pack to joined the Wilders because she wasn't happy about the way the pack treated her. Do you remember that?"

Aggie: "Yeah I do, what about the Hunters?"

Jason: "The Hunters ambushed you because of one phone call. The Wilders called them pretending to be survivors of a wolf attack. Which was apart of their plan to get the Hunters to attack you"

The others looked at him with surprise.

Aggie: "Really?"

Jason: "Oh yeah, they did that to distract the night patrollers while they took over the HQ"

Freddy: "Don't you mean the Wolf rock?"

Jason: "Yes. Wolf rock or HQ, I just call it HQ"

Jason changes the topic as he jokingly said: "Taking about the Hunters, Scarlet; Those two egocentric bastards sure love taking the piss"

Scarlets laughs a bit

Jason: "So guys tell me, What do you think of the academy?"

Omar: "I think it's good but it depends on what we are doing"

Kitty: "it's ok"

Aggie: "Well like Omar said, if we get to do things that we enjoy doing, then the academy to itself is fun"

Winslow: "I say it's ok"

Wendy: "Same here"

Ivan: "It's just like any other school. Schools are boring"

Batty: "The academy was like… New. I mean, meeting new people and learning stuff is, kind of entertaining"

Freddy: "I like the school but at times following the rules can be hard"

Jason: "Good to hear"

Jason took a lick from his ice cream and then he said

Jason: "So other then school work, what do you guys do for entertainment?"

Ivan: "Watching my views go sky high"

Batty: "Playing and hanging out with my friends"

Freddy: "Listening to the Doom wolves, I'm a big fan of them"

Ivan being a smartass: "Well I'm a fan too Poodle"

Before Freddy could respond, Jason said to Ivan: "Shut the hell up smartass"

Ivan looking disconcerted, Jason continued : "We were in the middle of our conversation"

Omar getting the conversation back on track: "I like playing games"

Jason: "Ah Games, I'm the same"

Aggie: "I have always been into computers"

Kitty: "Watching videos and learning hand to hand combat"

The others took a bite from their ice creams and then Omar asked Jason

Omar: "So what types of games do you play?"

Jason: "The good old first person shooters"

Omar: "I don't play them, I just do puzzling and platforming"

Jason: "You're an old school player I guess?"

Kitty changing the topic: "I hate to change the topic but who know the history of the first Werewolf?"

The others didn't know the story but Freddy and Aggie did.

Freddy: "Yes. Harlin Lupin was a Hunter that was struck by a moonstone and became the first wolf"

Kitty: "I read about it before. I don't remember heaps but I remember it said something about how Harlin went into hiding and was seeking answers from the villagers?"

Aggie: "I read that part before"

Kitty: "So Yeah, he got some answers and advices from the village. He started learning to live his life with his new ability. Harlin would come out at night and use his abilities to seek justice and peace for his village while in his wolf form. Harlin had to understand his abilities on his own"

Freddy: "Wait, Harlin had to learn everything by himself?"

Kitty: "Yep. With no one else having any further knowledge, it took Harlin a number of years to seek out the answers to his questions on his own"

Freddy: "So how did he ask the villagers without raising suspicion?. Also wasn't he married too with children?"

Aggie: "Of course he was, Harlin wouldn't even resist the idea of not telling his wife about his powers. He didn't need to ask much people about his little problem, Harlin just asked a few question and pretty much it"

Listening to the story, Jason realised that the rules in this dimension were different to his understanding of how werewolf are formed. His understanding was that werewolves are formed by people being cursed or when they are bitten or clawed by a werewolf. However, this dimension appears to have different rules.

Jason thought: "Everything is just plain bullshit. That ain't how werewolf are formed. I don't have much knowledge about werewolves but I'm damn sure that this story does not join up. This dimension sure does plays by it's own rules"

Jason said to everyone: "You know that a person cannot be a werewolf unless they were cursed, bitten or scratched by a werewolf. If a person was to be transformed into a werewolf right now, they wouldn't be able to control themselves. Their memories would be erased and their brain would be replaced by a wild wolf"

The ten of them stopped walking and stared at Jason dumbfounded.

Freddy asked: "Umm, Is that what people believe? Do they think we don't have any brains? That's a shame"

Jason: "Werewolves don't have the same abilities as your pack. Those types of wolves spread fear and death to their own communities. Breaking the curse or killing them are the only options to prevent further issues. Wilders don't even compare to their level of threat. Their attacks are brutal and they eat their prey from flesh to bone"

Omar shook with fear while the others felt disgusted

Scarlet added: "That's why my parents are hunters"

Freddy: "Or could there be a another reason, why else would they be hunting?"

Jason said while pointing at Freddy: "All I can say is that they are hunting for one purpose, and one purpose only. Werewolves are judged as evil and damned. Explaining why a bunch of hunters from this town would join with the Jagger's to put someone like you and the Wilder's on their hunting list"

Freddy nodded

Aggie feeling sick to her stomach: "Ew. Why such a thing?!"

Jason: "Batty?"

Batty: "Yeah?"

Jason: "Let me jog your memory, when you told Freddy about the werewolves on the night that you and Freddy were looking for the ice cream man?"

Batty: "Of course, what about it?"

Jason: "Do you still remember the words you used?"

Batty thought about it before answering: "I can remember a little bit, why do you ask?"

Jason hold his chuckle before saying: "So we can hear how you expressed those lines"

The group stopped walking and stared at Batty. Slowly recalling the words, Batty sighed and repeated them as only as she could: "Werewolves run around at night 'pretending' to help people. But they're really stone…cold….Psychos! Who sacrifice puppies to their MOON god!"

Jason started chuckling hard, he couldn't handle how funny he found it, this cause some of the other to join in the laugher as well.

Jason said while chuckling: "Jesus Christ. The puppies part got me the most, just the way you said it. Oh god Batty"

Batty was now blushing, was trying to spit out the words: "Uh… Uh… We were made to believe that is how werewolves were….."

Kitty chuckling: "Babbies getting slaughted for the moon spirits? What kind of a hoax is that!?"

As the laugher started to dies down, Jason said: "I've take both credits for the laugher. Your expression and innocents bats it gave me some good chuckles. Moving on to Scarlet"

Scarlet: "what's up?"

Jason: "Your turn. The night you caught Freddy and the wolves broke into your house to bust him out"

Scarlet: "Let me guess…?"

Jason: "Who were those wolves?. Look at the group, and you tell me who they are?"

The group stared at Jason and Scarlet

Scarlet: "Oh! It was you guys?"

Aggie: "You are correct, it was us"

Ivan: "The pros were here, Hunter. We get things done paw to paw. Hey I just realised something…"

Ivan asked Jason a question

Ivan: "Do you think helping the pack is even worth it? You know we are doing ok."

Jason: "I believe that the pack is doing just fine. I have my own reasons to support them. I'm capable of doing things that you cannot do and I'm seeking to do things in different ways"

Ivan teases: "Planning to get things done differently? Please! How are you even going to deal with the big size beasts?"

Jason: "I don't need to fight, I get the information and give it to Flasheart"

Ivan started laughing after saying: "Oh so your not gotta fight them, your going to give him the information about the shady plans and meetings of the Wilders?"

Jason smiled and showed no signs of anger. If Jason's plans didn't work, he had always something up his sleeve.

Ivan calms down before continuing: "So Jason, what are you gonna do if your great plan doesn't work?"

Jason: "If it doesn't, I may have to play things hard"

Ivan mocking: "Really? Such a smart boy"

Before Jason could say something smart, Batty annoyed at Ivan continually mocking her new friend, called out angrily: "Don't even start fancy pants"

Ivan stare at Batty teasingly before looking back at Jason normally: "Fine, I will leave you be"

Jason flips off Ivan with a cheeky smile before commenting to the group: "Speaking of Ivan the snake, I also have something to say"

Jason looked at Aggie: "Aggie, the nerdy girl. Your clothing reminds of the hippies from the 70s"

Aggie smiling: "Thanks, I kind of do look like one"

Jason looked at Kitty: "Kitty, you could be someone wanting to get into activities like the night patrol but you also seem to be more into combat. You could be an interesting person to talk to"

Kitty nods her head

Jason looks at Batty: "Batty, the street smart girl of Milford. You deserved so much better than being dumped by the pet store when no customers wanted to buy you and becoming homeless. Years later, you met a pink poodle that you helped out. From there, you were given the opportunity to choose between living with this friend or continuing to live on the streets, so you pick a choice of great adventures with the werewolves, and a home too. Let that be a moment you went through and be grateful for what you have chosen"

Batty: "I'm appreciative that Freddy and his family were willing to let me to stay at their place. I had never felt as thankful as I did on that day"

Jason looked at Winslow and Wendy: "Ivan's henchmans? Classic."

Jason looked at Omar: "A man of a strong heart and sensitive feelings. People like you can spread kindness, trust and love to others."

Jason looks at Ivan: "The guy who was born from a rich family. I remember when you bullied Freddy and Aggie, I call that a dick move. You may think your the king and better then all of the others but you've not even got the balls to do some things"

Jason took another bite from his ice cream while Batty, Kitty, Omar and Scarlet were finishing up their's.

The group arrived at a park with a Ferris wheel.

Aggie: "So are we getting on the Ferris wheel?"

Freddy: "Yes we are"

The ten went to the front of the counter and payed. The carts had five seats each so they split up into two groups. One group was Jason, Freddy, Scarlet, Aggie and Kitty. In the other cart was Ivan, Winslow, Wendy, Batty and Omar.

As the Ferris wheel spun slowly, the first group discussed various topics while the other group discussed the Doom wolves.

Scarlet: "So if your pack are all werewolves and so are the others, how did they connect with other families? is it like a community?"

Kitty: "We have other families that are a part of our community but I don't how how they originally joined together. I will have to find out when I do some more reading"

Jason: "If there weren't any other werewolves before Harlin then how was it possible to build a pack community of other wolves. Or can I guess that Harlin got on well with his friends and he gave them the moonstone to let them have their fang. However, how could he guarantee that they would get married and create a family?"

Freddy: "That's a good point, when Harlin first started making his pack he knew that he would need to create more bloodlines for the pack to survive. To achieve his legacy, he turn his friends into wolves. They in turn, turned their closet friends and then they all got married and had children to continue the bloodlines. So if it wasn't for Harlin, none of the families would be here right now but my own"

Aggie: "I guess they have been doing this for centuries since medieval times"

In the other cart, Ivan and the others were talking about the Doom wolves

Ivan: "So they are doing another concert and I would love to see them again up close"

Batty: "Yeah like how you and Freddy got trapped underground"

Ivan: "What?. We were not trapped!"

Batty: "Then why were you with the band when the platform rose to the stage?"

Ivan stared blankly at Batty

Winslow: "What was the scary temple like? did it have traps, did it have bats, did it have writings?"

Ivan swing his head to the side in annoyance: "It was a large temple with floors covered in symbols, you have to spell the letter correctly which raises the floors and a door and in pressing the wrong button brings out the traps and the door starts slowly closing. Happy?"

Batty: "Woah"

Winslow: "So thats why it took so long for band to show up"

Wendy: "But hey we should be proud that you two and the band made it out alive"

Ivan: "Yes yes we're ok. I would love to get up close to them again"

After few minutes of the group enjoying the ride and socialising, the group got off the Ferris wheel. The employee came to unlock the doors of the carts and let the group leave.

Employee: "Thank you for riding"

The group headed back to town to find something else to do unaware of a figure in the distance spying on them.

Few hours later

As the sun slipped below the horizon, the group were leaving the cinema. They were talking about the film they had just watched and how it had good reviews.

Jason remembering the meeting: "I almost forgot to tell you something, I'm am having a meeting with the pack"

Kitty said with disbelief : "Shut up"

Jason: "No bullshit. I get to meet the rest of the pack"

Everyone but Freddy and Scarlet were surprised.

Freddy seeing that it was getting late: "It's getting late and I have to head back home. This was great"

Omar: "Thank you for inviting us"

Freddy: "Your welcome"

Aggie: "It was a pleasure meeting you Jason"

Jason: "You too"

Kitty: "and mine"

Freddy: "See you guys"

Jason smiled at his new friends as he followed Freddy back home
