A love in time 21

"The two of you have caused quite a ruckus in my home," Orochimaru hummed, his back turned as he continued with his experiment without care. "I never expected Sarutobi-sensei to raise a rabid dog. It's as if he was raising his replacement,"
"Why didn't you run?" Naruto appeared out of the shadows with Kakashi beside her. They were covered in blood. Deciding to kill all the mutated experiments and those who assisted Orochimaru. She ignored Kabuto who protected Orochimaru's back. Naruto remembered his face - a traitor. "You had the chance,"
"I'm curious," Orochimaru finally turned to face his unwelcomed guests. "Your bloodlust that day was divine ~" His tongue snaked out of his mouth. The blonde woman was facing him bravely. Not a trace of discomfort or hate in her eyes. It told Orochimaru all he needed, "It's a shame you haven't come here to kill me today. I would love to smell that scent from you,"
"Orochimaru-sama," Kabuto warned with worry as Orochimaru walked in front of him. One look from his Master had Kabuto silent.
"You need my assistance, little one," Orochimaru was sure. He was confident in his thoughts. "My services aren't cheap,"
"I heard you're obsessed with immortality," Naruto started firmly, holding her arm out, and said, "I have the blood of an Old God flowing through my veins. Takeminakata-sama to be specific," She saw Orochimaru's snake eyes glow in interest, "If you can tell me how to successfully kill a god then I will supply you with my blood whenever you wish. I'll give you 100mLs as a deposit and for you to verify my claims,"
"Naruto," This time it was Kakashi speaking up. Warning her of her ridiculous plan.
"The God of wind, water, and agriculture," Orochimaru hissed, moving closer to Naruto to grab her arm with his withered hand. "A patron of hunting and war," Suddenly, fangs appeared and he was quick to bite Naruto's wrist. He maintained eye contact but she was unbothered as he tasted her blood. Pulling back, he dropped her arm and licked the remnants of her blood off his lips. He could taste it clearly. It was pure with a slight tangy thickness and the smell of copper trying to hide the refreshing bright scent. There was power in her blood that made Orochimaru excited.
"You definitely took at least 10mLs there," Naruto replied dryly. Her wounds already healed as he wiped the blood onto her clothes. "You have 90mLs left. Do we have a deal?"
"Jiraiya doesn't know you're with me?"
"He probably has an idea of where I am. Jiraiya knows I'm looking for you," Naruto shrugged her shoulders, "Do we have a deal?"
"Your request isn't difficult." Orochimaru nodded, "Tell me, what do you know of the Uzumaki annihilation during the Second Ninja War?"
Naruto forced her body to relax, "Three of the Great Nations band together to destroy Uzushiogakure. They feared the Uzumaki clan's fuinjutsu and their longevity. It took weeks before Uzushio fell to the enemies." She eyed Kabuto when he approached her with a needle. Sighing, she held her arm out as Kakashi moved closer to her. Ready to defend her at a moment's notice.
"The Uzumaki had long lives. The longest know Uzumaki lived until 182 years old. Their history was told orally - never written down." Orochimaru spoke, "Not only were the Uzumaki difficult to kill, but there was also an abundance of them. The Uzumaki knew the history of the world before chakra was shared. Their longevity didn't come from chakra but from their own blood. Their stories were never altered. They remained true over the centuries. Can you imagine the wealth of knowledge they possessed in their minds? You'll be surprised how many fear the past over the future,"
Naruto frowned. Grabbing her arm back once Kabuto was done. "Get to the point,"
"Besides the Senju, the world saw the Uzumaki as unruly people who were fearsome when it came to fuinjutsu. Foolish of them really," Orochimaru scoffed, "They ruined the most advanced people of our time due to jealousy. The technology they possessed was lost to the ashes. Those idiots put humans behind by a hundred years. Konoha was so close to securing the Uzumaki technology during sensei's reign. The Uzumaki were smart. The world denied their greatness and destroyed them before they could advance further."
"Stop playing, Orochimaru," Naruto was getting annoyed, "I didn't come here for a history lesson on my clan,"
Orochimaru ignored her, "You caught my attention that day. It was difficult getting information about you. Even Kabuto struggled. Of course, he struggled when you have Jiraiya in your corner. However, Diana was willing to give up your information in exchange for information, of course,"
Naruto sighed, muttering under her breath, "I need to kill that old bitch,"
"Your feats aren't small. Whatever field you've touched has excelled." Orochimaru grinned, "You are definitely the heir of the Uzumaki clan. You reek of their talents,"
Naruto was perplexed. She had never met someone who compliment her Uzumaki side. Once she found out who her father was, there was endless praise and similarity to the man. It was rare for her mother's side to be mentioned to her. Naruto held still as Orochimaru grabbed a strand of her hair. The look in his eyes was almost obsessive.
"It's a shame you didn't inherit their hair," Orochimaru sighed, dropping the blonde strands before continuing, "The Uzumaki massacre during the Third war was the first successful attempt of eradicating the Uzumaki clan to the point all oral history disappeared with them. The first successful attempt out of 37 since the founding of the Uzumaki clan. Different villages, different clans, and different people have all tried to destroy the Uzumaki clan and all have failed. They were all different but the cause remained the same. The Uzumaki clan is dangerous. They're evil. Their powers aren't meant for mortals. Their skills fears." He could see the doubt in Naruto's eyes, "If you don't believe me, go to Uzushiogakure. There is a temple hidden behind a waterfall northeast of the village. You'll find that I'm telling the truth."
"What does this have to do with killing a God?" Naruto was still confused by his long-winded answer.
"Who do you think has tried to kill all Uzumaki since their creation, Little one? The keepers of history that something tried to stamp out multiple times. The Uzumaki always find a solution for their troubles. Even when a God targets them."
Naruto felt the air leave her lungs as she lashed out and dragged Orochimaru threateningly close.
Orochimaru signaled for Kabuto to stand down. "I'm not lying. Go, confirm my words,"
"I swear on my blood, if you're lying I will never stop hunting you down and I will enjoy bringing you misery before killing you," Naruto hissed, her eyes darkening in anger. Pushing him away from her, Orochimaru stumbled as Kabuto caught him. Naruto hated it. She hated the coincidences. Part of her welcomed death so she could grab Takeminakata by the collar and scream in his face. "In 3 days, you'll have my answer should your words be true,"
Orochimaru chucked, his long hair covering half his face as he replied, "Be on your way, Little God Slayer," Orochimaru watched them leave before snatching a vial of blood out of Kabuto's hand. Looking at the red substance under the dim light, he couldn't help but laugh. "How interesting. I can't wait to see how this unfolds."
Uzushiogakure:
"Well," Kakashi muttered, looking around the ruins of the once abundance village, "This is depressing,"
Naruto gave a dry laugh, "Come here at night. It looks worse,"
"Do you believe Orochimaru?"
"No, but I'll follow any lead at this stage," Naruto looked at Kakashi. He was still following her faithfully. On occasion, they did bicker about her actions but Kakashi gave her great advice and she was sure if Kakashi wasn't beside her when she met Orochimaru she would've beaten him to death. Never getting the answers she wanted.
"What?" Kakashi asked.
"Open up,"
Kakashi shrugged, opened his arms, and welcomed Naruto into a firm hug. He could feel her body relax against his and patted her head gently. Kakashi didn't give any words of comfort. He could easily tell her to take a break or stop her mission. However, Kakashi knew what it was like to lose purpose. Instead, he asked, "What will you do once this is all over? You could rebuild Uzushio and gather the scattered Uzumaki,"
"On my own? No way," Naruto grumbled into his chest, fist her hands into his jacket. "Who will take care of you? You barely eat 2 full meals a day,"
"Oi I'm a grown man,"
"No grown man pitifully clings to me as you do," Naruto yelped when Kakashi flicked her ear. "You bastard. This is why you're still single. Aren't you in your prime yet you're not married or have any kids?"
Kakashi pulled at her cheeks. He was flustered by her comments, "I'm happily single. I'd rather die than be with a 3D woman,"
Naruto slapped his hands away and rubbed her tender cheeks. "Yeah yeah. If the women in Konoha hear you say that they'll all die of heartbreak,"
"Maah maah, I should announce it as soon as we go back then," Kakashi smiled, "They have been annoying lately,"
"Let me guess," Naruto hummed as he showed Kakashi through the village. Soon, they were heading northwest as Orochimaru said. "I'm thinking Anko Mitarashi and, oh what's that nurse's name again, Anna Kuro? I heard she always tries to tend to you after a mission,"
Kakashi glanced at Naruto suspiciously, "People would think you're causing a rebellion if they heard you have spies within your own village,"
"Or they might think I'm trying to prevent one," Naruto counteracted as they moved over a steep hill. "I can tell you how to get rid of them,"
"What's your price?"
"Come with me to Uzushio,"
"Denied,"
Naruto laughed, "Then I'm not restarting this village. Fine, then tell me about your mangekyo's ability."
"How-?" Kakashi sighed. He shouldn't be surprised about her information network. "You even have eyes on me,"
"Of course. I would burn the world if something happened to you." Naruto said seriously with a cold smile on her lips.
"It's a space-time ninjutsu called Kamui. It allows me to transfer objects to and from another dimension. I can use it at long range at least 3 times a day." Kakashi recalled his training with the mangekyo sharingan. "It tires me quickly since I'm not an Uchiha but I can see myself using it multiple times in a day in a few months,"
Naruto was aware of how Kakashi got his eye. The man willingly told her when she confessed her time-walking. It was a moment of vulnerability between them that she cherished. Turning on her heel, Naruto faced Kakashi and said, "I've been friends with Tobirama Senju since I was a kid." Her sudden confession obviously threw Kakashi off his feet. "I think I was 4 when I first met him. We were kids. Jiji guided me through these 'dreams' and only Itachi-sensei was informed. There are diaries in the Hokage's private library that confirms this. We can only talk to each other,"
"You don't have to tell me," Kakashi said gently.
"I want to. You're the most important person in my life. You were always there for me and never abandoned me. No one knows this. Not Ero-sennin. Not Itachi. Nobody. I don't want to hide anything from you. I want your complete trust and for that, I have to be honest." Naruto could see Kakashi wanted to stop her but she spoke first, "Madara Uchiha is my time-walking partner."
Kakashi's expression quickly changed as he approached Naruto. "Are you aware of how dangerous that man is? Even saying his name in this day is taboo,"
Naruto nodded, "I know."
Kakashi sighed, "We're going to have a long talk after this," He pointed toward the waterfall. It was rather thin, about the size of 5 men standing side by side but it was incredibly tall. "First things first, we have to conform Orochimaru's words,"
"I'll tell you everything, Kakashi-sensei. So, don't betray me," Naruto laughed lightly when Kakashi flicked her ear. She knew by her words that he wanted to beat her up for saying such a thing. However, Naruto could never get rid of her anxieties. It was difficult when she couldn't even trust herself at times.
"Stop being annoying. Let's go," Kakashi walked across the pool and through the waterfall. Very little light shined through the water but enough to show Kakashi when the dirt floors turned into tiles. Reaching into his vest pocket, Kakashi activated a flare and threw it forward. His eye-widening as the red light illuminated the temple that was carved into the walls. "Ancient people are truly scary,"
"What do you mean?" Naruto asked, walking beside Kakashi as she took in the structure. It was certainly ancient.
"Don't you ever wonder how our ancestors built structures like this? With their old technology? It will always have a mysterious charm to it." Kakashi replied. Leading the way, he lit another flare as they reached the top of the stairs and entered the temple. Kakashi noticed a mural on the nearest wall and kicked the flare over to light it up. It was colourfully designed. The colour of mosaic tiles stubbornly held its colour over the years. The wall was at least 5 times taller than Kakashi as it started its story.
Naruto spoke, "The Uzumaki are known to be closer to nature than any other humankind. Any disturbance within nature the Uzumaki were bound to correct and restore the balance,"
Kakashi glanced at Naruto. Her eyes told him she was reading something but when he looked at the mural, Kakashi couldn't see any writing. The mural only showed him red-headed people dancing in a forest.
Naruto picked up the burning flare and moved deeper into the temple. Discovering another intact and brightly decorated mural. "Guardians of the Nine Sacred Beasts which live on their own terms. Guarding the Sacred Beasts against their only predator,"
Kakashi took in the mural of the Biju all in their own habitats. Surrounding the frame of the mural were members of the Uzumaki clan.
Naruto moved down once again. She felt Kurama growl within her as her heartbeat harder, "The guardian of the Jubi, created out of malice and rage of the First Beast, seeks to return the power of the Nine Sacred Beasts to its rightful owners and bring calamity to Earth once more,"
Kakashi felt the power of the illustrated ten-tails. The colourful tiles were replaced with shadows as it slowly consumed the colour of the wall. He noticed a lone black figure worshiping the Jubi and fire detailed the background.
Naruto continued walking with Kurama giving her all his attention, "Nature screamed. Her call was sorrowful. The Uzumaki could not soothe her tears until they found the source of Nature's heartache. The Corrupted Gods,"
Kakashi would never believe Naruto's words if he was to interpret the mural on his own. It looked like the Uzumaki trying to cradle a sobbing Earth with large Holy figures with blackened veins.
They continued further with Naruto reading, "A secret war between Nature and the Unnatural began. The Silent War. Uzumaki with the few remaining Pure Gods against the Jubi Guardian and the Corrupted Gods. Thus, the Uzumaki came to be known as God Slayers during the Silent War."
The mural showed two sides clashing. Uzumaki red with glowing yellow beings charging at the Corrupted Gods but Kakashi noticed something specific. "That black figure," He pointed out to it hiding at the edge of the mural, "It's like its watching everything. Never getting involved,"
Naruto hummed in agreement as Kurama paced within Naruto's mindscape.
Moving down once again, Naruto illuminated the mural and read, "The Uzumaki emerged victorious. However, with war, comes consequences. The Pure Gods were hunted by creatures of the shadow. Their bodies were poisoned. Cursed." Naruto swallowed hard, seeing the familiar patterns crawling on the Pure Gods' bodies with their blackened eyes. "The Uzumaki distracted with human war could only cry as their allies died and new Dark Gods replaced their friends." Naruto noticed once again, the black figure hovering along the edges of the mural before moving to the next mural.
"To restore Nature and to protect the Nine Sacred Beasts, the Uzumaki sealed the Dark Gods within their vile temples. Their influence diminished but was never gone. Uzumaki continued to guard over the Sacred Beasts and the Dark Gods. The Uzumaki swore to protect Nature and end the shadow's reign of silent terror." Naruto walked towards the last mural with bated breath, "However, the shadow creature remains silent and out of reach yet the Uzumaki are always prepared to seal the shadow. Always prepared,"
Naruto stepped back until the flare could light up the entire mural and swallowed hard. She felt tears gather in her eyes as a choked sob left her lips. The mural contained an intricate pattern. Naruto felt in her heart the amount of time and many of her clansmen pouring their energy into creating such a powerful fuinjutsu that she couldn't even decipher it at first glance. It was beautiful. The golden seal, which showed a resemblance to the adamantine chains, glowed magnificently against the white backdrop that she almost missed the black figure.
The figure was a completely black, humanoid figure lacking any hair or visible orifices. It contained two yellow eyes, with no visible sclerae and a cruel mouth with jagged teeth.
"It's an observer," Kakashi commented, "Never making a physical appearance but making changes in history by lurking in the background. That thing can even influence a God but what even is that?"
"Kakashi-sensei,"
"Yeah?"
"Don't freak out," She quickly summoned a Kage Bunshin and transferred Kurama's spirit into the clone.
"Damn it, Naruto," Kakashi cursed as he nervously moved closer to the blonde.
Her clone slowly took on more animalistic features as her hair turned red and her blue eyes slowly morphed into red. Showing that Kyuubi was possessing the body.
"It's only temporary," Naruto assured Kakashi. "Kurama can only last an hour in this body,"
"Kurama?" Kakashi muttered in shock. He looked at Naruto suspiciously, "Of course, you weren't acting alone. This explains a lot. You're not that smart,"
"Oi," Naruto slapped Kakashi's head, "I am plenty smart!"
"Enough children," Kurama sighed, silencing the two humans with his deep voice. It was odd seeing a young woman with a deep voice come out it shocked the duo. Naruto was surprised every time. Clapping his hands twice, the extinguished torches along the walls lit up the entire temple. Revealing all the murals and the podium that sat above the flight of stairs. "We don't have time to argue. This is getting annoying," Kurama grumbled, looking at the murals. History was told by the observer. It didn't matter if 100 men witnessed the same history, they would all have their versions of the event. This was Uzumaki's history. "How did you read this?" He asked Naruto.
"Fuinjutsu is also a language," Naruto pointed to the fuinjutsu that outlined the murals. "I picked up the language whenever I visited Uzushio. Orochimaru probably believed in his oral theory since he couldn't see the writing."
"You came here before?" Kakashi sighed, rubbing his throbbing temple. He learned to not be surprised by Naruto's actions. It would only lead him to an early death.
"Seeing these murals, I think Orochimaru interpreted the images himself," Naruto suggested. "He was pretty close,"
Kurama pointed towards the large fuinjutsu, "Memorise it. It looks like a mix of siphoning and transformation seal."
"I've already got it," Naruto pointed to her head. It took her a while but she understood what her ancestors' intentions were. It told her a lot about the shadow person. "I believe the Uzumaki clan created this seal to truly defeat that shadow. They fought in the Silent War and human wars yet they could never stop that shadow."
"What does the seal do exactly?" Kakashi asked.
"Once the target is sealed, it will slowly turn the target into nature chakra and return the chakra to nature. Completely erasing the target without leaving any trace of them behind." Naruto replied, "Should anyone try to break the seal, they will also be taken and transformed into nature chakra to give to the Earth. They covered all their bases to make sure this shadow dies,"
Kurama returned after looking at the other murals clearly, "I believe I know what that shadow creature is." He had the attention of his host and her trusted companion. "Recall what that kinslayer spoke of. Kaguya absorbed the God tree and became the Jubi. That being the Uzumaki call the Jubi's Guardian - I believe is the manifestation of her will,"
"What?" Naruto frowned. "How is that possible?"
"You walk through time," Kurama pointed out, "And I'm part of the Jubi. Consider nothing off the table." He glanced at the murals. "There's a lot of that's spoken here. That thing is trying to revive the Jubi - the same plan as the Akatsuki."
"It makes sense," Kakashi piped up, "All known members of the Akatsuki are S-ranked shinobi. Although a small group, it's known how powerful and influential they are yet we still have no information about their leader. They've taken a few of the Biju already. Knowing all of this, it's asking for a war. There will be a war. I highly doubt only Konoha will be dragged into it."
"Damn it," Naruto cursed, running her fingers through her hair. Her mind thought of the consequences of war she saw in the past. The orphaned and starved children. The grieving elderly mourn for their children. The sick and abandoned veterans who were deemed useless were dying in the infested streets. She didn't want another war to start. She didn't want any more people like Kakashi - like Tobirama. Naruto felt like she understood why the Uzumaki decided to fight alone and in silence. "There will be no war," Her eyes darted to the podium and climbed the stairs, "The Silent War will remain as my ancestors kept it." Reaching the podium, Naruto wanted to laugh seeing the empty podium but there were remains that something heavy used to sit there. No doubt that the creature stole it. "It will end with silence. Do I make myself clear?"
Kakashi swallowed hard. It felt like his sensei was alive within Naruto. He knew Naruto would hate it but Kakashi found his new leader. Someone he would follow until death.
Tobirama:
Tobirama cursed as he woke up. Throwing his blanket off his, he glared at the tent in his pants and felt shame staining his ears. "How annoying," He grumbled yet his body betrayed his words as it heated in excitement. Tobirama would never admit aloud his wonderful wet dream.
Kicking the blanket off his body, he stormed through his cabin in the cave and entered the bathroom. Running into the shower, Tobirama stripped of his night clothing yet images and sounds of his dream flashed in his mind that his cock stood painfully erect. The head of his cock looked angry as precum was already dripping onto the floor. "This is ridiculous," Stepping into the hot shower, Tobirama groaned and reached for his weeping cock. It was only him in his sanctuary and him alone. Here, he could indulge in his fantasies.
Recalling his dream, he saw Naruto above him and his hand moved in a steady rhythm. By heaven, she looked beautiful. With the sun glowing through the skylight, she was mounting him as her skin glistened like stars. Tobirama could feel her warm sticky skin against his as her hands firmly braced her weight against his chest as she bounced on his awaiting cock, her soft breasts swaying with her movements, "Nami," Tobirama gasped, seeing her teasing smile before she leaned down to bless him with a kiss. Tobirama wasn't satisfied with her sly lips and pulled her body close to him. Trapping her against him as he deepened their kiss and thrusts savagely into her wet cunt. Her cries of pleasure were music to his ears. Tobirama muttered Nami's name over and over again as he could feel his release bubbling to the surface. Tobirama imagine burying himself deep into her cunt, making sure she couldn't escape as he planted his seed into the deepest depths of her body. Tobirama growled as his release satisfied his cock's behaviour.
Tobirama had to lean against the wall as water ran down his body. Closing his eyes, he felt shame in his body but the urging need to hunt Naruto down grew stronger.
Logically, Tobirama knew his relationship with Naruto would do them no good. It was dangerous to their health but everything Tobirama thought about Naruto or spent time with her, all logic went out the window and he could see only her. Tobirama knew Naruto felt the same way, however, he would admit she was more disciplined in this area than him. Naruto was the only reason he hadn't lost his mind and broke the line she drew. However, Tobirama knew if he ever got word, scent, or sight of his blonde friend, he would chase her to the ends of the Earth and chain her to his side until death.
Tobirama chuckled bitterly. His thoughts were insane.
Taking a calming breath, Tobirama finished up his shower and dried his body. Wrapping the damp towel around his body, he made his way toward the kitchen to make tea when he noticed someone outside. He could feel his heart rate increase like a lovesick fool as Naruto seemed to be sitting by the pond - splashing her feet in the water. Then, Tobirama's heart turned to dread. There was only one reason why Naruto appeared during the day.
Without hesitation, Tobirama ran outside of his cottage and towards his blonde friend, "Nami!" He caught her attention but once he was closer he knelt down and grabbed her shoulders. Looking over her obsessively for any wounds, "I swear if your village has hurt you again I will hunt them down and burn them to the ground," Tobirama hissed.
"Stop being dramatic." Naruto laughed at his appearance. Reassuring him with a soft smile, "I came here myself because I need your help,"
Tobirama sat upright immediately. "You're in a safe place then," She nodded and he felt his shoulders relax. "Why didn't you come inside? What would you do if I didn't notice you and spent all day inside my home?"
Naruto frowned, "Because that's your home. You made this place to relax," She didn't hold back and oogled his chiseled body. There were a few scars littering his pale skin that appeared like melted silver. Then, her eyes moved to his towel, and looked at him in confusion. "This isn't like you,"
Tobirama sighed, rubbing his face before gesturing for her to follow him, "I panicked. I'm sure you would panic too if you were in my situation. Anyway, I told you before, you are welcome here. This is a safe space for you too." Once he made it inside, Tobirama turned around and found Naruto waiting outside the door. "Get in,"
"Ahh I feel like I really shouldn't," Naruto waved her hands up. It was the same reason why she refused to enter the secret cave in her time. "This is your home,"
Tobirama sighed, looking to the heavens while muttering before deciding his next move. "Come here," Tobirama marched towards Naruto and before she could move out of his reach, Tobirama grabbed her by the shoulders and pulled her into his arms princess style, "This could be our home,"
"Tobi," Naruto said softly with a hint of warning.
Tobirama shrugged his shoulders and carried Naruto over the threshold and kicked the door shut. Just this action alone had Tobirama's cock slowly waking back up. "You said you need my help. This place is the best for your protection." He carried her into his small living room and placed her down on the couch. Tobirama was pleased that she didn't phase through his furniture.
"Cut it out, I'm being serious here. I need help translating this," Naruto pulled out a parchment from her pocket to show Tobirama.
Tobirama looked at the parchment Naruto showed him. He frowned, "I'm not familiar with the language," Turning on his heels, he made his way into his room to change into comfortable clothing before returning to Naruto. Tobirama chose to sit next to the blonde and looked over the piece of paper, again but took his time.
Naruto had made her way to Tobirama once she finished her business with the Uzumaki Temple in the past. The missing item on the podium in her time turned out to be a marble tablet with a language unknown to her. Chances were that an Uzumaki would be able to read it and she didn't know any of her clansmen in her time but she knew of one in Tobirama's life. "You might not but I have a feeling Mito will know,"
Tobirama looked at Naruto curiously, "How do you know about her?"
Naruto truly wished she listened to her gut and find Hashirama. That man wouldn't question her. "You really think I could sit still after knowing who you are? You're an idiot,"
"Oi," Tobirama warned, getting up he grabbed a pen and paper before copying Naruto's writings. Once done, he tossed the pen and paper on the coffee table and relaxed into the chair. "Did you only come to find me for a favour? Not to see me," He killed his smile when Naruto looked guilty. "I'm joking,"
"You can joke," Naruto laughed in surprise.
"I'll get this translated for you," Tobirama promised, "In return, spend the rest of your day with me. I have to return tomorrow,"
"That's a steep price," Naruto teased, she was tempted to be nosey and snoop around Tobirama's home. "I'll agree once you give me a house tour,"
"There's not much to see. There's one bedroom, a small office, a bathroom, a kitchen, and this living space. It's minimal but comfortable,"
Naruto was now suspicious, "You said this place would also be safe for me. Shouldn't there be my bedroom too? There's only one,"
Tobirama shrugged nonchalantly, "We can share a bed. We have before,"
Naruto stood up in shock. Her mouth gaped as she tried to form words to scold Tobirama. "Y-you you…you…You bloody bastard, Tobirama,"
Grabbing her arm and pulling her onto his lap, Tobirama secured her to his body with an arm as his free hand gripped her chin firmly. He smiled but there was no gentleness to it, "It's Tobi to you, Nami. Don't ever call me by my full name,"
Naruto felt her insides flutter as her hands landed on his firm chest. "Tobi, we-"
"Not out there," Tobirama cut her off, "But in here, it's only us. We can in here, Nami." Tobirama reassured her but there was still nervousness in her clear eyes. She slowly melted into his body and Tobirama could feel her heart beating just as furiously as his. Tobirama was sure she could feel his heart too. "Trust me, Nami."
"It's dangerous, Tobi, and you know it," Naruto had concerns. She always would with her relationship with Tobirama. Hell, Hiruzen gave absolutely no hints that her relationship with Tobirama developed in this way. "I might just go mad,"
"I'm already there," Tobirama traced her hard lips. He clenched his teeth. Oh, how he wished he could feel her skin and her warmth. He also wanted Naruto to feel his warmth, feel his desire. Hearing his gasp in surprise, he knew she became aware of his hardness for her. "We won't go that far, I promise," He swore as soon as fear entered her eyes. He knew it wasn't fear of him but the consequences if they ever crossed that line.
Tobirama held her face in his hands. His concentration was getting better by the day. "Only within these walls, Nami. This will be our safe haven to indulge in our desires. I know…" He licked his lips, "Please tell me you feel that same way too,"
"I…" Naruto was nervous. Looking into his ruby-red eyes, Naruto melted as she saw his worry for her, "I do," She whispered, feeling the fog lift from her heart.
That's all Tobirama needed to hear as he pulled her face towards him and reenacted their kiss from his dreams. The kiss wasn't great due to their limitations but it was enough to convey to one another their mutual feelings, "Nami," kiss "Nami," kiss "Nami," Tobirama muttered over and over again between kissing her, "You're driving me mad, Nami,"
Tobirama would welcome the madness if Naruto was the one to start it.
