The boy laid down on his bed. No not a boy not anymore with all the things that he has seen a young man. A young man laid down on his bed, its dark and late at night there were no other sounds in the house. He couldn't sleep the memories that haunt his thoughts when it is late at night and there is nothing else to distract him.
The young man is filled with so many strong emotions he doesn't know how to describe them all, but they overwhelm him.
He is filled with anger and rage about the people who are supposed have his best interests in mind. He feels lonely and disconnected from all his peers they call him druggy and freak and think that he is worthless, he has Tom, but he can't tell him all the details of his 'job' because he knows that the nightmares will overwhelm him as well and he couldn't do that to his best friend. He feels lonely because all the teachers at his school now just ignore him and let all the students say what they want about him.
The feeling that scares him the most is the feeling of numbness that he is constantly aware of, the numbness scares him because it is one step closer to what Scorpia wants him to be, to what MI6 wants him to be a robot. He feels numb when MI6 are sending him to just another surveillance mission he knows it's a lie and doesn't know why they are still pretending. Sometimes he wishes that he wasn't so hard to kill and that one of his many enemies just killed him while he was on said missions.
Eventually the young man does go to sleep, but it is filled with nightmares that leave him bringing up what little he ate for dinner the night before. It is a long night filled with nightmares and the feeling of numbness but at 7am the next morning he is up and showered and ready for a day at school where he will be bullied and ignored and then go back home to start the cycle all over again.
