Writer note: This fanfic might be confusing for a while but please bear with it as much as you can.
With that said on with the show.
We start our tale with Fairy Tail's three Exceed - Carla, Panther Lily and Happy.
They are in a forest heading towards the Blue Pegasus guild with one goal in mind.
They are to obtain the paw marks of Queen Shagotto, Marl, Lucky and the paw marks/ paw prints of the Exceeds from two guilds.
However Happy the blue Exceed isn't looking very happy at all.
His eyes keep wandering to his little green backpack as within it lies a book that they need to fill with the paw prints.
There's only one slight issue, the book has dark magic emanating from it.
Lily the black Exceed noticed the look of sadness on his face.
And with a sigh the black cat spoke up.
"Happy I know that this whole situation is not the best but we don't have any choice." Lily said with a stern and yet caring tone.
"Yeah but still that mage she… She…" Happy either couldn't find the words to finish his sentence or he was too deep in despair and disbelief to find the courage to talk.
This was quite worrisome especially to Carla the white Exceed who is wearing a light pink and yellow top with a reddish/pink skirt.
Her tail was twitching with sadness for her Happy.
She was about to put a paw on the blue Exceed's shoulder but drew it back.
"What is with me?!?"
"Happy is in pain and yet I am doubting his feelings. Why is love so hard?" Carla mumbled under her breath.
This whole adventure was forced upon them, due to a dark wizard/mage holding the lives of all the other Fairy Tail members in her hand.
To make matters worse, for some reason whatever spell she put on the guild didn't effect the Exceeds.
In other words she was giving the guild false hope as not only are the cat three-o not as powerful as the other members, but Happy the weakest of them all must be the one to beat her.
That is how she made the spell and how it can be undone.
Then out of nowhere a mystery voice spoke up.
"Why not tell the Magic Council about this? Or if the other Exceeds aren't allowed to know just say that the Council is just seeing which Guild has an Exceed as a member and which doesn't?" The voice said.
Seconds after the voice spoke the three-o turn to their left to see a young man with a purple trimmed and Yellow sleeveless waistcoat. Underneath appears to be a sky blue top with a pink cat face.
The cat's face has dark green eyes on it.
He is wearing a pair of trousers that seems to been ripped around his knees and made into long shorts, but with rips showing that they were once trousers.
The shorts/trousers seem to be mainly yellow with brown trimmed near the waist and down but thanks to the rips they just look like brown lines.
He seems to be wearing orange runners that looked like he was wearing the sunset on his feet.
As the Exceeds slowly moved their heads up more they saw his face.
He has yellow hair with a brown streak.
The side of his hair pointed up as if they were cat ears.
He has Green eyes.
The individual also has a pair of white coloured goggles above his eyes, though from a certain angle they looked more blue than white.
He also seems to be drawing something in a book but the fact that they didn't sense him until he spoke got them on guard.
He then looked up from his drawing.
"Is it too early to tell you that I'm a dragon Slayer?" The mystery teen asked as if it was nothing strange.
The only response he got was their mouths open in awe in either shock or some other emotion.
