Hello guys here is another chapter, hope you like it.

Chapter 4

The morning was not as chilly as the last couple days. Jenkins helped him to the glass parlor. He looked around what used to be Georgiana's music room. Now two of the four walls were made out of glass and a few delicate chairs adorn the room next to a beautiful hand painted table. The glass walls faced the Lake and part of the forest, the door and the chimney were to the left and the wall to the right had a big bookcase filled with what seem children and adult books.

The servants were already arranging breakfast and they were quickly out the door. –"Mrs. Darcy is with the children she shall be here in a minute"— Jenkins told him before leaving.

Darcy had to admit the room was cozy and the green walls with the view made a beautifully scenario but this was his sisters private room, he had specially made this room for her to deal with their father's death. This could only mean his sister no longer lived here. She was gone. How long had Elizabeth waited to redecorate? Did Georgie approve? Where was she? He turned around hearing the door open.

"Good Morning William"

"Good Morning. How are the children?"— He said sounding cross. He did not meant it but the bitterness of his sister absences was taking the best of him. Elizabeth realized and kept quiet; she started to do a plate for him.

"Why did you change my sister private room?"— He asked harshly. His tone made Elizabeth sigh

–"Because she was not using it"

"How long has she been gone?"

"Not long but since her coming out she was spending more time in London. I was in desperate need of something to do, so I remodeled a couple of rooms. Since this room no longer had the pianoforte, I asked her if she mind and she said it was now my house to do as I please"

Darcy saw red a lot rooms had memories for him. How dare her erase them.

"How many rooms did you change?"— He yelled smashing his fist in the table.

Elizabeth jumped at his voice and grabbed the tea cup she had placed near the edge. She glared at him— "Five. This one, the nursery, the dining room, my chamber and the yellow parlor, now known as the blue parlor and the old blue parlor is where our children play since its closer to the family area and with thicker walls"

Darcy let out a breath; he could not stop her from redecorating her private rooms but that blue parlor and his mother's greenhouse were to be left alone.

"The green house?"

"The green house was remodeled under your orders. You made it bigger and the ceiling was change into windows with the ability to open"

"Why would I do that?"— He eyed her suspiciously

"You like to take Ben on nights with your telescope; I have to drag you both inside, it has also turn into a sanctuary for us. We go down there to see the stars and …make love" –she said looking directly at him. Darcy was surprise that she had been so direct, he had a few women of the ton speak very clearly of the things they desired from him, but most of those women had been widows or wives whose husbands paid no attention to them. But Elizabeth was a maiden at least in his mind.

"Are you well? Was I to blunt? You have always told me not to be shy about our love making"— she said caressing his neck tenderly, he shook his head, he had hope for a passionate wife and apparently he had one, the thought made him smiled

— "No its fine. No one should be shy about the passion between their spouses"— she was starting to have in effect on him, his mind might not remember but his body did.

"Should we continue were we left last night?"

"Yes"— He mutter, clearing his throat and he ignores her coquettish smirk—"Georgiana and Bingley?"

"Yes, Caroline desired a union between Georgie and Charles as an opportunity to get close to you. The union was never even considered. While Jane was in London I went to see the new Mrs. Collins"

"Your cousin proposed to someone?"— He said skeptical, someone had married him? He took a sip of his tea.

"He proposed to me"

Darcy choked—"What?"

"He wanted a Bennet daughter and I was the unfortunate. His proposal was awful. He spent most of it praising Aunt Catherine and then said that "In spite of your manifold attractions, it is by no means certain that another offer of marriage may ever be made"

"That must be the worst marriage proposal I have heard"

"Oh that is only the first one"— she said a little sad

"You received more than one?", - how many men proposed before him.

"Why do you sound so surprise? After my refusal he spent most of his stayed with the Lucas and propose to my dear Charlotte, with seven and twenty she had no options and soon I found myself visiting her in Hunsford where you were visiting Aunt Catherine, for the first couple of weeks we crossed paths in my morning walk I told you it was my favorite route to make sure you chose another but you believed I was encouraging you"

Was she not? If you do not like someone Elizabeth you tell them. Was it all Elizabeth fault. No of course not but why did he not realize her dislike for him. Were you blind Darcy?

"You really detested me?"— He must have made a fool of himself.

"Yes you treated me and my acquaintances horribly and on Kent you did not spoke to me, spent most of the time glaring and on our walks you were uncomfortable. Why you kept coming back I couldn't understand, that you loved me never crossed my mind"

He really knew how to make women fall to his feet. Perhaps he should've taken Richards offer years ago in Cambridge and let him train him in how to conquer women. "Does it get worse?"—he spat dryly

"Yes, Richard decided to help your cause and praised about how you saved your friend from a disadvantage marriage. Of course he did not know he was talking of my dear Jane"

Damn Richard, breakfast was forgotten and Elizabeth moved them closer to the fire. – "I avoided you by missing diner but you went announced to the Parsonage…"

"Unchaperoned?"— He compromised himself? –"Did I compromise you?"

"No that is where you propose to me...the first time"

He sat up on the chair, the first time? She had refused him. He winced at the quick movement there was a sting of pain in his temple.

"Your head is starting to hurt, let's go back to bed and rest"— he felt a flush of embarrassment at her words. She found it amusing— "I meant you go back to bed and I could read you for a while. The more you rest the quicker you shall recover"

He nodded and with her help he started going back to his room. All this information was making his head hurt and it was clear they were far from the end. Once he found himself in his bed with Elizabeth in a chair next to him she started reading his favorite poetry book. With her voice he started drifting off to sleep.
