When the carriage had went through the portal, everything shook then glided as stars and glittery objects flew by the sides of the carriage. Sonny saw through the window of the carriage that they were now in a whole different place. There were no big castles or unicorns or even monsters wandering around this new area. In this new area, there were buildings,houses and people around the place so once the carriage had stopped both Sonny and her mother, Connie got out to walk around.
"Mom, is this Earth that you have been telling me about?",asked Sonny. Connie nodded in agreement.
"You're going to be living here for a while. This way you could learn to control the powers of the wand.",said Connie.
"But Mom! I can figure it out back home!",pleaded Sonny.
"No Sonny, this is for your own good. For a couple of days, you will stay on Earth to learn how to control the wand. This is a big responsibility.." ,instructed Connie.
She was trying to be soft to Sonny. Sonny huffed in annoyance, Knowing that her mom was not listening to what she was trying to say really hurt.
"Come on now, let's pick out your outfit." ,encouraged Connie
She walked offf to the nearest clothes store as Sonny went along following her mother.
