Chapter 10: Preparations

Hey everyone I'm back with a new chapter. I'm sorry about the wait. It took me a while to get my inspiration back for this story, but I'm back and I have a plan figured out. I hope you like what I have planned. Please Review and Enjoy.

At the Vongola house, Seth was sitting alone in his old room thinking about the events of today.

He had everything he wanted, but now he was in danger of losing it all.

Downstairs, Sakura, Blake, Erza, and Hinata were sitting down with his family when Salem walks down.

"Is Seth coming down?" Erza asks as Salem shook his head.

"Big bro says he's not hungry." Salem said as Kyoko sighs.

"I don't blame him. Probably best we leave him alone for today." Kyoko shook her head.

"This Varia challenge poses serious problems for all of us." Sakura said when Hibari walks in.

"Where's Itachi?" Blake asks.

"What am I his babysitter?" Hibari asks.

"Hibari." Sakura glares not having time for this.

"He's outside." Hibari points.

"Next to Seth, Itachi probably is taking this the hardest." Tsuna said.

"So Mr. Vongola what's the plan?" Blake asks.

"Simple, these next two weeks you guys will go train under me and my team." Tsuna said.

"Can we help?" Saya and Salem ask.

"Oh no you don't. You two still have a long way to go before you're ready to get pulled into this sort of thing." Kyoko said.

"Aww." Both twins groan causing Hinata and Blake to chuckle.

"Don't worry, we've got this." Blake said.

From outside on the balcony, Itachi was listening to this before looking at his Mist ring.

Taking a deep breath, he leans against the wall, trying to figure out how he'll face Sasuke when a memory comes back to him.

Flashback:

"Come on Itachi, can't I come with you?" Young Sasuke asks.

Smirking Itachi gestures with his hand to come over.

Smiling Sasuke runs over to him.

"Sorry Sasuke, maybe another time." Itachi said poking him on the forehead.

"Aw man I hate when you do that." Sasuke said causing Itachi to laugh.

"Stop reacting to it and maybe someday I'll stop." Itachi smiles.

Flashback End:

"I don't care what it takes Sasuke. When we fight I'm gonna do whatever it takes to pull you out of this." Itachi vows.

"Well at least one of us is ready." Looking over he saw Tsuna by the door.

"Mr. Vongola." Itachi said.

"We're going to make some calls. I think Chrome might be able to show you a few tricks." Blake said.

"Good idea." Itachi said standing up as they all left to prepare.

"Now all that's left is our fearless leader." Erza said.

Little did anyone know someone was already on it.

Up in Seth's old room, he was laying on his bed when he heard a tap at the window.

"Huh?" Looking at it he saw Neo outside the window. "Neo?"

Suddenly he got a text. Opening it he saw it read. "Let me in."

Opening the window, Neo climbs in and sits next to him.

"I'll admit this is a surprise." Seth said as Neo took off her bowler hat and looked at him concerned.

"I'm not gonna lie this is a real pain. I mean all that hard work to save Rias from Riser and now I'm about to lose everything." Seth said.

Taking out her phone, Neo gestures for him to move in as she types.

"Look as much as I don't like Rias, I know you and you never make the wrong choice." It read.

"You really think I can beat Ricken and keep my title?" Seth asks.

Rolling her eyes Neo gives him a smirk saying absolutely.

"Thanks Neo, you always know just what I need to hear." Seth smiles before Neo playfully shoves him. "Hey."

Moving in Neo snuggles up close to him.

"You still won't give up on me, even when I'm engaged to Rias?" Seth asks.

Holding out her phone Seth looks.

"She can't stop me or any other girl from falling in love with you." It read.

"Oh Neo." Seth smiles when Neo yanks him into a kiss on the lips surprising him at first.

Part of him wanted to resist but Neo has always been there for him when he needed her, she snapped him out of his funk and if he was being honest, he knew she was smoking hot.

Separating Seth and Neo look at each other and grin.

"I'd be an idiot to say no to you right now and I'm not gonna lie after today I could use something to take my mind off this." Seth said.

Grinning Neo grabs him and yanks him down onto the bed with her.

Neo had been wanting this day for a long time. So this girl was wasting no time at all.

Slamming her lips against his, Neo and Seth make out as Neo pins him to the bed and pulls his uniform off revealing his bare chest and boxers.

"Boy you really have a lot pent up." Seth said.

Smiling Neo gave Seth a show as she stripped off her top and revealing her D cup sized breasts.

Licking her lips, Neo grabs her breasts as squeezes them teasing Seth as she ran her foot along the bulge in his boxers driving him crazy.

"Neo you are such a tease." Seth groans causing her to smirk.

Moving in Neo kisses Seth on the lips before kissing her way down his body arriving at his waist.

Pulling down his underwear, Neo sees his hardened rod.

"You can't expect me to take all that teasing and expect nothing to happen." Seth said.

Putting his rod to her mouth, Neo continued her teasing as she wrapped her tongue around him before bobbing her head up and down causing Seth to moan.

Grabbing the back of her head, Seth pushes her against him before climaxing down her throat.

"For a girl who doesn't talk you use that mouth better than Rias." Seth pants.

Hearing this Neo grins loving that she was already better than Rias at something.

Slowly letting go, Neo moves back loving the taste.

"Something tells me you're far from done." Seth assumes causing Neo to stand up removing her panties leaving her completely nude in front of him.

Crawling up on top of him, Neo cups his cheek before she mouths "love you" kissing him passionately on the lips.

Slowly Seth enters Neo causing her to cringe softly before her mouth opened meaning a gasp.

Dropping down, Neo turns to Seth with a hungry expression and sees that Seth was still eager to go.

Getting up Neo gets down on all fours and turns to Seth shaking her rear at him teasing him again.

"You just love to tease me, don't you? Well guess what Neopolitan, I won't be sitting there and taking it anymore." Seth said.

Loving the sound of that, Neo moves her hips to match Seth's movements as they moved faster and faster.

Eyes rolling into the back of her head, Neo wraps her legs around Seth as he held her like a wheelbarrow before he slammed into her causing both of them to climax.

Putting her down on the bed, Seth pants heavily when he suddenly feels Neo's mouth on him one last time as she sucked the remaining bit off him

"Neo you are a sneaky vixen." Seth said causing her to smirk.

Moving up to the top of the bed, Neo snuggles up next to him.

"Guess we're more than just childhood friends now huh?" Seth smirks.

Smirking Neo ran her fingers along his chest answering his question.

"Okay okay, but brace yourself. If Rias didn't get angry at you before she will now." Seth said.

Grabbing her phone, Neo wrote him a text.

"I can take her; besides no doubt all your other girls are itching for a piece of you." It read.

"Oh I was really hoping I wouldn't deal with this anytime soon." Seth said as Neo playfully shoves him.

"Thanks Neo." Moving in Seth kisses Neo and she happily kisses back.

He would tackle this problem, but right now he had to take down his Varia problem first. Especially now that he has more than one girl in love with him.

The next day, Seth and his guardians were going off to prepare for the battle ahead.

"I'll be back before you know it." Seth said cupping Rias' cheek before giving her a kiss.

"You better. I'm gonna be so lonely without you." Rias said.

"I'll see you soon Rias." Seth said when Neo walks over and gives Seth a kiss on the lips wishing him luck surprising Rias. "I'll miss you too Neo."

Giving him a wink Neo watches Seth leave with his father while Sakura left to go train with Tsunade, Erza with Winter to see Yamamoto, Itachi with Chrome, and Hinata with Lucy to see Lambo.

"Neo, what did you do?" Rias asks as Neo smirks at her causing her to gasp. "You didn't?"

Holding up her phone it read. "I did and he loved me. Looks like Seth isn't just yours anymore."

"Don't get cocky Neopolitan, I'm Seth Fiancé which automatically makes me his favorite." Rias glares pointing to herself.

Rolling her eyes, Neo smirks before leaving with Blake to train with her father.

"Looks like you no longer have Seth all to yourself anymore." Akeno giggles.

"Shut it Akeno." Rias said not liking this.

'Hmm maybe since Neo moved in, I should try my luck.' Akeno thought.

On the outskirts of Kuoh, Hibari was walking towards some trees.

"Where are you?" Hibari calls out.

"Geez hello to you too." Azazel said stepping out of the shadows. "Don't I get a hello or nice to see you or thanks for helping train me?"

"You're the previous Cloud guardian it's your job and you and I both know you agreed to this because you have a soft spot for Seth and don't want to see him lose." Hibari said.

"Oh you're no fun." Azazel sighs before walking up to him. "Think you can keep up?"

"Easily." Hibari declares causing Azazel to grin.

A week had passed since Seth and his guardians went off to prepare and since then things had been quiet.

Using this time, Rias had instructed everyone to practice training with their new Dying Will Flame powers on top of doing their devil training and contracts.

Late one night, Issei was walking with Asia as they went to go to a contract.

"Maybe when I learn to master my Cloud Flames I'll be able to get to contracts faster." Issei said.

"You'll get there soon Issei." Asia assures.

"I guess, thanks for walking with me. Once I finish with this client we'll head home." Issei said.

"I'm in no hurry." Asia said.

Arriving at the site, Issei and Asia see it to be a house with a for-sale sign on it.

"Guess they want to make sure everything is all packed up." Issei said as they walked to the door. "Hello? Is anyone here?"

Opening the door they see the house was completely empty except for a couch in the main room.

"About time you showed up. I was getting bored." A familiar voice said surprising them.

As the lights turn on they see Minerva sitting on the couch.

"Minerva." Asia gasps.

"What are you doing here? You heard Seth's father, you're not allowed to interfere with Seth's team until the matches." Issei reminds.

"Yes, the Vongola's team, it doesn't say anything about his annoying devil friends." Minerva said.

"What do want?" Issei asks not letting his guard down.

"I just stopped by to say thank you for giving me this chance in the first place." Minerva said.

"Excuse me?" Issei asks confused.

"If you weren't such a worthless devil, this might never have happened and Ricken couldn't have challenged your friend." Minerva said.

'What are you talking about?" Issei asks demanding an answer.

"You know I saw that Rating Game, Rias against Riser. It was mildly entertaining. Rias fought as hard as she could to call off the engagement herself, but she threw it away to save your worthless life. Forcing Seth to wager his future for her." Minerva said.

"Issei did his best. We all did." Asia said.

"And yet you failed. Don't you see, your Vongola friends are about to lose everything because you weren't strong enough to do the job yourself." Minerva declares shocking Issei.

"N-No it was Seth's choice." Issei said.

"And it was Rias' choice to surrender to spare you. Everything here is your fault Issei, because you're so weak you can't do anything on your own. You always need someone to come in and rescue you whether it be Rias or Seth. You're weak." Minerva declares hurting Issei to the core.

"Shut up! Shut up!" Asia yells startling them. "Issei is anything but weak!"

"Asia." Issei said surprised.

"Issei saved my life. I wouldn't be here if not for him. When Fallen Angels attacked me Issei risked everything to save my life. If you ask me he's as strong as Seth is." Asia said.

Hearing this Minerva chuckles.

"Is that right? Well then let's test that." Snapping her fingers Minerva made a barrier appear around the house. "Like I said, the rules say I can't attack the Vongolas, but it doesn't say anything about you."

With a swing of her hand, Minerva blasts Asia and Issei to the ground.

"Imagine how hard it will be for your Vongola friends to learn while they were off preparing for battle two of their friends were killed? The match will be ours easily."

"You bitch! Boosted Gear!" Issei said activating his gear.

'BOOST!' It glows.

Charging in Issei swings a punch but Minerva blocks it easily.

"Is that really the best you got?" Minerva mocks before blasting Issei back.

"Try this on for size." Issei said as a small amount of cloud flames emitted around his fist.

"Oh you use Cloud Flames huh?" Minerva said when a large amount of Cloud Flames appeared in her hands surprising him.

"So do you." Issei gasps.

"But unlike you, I know how to use it to its fullest!" Minerva said firing multiple purple blasts at him.

Grabbing Asia, Issei leaps back dodging the attack.

'BOOST!'

"Asia stay here. Try and contact Rias or Akeno." Issei said.

"I don't think so." Moving in Minerva strikes Asia knocking her to the ground.

"Asia!" Issei gasps before charging in.

Issei attacks Minerva back to back but Minerva dodged them all before kicking Issei knocking him into the couch.

"I watched you pathetic devils try and master the Dying Will Flames and I have to say it was hilarious. Thinking you all actually had the potential to master them." Minerva said as Issei groans trying to get up only for Minerva to step on him.

Getting up Asia gasps seeing this. "Please stop!"

As Asia tries to come to Issei's aid, Minerva steps off him and fires an explosion blowing away parts of Asia's uniform as she hits the ground hard.

"Asia." Issei gasps.

"There's no one to save you this time. No Rias, no Seth, just you. And that's why you and your devil friend will die here. Because you're too weak to save anyone." Minerva said.

'Dammit, why am I so weak?' Issei growls getting up.

"Oh you want more?" Minerva moves in to strike him down.

'BOOST!' Glowing bright enough Issei caught her fist in his hand surprising her.

"You're right. I am weak. I'm not very strong and I do rely on others too much, but when I saw Seth beat Riser I made a promise. I would never let anyone down ever again! Ddraig let's do this! Give me everything you've got!" Issei roars as his Sacred Gear glowed bright.

'OVER BOOST!'

From his gear, a red dragon armor appeared around Issei as he blasts Minerva through the wall.

"I don't believe it." Minerva said as Issei looks at his new form.

"Get ready because here I come!" Issei roars creating a red sphere with cloud flames around it.

Throwing it with all his might it forces Minerva to dodge as it blasts a giant hole in the wall.

"Issei." Asia said amazed.

As Minerva jumps onto the roof she sees Issei leap out of the roof below her and punches her.

"Still think I'm weak now?!" Issei roars grabbing Minerva by the arm and swinging her down making her crash into the chimney.

Shaking off the attack, Minerva looks to see Issei charge in.

Leaping out of the way, Minerva kicks Issei in the face making him stagger back.

"Cute armor, but I guarantee it won't be enough to best me." Minerva said as both charge in and throw a series of punches and kicks.

Glowing green, Issei fires a red sphere at her but Minerva swats it away giving Issei the opening to nail her in the gut knocking her off the roof.

Landing on the ground Minerva looks to see Issei leap down and deliver a dropkick making a giant crater but Minerva blocks it with a barrier.

As cloud flames surrounded her hands Minerva charges up a powerful attack.

"Don't hold back Ddraig. I need one more." Issei said as cloud flames surrounded his Dragon Shot causing it to turn purple.

Swinging their arms both attacks flew towards each other creating a powerful explosion.

From the front door, Asia runs out to see Issei's armor had disappeared and both he and Minerva were panting heavily.

"Amazing. Issei tied with her." Asia said as Issei and Minerva glared each other down.

"Had enough?" Issei asks.

"Hardly, you don't have any power left." Minerva said.

Suddenly the barrier was pierced by a big hole and a Storm flame crashed into Minerva knocking her away from Issei.

"He may not but I do." Looking up they see Rias and Akeno above them.

"Gremory." Minerva glares.

"Nice trick with that barrier of yours." Akeno said.

"I'll admit you almost had us but you know you can't beat all of us in your current state." Rias glares.

"But if you're committed. I'd be more than happy to entertain you." Akeno said with lightning forming in her hands.

Seeing she had no choice, Minerva stands down.

"See you at the challenge." Minerva said before leaving.

"Issei are you okay?" Rias asks concerned.

"Yeah…for the first time in a while I don't feel so weak." Issei smiles weakly.

"We never considered you weak." Rias smiles.

"Issei that was amazing." Asia said running over to heal him.

"Issei, how did you do that?" Akeno asks interested.

"I was tired of you guys always having to save me, so I decided to step up and try and save myself." Issei said.

"If Seth was here right now, he'd be very impressed." Rias said.

"Good to know. I really hope they win. I hate those Varia jerks." Issei groans.

We all do, but in less than a week we'll see firsthand if Seth is worthy or not." Rias said as Issei stood up healed enough.

"Rias do you think they can handle it? That Minerva is their Cloud Guardian and she's tough." Issei said.

"They all are. It won't be an easy win." Rias said.

As they walked home Asia looked to Issei who was lost in his own thoughts.

"Issei are you okay?" Asia asks.

"I'm fine, I just have a lot on my mind." Issei said.

"How so?" Asia asks.

"Today I finally took the first step in the right direction, but I've got a long way to go before I'm as strong as everyone else." Issei said when Asia took his hand.

"Well then, we better work hard to catch up." Asia smiles.

"Yeah I guess we better." Issei smiles as they headed back to his house to eagerly await the Big Battle ahead.
