Summary/disclaimer: Time for another chapter of the Nomad the Hokage. Enjoy the 2000-word chapter. I don't own Naruto, Masashi Kishimoto and a few others do.

Niko was silent, thousands of thoughts swimming in his head. He hadn't expected to get to this stage. He knew for a fact that there were several thoughts all surging through his head currently. There were plenty of topics he wanted to discuss, but he doubted that would be appropriate at the moment.

Niko was quite curious as to how this would be interesting. It made them curious when it came down to it.

"So, what do you want to talk about it?" Niko questioned as he looked around with all the interest he could. "Anything you want to point out?" Niko questioned as to which Tsunade was silent a moment.

"How are you so quiet if you want to learn every single thing in the galaxy?" Tsunade questioned as she hummed to herself. "There's only so much you can learn by listening, you know." Tsunade put in as Niko chuckled and shrugged.

"If it was so easy? Everyone would have asked you, wouldn't they?" Niko put in as he turned towards her. "Plus? Sometimes you learn more by not pressing the issue, you know." Niko said before he clicked his tongue.

Tsunade nodded, not having the best comeback to that remark. Some people were stupid enough to reveal their secrets the second they were given the chance. It seemed less about getting under their skin and more about just telling them something nice.

"You didn't expect that type of strength, did you?" Tsunade questioned to which Niko shook his head. "I was going easy on you. If you wanted it to be that easy of a fight? Then you should have asked. Shinobi doesn't hold back when they duel, our enemies would do the same." Tsunade stated as she hummed to herself.

"Maybe, but most shinobi don't hurt mountains at each other, that's entirely a Kage trait," Niko said as Tsunade snorted to herself. "Besides, it isn't like I went all out. This was a fight, not a duel to the death. If you'd made that clearer? I'd have pulled out all the stops." Niko added before he brushed off his coat.

"And what would that have entailed? You don't look as dangerous as you look." Tsunade put in before Niko looked at her. "Then again…" Tsunade added before she turned towards the rocky battlefield.

"Do I have to point out how easy looks can fool someone?" Niko stated before he cracked his fingers. "Because I could say the same thing about you. Isn't exactly like most people expect you to throw a mountain on them." Niko added before he clicked his tongue.

The duo sat in silence, unsure of what to say or do next. Tsunade looked at the quiet ninja, thinking of his next move.

"Do you want me to point out just how shocked you were? I don't think I've ever sounded something like that." Tsunade put in before smirking. "It's been the most fun I've had since I've gotten here." Tsunade put in before she drummed her fingers on her legs, unsure of what to say next.

"You said it yourself, the Kage is always the best shinobi in the village," Tsunade added to which Niko shrugged. "You do this often, don't you? Come into town, ask for the Kage, constantly ask questions like this?" Tsunade questioned as Niko shook his head to her.

"Well, that honestly runs the risk of them thinking I'm a spy or a rouge nin who wants to commit crimes. That, or they believed that I'm some assassin who's there to kill them." Niko said while he raised an eyebrow.

It was after all a very fair question to ask which he couldn't fault her for. He was a weird man which had come in and bothered Tsunade which meant he had no reason to ask this.

Still? There's plenty of reason for him to ask what happens considering as he had told her that he was a ninja and as such? He was simply interested in whom she was.

"I'm starting to wonder if I'm going to break an arm fighting you," Nikko said while he slowly started to lower his arms. "This honestly begins to feel more like a mistake than anything else," Niko said as he sighed and threw himself into the fight.

A simple punch from her would have cratered his head into a thousand simple pieces. A small kick ran the risk of breaking his ribs. She was honestly powerful to the point where it bothered him and he had no real chance of beating her in a real fight which honestly made him question why he had picked this fight rather than any other options.

"Don't feel bad it took someone like me to do that," Tsunade said to which Niko raised an eyebrow.

"Well. If I'm scared of the Kage? It honestly shows how skilled and powerful they are." Niko said while he raised an eyebrow. "Someone who can shatter my ribs into pieces at the moment? Yeah. It's not something that bothers me more than it did a few seconds ago." Niko said while he sighed to himself.

This was his fault after all and he didn't have an excuse to argue it. It felt rather stupid in his mind at the end of the day. He smirked to himself.

"Well, you decided to fight me despite knowing that," Tsunade said while she cleared his throat. "What happens next will be as a result of the fact I decided to do this anyway," Niko said while he kicked at Tsunade who didn't seem to budge.

"There's something funny about that," Tsunade said which was greeted with a nod. "Nobody challenges the Kage to a one-on-one match when it comes to it," Tsunade said before she threw a kick which would have shattered his skill like an ego.

Still? There was some amount of mirth in his expression at the moment. He took some enjoyment in this. It was a battle after all.

"Maybe," Niko said as he tried to throw her over his shoulder. "It's not that easy. The more effort you throw at me? The more I'm aware that I'm not going to win. Yor barely breaking a sweat and you're almost cutting me to ribbons." Niko stated while he sighed to himself.

He watched as she stuck the landing easily. He sighed and shook his head with annoyance. He was rather thrown off by how skilled she was when it came down to it. Then again? If she wasn't far stronger than me? It'd be expecting too little from a Kage who had to earn their place at leadership. It didn't help that she was still a Kage at the end of the day and he wasn't.

He cracked his fingers and seemed to circle the woman as if trying to find a way to crack her shell. Not the most surprising tactic, nor was it one he honestly expected to in any way not backfire on him grandly.

Yet, he had a lot to do when it came down to it. He was far more interested in what she planned to do after this match. She was a lot stronger than she seemed, yet it was clear that she wasn't trying the same way he was. There was a small spark of amusement written across her face as if she was trying to find a way to hit him once more.

Not the hardest thing to ponder as of now, yet it was clear he hadn't found one as of yet. She cracked her fingers before he raised an eyebrow before he started to ponder what to do next.

They clashed again. He rolled to the side as her fingers shattered the stone next to him. He kicked her to the side and tossed her to the side. She was on him a few seconds as he rotated around and dodged another punch which shattered stone behind him. It seemed as if he had nothing left to lose when it came down to it.

She was a lot more powerful than he expected. He had been entirely caught off guard when it came down to it. They had no real tactic when it came to it. He seemed far more eager to continue fighting next when it came down to it. He was far more bored as to how to do it. She flipped him to the side while he pondered what to do.

He had a lot more fun facing her when he considered it. There was a lot more as to how to properly handle it. She had so many attempts to crush him if it connected properly.

"You're holding back, no?" Niko questioned while he rolled to the side and away from one of her attacks. "Least, that's what it feels like when you're trying to attack me. None of those strikes seem to be as bad as the ones you were trying before just now." Niko added to which the woman seemed to contemplate this.

"If one of these do connect? Your ribs will snap like a pile of sticks." Tsunade said while she perched atop a giant stone. "I'm not going to kill someone today. Not some damn merchant at least who could have helped me. Whom is helping me?" Tsunade said as she looked at her nails which seemed to be slowly forming in properly.

Still? If this contest of wills was correct? Both of them wanted to end this, wanted to be done with this, and move onto the second thing. It was clear from them both that this was dragging on for far too long.

"I think we're done now. Don't you?" Tsunade questioned as Niko took a deep breath.

He stared long and hard at the shattered stone around him before he seemed to be honestly prepared for what to do next. There were a few times at the second. He had been a lot more at the second. He wasn't going to handle it with him or her when it came down to it.

She had been interested in what to think at the second. They had been interested in what to do next. He sighed and leaned on the stone next to him.

"Yeah, that sounds smart," Niko stated before he seemed to prepare while he glanced at her as of the second.

"I'm going to guess and walk back slowly towards there," Niko stated before he sighed and seemed to slowly walk back towards there.

She watched as he and him before it seemed to click in her mind. She had been interested in how this came down to it. The sooner this happened? They needed to question more and if they weren't turning into the single.

She seemed to question how this crazy insane man when it came down to it. She had been bored and it seemed it happened to bore her.

He leaned on the wall and watched dropped down towards her. She had questioned him as it seemed to become more boring.

"What will happen next?" Niko questioned before she seemed to prepare for relaxing. "Going to find somewhere to enjoy the sake or no? if you need? I can go and try and find more as the few casks I have aren't hard to refill. Plus? It isn't like they don't share at the second." Niko said while he crossed his arms.

Author Notes

Phew. Another chapter is done! I want to point out that the next chapter will be delayed at the time. I will be trying to make longer chapters. The next chapter will be in 2-10 months and will show more of Niko and Tsunade starting to think of more battles and such. It will also be 900-6500 words as of the moment. Until then, Lighting Wolf out!
