Ok, so this is the last part of Act II and then from we will have Acts III, IV, and V. Kraven will mostly not be in Act III, so I apologize if anyone wanted to see more of that, but not to worry we'll see him come back in the other acts.

Also, this part and maybe other parts will tackle what others characters think of Spider-Man because I feel like that needs to be fleshed out in this story.

Anyway, enjoy the story.

Update: I corrected a certain scene that didn't have the correct sentence, sorry about that.

Act II (Part 5)

Peter instantly woke up. He was a bit surprised that no nightmares occurred this time. Was it because he told his friends his secret again and that's why they stopped? Who knows? It's a possibility, he kept thinking to himself.

He still couldn't believe he was working with the Devil of Hell's Kitchen on the whole Kraven situation. Then, he looked at his phone for the time: 7:00 A.M.

Again, surprised he actually woke up early this time, compared to his other usual nights. Peter got up from his bed, brushed his teeth, and got some ramen noodles out of the refrigerator. He heated his ramen noodles up in the microwave and ate them for breakfast. Granted, it's not breakfast, but he didn't care.

Right now, here's what's on his schedule for today's work and then patrol with Daredevil tonight. Hopefully, he could catch the robber pretending to be him and boy would like he to share a few words with him.

Matt Murdock entered his office whereas Karen and Foggy were a bit shocked.

"Matt Murdock, finally early," Foggy joked.

Matt smirked at that and chuckled a bit. "That bad, huh," he said.

"Oh no, not bad. It'd be great if you were doing it every day," Foggy amused.

Matt shook his head and then got serious. Karen noticed his change in facial expression and asked, "Something wrong, Matt?"

Matt sighed and sat down at his desk. He began to speak, "Alright, guys. Promise me you won't be too excited."

They both snorted. "What would we be excited about?" Foggy remarked.

"I've been meeting with Spider-Man," he said with a grim expression.

Foggy's and Karen's eyes widened. Karen tried to speak, "The—the guy we defended for the murder of Mysterio?"

Matt nodded, "Very same one."

"Wait, I'm pretty sure we know who he is, how come I don't know who he is?" Foggy said as he tried puzzling on who Spider-Man is and yet couldn't seem to remember.

Matt thought about that as well and commented, "Yeah, weird."

"Why were you meeting with him?" Karen asked, getting concerned.

"Wasn't intentional. He came by and stopped a few criminals with me and then he got me into a mess with someone that's been trying to kill him." Matt said as Foggy and Karen got even increasingly concerned.

"Whoa, whoa. Who's trying to kill Spider-Man?" Foggy asked with a nervous expression on his face.

"That's where it gets crazy. There's a guy called Kraven the Hunter—"

Foggy laughed at the name. "I'm sorry with a name like that, it's too corny." He stopped as Karen gave him a glare.

Matt shook his head, "As I was saying Kraven the Hunter is hunting the web-head. I got some info on Kraven with Spider-Man, but even then, the information is very rumor-based."

"And you want us to look into him, right?" Karen asked.

"Sadly no, information about him online doesn't exist," Matt said.

"What?!" Foggy yelled. "That's crazy! Anyone who doesn't exist like they don't want to be found must be in some doohickey with the government or worse?!"

"Doohickey?" Karen asked.

Foggy retorted, "What it's a word?"

Karen rolled her eyes.

Foggy continued, "Matt, I think you shouldn't mess with a guy like that."

"Here's the thing, I'm not asking you to find information on Kraven. Rather something else. Do you guys remember the Roxxon Corporation?" Matt pointed out.

"Yeah, what about the-" Karen was about to say as she came to a realization.

"Are you saying Roxxon is involved with another corruption like last time?" Karen asked.

Matt nodded and said, "Yes, and I think something bad is going to happen if we don't put a stop to it."

"When you say 'we', do you mean us, or do you mean you and Spider-Man?" Foggy asked feeling he already knows the answer but didn't want to say it.

Matt smirked.

Foggy and Karen frowned not liking where this is going, but it was not like they can stop their vigilante friend.

Karen then asked, "So, what's he like?"

"Spider-Man?" Matt asked.

Karen nodded.

"He's very young," Matt said, astonishing his two friends that the famous vigilante who was accused of murder was also very young.

"How young?" Karen asked.

Matt shrugged his shoulders and said, "I don't know."

"So, is that you're helping him with this Kraven guy? Because he's young." Foggy surmised.

Matt nodded at that and then said, "But I also got the feeling that he needed my help even if he kept saying to me 'He could do it on his own.'"

There was a moment of silence and then Foggy asked, "Does he shoot his webs out of his-"

"Don't even finish that question," Matt scowled. "And he shoots it through his wrists."

Foggy put his hand on his chest and breathed. "Oh, thank God."

"Wait, do the webs come out of his wrists?" Foggy questioned getting worried and disgusted at the same time. He imagined getting shot by Spider-Man's webs and gagged.

Matt got concerned and then got disgusted. "Ergh! I hope not."

Karen chuckled at this banter and rolled her eyes.

Peter was at work busy with IT stuff. He had a lot of thoughts in his mind, such as college, MJ, Ned, jobs, and so on. Although he didn't want to stress out over everything, it didn't stop his subconsciousness from eating away at his inner, deepest, thoughts. The truth was he was scared of the future, mainly his future of how it will go. The nightmares won't stop, and Goblin won't be the only one to hurt him as badly. Kraven, however, was a different story as he wasn't sure of the hunter. He kept thinking about what Turk said last night on his patrol with Daredevil. About how Kraven went on a trip and started calling himself, Kraven the Hunter. The fact that he doesn't exist on record almost made Peter sympathize with the man, but he wasn't sure how he was going to beat him since the last fight with Kraven and Vermin caused his shoulder to be dislocated. If it wasn't for his healing factor, he probably would've felt it for days even gone for a few weeks without going out on patrol as Spider-Man. He was also hoping Happy and Fury don't find out he was disobeying them. Speaking of which, what the heck is Vermin even? He knew in this universe aliens exist, heck in the multiverse Peter-3 fought the Lizard a.k.a. Dr. Connors, and even Peter thought the Lizard was the weirdest of his enemies. But a rat-like man is not something you can just encounter in a world of Avengers. There had to be a reason that guy exists.

As Peter dwells on his thoughts, Jameson walked past his desk and gestures to him to come with him. "My office now." He said sounding like he's in a big scoop or something.

Peter got up and followed Jameson into his office. "Take a seat," he demanded. This must be serious if he's not his usual self.

Jameson started, "Listen, Parker. This is very important to me and my... son. The astronaut. I want you to go with me to his planetarium party in a few days. Take photos and so on."

"You have a son?" Peter asked bluntly. Jameson glared at him and nodded.

"Yes, I have a son. I... I haven't spoken to him since my wife... his mother died..." Jameson stated while trying to prevent his eyes from tearing up.

Peter was not only so astonished by this revelation of Jameson having a son but also that his wife died. It just... made Jameson human. He always thought the guy was always hating Spider-Man just for clicks and views, but now it seems like that hatred was hiding something... something like the pain... grief...

"I'm sorry for your loss, Mr. Jameson," Peter said sadly.

"Thank you, Parker," Jameson said.

"Is that all?" Peter asked. Jameson nodded and gestured for him to go on his way. Peter obliged and went back to his desk.

Betty came by his desk, preventing her clenched fists from being raised in the air, and hoping she won't scream or fangirl over the fact that he's Spider-Man.

"Hey, listen, I came by to tell you, MJ, wants to talk to you today after work," Betty said.

Peter furrowed his eyebrows. What did MJ want to talk about? Probably about spell and him not coming back. He was also hoping it would not turn into a fight with her.

"Ok, I'll talk to her. Where would I talk to her at? And the time?" Peter asked.

"She wants to talk to you at your place at 6:00." Betty confirmed.

"Ok." Peter said and then groaned. He really was hoping this wouldn't turn into a fight with his girlfriend or semi-ex-girlfriend, he didn't know what the correct label because most boyfriends don't ask wizards to cast spells to make his loved ones forget about him in order to save the multiverse.

Well, there's a first time for everything. Peter chuckled at his thoughts, sometimes they could be quite amusing. Then a thought occurred, he could use this time at work to research Kraven. It's at least worth a try, he thought to himself.

Searching Kraven's name, he found weird information, mainly rumors and news articles that were talking about a mysterious hunter in Africa taking down rhinos. Others were mainly about Wakanda and other countries in the U.N. talking about the hunter, but to no confirmation as to whether he's real or not. The Wakandans certainly seem to believe he's real.

This was also probably why Fury didn't want him to go after Kraven, and why the Feds are after him and now if the Wakandans are after him, it's serious business.

Maybe, he could find more info tonight with his new partner, Daredevil. Again, he still couldn't believe he and Daredevil are working together.

It was 6:00, MJ could knock at the door any moment now.

Knock, Knock

"Oh boy," he muttered under his breath.

He approached the door and unlocked it and then open it to reveal MJ standing outside. Peter let her in and gestured for her to sit on his bed. She did that and then he sat next to her.

There was an awkward silence for a bit until Peter broke it by saying, "Look Betty told me that you wanted to talk-"

MJ interrupted, "I'm sorry to interrupt, it's just… I wanted to talk to you about…" She gulped. It felt like she didn't know what to say.

Peter shook his head and sighed, "Look if this is about the spell and me not coming back, you have every right to be ang—"

"It's not that," MJ abruptly said.

"Oh."

She sighed and said, "I wanted to talk about something important. While I was a little mad yesterday, I couldn't help but just cry and hug you because I missed you so much. However, I want to talk about it before that when you revealed your identity to us."

Peter raised his eyebrow and just said, "Oooh…"

"I was having nightmares…. Falling down from the Liberty because Osborn blew that thing Strange had…. For weeks I was wondering why Spider-Man saved me and why he was crying about saving me. And then over the coming months, I was wondering why I was thinking Spider-Man was my boyfriend…. For so long, I wanted to deny that." She started to tear up.

"I had this bad feeling that…that… maybe he didn't want to do anything with me anymore…." She sniffled. Peter held her tight with his arms and pulled her into a comforting hug.

"I… I… thought that Spider-Man was hating me, or I did something bad to him. I kept having," she sniffled again, "nightmares of that fall, and each time the nightmare occurs I die because I don't have Spider-Man saving me like he did that night. And what's worse I keep waking up thinking why he left me." She poured it all out and cried into his chest. Peter was also semi-crying; he gave her a kiss on her forehead.

She got out of his hug and wiped away some tears. Peter looked into her gaze and cupped his hands onto her face, using his thumbs to wipe away any lasting tears.

"And every time when I saw you at the shop, I thought something was familiar about you. I tried to remember why you felt familiar to me. Even then I couldn't piece it together." She wrapped her hand on the black dahlia necklace and said, "I kept also trying to remember why I wore this and that led to me believing that Spider-Man wa—is my boyfriend. That just made me go down a rabbit hole in my memories. And every time I brought it up to Ned, he too wondered about why Spider-Man stopped contacting him as his guy-in-the-chair."

Peter heavily breathed and then just kept looking into MJ's gaze. He didn't know he caused that much of a problem for her with that spell and her memories of him. He might have to talk to Ned about this as well.

"It's just felt like something was wrong with me. I thought I was going crazy every night. And then you revealed yourself to us and I'm so grateful for that," she teared up and her lips twitched into a small smile.

"The memories… everything we shared together Peter. Everything just felt right again." MJ stated as she put her hand on his cheek. Peter touched her wrist and embraced it as he closed his eyes and sighed.

"Can you promise me one thing?" She asked.

He opened his eyes and nodded. She was tearing up and said, "Promise me you won't do something like that again. I don't think you deserve to be alone anymore, Peter."

Those words stung, deeper than any bullet or knife he fights against. "I don't think you deserve to be alone anymore Peter." The words kept flooding and repeating into his mind.

"But the world doesn't need Peter Parker—"

MJ shook her head and said, "You gotta stop thinking like that about yourself, Peter. It's not healthy. I understand Spider-Man will always be a part of yourself. You're Spider-Man, but I'm in love with Peter Parker. I'll always love you, Peter."

Peter was taken aback by what she said and smiled at that. "I also have to tell you something."

MJ looked at him in confusion and then brought back her hand away from his face.

"I'm not… I'm not the same kid I once was, MJ. The same guy you like, I'm not him. I've gotten more anti-social…. Learned the harsh realities this world can bring. Hell, I've even gotten more violent as Spider-Man," he said as he puts his hands on his face in sorrow.

"That night with Vermin, the rat creature man, that attacked us at Flash's party. You saw me how I was. I kept seeing images of him... of Goblin and May's death in my mind. It was like dealing with Goblin again at the Statue of Liberty. I've become like that other Peter; I'm starting to become rageful…. Become bitter…. Eventually, I'll just stop pulling my punches and you wouldn't want that." He spoke.

MJ bit her lip and wiped away some tears with her hands She asked, "Do you love me then?"

"I do. I do. But I can't say our relationship won't be exactly the same." Peter stated.

MJ placed both of her hands. This was going to be a long night.

"Peter, you're the most selfless guy I know that will literally self-sacrifice your entire life to be a hero, to be Spider-Man, but it isn't about time someone saved you. We can make this work if you just let me in. Don't shut me out." MJ stated.

"I'm not shutting you out, it's just…" he didn't bother finishing the sentence.

"Just what?" She asked.

He took a deep breath and then looked directly into her eyes. She was very beautiful to him.

"That day when I saw you and Ned and I ordered that coffee like I said last time I was going to tell you with that paper, and I saw how you guys were ok without me. It wasn't just that." Peter started.

MJ was perplexed by what he was saying, "What are you talking about?"

"The injury on your head. You told me, 'It doesn't hurt anymore,' and I smiled at that, and it confirmed to me that I was the cause of this craziness in your lives. You didn't need Peter Parker anymore." He said while looking down at the floor.

"Come on, Peter, that's just… that's just you having too much worry and concern for your friends. Everyone has that. I have that for you when you go out as Spider-Man, same with Ned." MJ added that she didn't want to get too angry with him and this extreme self-doubt and guilt complex of his.

"I have to though. Because the last time, Mysterio, Goblin, they're not the last threat I'll ever face. Kraven and Vermin certainly won't be. What if something happens to you, MJ? Or Ned? Or Betty? Or my other classmates that I didn't even graduate with. I don't want to put any of you in danger ever again." Peter explained while still looking at the floor in sorrow.

"Nothing will happen to me, but it's you, we have to worry about Peter. You were all alone without us. No person can live like this," she gestured to his apartment, "as they can just live that they're fine when they're really not. When they're hurting inside and there's no one they can talk to about it."

"I'm very fine," he lied through his teeth.

"Dude, come on, don't do this to yourself," MJ said, glaring at him. She didn't want to get mad, but now it seems like it was going to go down that route.

"I'm fine, MJ." Peter retorted, feeling he could snap at any moment, but keeping his anger in check.

"No, you're not!" She snapped, got up from her bed to face him, and started to tear up.

"You-you didn't graduate high school! You didn't get into MIT! You-you're living here! And—and you're pretending everything is fine with you when it isn't! You're not fine! So, stop pretending you are!" She breathed heavily, letting it all out, she was crying, tears streaming all over her face.

Peter's eyes widened. The first time, he ever saw her get extremely angry at someone the first time was with him. Her boyfriend.

He gulped and wanted to say something, hoping he didn't get angry back at her, after all, he wasn't in the position to be angry at anyone.

MJ started to go frantic and explode, "What were you going to do being all alone?!"

Peter just stared at her. He then looked across from him at a picture of Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Now looking back at MJ and tried to speak but couldn't form the right words.

"I just didn't want anyone to die anymore, MJ. Die because they know me, love me…." Peter just said sadly.

MJ stared at him bewildered and apologized, "I'm sorry, I really am."

"For what?"

"For exploding on you like that," she added.

Peter did a slight shake with his head, got up from the bed, and made his way to MJ. He said, "No, it's ok. It's fine really."

"No, it isn't, Peter," MJ stated. "You don't deserve any of this done to you. You didn't need me yelling at you like that."

Peter sighed and said, "Listen, I was causing a lot of pain for so many of my loved ones by not telling them I was Spider-Man, and when you guys found out, that one week was perfect until… Mysterio and that fake video of his were released to the public. And then messing up the spell with Strange put you guys even in more danger. Now the current spell with making everyone forget Peter Parker changed my life completely. You're right I was alone…. So alone…. And you're right I do need someone to talk to. About this… about all of this. I'm not going to lie, MJ, my life has gotten crazy ever since I became Spider-Man. But do you want that risk… take that risk with me?"

MJ started to tear up after so many cries, gave a couple of nods, and replied, "Yes."

Peter smiled at that, and they embraced each other in a hug and then got into a powerful kiss. The window was open and police sirens could be heard outside. They both stop kissing as they heard the sirens. Peter turns to look at MJ. She had a small smile on her face and simply said, "Go get 'em, Tiger."

He smiled at that and quickly changed into his Spider-Man suit and leaped out of the window with MJ watching from afar, looking concerned about him.

Whatever the future holds for them, they were going to face it together.

Spider-Man kept swinging and swinging until he got to the location Daredevil provided for him. Still the same one near Clinton Church. Granted, he was going to be a few minutes late as swinging to Hell's Kitchen was pretty far from his apartment.

He lands on the rooftop where Daredevil awaits.

"Sorry I'm late, the place where I live is very far and-"

Daredevil interrupted, "It's fine. Besides, you're only one minute late."

"Oh."

Daredevil chuckled at that and proceeded to explain the agenda for tonight.

"We're going to need information. Especially on why Roxxon is working with Mysterio's crew. And to do that we'll go to the top." He said.

"Wait, so we're gonna like break and enter?" Spider-Man asked.

"Not exactly...I was able to pick up a voice nearby of criminals selling stocking weapons in a warehouse talking about where the shipment is headed. From there we take out those guys, get some info, and go to their founder with evidence." He suggested.

Though, he wanted to ask, Peter, dismissed Daredevil mentioning the fact he's able to pick up a voice.

"Well, I feel like it's a bit of a trap. Seems too sketchy to me." Spider-Man commented.

"How would you know it's a trap?" Daredevil asked.

"If criminals are talking about a location, they could mean something else or lie about it or its code," Spider-Man added.

"That's... a good suggestion. We'll keep that in mind. Anyway, follow me and we'll stop this shipment." Daredevil said.

The duo nodded at each other, after that Daredevil ran across buildings as Spider-Man followed suit. After about half an hour of just jumping on rooftops and swinging, they reached their destination. A truck stopped and it did have a Roxxon logo on it, only it wasn't headed to any Roxxon locations but to an unknown location.

Daredevil and Spider-Man land far enough for them not to be seen by armed guards.

"So, what's the plan?" Spider-Man asked whispering.

"I'm listening to them," Daredevil pointed out.

Peter was wondering what exactly Daredevil's powers are if he's able to do that. He reminded himself if he and Daredevil could have a talk about their powers.

Daredevil listens in and he's a bit surprised what he hears,

'So, that new location they're giving us. Do you know why it's specifically that area?'

'No clue. Boss wants everything to go smoothly tonight. I heard there's a new guy trying to take out Spider-Man and that same new guy is hired by our boss.'

'No way really!'

'Yeah... guy's pretty crazy though.'

'Eh how crazy?'

'He wears like a lion-'

Daredevil stops listening as Spider-Man asks him a question. "What are they saying?"

Daredevil replied, "Nothing much. They're just talking about Kraven."

"So, they do know him!" Spider-Man said gleefully and whispered loudly.

Daredevil shushed him and continued listening.

'New shipment of weapons is here.'

'Yeah, I heard that the boss wants these weapons sold to all the crime families in the city.'

'Well, I'm glad he's doing it. These vigilante types are getting up in our business too much, especially after Kingpin is missing.'

Daredevil stopped listening and asked Spider-Man, "Did Mysterio's crew ever work with Wilson Fisk, the Kingpin?"

Spider-Man immediately shook his head and said, "No. I've heard of Kingpin, but I don't think his group and Mysterio's ever worked together, why?"

"These guards were just talking about Kingpin being missing, I was just wondering is all. I have a suspicion, but I'll tell you later. " Daredevil stated.

He listened in again.

'So, what's the deal tonight?'

'One of the boss's people is coming tonight to explain to us what to transport and sell.'

'But we're only transporting and selling weapons?'

'That's what I thought, but we're gonna transport something important tonight.'

'Do you know what it is?'

'No idea, but one of boss's people want to keep it under wraps. It's something top secret, something the government could their hands on. They're calling it Promethium X. Don't know what that shit is, but it sounds dangerous.'

"Promethium X?" Daredevil mouthed. What is Mysterio's crew transporting?

"Something wrong?" Spider-Man asked, concerned.

"They're not just transporting and selling weapons. They're going to transport something called Promethium X..." Daredevil surmised.

Spider-Man was astonished. Promethium X, just what is that? He knew of regular promethium as it is a rare element, rather extremely rare to one where it's called Promethium X, seems something new.

He explained, "Promethium is an extremely rare element, all of it's isotopes are radioactive. A little promethium is used in specialized atomic batteries and those are roughly the size of a drawing pin and are used for pacemakers, guided missiles and radios."

"They're probably making missiles then?" Daredevil suggested. Spider-Man disagreed though.

"If they did, we would have probably seen it being used or sold," he pointed out. Daredevil nodded at that. He also made a mental note to ask about Spider-Man's knowledge on such things. He deduced he was young, but being intelligent wasn't something he considered, so it was a bit of a surprise to hear him talk about stuff like that.

Spider-Man then pointed out, "Hey, listen, I have a camera on me, we can take picture and give to it a photographer I know as evidence and expose this to the media."

Daredevil liked the idea, however, pointed out a flaw, "It's a bit suspicious though. A source being you and you have lots of controversies surrounding you. You take the pictures, but I guess we have to wait to see who the buyer is and then we strike."

Spider-Man nodded, and the duo waited for at least an hour. A black SUV approached the the back of the truck and out came two armed guards and Janice Lincoln. She had a suitcase with her as she exited the vehicle.

Janice walked to the guards at the truck and spoke. Daredevil listened in.

'Gentlemen, this will be your assignment, you are to transport the Promethium X to one of our locations in the docks. This must be done perfectly. A few SUVs will be following you in order for this to work. Our buyer is at the docks for his weapons. Here is the location.'

She took out her phone and showed the location to them. They nodded.

'I assure you the Promethium X must be kept at all times in one of the vehicles, it's rather fragile. As soon as the buyer leaves, put the Promethium X into one of the warehouses. From there, our boss will make the next decision.'

"They're going to be moving soon, we need to strike now, quietly." Daredevil signaled. Spider-Man set up his camera with his webs and the duo leaped to land near where this meeting was occurring, only for them not to be seen.

A guard was walking by, but instantly got grabbed by Daredevil hiding in the shadows. He took the guard down silently. Spider-Man was impressed by that.

Another guard walked by trying to find his friend, "John," he called out. Spider-Man webbed him quickly in the mouth and Daredevil grabbed him silently taking him down like the last guard.

The duo moved around, taking guards one-by-one. All around the area, they did about a variety of moves. Spider-Man webbed, and Daredevil takes them down silently as usual. Daredevil stated, "There was at least 30 guards here. We took out at least 5..."

Spider-sense tingled. "There's more on the way," Spider-Man said worryingly.

The duo found places to hide as more guards (basically three of them) came by investigating where the other guards went. Daredevil quickly knocked out one of them, while Spider-Man webbed both guards onto a wall and webbed their mouths as well.

"That's eight," Spider-Man commented.

They hid again as more guards (this time it was about ten of them now) came to investigate the area. They both nodded at each other and went all out. Daredevil and Spider-Man leaped out of shadows.

Daredevil punched one guard then side-kicked causing to fall on the ground. After that sent a roundhouse to another guard's head and backkicked him. lastly, he took someone's gun away and hit them with it.

Spider-Man kept firing webs at all the guards, leaped around, and kicked their heads. He pulled a few of the ones he webbed and threw them onto other guards. He gave a punch to one guard that decided to come at him with a knife.

Janice was hearing noise in the back and asked, "What's going on over there?" Her eyes widened to see Daredevil and Spider-an beating up the armed guards.

"Holy shit! Take them out!" She ordered.

More and more guards came by to help the ones that were being beaten. Spider-Man quipped, "So much for being sneaky!" as he knocked two guards out.

Daredevil retorted, "Focus. We don't want to lose track of the shipment."

Spider-Man quipped back, "Roger!" Daredevil shook his head as they both continued to fight.

A few punches and kicks were thrown, guns were being fired for the first time as Spider-Man and Daredevil were quick not to let any of the guards fire their guns at them. The duo dodged bullets coming at them as best as they can.

Meanwhile, Janice was on the phone as she was taking cover, "Hello, Damage Control..."

Daredevil caught that with his hearing and cussed under his breath as he knocks out an armed guard. "Spider-Man!" He called out.

"That lady, she's called Damage Control! We have to get out of here!" Daredevil warned and Spider-Man nodded as he gave one last punch to a guard he was beating.

Unbeknownst to Janice, Peter's camera was taking pictures of the duo as well as with her in it, so it snapped a few photos. Spider-Man quickly leaped to go get it and he did in an instant. A helicopter flew by as it is Damage Control. A few Damage Control cars came by as well.

The armed guards left and drove everything leaving only Daredevil and Spider-Man on the scene to look at Damage Control approaching them.

Agent Cleary stepped out of the car, had a megaphone, and spoke into it, "Lie on the ground with your hands over your head! Both of you!"

MJ was worried about Peter; she was still in his apartment waiting for him to come back from his usual patrol. In order to get rid of the boredom, she was busy looking at stuff on her laptop, mainly watching YouTube videos. Her phone ringed a notification from Ned and Betty about three messages in.

From Ned, it read 'DUDE HOLY SHIT!'

From Betty, she sent her a link of a Daily Bugle live-stream. Shit! It has to be about Peter. She clicked on the link and was shocked.

News headline read: Spider-Man And Daredevil Spotted By Damage Control. The video was showing Spider-Man and Daredevil being surrounded by a lot of cars and helicopters.

"Shit!" She cried out. Now she was extremely worried about her boyfriend.

Alright, I'll end it there. I know I wrote a bit much, but if I didn't do that here I would've had made the first part of Act 3 start off with this and plus it would've been longer, so anyway hope you enjoyed this part.
