The legendary Kunoichis chapter 4
Sorry about the delay everyone September was a busy month. Add in some brainstorming for some possible future fan fictions and I wound up finishing partway through October. At that point I decided to make this a nice Halloween gift for you guys.
Review:
Yochan123- No worries I have plans for the teams, but the full extent of which would involves spoilers.
However, I will say that Naruko has a plan to make sure that herself and Hinata get on the same team, or the very least gets a close friend on one of their teams to make up for it.
2.) Princess Hinashi- Technically he hasn't awakened it yet, but not wanting to lose to Naruko and Hinata is pushing him towards that possibility.
This is a Naruto fanfic, and is those owned by Kishimoto and whoever is in charge of making the Naruto amines' and games.
The two students stared each other down. In one corner Sasuke was staring down Naruko with his black eyes for approaching his level. To him losing to the dead last once would be like setting his ultimate goal back a decade. Naruko stare down herself claimed rival with the same intensity. To Naruko winning this fight means showing everyone she could be hokage. Regardless they were fighting for their pride and the survival of their self-confidence.
When Iruka announced the fight to begin both combatants charged at each other without hesitation. What could be described as competition of endurance versus skill commenced with the first blows. Sasuke attempted to get the upper hand in the fight by delivering a powerful punch, but Naruko sidestepped the attack, and was able to deliver three quick consecutive punches.
This attack caused Hinata to get distracted from the fight for a few seconds. Such quick and precise attacks were incredibly familiar to the girl. However, before Hinata could put her finger on exactly who Naruko attack was mimicking, Sasuke landed a powerful kick to separate the two. This subsequently caused Hinata to forget all about what Naruko did, as her focus was completely on the fight.
That clash temporarily stopped the two kids in their tracks as they assess the damage taken. Everyone was quiet until Naruko spoke words that made Sasuke both angry and impressed, "this time I landed three attacks before you can land one". With the battle cry, the raven haired boy charged again with even greater strength then before.
Naruko tried blocking the attack, but the Uzumaki still felt it and got pushed back. Before the Uchiha attempted it again Naruko quickly got to his side to deliver a good side hit. Although, this didn't deter the boy as he delivered another punch to Naruko. Similar to Sasuke a moment ago the blonde haired girl ignored the pain and delivered a solid punch to his chest. The two then began blocking and attacking without rest, and ignoring any damage they received as long as they delivered just as much damage back.
Eventually the two separated and began to stare each other down. Sasuke knew that if he is taking just as much damage as Naruko, or if the fight becomes a battle of endurance the girl might actually win the match. All the while putting him in a bad shape for the final round. Naruko was having similar thoughts to her rival. Sasuke's attacks were more powerful then Naruko, and he was able to get some of his best hits past her defenses more often than Naruko's attacks against him. If the blond wanted to win this she knew the fight must either go on for as long as possible, or she must start landing notable attacks against Sasuke without too much damage being dealt back.
Sasuke was the first to make a move. He started with a powerful punch, that Naruko was easily able to avoid. However, it was a trap as Sasuke immediately followed up with a kick that landed and sent her skirting backwards. Naruko landed roughly on the ground, but quickly re-took her fitting, post herself forward and land a powerful punch. Sasuke attempted to land one more good kick to secure his domination in the clash. However, Naruko beat him to it with a kick of her own. The orange clad student then began a delivering as many attacks as she could. These attacks ranged from Powerful sloppy kicks and punches, to graceful jabs, and everything in between.
The sudden quick pace Naruko's attacks we're being delivered at quickly overwhelmed Sasuke, as the timing of Naruko's offensive left him completely on the defensive. Sasuke tried to counterattack but the moment he attempted this Naruko was l able to deliver a powerful hit that interrupted his attack. Whenever he tried to back away, Naruko took one step forward. Eventually the boys luck became worse when he stepped on a rock that interrupted his footing. His opponent took advantage of this opportunity by delivering a powerful hit. It didn't knock down the top student, but he received some serious damage.
A dreaded thought suddenly ran through Sasuke's mind, "he was going to lose". A quick look at Naruko cemented this fact as he could tell immediately that Naruko was thinking the same thing. In moments ideas of his top student status started disappearing, nightmares of him becoming the dead last began emerging, and a single image of his brother looking down on him and saying, "you will never beat me" began clouding his senses.
As quickly as these ideas came they were replaced by a burning desire to win, that was only rivaled by the flames of anger coursing through his veins. These desires rapidly manifest in the fight taking place as Sasuke began countering every attack Naruko made. Before she even realized it Sasuke had turned the tables on her and was forcing the girl completely on the defensive. Naruko attempted to break away, or simply disrupt his rhythm, but it was like Sasuke was able to predict every action she was taking from that point on.
Sasuke suddenly put everything he had into a Powerful downward punch. Thinking he slipped up Naruko attempted to deliver a punch to separate the two, but the same rock from earlier caused the blonde this time to lose her footing long enough for the raven haired boys attack to land. The blow sent the girl to the ground, but this didn't stop Sasuke's merciless attacks.
Sasuke stood over the blond as he continued his assault. Naruko attempted to get away, but his attacks left her little room to even block let alone get away. Darkness begins clouding her vision. The last thing our hero saw before darkness seized her was that Sasuke's eyes was red instead of black. Before unconsciousness took hold, she heard the sounds of Iruka and Hinata rushing towards her.
Naruko couldn't tell what they were saying. The only words Naruko Uzumaki could clearly make out was, "The eyes of the Uchiha are the most irksome things in the world. Regardless if they are used by a kid they are always a pain in the butt". She didn't know who or where those words were coming from, but she couldn't question this fact as she went unconscious.

At the beginning of the two's fight everyone in the class was cheering. Most of the female classmates were of course rooting for Sasuke. Even the majority of the boys were rooting for the guy. However, this only made Hinata cheer even louder. Yet the moment Sasuke started his final attack the heiress went quiet.
When Sasuke started winning his classmates were rooting for him even louder. However, with every punch Sasuke inflicted on the downed girl one more student was stunned into silence. Even his most rabid and dedicated fan girls were eventually in complete shock and horror.
The moment Iruka knew Sasuke's victory was assured in his beat down of Naruko he calls the match. However, Sasuke did not hear him, so he shouted Sasuke's victory again. When the punches kept on flying Iruka appeared right next to him, grabs his fist, and gave Sasuke the angriest look the class has ever or will ever see on Iruka's face. Before he could speak Iruka got a good look at Sasuke's eyes, bit his lip in frustration, and said "Sasuke take a seat and we will talk about this after class". Clearly restrained anger coursing down every word in his voice.
Iruka's anger to his students was only truly surpassed at that moment by one Hinata Hyuga. However, even with the flames of
fury radiating from this girl one emotion surpassed her anger, concern. Hinata quickly checked on the done Naruko and asked Iruka if she can take her to the nurse Office. Iruka swiftly responded with a "yes", but before he can even finish or even ask someone to help Hinata carry the blonde, the lavender eye girl was halfway to the building with a unconscious Naruko on her back.

When Hinata returned the shy, and kind girl moments before was nowhere to be found. Hinata at that moment was the girl her father always wanted. A calm and collected heiress who radiated focus, demonstrated power with just her posture, and controlled every movement to reach the best possible outcome were all characteristics describing Hinata at that time. The key to achieving this state for Hinata wasn't cold and unrelenting discipline Hiashi Hyuga presented to his child. The desire to avenge and protect someone who means the world to her what is the thing needed for Hinata to achieve this state.
Every second was a opportunity for Hinata to prepare for her revenge. She didn't care about the fights going on around her all Hinata cared about was beating Sasuke. Every memory of Sasuke fighting ran through her head all so she could prepare for what came next.
The fourth round matches had ended. Iruka started taking volunteers and recommendations for their final fight for that day. However, when Hinata spoke for the first time since she got back everyone listened," I want to fight Sasuke Uchiha, any objections". The tone of her voice was so different no one could reply except for Sasuke, who only words to this was, "I couldn't think of a better final match".
The moment The two of them entered the ring The tension the air became visible. One side was giving a look that could set someone on fire. The other was giving a glare that could electrocute anyone they're staring at. However, no one in the audience could identify which eyes were scarier. Regardless the two were doing a better job intimidating their classmates then each other.
With a simple, "begin" from Iruka, Hinata leaped forward like a jungle cat at Sasuke. The boy saw this as an opening for a punch, but the girl narrowly avoids his attack and delivered a punch of her own. Sasuke's defenses we're still strong as he used his other hand to block her attack and deliver a strike with his knee to Hinata. The Hyuga gritted her teeth, but was able to deliver a palm strike to the raven haired boy without delay. This attack knocked the air out of him, and the blue haired girl continued her assault.
If Sasuke thought Naruko's attacks were quick and consecutive then Hinata's we're at a different level, it was like comparing a drizzle to a downpour. Sasuke was left with little choice but to put everything he had into defends, if he didn't want to be overwhelmed. Yet it still wasn't good enough. Despite the speed in which her jabs were being delivered, the girl still managed to give each attack grace, and precision that allowed her to still land multiple hits no matter how hard Sasuke tried to defend.
Despite Sasuke losing the fight his confidence did not waiver. "Unlike Naruko, Hinata stamina is nowhere near as high, and with this being the last fight I don't have to worry about preserving my stamina or worry minor injuries hindering me later. All I have to do is wait for Hinata to make a critical mistake, wear herself out, and then I will overwhelm this Hyuga when she has no energy left for a comeback". YetSasuke thoughts and plans didn't come out as predicted when two things occurred.
The first unusual thing Sasuke noticed was that Hinata's attacks weren't slowing down, her attacks were in fact gaining speed, and not losing any grace or precision. The second thing he saw was the flames of revenge burning in her eyes. Hinata's revenge was nothing compared to his own, but for this moment her determination and resolve to win this fight out shined his own. These two factors combined meant Hinata wouldn't waiver until Sasuke lost the fight, and by the time he manages to escape her attack lock down the last Uchiha wouldn't be in the state needed to pull out any form of a comeback victory.
Sasuke knew then that if he wanted to keep his top tie jutsu in the class status he had to stop her progress. He dug his heels into the ground, and attempted to put everything he had into blocking and delivering a counterattack. Every passing second his chances of victory were dropping, while his despair of losing was growing. When he was only a second away from giving up hope of beating Hinata it was like the world was in slow motion once again to the young Uchiha and at that moment he was able to disrupt the downpour that was Hinata's attacks, and prepare a punch of his own.
Meanwhile Hinata was blinded by anger and revenge. Sasuke had beaten down her precious Naruko-Chan, and was not immediately punished. Naruko might have try to hide it sometimes, but she had been bullied and beaten to the ground in the past. These acts of cruelty even a few times in broad daylight when she wasn't around to help her closest friend in the world. Hinata was not only getting revenge for Naruko in this fight; she was protecting her best friends honor in this battle, making up for every time she wasn't there for Naruko when she needed someone to help and protect her.
Loss wasn't even an option to Hinata. All the girl could think was "I need to beat Sasuke. I needed to beat Sasuke. I need to beat Sasuke Uchiha". This thought process was only broken when her opponent successfully blocked every attack Hinata was throwing out, and was preparing a counterattack despite her best efforts. Ideas began swarming the young Hyuga's mind as to how it was even possible for Sasuke to be suddenly preforming so well. With one look at Sasuke Uchiha eyes the answer became clear to the young Kunoichis.
Before realization appeared on the girls face, Sasuke lunched a punch directly at Hinata's face. Yet in the brief second before the punch landed veins appeared around Hinata's eyes, and she blocked his attack. The two stared each other down once more as they both realized this battle had just reached a completely different level.
This fight was no longer just about grades, and revenge for Naruko's injuries. This fight became a battle for the glory of the Uchiha and Hyuga clans the moment the two locked eyes. This was a battle of the heiress Byakugan, and the last Uchiha's newly awakened Sharingan.

One year ago:
Hinata sat by her father waiting for a crucial message. Apparently Hiashi Hyuga wanted to give his daughter some advice for the academy. Yet the young girl had no idea if his words would give her a helpful hand for her academy days, or file down her confidence even more. His message was apparently the latter.
"Hinata I know you're going to start at the academy soon, and I know you will have to fight your classmates in a sparring match multiple times. With that said, I want you to never use your Byakugan against your classmates unless absolutely necessary". Hinata's eyes widened at her father's words. She couldn't help but ask, " why father do you want me to hold back in a fight? Even someone at my level should be able to do decently well at the Academy with my Byakugan".
Hiashi immediately started explaining his decision. "It's important to not rely heavily on one particular ability or technique. It is true that one good technique or ability can get you pretty far. However, it's how you can combine abilities, reliably use multiple different jutsu, and use the same techniques differently is what makes a truly great Shinobi in combat".
Seeing some confusion on Hinata face her father elaborated, "For example I myself am able to take down multiple genin and some chunin in our clan, without even using the Byakugan. This is because of the sheer gap in skill between me and my fellow clan members. The Academy and your time as a genin is supposed to help you achieve the fundamentals needed to reach these levels skills. Meaning if you use one of the most powerful Kekkei genkai in the world in every situation the academy has to offer, you will receive far less progress and will have nothing notable to help you if a enemy could counter our eyes.
The Hyuga clan head took a small inhale before speaking again. "The second reason is an successful gentle fist technique by anyone with a Byakugan is extremely dangerous. Even someone as gentle as you could accidentally leave fatal injuries on your classmates if you were to go all out. This is why you, Neji, and other young Hyuga are constantly supervised during your sparring matches. Sure the academy teachers could limit this problem, but unless they can see the chakra coursing through someone, and can look into a person's body they might not realize the damage being done until it's too late. So until I recognize you have reached a level of skill and experience necessary to avoid this disastrous outcome you cannot use your Byakugan unless absolutely necessary"!
Hinata in response to all of this simply nodded her head. In a nervous voice the young girl continued with, "I understand father, I will not use our clan's specialize eye unless absolutely necessary at school".
Yet neither one of them could have expected Hinata would be forced to pull out the Byakugan against a sharingan user. In her first year no less. However, that is what fate had in store for this version of Hinata.

Present:
The battle was getting more intense by the second. The two were not just trading blows, they were delivering attacks with speed and reflexes that normal kids their age shouldn't even be dreaming of. This was highlighted when a large chunk of the class couldn't even follow where the punches were landing and who was even winning at that moment. Only three people there were certainty how the fight was going, Iruka, Hinata, and Sasuke.
Sasuke was slowly getting the upper hand. With his Sharingan active and his comeback moments before the boy was slowly winning their clash. Predicting her movements, no matter how fast she was barely a challenge, and with his skill Sasuke knew he was going to get the upper hand. Every second the past only assured this fact in young Uchiha's eye's, until he saw it. Hinata attacks were barely grazing his arms and chest despite his successful blocks, but faintest whispers of chakra coming off her hands and the veins around the girl's eyes spelled trouble.
He did it know much about the Hyuga clan, but Sasuke did know two notable things about one of his clan's biggest rivals. The first is that many consider the Byakugan the rival to the sharingan when it comes to ocular jutsu. To the point that even his father and other notable Uchiha would begrudgingly admit that the Hyuga clan's eyes surpassed theirs in some areas. The second thing was that their gentle fist style mix with their ocular powers is extremely dangerous. Even Itachi warned his brother about not taking too many hits from a Hyuga once or twice.
Sasuke hearing the warnings from the ghost of his clan quickly made distance, and started formulating his next strategy. Sasuke knew if he took too many hits from a full powered gentle fist his loss is almost assured. He could tell that through their confrontation so far he had the upper hand in strength, foot work, and reaction time. So he figured why not use all three?
Sasuke leapt at Hinata and started throwing punches. However, the moment the girl start to adapt to Sasuke newest attack he jumped back, and did the same thing from a different angle. Sasuke did the same thing over and over again, but no matter what angle he tried Hinata was able to successfully put up some form of defense. Sure Sasuke wasn't taking too many hits, but what few hits he was landing weren't effective, and him constantly making distance and closing the gap was putting a toll on his stamina. Despite this Sasuke knew all he needed was one good hit for his plan to start bearing fruit.
Eventually it did with one lucky hit to her side. With a hiss of pain Sasuke capitalize by landing too good hits on Hinata before retreating. The Uchiha continued his strategy and with each consecutive retreat and retaliation the number of notable hits, and their effectiveness increased. Sure Hinata was still putting in a decent defense, but with every bit of damage and pain her body receives her overall performance continued its downward spiral.
Hinata knew if she couldn't end the battle quickly Sasuke's victory was assured. Yet with Sasuke constantly moving and his Sharingan active Hinata couldn't fully use the gentle fist against him. Despite this disadvantage a single cloud of dust was slowly forming with each step the Uchiha took, and from this cloud of dirt an idea formed in the Hyuga's head
The moment Sasuke leapt forward once again Hinata closed her eyes, kept her Byakugan going, and kicked as much dirt and sand into the air as she could. The moment Sasuke came into contact with this earthly cloud he was forced to close his eyes and was stunned. Hinata didn't waste her chance and launched her most powerful technique.
Her hands began to blur in rapid speed and in such succession Sasuke could barely brace himself for her onslaught. Under normal circumstances Hinata would've counted how many hits she was delivering, but she was so focused on closing his chakra point she couldn't think of anything else. When she eventually stopped Hinata was huffing in air, and Sasuke's arms drops to his side.
The boy attempted to use this as an opportunity to win the fight. Yet The moment he tried to lift up his arms to deliver a punch, his body refused. Beyond that his body was shouting at the young Uchiha to admit defeat. Yet his will to win refused to let his physical condition stand in his way. So his mind and body compromised. Sasuke with the last of his strength rushed towards the exhausted heiress and pinned her down.
Hinata tried to break free, but Sasuke was too heavy for the young girl. With the end of the fight in sight Iruka began to count down, "10, 9, 8, 7...". Hinata couldn't let it end like this. Sasuke couldn't be allowed to walk away unpunished and remain comfortably at the top of the pedestal after what he did to Naruko. The top of their class was like a cruel winter in their battle, but with the fire in her heart she knew for a fact she could withstand it. With each passing number their teacher spoke Hinata inner flame continued to grow rapidly.
At the last possible second Hinata managed to push Sasuke off of her and into the air with all of the young girl's strength. Yet despite this impressive accomplishment her body had more to give. With speed and reflexes pushed to beyond her max, Hinata managed to launched the still airborne Uchiha outside of the arena. Within a blink of an eye Hinata Hyuga had successfully performed the greatest comeback victory the academy has ever seen. With a dumb found face their teacher announced the results of the fight; "The winner of the match is Hinata Hyuga"?!
1234567890
Everyone was left speechless. Sasuke Uchiha the undisputed best in the class. A guy who prove this fact every day by winning every sparring match he had been in. Yet despite all that he lost to a girl whose most notable characteristic was hanging around what seem to be the dead last in the class.
Eventually the silence was broken by one guy named Kiba. In a mocking voice the young boy said, "so the mighty Sasuke Uchiha has finally lost a match, it was about time". With those words an angry Sasuke eyes became wide open and he charged back into the ring. However, before he could even step foot into the ring Iruka halted the boys advance simply by placing one arm on his shoulder.
Before Sasuke could break his teachers hold Iruka spoke in a stern, but gentle voice, "Sasuke the fight is over! Now I want you to show your opponent some respect by giving her the unison sign". The boy simply scoffed and stood there, forcing Iruka to speak again. "Sasuke you're a talented student, I know you've been through a lot this year, and despite not getting the best score in every category you're still likely to be ranked number one this year and in your grade"
The Uchiha couldn't help but perk up and be a little smug after hearing that, but when Iruka spoke again his face made a 180. "However, you have showed very little respect to your opponent, you are unwilling to give Hinata even an ounce of respect just because she won the fight, you disobeyed my instructions a moment ago, and you even punched Naruko into unconsciousness! It's for this reason that I'll have to speak to you after school. Luckily for you this is the first time it has happened and I am willing to show some leniency and not subtract points off your grades. Only if you give Hinata a decent unison sign, right now"!
Sasuke begrudgingly walked towards Hinata and stretched out his hand. After locking fingers, the Hyuga girl said, "you are a great fighter and I hope the next time we fight it will be on under better conditions". Sasuke begrudgingly gave the shy girl a complement, but it was so quiet no one could hear it.
Iruka then spoke once more before the next fight begins. "you two have done a great job fighting, and I am proud to be a teacher to such an excellent class. However, sparring session are supposed help improve our skills for when we get into a big fight. Remember this for the future. Now, I want you two to head to the nurse's office and get checked out, I don't want any of my students to walk home with untreated injuries.
The two kids then walked into the building in silence. The events of their fight still swirling in their minds. Completely unaware this clash has changed their fates, and altered the destinies of those close to them and people they don't even know.
1234567890
The two injuries weren't severe, but the nurse did recommend that they should take it easy for the next week. The nurse did explain that they could still participate in some of their physical activities, but they would have to for example walk instead of running on the track, and only for a fraction of the normal distance. Because any notable physical activity would aggravate their injuries, and leave their body completely sore.
Hinata excepted the nurse's instructions, but she knew her father would be upset at the fact his kid wouldn't able to train the moment she showed notable improvement. Sasuke on the other hand looks like he didn't care about the nurse's words as he walked away. Hinata meanwhile decided to stay and wait for her friend to wake up.
Sasuke continued to move forward through empty hallways until he reach the classroom. Iruka was the only other person in the room until the last Uchiha walked in. His teacher in a stern voice began to speak at that moment.
"Sasuke I know you have been through a lot this year, and I know you have worked hard to reach your top spot in the class. However, that doesn't excuse beating your classmates into unconsciousness! Under normal circumstances I would've had you suspended for your actions against Naruko. Luckily for you Sasuke there is one rarely used rule that kept me from delivering any noticeable punishment against you". After hearing those words Sasuke froze wondering what this rule could be, all because it's saved him from being suspended.
Iruka gave the boy a moment to let that sink in, before he spoke. "When the Academy was first established Madara Uchiha made a rule that if a Uchiha or anyone with a kekei genkai that can be unlocked thanks to emotions were to first appear in a sparring match they wouldn't receive any notable punishment. This is because thanks to them having no experience with their ability, and with their emotions running rampant the odds of them accidentally hurting someone is almost guaranteed. Madara thought they shouldn't be completely responsible for this event, and Hashirama agreed. Even the second hokage had to agree despite his rough history with your clan".
Iruka took a breath before continuing. "Sasuke I know you're a good kid at heart, but if these violent tendencies were to pop up one more time expect a great punishment to follow. This warning wasn't the only thing I wanted to tell you". Iruka then pulled out a envelope with the name of his father written over it.
In a sad but sympathetic tone Iruka said, "this letter was given to me just in case you unlocked the sharingan in the academy, and your father and brother weren't around to help you. I contemplated giving you this when I heard of the massacre, but when Fugaku gave me it he was very adamant on when to give it to you". Sasuke after hearing this he reached out with a shaky hand, and took the envelope.
With emotions the boy couldn't even describe he began to look at the final message his father gave to him. A decent chunk of it was dedicated to personal tips on how to best use the Sharingan, and a list of Reading material around the subject he could easily find. The letter also contained a warning on not to get over reliant on the sharingan for both his future success and the safety of his classmates. However, the thing that stuck with Sasuke the most was the heartfelt message at the end.
The message was filled with his father sorrows on how he wouldn't be there for him. As if he knew his death was eminent paragraphs were constructed as the final word between a father and his son. Iruka didn't know what was written down and he had no interest in putting his head into family affairs. All he knew is that despite Sasuke Uchiha's best efforts he was crying tears of joy and sorrow as he left the classroom.

There is one more thing I want to mentioned before I leave for today. I was thinking of maybe switching up Naruko's sensei when she becomes a genin. Sure I like Kakashi, but I feel like giving the spotlight to some of the others could be interesting, and provide some unique training avenues. Although it should be noted that each power ups listed won't be mutually exclusive, just heavily focused on.
1.) Asuma- he was selected because Naruko and Hinata have shown excellent combination attacks, and the blond has great potential in Wind style. Both things he can help with. If Asuma is selected Naruko training would be focused more on team attacks, and wind style.
2.) Yamamoto- he was selected to better contain the 9 tails. With someone there to minimize the Fox problems Naruko could experiment with its power more earlier on. Plus, she would be able to use some of the lower level cloaks without worry of the beast taking control.
Meanwhile the tree man thanks to him wanting to help his team, and constantly suppressing, and draining the nine tails chakra would even allow him to develop two new really powerful techniques. If you want me to explain more you would have to wait and select him.
3.) Kurenai- She is chosen because the higher-ups believe she would be a good female role model for our two protagonist, and the fact Naruko's army of clones would be perfect for a reconnaissance team. What can I say the shadow clone technique was created for information gathering, so why not allow Naruko to use it like that in a notable way.
Kurenai would also help Naruko in avoiding genjutsu and even teach her a few low-level ones eventually.
On top of all that Kurenai would finally get some major screen time. Let's face it Kurenai is the least utilized among the four sensei, and the only notable genjutsu user that doesn't come from a clan. This will help the story stand out even more, and I could use her lack of screen time in cannon to my advantage as I could expand her character in a way that best suits the story.
4.) Kakashi- his training and storyline would be mostly the same but with one or two twist.
5.) Anko-she is selected because Anko could relate to Maruko thanks to the village not liking her and possessing a dark power she cannot control thanks to Orochimaru. On top of that Anko could definitely put Naruko in her place if her rebellious streak kicks in.
As for training Anko would focus heavily on summoning, unique avenues for combat, psychological warfare, and what could be described as a discount and slightly more ethical Orochimaru style training.
A noticeable thing about Anko in this story is that in order to protect her new students Anko would be forced to train earlier on. Including but not limited to learning to master the curse mark in a way that keeps her mental faculties intact. This would help inspire Naruko with her Fox problem.
I can guarantee you if Anko is selected we will have a really good Orochimaru focused arc that would be the proper conclusion to this great villain, and give this snake woman a proper showdown with her master.
Lastly Anko will remain in shape by the time of Boruto thanks to her training and her 3 students making sure she doesn't pig out on dango super often.
Just leave a comment telling me which one you want. Plus, if you have any ideas for them feel free to explain in the comments or in a PM.
Again sorry about the delay, and have a happy Halloween.
