Akio began to mock Tao "What's the matter? Don't you have the balls to show some actual fighting?" She asked with a smirk. "With the way you've 'rebuilded' yourself, I expected more from you."
That made Tao angry. "WHY…YOU…!"
"I guess some things never change, do they? You just proved my point, Tao. You're still the same old coward you were years back, even if you now have a tin can for a head. So why don't you do us all a favor, and just go run back to your mommy while you're pissing your pants."
Tao became even more angry. "Why you...!"
Akio chuckled, seeing she'd struck a nerve, but wanted to add some more. "Maybe that grenade that blew up your head clearly messed up your brain even more, making you an even bigger baby than you were before." Before he then challenged him, still mocking him. "C'mon then. Prove me wrong and give you all you got, you little pussy."
Tao had enough of it. "I'LL SHOW YOU WHAT I CAN DO, YOU BITCH!" Before he brought out his repaired blade and tried to slash Akio but, creating energy around her right index finger, she stopped it and chopped it off his arm with a flick of her finger, scaring Tao! "N-no, impossible! There's no way you could've…" He tried to say before quickly using his Super Dodon Ray, only to become even more scared when she was unharmed. "W-WHAT ARE YOU?!"
Akio, bored of this pathetic weakling and, wanting to finish what she started years ago, simply fired a blast that completely vaporized him before firing another 1 at Shen, vaporizing him as well. "Just an Apex predator who's tying up a losse end from that stupid Red Ribbon Army." She answered with a smirk before flying off to rejoin Piccolo.
Flashback end
In a rocky area on the Earth, Akio and Piccolo had just finished a physical training session before they decided to add their big finale. "AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!" They yelled out together, causing 2 rocks ledges, including the 1 they were standing on to explode and crumble into dust.
"Haa…haaa…haaa." Akio panted before smiling with satisfaction, almost exhausted from training intensely. "Excellent work today, Piccolo."
"Yeah." Piccolo agreed, almost completely training, having trained with their weighted clothing the entire time. "But, admiral though this training is, why do this when we could be training in the Gravity room that Bulma's precious Capsule Corp made for us?"
"I won't deny that 10 times gravity training for 2 years helped us raise our power immensely, but I don't want to over rely on it when there's many other methods to train." Akio explained. For it had been 4 years since their fight at the tournament and things were going well for them, as they'd managed to increase their power even more in the last 2 years thanks to Bulma's company creating a gravity room for them, with both Akio and Piccolo now having power levels of over 10,000 each. But then, the Saiyan princess raised an eyebrow when she saw a look on her comrades-in-arms' face. "Piccolo? What is it?" Before she sensed 4 unfamiliar kis coming their way from their fronts, backs up and down!
But before the 2 secret rulers of earth could do anything, Akio and Piccolo were attacked from every direction by 4 fast moving individuals, who, due to their almost exhausted state and their respective weighted clothing on, landed every blow that sent them flying into another rocky ledge!
The Saiyan princess and Demon prince opened their eyes and saw who looked like the leader, which Piccolo seemed to recognize. "YOU!"
Akio, due to Piccolo telling her about them, was furious at this cowardly attack on herself and her brother in arms. "YOU COWARDLY ANIMALS!" She shouted before they both hit the ledge before the other 3 fired a combined energy blast with their leader at them!
"DAMN YOU ALL TO HEEEEEEELLLLL!" Akio and Piccolo yelled out together before the combined blast hit them, seemingly killing them and causing the rock to collapse on top of them for good measure.
The leader was joyful at this, as the 3 biggest threats to his goal were dead now. And as such, she had no competition left. "Hahahaha. Hahahahaha. Long live the princess. And Piccolo and Kami are 1 in body and spirit now…because they're both dead!"
Meanwhile, at Kami's Lookout
The old guardian of Earth was having a horrible feeling. "Piccolo and Akio have been killed. But…that's just not possible." He said before realizing who could have killed the 2 most powerful warriors on Earth. "No! No, it can't be! It…can't be…him!"
Later on, at Bulma and Chi-Chi's palace
Little 4 year old Hana was studying hard in her books outside to enjoy the fresh air and the sounds of birds singing, having a natural talent for all subjects in her school and she was very well ahead of many other students in her classes, reading and writing at a 5th grade level. She was growing up into a very smart and intelligent girl, but could also be a bit stubborn and angrily tempered when someone crossed the line with her, which wasn't a surprise to Chi-Chi, as she knew her daughter was bound to inherit that trait from her. But her genius mind was making Bulma and Chi-Chi both proud of their sweet little princess, as they thought she was going to make a great president for Capsule Corp 1 day, which her mothers hoped would be her goal in life. But they also let her have the freedom to make friends and have fun to be a normal little girl like everyone else, which made her grandparents from both sides of her family and little Hana herself very happy.
And, as they both agreed on, they'd kept her as far away from Akio and Piccolo as they possibly could, but did let their daughter know about them; who they were and what they looked like, along with telling her that they were both bad and somewhat good on the inside. And while Hana had been curious to see them, she was also smart enough to not want to be anywhere near them, which made both Bulma and Chi-Chi very happy, as well as their friends and family. And it was fortunate that Akio and Piccolo hadn't been heard from ever since they received their gravity training room, which gave the little family and all their loved ones a time of peace.
"Some sakata are larvae for 13 years and some are for 17 years. That's so incredible!" Hana said with amazement. "They really live underground for that many years. That must really be a hard part of their lives."
But that was when Chi-Chi called out to her from the front door of the palace. "Hana, sweetie, it's dinner time!"
Hana was excited as she closed her book. "1 of my favorite times of the day." She said before getting up from her desk to head inside for a family dinner.
But that was when she heard 3 voices calling out. "Hey! Sweet little Hana!"
Hana became so happy, as her grandparents were coming to spend the day with her, as this was her spring break off school. "Mommies! It's my grandma and my grandpas!"
"Mom! Dad!" Bulma, who was wearing a newly advanced blue scouter, said happily.
"Papa!" Chi-Chi said with equal happiness.
The vehicles stopped and Hana grandma and both her grandpas got out. "Hana. Sweetheart, how are you today?" The Ox King asked his granddaughter.
"I'm doing great, grandpa. I just finished my homework." Hana said happily.
"That's wonderful, sweetheart. Now you have an entire week off to spend with your family. And guess what: Yamcha, Krillin, Tien and Chiaotzu are coming today for dinner. They should be here any second now." Mrs. Brief informed them.
"Why, that's excellent. We haven't seen them in a while." Bulma said, happy that their other friends were coming.
"And they're very excited to see how much little Hana's grown." The Ox King said with a smile…before he, Mr and Mrs Brief began groaning in pain and fell to the ground, badly hurt!
"Mom! Dad!" Bulma said with shock.
"Papa!" Chi-Chi added with concern for her father and her parents in law.
Hana was also shocked before she ran to both her mothers and hugged their legs. "Mommies!" She cried.
Bulma and Chi-Chi held their little girl close as they saw the person that hurt their respective parents: a strange looking man with red eyes who was wearing a red cloak and hood. "Who are you?! What do you want?!" Chi-Chi demanded.
The being answered with evil. "I want…all 3 of you!"
Chi-Chi then told Bulma. "Baby, take Hana and go inside, now."
"Okay." Bulma said before picking up Hana. "Come on, sweetie!"
"Mommies!" Hana cried while pointing to the roof of the palace and seeing a bigger scary man on it, along with a more elegant dressed man with white hair, who ate 3 green apples all at once.
But before Chi-Chi or Bulma could do anything, the 1 in the red cloak moved up to them with superhuman speed and knocked them out with chops to their necks that was barely a tap to the normal human eye, making Bulma, who said 2 words before losing consciousness, drop Hana. "Run, Hana."
"Mommy Bulma!" Hana cried.
"Run, Hana. Get away from here." The Ox King told his granddaughter.
"Run and hide, sweetheart." Dr. Brief added. But when Hana tried to run to find someplace to hide, the being in the red cloak easily caught up with her and took her and her mothers away.
A few minutes later
Krillin, Tien and Chiaotzu and Yamcha arrived at Bulma's and Chi-Chi's palace and saw Mr and Mrs Brief laying on the ground in pain, making them look concerned. "Mr and Mrs Brief! Ox King!" Krillin said with concern as he and his friends tanded and tended to them. "What happened?"
"They…took Bulma, Chi-Chi and Hana." The Ox King informed them.
"Who took them? Akio and Piccolo?" Tien accused.
"No. There were 3 of them. We don't know who they were, but…1 of them said they were after Bulma, Chi-Chi and Hana. But…we don't know why." Mrs Brief answered while still in pain. "We don't know where they went."
Meanwhile, at a demon looking palace
Little Hana was sitting closely in her mothers' arms, sitting in front of a small, turquoise alien-like being with pointy ears and green spots above his head who was sitting on some kind of throne. He had white eyes with small black pupils and he wore a burly robe with a white hood and a button under his cloak. Underneath his robe, he was dressed in a black cassock with a gold-colored castle emblem on a red background with a light blue line on the side of the background. Underneath the cassock, he wore black pants and blue shoes.
"So, you are the 1 named Bulma, correct?" He asked in an evil voice.
"Yes. What do you want with me and my family?!" Bulma demanded.
"Oh, I don't want your family. They're just leverage. What I want…is the device you use to track down the dragon balls."
"The dragon balls?! What do you want with them, to rule the world?" Chi-Chi asked while holding Hana in her arms.
"Oh no, I want the greatest gift of all: immortality. And those dragon balls are the tools I need for that. Kami is said to be mortal, but I will live forever. And once I have immortality, I can take revenge on our enemies, and I'll start by destroying this planet and every last living thing on it! HAHAHAHA. HAHAHAHA!"
"No! No! You're an evil, evil, evil monster!" Hana cried.
"Shut up, brat! If you know what's good for you or your mothers, you'll keep your mouth shut!" The smallest of the leader's minions warned her.
"Stay away from our little girl!" Bulma told them before asking the leader. "How'd you know that I had a tool to find the dragon balls?!"
"Simple. My minions and I have been spying on you for 11 years. And in that time, we learned of your dragon radar. And we also learned about the 1 you traveled with to find them. I believe that she calls herself: the Princess of the Saiyan race, does she?"
"Akio? Well, if you know about her, then you better know this: we hate her because of her bloodthirsty and barbaric insane personality. Which is why we don't allow her anywhere near our daughter! But it's not just that: she's not from Earth, she's from another planet that's seemingly destroyed, despite looking almost human, and her race, besides her, that she knows of, is seemingly all but extinct!" Chi-Chi explained.
"Is that so?" The leader asked with a sadistic grin. "She's also the 1 who killed King Piccolo and fought his offspring to a draw at the World Martial Arts Tournament, correct?"
"Yes, She did!" Bulma answered.
"Well, you'll all be happy to know that neither Akio nor Piccolo won't be a problem for anyone anymore."
"What? What do you mean?" Bulma asked.
"We killed them, that's what he means." The smallest minion answered. "It was just a matter of ambushing them while they exhausted themselves training together."
"Yeah. 1 combined assault, and they were history." The biggest minion added with delight.
"You guys are cowards!" Little Hana said. "Ambushing exhausted opponents isn't the way to fight a fight!"
"That's right! Akio's insane and psychotic, but at least she fights with honor!" Chi-Chi said, but was shocked that she actually defended Akio.
"Hahahahaha! Well, it's a good thing for us that we're not honorable! Now tell me, where's the dragon radar?!" The leader demanded.
"We don't have 1 anymore!" Bulma answered.
"For your kid's sake, I hope you're lying." He darkly warned.
"No! She's telling the truth." Chi-Chi said with concern for her wife and daughter. "Akio, in 1 of her fits of insanity, decided to destroy it 3 years ago!"
"And she even gathered the dragon balls and hid them somewhere she didn't tell any of us! We're telling the truth!" Bulma insisted.
The leader seemed to believe that, as it was definitely something he'd think to do to keep the dragon balls for himself. But he wouldn't give up. "Then…if you had the right materials, could you make another radar?"
"Y-yes, I could, but they're all in my lab at our house!" Bulma truthfully answered, playing along to keep herself and her family alive.
"Then we shall gather them." The smallest of the minions said.
"Yes." The leader said with an evil smile. "And I'd be quick about creating the dragon radar if I were you. Because if you aren't, your wife and child will have the privilege of witnessing the horrors of hell itself! HAHAHAHAHA!"
"All right, I'll do it!" Bulma said…while secretly pressing the button on her scouter that activated its tracking system. She'd added it in along with several other modifications during the past 2 years, in case of situations just like this 1.
"Mommy Bulma." Hana cried while hugging her birth mother.
"It's gonna be okay, sweetie, I promise." Bulma assured her daughter, but knew it was possibly a promise she couldn't keep.
The leader signaled the more elegantly dressed minion to take the little girl, and so he did, while the biggest minion grabbed Chi-Chi, making the little girl cry. "I hope for your family's sake that you cooperate, Bulma. Your wife will be taken back to your home to gather the materials while your little brat remains my prisoner. I do hope you live up to my expectations. But it won't matter, because in the end, all 3 of you will die either once I get what I want!"
But Bulma was thinking to herself. 'Wait. If they really killed Piccolo, then Kami's dead too, and so are the dragon balls! This little shit doesn't know the dragon balls, Piccolo and Kami are all linked! And if that's true, this ugly little shit doesn't know he and his goons just fucked up his chance for immortality. But I can't can't tell him that. As soon as he finds that out, he'll kill us all out of anger! I only hope Tien, Krillin and Yamcha get here soon.'
Meanwhile, at West City
After getting Mr and Mrs Brief and the Ox King medical attention, Mai informed Tien, Krillin and Yamcha. "Guys, I found Bulma's location!"
"Where?!" Krillin asked.
"Bulma's new prototype scouter is in the South in an area around the red sea." Mai answered before giving Yamcha a scouter. "These new scouters can track each other from anywhere in the world. But you've all gotta hurry! Who knows what they took them for."
"Most likely because they want dragon balls." Tien concluded before telling Chiaotzu. "Chiaotzu, you stay here and keep an eye on Mr and Mrs Brief and the Ox King. Whoever these guys are, they're really tough to have to easily take out the Ox King and kidnap a fighter like Chi-Chi."
"Okay. Just be careful." Chiaotzu told his friends before Krillin, Tien and Yamcha quickly left the building and got into the fastest aircraft they had, starting it up and getting into the air before flying to the location of Bulma's scouter, with all 3 hoping they weren't too late.
Meanwhile
Little Hana ran from the elegantly dressed minion, coming to a garden with a fruit tree. "Hey! Get back here!"
"No way, I wanna go home with my mommies!" Hana said defiantly.
The minion picked a fruit from the tree and complained. "That brat! I'm no babysitter. It's not fair! Not fair!" He said before eating the fruit.
But Bulma whacked him across the head, which didn't affect him and only caused him annoyance before she picked up her daughter and went up some stairs with her. "Are you hungry, sweetie?"
"Yes, mommy Bulma, very hungry." Hana answered while rubbing her growling stomach.
Bulma got 1 of the fruits she'd picked from the tree and gave it to her daughter. "Here, sweetheart, eat this."
But the minion became afraid, as if he knew something about the fruit that they didn't. "Wait! No! Don't! Don't let her eat that!"
"Well, why not? You ate 1, didn't you?" Hana asked before chopping down on the fruit, much to her delight and the minion's fear. "Yummy! That was so good!"
"Children mustn't eat those."
"Well, why not?!" Bulma demanded.
"Cause…they see things." He answered.
"Wait! What?!" Bulma asked before she looked at her daughter and saw her eyes, the fruit already beginning to take effect. Bulma took her little girl in her arms and asked with concern. "Sweetie, are you okay?"
"Here we go." The minion said with annoyance.
When little Hana opened her drugged looking eyes, she saw many cute dinosaurs and animals, making her laugh uncontrollably and begin to run off before Bulma chased after her, making the minion do the same as Hana, in her hallucinating state, ran all around the palace, even sliding down a stair rail and mimicking a cuckoo clock before getting into the leader's throne room and getting on it before Hana passed out, having exhausted herself, while Bulma took her little girl into her arms.
"That rotten kid! Aaaaahh! That kid is such a pest!" The minion said with complete anger.
"Well, you could've thought to warn her about those drugged up fruits, idiot!" Bulma countered.
The leader was standing on a balcony above his throne before walking away. "Once I become immortal, there won't be any use for them anymore. I'll kill all 3 of them, beginning with that pest of a little brat girl."
Later
"Sir! Come quick! We got the materials for the dragon radar!" The smallest minion called out.
And after the leader and the elegantly dressed minion brought Bulma out she saw the materials for the dragon radar being held by her dear Chi-Chi, who put them gently on the ground. "Where's Hana?" She asked Bulma.
"She's fine, baby. She's sleeping because someone didn't think about warning us about a fruit they have that has hallucinogenic effects on children!" Bulma answered angrily at the elegantly dressed minion.
"Again! I tried to warn you both, but you wouldn't listen!" The minion said with anger.
But the leader was impatient. "Enough!" He said before looking at Bulma. "How long until that radar is complete and functional?"
"With my Chi-Chi helping me, just 1 hour at the most provided you don't force me to work faster out of impatience!" Bulma answered truthfully.
"Then get started." The leader told her before Bulma and Chi-Chi reluctantly began doing just that while the leader thought to himself. 'Well, everyone will soon listen to me now. And once I'm immortal, I will rule over the universe! Evil spirits, come out from the darkness and show yourselves! You are free to walk the earth once again. Vengeance will be mine! All will fear my wrath! Let this world be drenched with blood!' Then he spoke out loud. "Once I'm immortal, I will rule the universe forever! All creatures will obey me or perish! With the power I soon will have, my reign of terror will be everlasting! HAHAHAHAHA! HAHAHAHAHA!"
'He's insane! He's even worse than…Akio and Piccolo.' Bulma thought to herself, having this small demon even more than Akio and Piccolo, as compared to him, they were sort of like heroes.
'There's no way he can be allowed to have immortality. If he gets that, there'll be no 1 that can stop him.' Chi-Chi thought to herself.
Meanwhile
Krillin saw that he and his friends were close to Bulma's location. "Guys, we're almost there!"
"Good. Then prepare for a fight, guys. It's not gonna be easy." Tien told his friends.
"Right." Yamcha said with confidence.
Back at the castle
"I will soon have nothing to fear anymore. No 1 will be able to kill me. I will avenge my father's death by destroying all our enemies. AND THEN I WILL RULE THIS AND EVERY OTHER WORLD!"
"All hail Garlic Jr: Master of the Universe!" The smallest minion said with joy at his master's future ascension.
"Horry! Horry!" The other minions yelled out.
But that was when the voice of Tien called out. "RELEASE OUR FRIENDS!"
"Release our friends!" The minions repeated before realizing what they'd just said.
Tien, Krillin and Yamcha then jumped from their autopilot aircraft and landed between the monsters and their friends. "I said release them!"
"Well, well, you guys must be their cavalry, right?"
"We're their friends. And you guys are the ones that hurt Mr and Mrs Brief and the Ox King!" Yamcha said with anger.
"Humh! Soon you'll all be writhing in agony!" The smallest minion countered before Tien, Krillin and Yamcha got into their fighting stances.
But then, everyone suddenly saw a bright light coming down towards them before it landed and they saw a very familiar form that they all recognized, especially the evil demon leader. "Huh? Wha…Kami!"
Then this means that Piccolo isn't dead." The smallest minion said with fear.
The light that surrounded Kami died out as Tien asked him. "Kami? How'd you know?"
Kami smiled. "Because, my friends, I sense everything going on on Earth."
Garlic Jr smiled evilly and mocked the old guardian. "Hahaha. Kami, how are you?"
Kami's face turned serious before he said with a bit of anger. "Garlic. So it is true. You came back after 300 years. I should have known you'd do anything to get what you want, including kidnapping an innocent family. That's just the way you are, exactly like your father."
"How's that?"
"Like father, like son. Just as they say." Kami answered before explaining his history with the late Garlic and his son. "I competed with your father for the throne of Kami and the final result was that I was chosen to take it over after casting out the evil in my heart. The 1 who sat on the throne before me saw your father's evil ambitions from the start. And unlike me, he wouldn't give up those evil desires, and so, he would never be worthy of being the guardian of Earth. But your father wouldn't give up so easily and vowed to take the throne by force, leading an army of demons to take it. And so, my predecessor and I had no choice but to seal Garlic and his dark power and minions away in darkness for eternity. But your father vowed that within 300 years, he would have revenge. Even if he had told me then, I never would've believed that he'd be so tenacious as to seek revenge through his only son."
"Well then, you should've let my father have the throne. It would have saved you the discomfort of me having to kill you." Garlic Jr said with evil.
"We didn't come here to hear your life story. Where's Hana?!" Krillin demanded.
"Don't worry about the girl, she's still sleeping." The elegantly dressed minion told him.
"She's in there, isn't she?" Yamcha asked while looking at the doorway.
And after another few seconds, Tien told Bulma and Chi-Chi. "You 2, go find somewhere safe to hide until everything's taken care of. We'll find Hana and get her back. We promise you!" Before he and the other 2 warriors rushed inside the doorway.
"Stop them before they get too far!" The smallest minion said to his comrades before they followed after them, with Garlic Jr and Kami staring at each other as Bulma and Chi-Chi ran somewhere for safety, both hoping that their little flower was alright.
"You're an idiot if you expect me to give up so easily." Kami told the son of his old foe.
"You've become too old and weak to defeat your own counterpart, let alone me." Garlic Jr countered with arrogance.
"You are nothing but an arrogant little fool. I've been training myself for the last 5 years to hone my combat skills once again. I may not have the stamina anymore, but I assure you that I am enough to combat the likes of you." Kami said, dropping his walking stick and taking off his white robe and cape before getting into his battle stance.
Meanwhile, inside the castle
"Hana! Where are you?!" Yamcha called out as he and the others kept searching for the sweet little princess.
"She's here somewhere." Tien said with determination to find her.
But before they could go up a staircase, Garlic Jr's minions appeared. "If you wanna see the kid, thugs are gonna have to fight us 1st." The smallest minion said before introducing herself. "Let me introduce myself: my name is Ginger."
"My name's Nicky." The elegantly dressed minion now known as Nikki added.
"And I'm Sancho." The ugliest one finished.
The earthling warriors growled at these demon-like beings before they jumped down to a floor and got into their battle stances. "All right! Let's go!"
"Gingerbread!"
"Tooty fruity!
"Pepperoni!"
And upon saying those words, the 3 demons grew a little bigger than they were before and engaged in battle with the earthling warriors. Krillin took on Ginger as Tien took on Sancho while Yamcha handled Nicky, being able to match the demon warriors blow for blow despite their increased speed. They even managed to get some good punches and kicks in, with Tien kneeing Sancho in the face, sending him crashing into the stairs while Krillin forced Ginger to the floor with a shockwave, ending with Yamcha flip kicking Nicky into the support rail from the upper floor! And when the demons got up, the earthling warriors powered up to their maximum and rushed into the middle of their fast moving circle, carefully following their movements before they got good hard blows in, sending them crashing into the floor!
"Now, where's Hana?!" Tien asked, only for the minions of Garlic Jr to fly into the air and launch a combined energy blast that was quickly intercepted by a telekinesis power that sent the blast hitting the ceiling. Tien and the others then looked and saw Chiaotzu hovering over the counter of the fight staircase. "Chiaotzu!"
"You didn't really think I'd let you guys have all the fun, right?" Chiaotzu asked with a smile, making Tien and the others smile too.
As the 3 demons formed together for another attack, Tien thought it was another combined blast. "Don't worry, guys, we can still take them and then we'll join Kami to take down their pint-sized boss."
But then, they heard a very familiar female voice yell out. "DON'T YOU…DAAAAAAARRREEEE!"
Everyone looked and saw none other than Akio and Piccolo, who'd survived the ambush by eating 2 Senzu Beans that the Saiyan princess had hidden away in her trench coat, surprising the demons and the earthling warriors. "Akio! Piccolo!"
"Akio and Piccolo!" Ginger yelled out with shock, as neither he, nor his comrades could believe that they were still alive after being ambushed like they'd been.
Chiaotzu immediately became afraid and quickly flew beside his friends as Krillin asked them. "What are you 2 doing here?"
"Shut your damn mouth, you weak, pathetic pest! This is our fight, not yours!" Piccolo told them all before looking at the demons who ambushed him and his sister in arms as they prepared to fight them, their attention focused all on the Saiyan princess and the demon prince.
"And by the way, fools, looking for this?" Akio asked while holding a barely awake Hana in her tail.
"Little Hana!" Yamcha said with a bit of happiness.
"Oh no, they found the kid!" Ginger said.
Akio threw Hana to the earthling warriors and told them. "Take Bulma's little spawn, find them and get out of here before I kill you idiots along with them!"
Tien, who'd caught Hana, growled at them. "Fine! We're only here to save them anyway!" Before he and his friends took Hana and made their way back outside while Akio teleported behind Ginger and Nikki and kicked them through a wall that led to the outside.
"No way!" Sancho said before trying to rush out but was grabbed by the right ankle by Piccolo, who threw him into a wall.
"You're all gonna make you pay for what you did to Akio and I." Piccolo vowed before beginning to easily beat him up until he was thrown through another wall that led to another room. "You're just a coward. You and the other 2 aren't so tough without your master to back you up."
Sancho got up and said with overconfidence. "You wanna bet? I don't need any help finishing you off!" Before rushing to Piccolo and trying to land a punch that the demon prince easily blocked and he then began going backwards as he tried to land more, but missing every time until Piccolo grabbed a hand that was about to punch him, much to his shock before Piccolo prepared an assault of his own, landing multiple fast punches on him that sent him back and on his knees. Piccolo then roared and rushed to Sancho to land a final hard punch that the minion tried to block but was sent flying through pillars anyway. "HE'S A MONSTER!" Sancho yelled out before crashing into a wall on the upper part of the room.
"Humh. Just a pathetic weakling coward." Piccolo said before firing a ki blast at Sancho, killing him before Piccolo left the room.
Meanwhile, with Akio
"You cowardly weaklings are about to feel the wrath of the Saiyan princess!" Akio said with an insane grin.
But Ginger, straining hard, pulled out 2 swords from his arm while Nicky did the same thing, only his was just 1 pulled from his leg and was bigger than Ginger's!
"Oh, so that's how you want to play it? Akio asked before forming strong energy around her tail and both her index fingers. She then began to easily block Ginger's swords with her index fingers before Nicky tried to slash her with his sword from behind but she blocked it with her tail for a few minutes, easily blocking their fast slashes until she'd had enough. "Arrrhaaaa! Time for you both to DIE!" She said before kicking Nicky back with enough force to send him crashing into a tower and after disarming Ginger, she grabbed his arms and easily ripping him in half lengthwise before throwing his torn halves to Nicky, who was still alive, before firing a massive ki blast that vaporized both Nicky and Ginger both!
Meanwhile, with Tien and the others
The earthling warriors quickly found Bulma and Chi-Chi hiding in the garden before giving Hana to her birth mother. "Oh, sweetie, I hope you're okay."
"She's alright, Bulma, we promise. But we have to get as far away from here as we can. Akio and Piccolo survived and right now, they want blood." Krillin informed them.
"Akio and Piccolo are alive?! I knew it!" Bulma said with secret happiness that Akio was still alive. And if Piccolo was alive, that means Kami and the dragon balls were still around as well.
"Baby, let's get outta here right now! There's no way when this is over, Akio's getting near our sweet little princess." Chi-Chi said with urgency.
"Okay, baby." Bulma said before she called the aircraft with her scouter and once it landed and everyone was strapped in safely, they quickly got into the air and flew as far away from the area as fast as the aircraft could go.
Meanwhile, with Kami
The old guardian of Earth was holding his own considerably again Garlic Jr, avoiding his ki balls before firing eye beams that the little demon ran to avoid before Kami rushed in and punched him in the gut as hard as he could before reverse flip kicking him back into a wall before Garlic Jr got back to his feet and they began to trade punches and kicks with each other, with Kami landing a few good punches on his opponent's face and kneeing him in the back before the little demon turned back around and rushed in, landing a bit on his chest with his head before Kami brought his elbows down hard on Garlic Jr's back multiple times, hurting him a bit before he fired a ki ball that sent the old guardian flying into a pillar, stunning him enough for his evil opponent to jump to him and land multiple hard blows that cracked the piler every time his back hit it until it finally cracked and Kami was sent flying off a ledge before Garlic Jr caught him.
"Hahahahahahaha. Once you're out of the way, I'll be free to fulfill my father's dream of filling this world with evil!" The demon vowed. "Now it's time for you to die." Before Kami used his Exploitive Wave to send a caught off guard Garlic Jr flying back into a wall hard. "You'll pay for that!" And their fight eventually led them inside, with Kami almost too weak to fight anymore. "Hahahahaha. So, Kami, I see you've still got some fight left in you. But not enough to save your life."
Kami then said to him. "I am the guardian of Earth. It is my duty to protect this planet. And I know the suffering you will cause if you take over this world. And no matter what, I'm going to stop you." He vowed before rushing to Garlic Jr and getting him in a tight arm lock before beginning to blow himself up.
"WHAT?! You're insane! Let go of me!" Garlic Jr said with fear, as not being immortal, he could still die.
"I'm afraid I cannot do that. We will die together, Garlic Jr." Kami said with a grin.
"No! I won't die like this, especially not by you!"
But that was when Piccolo's voice called out, getting their attention and causing Kami to stop his technique. "When Akio and I are finished with you, Garlic, you'll wish you were dead. You'll be helpless. Try to imagine how it'll feel to live as your father was to escape his prison, then you'll know what hell is really like. Just like your father did!"
"Damn right he will!" Akio said as she stood beside her brother in arms.
Garlic Jr used Kami's distraction to break free and kick Kami away before turning around to face the 2 most powerful warriors on Earth that could threaten his plans. "Look at this. Akio, the Saiyan princess and Piccolo, the perfect offspring of king Piccolo himself. 2 of the greatest beings on Earth sacrificing themselves for what they claim is their planet. Quite a waste." He said before beginning to power up.
"His power is incredible, I'll give him that , but he can't beat the 2 of us when we combine our power, Piccolo." Akio said…before Garlic Jr suddenly transformed into a darker super version of himself, shedding his upper clothing in the process, much to Akio's and Piccolo's shock!
"That's much easier said than done now, Akio!" Piccolo said to his Saiyan sister.
The now transformed Garlic Jr then rushed to them as they blocked what they thought would be an attack to their fronts, but he really teleported behind them and landed a rushing double elbow to their backs, sending them flying to Kami before they righted themselves and avoided a blast that the transformed demon shot at them, with Akio getting Kami out of the way while Piccolo landed a few feet away from the evil demon.
"Get your strength back and get out of here, old man! This is our fight now, not yours!" Akio told Kami before rejoining the fight.
"With…pleasure, Akio!" Kami said with a glare at the Saiyan princess.
Piccolo rushed to Garlic Jr with a roar before trying to land multiple punches that his opponent blocked until 1 of them successfully hit him but had no effect before Piccolo blocked a punch from Garlic Jr.
"HAAAAAAAAA!" Akio roared out before landing between Piccolo and Garlic Jr before trying to land multiple punches and kicks before the transformed demon prepared a ki blast that got their attention before firing it, sending them flying back as parts of the blast began hitting parts of the castle, destroying it!
Garlic Jr looked for his opponents when the smoke cleared and saw that they were gone. He flew up and quickly found Akio, grabbing her by the neck and running where to Piccolo, who he grabbed as well before running with evil laughter despite the Saiyan princess and Piccolo trying to free themselves by hitting him, which didn't work as he jumped through a wall, getting outside of his castle and falling all the way down to the ground, crashing through 1 of the bridges in the process before Piccolo and Akio were finally free and flew back a few feet from him!
"Hahahahaha. You'd better give up. Neither of you can win!" Garlic Jr said with overconfidence in a much deeper voice.
"Seems we underestimated that little worm." Piccolo said.
"Indeed. But he hasn't seen our full strength yet either." Akio said before taking off her trench coat and wrapping her tail around her waist.
"Hahahahaha. He lost the second he ambushed us." Piccolo said with confidence before removing his cape and turban. "Now, it's our turn."
The 2 warriors then rushed to Garlic Jr and they used their speed to avoid each sides blows until Akio landed a hard drop kick under Garlic Jr's chin and Piccolo, a flip kick to his midsection, causing him to land on the ground before the 2 masters of the Earth began to punch him hard multiple times, hurting him greatly before pushing him back and yelling out as they fired a combined energy blast that engulfed their opponent and sent him flying back into a part of his castle that began falling on him, seemingly killing him.
But both Akio and Piccolo knew better. "It's not over yet. I know it'll take much more than that to kill him."
"Indeed." Piccolo agreed.
And to prove their point, Garlic Jr burst from the debris and said with insane anger. "I…WILL…NEVER…DIE!" Before using his power to create a void of darkness called the Dead Zone, which began to suck everything into it. "Hahahahaha! You can't stop me now! Everything will be sucked into the Dead Zone I've created, including you. You'll both be locked away in total darkness for the rest of eternity. Just like my father was! And once you're out of the way, I'll be free to use the dragon balls to wish for immortality and rule over the universe for all eternity, while the 2 of you will be nothing but a memory lost to the passage of time!"
And, as Akio and Piccolo were trying to hold on to avoid getting sucked into the void of darkness for a few minutes as they heard Garlic Jr's words, something inside of them snapped and their eyes began to change, Akio's to complete blood red and Piccolo's to dark green while Akio's teeth changed into fangs and her tail unwrapped from her waist as their muscles began to grow and they both began growling like most horrible bloodthirsty animals imaginable as their veins began to show, as if they'd lost whatever was left of their sanity while they stood where they were, the Dead Zone's pull not affecting them anymore!
"What is this?! How can they just stand there like that?!" Garlic Jr asked with shock at seeing this change. "What on Earth makes them so powerful?! How the hell are they doing this?!" He asked with anger before trying to send a shockwave that didn't affect them much as they continued to growl. "I'll use all my power!" He said before bringing out all his power to increase the Dead Zone's pull! But in that moment, Piccolo and Akio, without even knowing it, fired a combined Special Shine and Galick Kamehameha blast at Garlic Jr, sending him flying into his own void of darkness! "They haven't beaten me! I sewer it! I WILL KILL THEM! I WILL KILL BOTH OF THEM!" And after the Dead Zone closed while Piccolo and Akio passed out after calming themselves, the void began to crack until it shattered and fell into the ocean surrounding the destroyed castle, ending Garlic Jr's threat to the Earth and the entire universe!
A bit later
After Piccolo and Akio regained consciousness, they held their heads, wondering what had happened. "Akio, what happened? Where's Garlic Jr?"
But that was when Kami, who saw everything, answered. "You both pushed him into the hell that he created, and he will live there for the remainder of his vile life. Just like his father did." But then he asked them both. "But…I can't understand it. What happened to you both?"
"What are you talking about, old man?" Akio said before getting to her feet and moving her tail around.
"You…don't remember what you both did? You transformed somehow and it made you both lose all sense of yourselves." Kami said with a raised eye. "Whatever it was, it increased your power by 10 times and it even far surpassed that of Garlic Jr's transformed state."
"No, I don't remember any of it. Whatever happened to me when I snapped, I wasn't in control of myself, but that's all I know." Akio answered honestly. "But enough about that, what was he after?!"
"Let me guess: the dragon balls?!" Piccolo asked.
"Yes. He wanted Bulma to build a dragon radar in order to find them and wish for eternal life. That's why he had his minions kidnap Bulma and her family. But they are safe now." Kami answered. "But he obviously didn't know that if Piccolo and I were to die, the dragon balls would've been useless to him.
But Akio and Piccolo just smirked before they puked up 1 capsule each from their mouths and uncapsuled it to reveal 2 cases that housed the dragon balls, with Piccolo's having 3 and Akio's 4. "Too bad for him, he didn't think to look inside of us for them."
"You both kept them in you?!" Kami asked with surprise.
"Of course. Not even Bulma's dragon radar would have shown their location if they were ingested." Akio answered. "Not that it would have mattered, as I destroyed that damn radar. But, now I can finally make a wish of my own. I think I've been denied a wish for far too long." She said before getting the dragon balls out of the cases before they began to glow.
"Hold! What is your wish, Akio?!" Kami demanded.
"You're about to find that out, old man. And don't worry, it's not immortality. That wish is for weak cowards." Piccolo assured his counterpart.
"Eternal dragon, appear before me and grant my wish!" Akio called before the sky turned black and Shenron came out of the dragon balls soon after.
"YOU HAVE AWAKENED ME. AND SO YOU WILL BE GRANTED 1 WISH. WHAT IS YOUR DESIRE?" Shenron asked Akio.
"Great beast, I wish for Piccolo and I to have eternal youth, and the ability to survive anywhere in the universe without the need for oxygen, and if there are any Saiyans left in the universe, I want the ones who I believe are worthy to have those 2 abilities as well! Can you do this?!" Akio wished, much to Kami's shock and surprise.
"YES. IT SHALL BE AS YOU WISH." Shenron answered before granting Akio's wish, sending a bright green energy into Akio and Piccolo both, as well as 4 more beams shooting out into space before Shenron said after a few minutes. "YOUR WISH HAS BEEN GRANTED. AND NOW, I BID YOU FAREWELL." Then, he went back into the dragon balls and they went up and scattered across the Earth once more until they could be gathered again in 1 year's time.
"That was your wish, Akio?!" Kami asked.
"Of course, old man." Akio answered insanely as she materialized her trench coat, having been taught that by Piccolo. "While I believe eternal life and complete physical immortality is a curse, eternal youth and the ability to breath anywhere without the requirement of oxygen will be of great use for our vision of the future of the universe."
"And while I already have eternal youth, the ability to survive anywhere without oxygen is an ability we both shall enjoy just as much." Piccolo added before materializing his cape and turban. "And besides, being completely immortal would possibly cripple our Zenkai boosts and we'd never be able to grow stronger from recovering from near death."
"Then why not just wish for the ability to heal almost instantly, Akio? Would that ability be useful?" Kami asked with a glare.
"HAHAHAHA! Hahahahaha! Now what would be the fun in me having a healing factor when I'm not afraid of pain or even death itself? While it would be useful, healing instantly is what those Senzu Beans are for. Why would I want to heal in a far too easy way when I could just welcome death's embrace if an opponent were to kill me in battle, unlikely though it may be?" Akio answered.
That seemed to make sense to Kami. "I suppose…that's fair enough."
"Good. Now, if you'll excuse us old man, Akio and I are going back home for hunting and a bit of rest before resuming our training." Piccolo said with delight.
"And by the way, tell Bulma that we said hi and that they, as well as their little spawn will see us very soon." Akio added before she and Piccolo flew away from the area.
Kami stood there for a few more minutes, deep in thought. 'Whatever the future may hold, I have a strong feeling that those 2 won't be the only ones the Earth will have to be afraid of, especially Bulma and her friends and family. But, whatever happens, I can only hope that Akio and Piccolo will remain the lesser of whatever evil beings roam across the universe, especially Frieza and his father.' Before he materialized his robe and cape and flew off to head back to the Lookout, leaving behind a withered and sealed Garlic Jr at the bottom of the sea in a fragment of his own Dead Zone as he tried desperately to break free.
There you go, my friends, the Dead Zone movie is complete. And at last, the Saiyan saga is right around the corner, with events going mostly the same, but will have my own personal touches to it, with help from my dear friend SreznoJIG and Imerik001.
