(A/n: OH MY FUCKING GOODNESS THIS CHAPTER IS 3500 WORDS LONG! I SPLIT THIS UP INTO THREE PARTS AND ONE OF THE CHAPTERS STILL MANAGED TO BE DOUBLE THE AVERAGE LENGTH I STRIVE FOR! WHY?!

Sorry about that, my inner Bakugou just rushed to the forefront of my mind and if I delete that message it will just come back again and write more.

Thank you guys so much for 2.8k TOTAL VIEWS! That's truly amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better start to this story!

To Devator - Thanks for telling me, while I won't change the wording on the last chapter, I made sure to refer to Nezu as a chimera in this chapter.

Also, be prepared for this chapter to be all over the place, I had to cram a lot in here and the order of events kept on changing so I just let it fly. I also never got the chance to get this chapter beta'd. (Most of my chapters technically aren't beta'd either, I just have them read by some of my friends before posting this, so if you would like to beta for this, please tell me.)

Other than that, I hope you enjoy the final part of chapter 3(FINALLY) :)

Ochako rushed over to where Izuku had just fallen. She skidded under the man he was fighting and instantly went to touch his arm to feel his pulse. To her relief, it was there, now for the bigger problem.

"YOU'LL PAY FOR THAT!" she yelled at the wooden man

Instead of responding, the man simply sent four of his new wooden appendages at her, in which she dodged easily due to him sending them one at a time.

"YOU'RE GONNA HAVE TO TRY HARDER THAN THAT IF YOU WANT TO HIT ME!" Ochako screamed, she was finding it hard to get over Izuku being knocked unconscious.

She knew, even if Izuku was quirkless, he was still a formidable enemy to fight against due to their training, he could make a plan to beat anyone with a reasonably beatable quirk. Him being beaten told her that she couldn't pull any punches on this man, so she started off with her biggest punch.

"COMBO MOVE, GRAVITY BOMB AND METEOR SHOWER!" she exclaimed as every chunk, weapon, piece of furniture, and anything else not attached to the ground started to rise around her.

She knew she had to stall long enough to activate meteor shower, and dodging punches from all sides while having a massive headache didn't help that task. So she ended up going for blocks instead of dodges to mitigate the effects of her headache. By the time the objects were high enough, she was covered from head to toe in scratches, bruises, and cuts. But that will be nothing compared to what the villain is going to go through.

"RELEASE!" she exclaimed as she put the pads of all five of her fingers together, causing the objects to fall all around her randomly.

'OH SHIT, I HAVE TO PROTECT IZU,' she realized as she rushed over to him and pushed him out of the way of falling swords and debris.

However, while she was distracted, the villain who was seemingly unaffected by the falling objects, rushed in on her and put her in a chokehold.

"Nighty-night girlie," he said in a smug voice.

Then a sharp wooden stick coming out from the man's torso started slowly inching towards her.

'I'm so sorry Izu,' Ochako said regretfully.

'Where am I?' Izuku thought.

The best way to describe what Izuku was surrounded by was… nothing. There was nothing but a black empty void.

Suddenly Izuku remembered what happened and why he was there. He couldn't bear to think what would happen to Ochako if she had to fight that monster of a man alone.

'I really hope she's ok, but I really wish I could help her in some way,' he thought.

He knew Ochako was a lot stronger in most ways, almost all of their spars, save a few where Izuku had caught her off guard, were won by Ochako. The only thing he had going for him was the ability to make plans on the fly. Or at least he thought he had that going for him, until his plan to defeat the woodman didn't work, and he ended up here.

'I really am not cut out for this hero thing, huh?' Izuku asked himself.

However, what happened next surprised him.

"I don't know where you got that idea from. Izuku Midoriya, you are a greater hero than most of those in the top ten, you have the heart, the skill, and the brains for this job. While you wouldn't be the best, you would always be a hero who saves people if you became the first quirkless hero,' a familiar sounding voice said.

Then she stepped into view. Izuku's eyes widened as he recognized her brown bob of hair.

"Ocha, don't tell me you lost too," Izuku said with a sad tone.

"No, I'm not Ochako Uraraka. Currently she is still out there fighting an endless battle, but soon she might lose. I am nothing but a power, a will if you might, that is taking the shape of the person you admire most, which in your case happens to be this Ocha you speak of," the Ochako copycat said.

Izuku looked like he was about to go on a mumbling spree of all the things this new information could mean until he was interrupted by the figure.

"As I said, your Uraraka is fighting a losing battle, and I've come to offer you a way to help her. I can give you a quirk that would be more than strong enough for you to defeat this enemy and become one of the greatest heroes. I know how much you wanted to become the first quirkless hero, so the choice is yours, take the power and save your Uraraka, or stay quirkless and hope that everything turns out alright." the figure explained.

Izuku took a minute to think about this. While this was a lot to take in, he just had one question to ask before he made this decision.

"Why me?" he asked.

"Because you've shown me that you have the heart to become one of the best heroes out there, if anything, those with the greatest will to do good should be the ones who deserve the power to do so. And of everyone, you have the biggest and most selfless heart out there, yet you don't have anything to let you go through with it. While making the strongest stronger will create one supersoldier, making the weak strong puts more people on the battlefield. You, Izuku Midoriya, is the one who deserves this power." the doppelganger said, assuring Izuku that he deserved this reward.

It didn't take Izuku too much longer after that to make his decision.

"If this will truly allow me to help all the people I can, then I'll take it," Izuku said definitively.

"Great!" The figure said in an overjoyous tone.

Then she disappeared from view as quickly as she appeared and Izuku was left alone in the darkness.

'I wonder what quirk I'll get?' he asked himself.

Then the world turned a bright green.

'I'm so sorry Izu,' Uraraka thought as she closed her eyes.

She braced herself for immense pain, but after waiting around 5 seconds, it never came. She then opened her eyes to see the villain struggling to move his sharp appendage due to it being surrounded by a green glow.

Ochako, taking advantage of the distraction, elbowed the man in the stomach and his grip on her neck loosened. Then she pushed her way free and ran to the side of the room she left Izuku in. She was expecting to see him with the same yellow hair and unconscious on the ground. So you can imagine her surprise when she saw him standing with his hair green.

'Wait, why is he happy now?' she thought as she put two and two together.

'Wait, Izu stopped the appendage?! Does that mean he unlocked his quirk?!' Ochako asked herself in an excited surprise.

And as if the universe was prepared to answer her question, all the weapons, chunks, and furniture in the room started to rise, being surrounded by a green glow.

Then Izuku thrust his raised hand towards the wooden man, and every object in the room rushed for him at the same time. He seemed like he was trying to dodge, but the weapons kept on changing course and hitting him every time. By the time the barrage was over, the villain was sprawled on the floor, his wooden skin covered in deep dents.

Izuku wasn't doing much better though, after that attack he fell to the floor clutching his head and Ochako ran over to him and caught him on his way down.

Five minutes later, the police and other heroes had started to arrive, and put the two villains into cuffs to take them away. Then one of the police officers, who seemed like the chief, walked over to them to ask them some questions.

"Did you do this?" he asked.

"Yeah, me and him," Ochako said, pointing at herself and Izuku.

The officer visibly sighed as if he was expecting this answer, but didn't want it to be true.

"I'm not sure if you two have studied hero law yet, but in it it says that quirk usage without a license is illegal and is in the same category as villainy and vigilantism." the officer said with a sad tone.

This started to get Ochako worked up, if they hadn't stepped in to save that man, then he would've died well before the heroes got here. But before she could say anything back, the officer started talking again.

"That would be my official statement as chief of police. However, I would hate to ruin the career of you two hero hopefuls before it even starts, so I will let you two off with a warning and two weeks of community service. That's the best I can do to repay you for having to have two kids fill in for the absence of heroes. Now, I'll leave you to the others, they'll probably bring lots more praise than me." the chief said as he walked away from the scene, but then he turned around.

"Oh I almost forgot, we need you to come by the police station ASAP so we can get your statements and contact your parents," the police chief said, surprisingly monotone after he forgot something so important.

After that weird conversation with the police chief, Ochako and an unconscious Izuku were surrounded by mountains of reporters asking them questions.

"How does it feel to be the youngest kids to take down a villain?"

"What made you run into a dangerous fight like that?"

"Is that your boyfriend?"

"What are your quirks?"

"Why did your friend wait so long to use his quirk, he could've one the battle easily if he used it from the start?"

While some of the questions caught her attention, Ochako was just too tired to answer any of them. She was tempted to fall asleep, and her holding Izuku's sleeping form didn't help her stay awake , in fact it just made her want to fall asleep rig…

She gave in to the temptation.

Izuku and Ochako spent most of the next morning extremely flushed due to waking up next to each other. Ochako's parents and Izuku's mom explained that when they fell unconscious, they were latched onto each other tightly, so they decided not to separate them and let them sleep together.

After that whole fiasco, they went to the police office to give their statements. The chief allowed them to wait a day because they fell unconscious right after their fight.

Ochako's statement went fairly smoothly, with just the difficulty you'd expect a ten year old to have filling out a police statement. However, when it came to Izuku, he had a pretty large problem.

"Mr. Midoriya, I'm not sure if I have the correct file, but it says here that you are quirkless, is there a reason for that?" the man in charge of their statements asked.

"Yeah, I actually didn't have a quirk up until yesterday, that large scale attack was my first time ever using it," Izuku said.

They then heard the man mumble something along the lines of 'never seen that one before' as he went off to a different room. When he returned, he asked Izuku to go with him, so he and Ochako entered a police car and went to the nearest quirk analyst office.

After an hour-long testing of his quirk, his analyst deemed him of an extremely strong telekinesis quirk, but the quirk only worked when Izuku's hair was green. Fully green; he could use the quirk to its full potential with minimal drawbacks, green with tips of a different color; he would be able to use the quirk to its full potential with worse drawbacks, half green and half another color; he could use the quirk at 75% power with even worse drawbacks, and if it isn't green at all; he won't be able to use his quirk.

'That's an odd limit,' everyone in the room thought to themselves.

"And since my quirk is stronger than your average telekinesis, we decided to call it 'physickinesis!'" Izuku said excitedly.

"That's an awesome name Izu!" Ochako responded with an excited hop.

"Yup, an awesome name for an awesome quirk," said Ochako's dad as he and Mrs. Uraraka walked into the office.

"I'm so happy for you Izuku!" Izuku's mom exclaimed with tears of joy, then brought Izuku into a bear hug.

"Thanks mom!" Izuku said, powering through a hug that would normally keep people from breathing.

The next day was their first day back to school since the incident. They were utterly surprised when they weren't pushed, shoved, or name-called throughout the whole walk to their classroom.

Even weirder, when they sat down, everyone turned their heads to look at them and then started talking to the people sitting next to them.

"What's going on?!" they both asked at the same time, causing them to start giggling at the coincidence.

Throughout the day, no one complained when assigned with either of them on projects, or when put on a team with Izuku during gym.

'It's no question now, everyone saw the fight, but is this change really a good thing?' Izuku asked himself, clearly wondering what the catch to all of this was.

"HEY DEKU AND ROUND FACE, COME HERE NOW!" yelled their ash blond abuser

'There's the catch,' he thought.

"What do you want, Kacchan?" Ochako asked, clearly annoyed.

"I want you guys to stop trying to one-up me! I'm the one who's supposed to be the greatest hero, you two nerds are just stepping stones in my path to glory, so step down!" Katsuki said in his authoritative voice that made most of his classmates quiver in fear.

However, Ochako wasn't one of those classmates.

"OH, SO YOU THINK US SAVING A MAN WAS OUR WAY OF TRYING TO SPITE YOU? YOU COULDN'T BE MORE WRONG! WE SAVED THAT MAN BECAUSE HE NEEDED TO BE SAVED, AND WE HAD THE POWER TO DO SO, NOT FOR SOME PETTY ONE-SIDED RIVALRY THAT YOU CREATED! THIS WORLD DOESN'T REVOLVE AROUND YOU AND YOU HAVE TO GET THAT THROUGH YOUR STUPID THICK SKULL!" Ochako screamed at Katsuki, clearly letting out all her anger and frustration at him.

Katsuki just said nothing, then he pulled his right arm back, preparing for one of his infamous exploding right hand hooks, but before he could hit her, his hand was caught in a green light.

Katsuki looked over to see Izuku with green hair with red tips, holding out his hand to stop his attack.

"Kacchan, I don't know what goes through your mind on a daily basis that makes you think hurting others will make you a good hero, but whatever it is, it's clearly mistaken." Izuku said in a cold voice that made Katsuki shudder.

Izuku took a step forward before saying, "Ochako and I have been working tirelessly for the past six years to hone our skills before I even unlocked my quirk, so if you see us as ahead of you, it's because we put in the work to get here, and if you're falling behind it's because you relying on your natural talent will only get you so far."

Izuku took another step forward.

"If you truly want to be a hero, then you have to start with being a good person first." Izuku took another step forward, at this point he was pretty much up in Kacchan's face.

"And if you truly want to be the greatest hero, then you have to start with being a good hero first." Izuku finished with the same cold voice he started with.

Then he sent Katsuki flying into the wall behind him and walked off.

"What was that Izu?" Ochako said, concerned for her best friend.

"I really don't know, I was just really angry for some reason and I had to just… let it out I guess. I'll try to make sure it doesn't happen again," Izuku said with a confused tone.

"No no, there wasn't anything wrong with it, I liked seeing you stand up for yourself, it was just different that's all," Ochako said.

'And hot,' she thought.

'WAIT WHAT, WHERE DID THAT COME FROM' Ochako said to herself as her cheeks started blushing.

She was really glad Izuku didn't notice that.

Later that day, the Urarakas were having dinner with the Midoriyas at the Midoriya's house.

"So how was school today?" Ochako's mom asked.

"Different," both Izuku and Ochako said simultaneously.

But before they could elaborate, there was a knock on the door.

'Huh, that's weird, I wasn't expecting any other visitors today,' Inko said, clearly confused.

"I'll get it," she said as she rolled her wheelchair over to the door and opened it.

She was surprised to see a humanoid rat, or was it a bear, standing on her doorstep.

"Hello, Ms. Midoriya I presume, I'm Nezu, it's a pleasure to meet you," the chimera said as he shook Inko's hand.

"Uhh, hi?" Inko said in a confused tone.

"Perhaps I should explain why I'm here. I'm here to offer a program to your son, is he home?" Nezu asked.

"Y-yeah, c-come on in," Inko said as she led him inside.

As they made it over to the dining table, Nezu also recognized the other person he was looking for.

"Oh what a coincidence, I was here to offer Izuku Midoriya and Ochako Uraraka a program, but I didn't think I would catch you both in the same place. That's wonderful!" Nezu exclaimed.

"What did you want to offer us?" Ochako asked, sounding excited.

"Well, other than Mr. and Mrs. Uraraka here, you might not know that I am the head of UA, the very school your parents built dorms for. I'm here on behalf of a newly installed early heroics program that was made for the candidate's children." Nezu started.

'Oh no, does he know we're candidates,' everyone but Nezu thought.

"However we managed to get them to allow us two more spots for the program, and I am here to offer those spots to you." Nezu finished.

You could see everyone in the room sigh in relief.

Izuku and Ochako looked at their parents for their opinions, Ochako's parents shook their heads with a proud smile on their faces while Izuku's mom teared up in joy while furiously nodding her head.

"We'd love to!" Izuku and Ochako said at the same time.

"Lovely! Our course starts next week, and it will be every weekday for the next five years. It will take place at UA, I assume you know where that is. I look forward to seeing you there. Ciao!" Nezu said as he left the house.

There was a second's pause before the room exploded with excitement.

"MY SON AND OCHAKO ARE GOING TO UA!" Inko said as she pulled Izuku and Ochako into a big hug.

If Izuku and Ochako weren't convinced they would be two of the greatest heroes before this, they sure were now.

'UA, Here We Come!' they both thought.

(A/n: I told you this chapter would be all over the place. I finished the battle, added what could be considered as fluff if you look at it the right way, a police interview that turned into a quirk assessment, the next day at school which included Izuku finally standing up to Bakugou, and finally my foreshadowing from last chapter reflecting onto where Nezu offered Izuku and Ochako the two spots he gained from the government.

Things are definitely going to start ramping up from here, I'm not too sure on what I'm going to do for next chapter, that along with school starting soon will probably make next chapter a longer wait than the average.

Other than that, I hope you enjoyed this chapter, if there was anything you were confused about or just wanted to suggest, please feel free to comment/review on it(It would also make my day ;),

See ya!)
