The dancers were grouped around Sonic as they all waited for Amy, who teleported from their location back to her hidden palace, to find something for her, and her dancers, and for Sonic, and Shahra. While Sonic was still dismayed at the fact that he was now recruiting Amy, and her dancers into his up, and coming group.

That is not to say that he was unwilling to let them join, as he felt that they could all be helpful, especially Princess Amy herself. Whom Sonic was still dismayed to learn, is a Princess of Agrabah that he needs to marry, in order to undo the wish, and return to Mobius. And he still remembered her antics from the past, that he was worried, would repeat themselves, and continue even in Agrabah.

Especially since she is also a magical Princess. Which meant that unlike last time he got chased, it would be hard for Sonic to escape from her, as she chases him, and probably captures him too. So, he just hoped that he won't end up provoking her wrath on him, as he journeys with her, and her dancers.

The few positive things he could say about this situation he's in, is that he was also alongside the pretty dancers, that he met in the Main Square. Or almost all of them that he met there, as both Liz, and Penelope were in the Palace when that happened. The first of the latter two, being a former dancer for the Moulin Cortex club that he worked at, before becoming the Royal dancer for the Pharaoh.

Sonic had to say, that it was nice that they're also adventuring at the least. They looked appealing to his eyes after all. And they could put Amy's lust in check. But even they might not be able to stop her from her seductions towards him.

Which was a shame, but he might as well suck it up, and let even her follow him on his way to one of the chaos rings.

As they waited, Sonic felt that he should make some conversations with the dancers. "So, how long have you been dancing for the Pharaoh?"

The dancers had to think about that, before they could answer. "My daughter, and I, were dancers to the Pharaoh for at least four years." Hertia said.

"I was his dancer for at least three." Penelope said.

"The same could be said for me, too." Sally said, telling Sonic that she too danced for the Pharaoh for three years too.

"I think I was his dancer for at least seven." Neyla said.

"I feel that I was his dancer for at least six." Carmelita spoke.

"The same number of years could be said for me, too." Krystal spoke, remembering joining the group alongside Carmelita.

"I was his dancer for at least a couple months, which was after I left the club. Probably up to a year." Liz said, telling him that she was the more recent addition.

That was all that Sonic needed to know, as he was intrigued at the years that they spent with the Pharaoh.

Then suddenly, they ended up seeing an object in the sky, which Sonic saw, was a ship.

And an unusually designed ship, at that.

It was a ship that was in the shape of a heart, and was silver in color, with some pink trims on it. It also happens to be metallic. And it also had a bit of a spherical shape to it, and was a bit big, showing that there could be plenty of room within the ship.

Sonic had to say, if there was something to note from Ancient Egypt, that is definitely anachronistic, it is that ship, that he guesses, belongs to the Princess Amy herself.

"Ah, that must be her now." Liz said, feeling interested in riding in that ship with Amy.

Sonic had to admit, he too was interested in boarding the ship himself, even if he was unnerved about the fact that it belongs to Amy. He hoped that there is no prison inside of it, that Amy would put him in, if he makes her mad.

Once the ship was over the dancers, and Sonic, they were all suddenly teleported after a beam appeared from under the ship, and zapped them. And next thing Sonic knew, was that he was now in a room that had the teleportation pads in it. Which was what they were all standing on.

"Do come in to the bridge. I have a tour to give the handsome devil hog before we're off." Amy's voice sounded.

All of them obeyed, and was now walking out of the room, with Sonic being lead to the bridge by the dancers, so that he won't get lost in the ship. Soon, they were in the bridge, where Amy happened to be piloting.

And in the same room, was two other people. One of which, Sonic recognized. Being Blaze herself.

The other, was a white furred, blonde haired mink, with her hair trailing down to her mid back who also had a yellow long tail too. Both of which looked quite soft. She also had a pretty face, pink nose and sweet big black eyes with blue eye shadow. She wore a pinkish-red top that was skimpy, and her loincloth was a modest red, but still highlighted the shape of her rear.

"Sorry that I was a bit late. I met these two on my way to where this ship was being hidden, and they wanted to join. How could I refuse? Especially when 'she' is a guardian, and Vizier, to my father, and I." Amy said, referring to the Mink, and Blaze. Especially Blaze, on the last part.

The latter of whom, Sonic was surprised to meet again. And was also surprised to see how good she looked.

Although she didn't look as good as the blonde Mink though. Who was looking flirtingly at him. While the other dancers were surprised at seeing her.

"Blaze?! Minerva?! You decided to come along too?" Krystal asked in surprise.

The Mink, known as Minerva, nodded at them. "Indeed I am. Amy was pretty excited about something, so I was curious, and wanted to join in."

"And I am here to ensure that Amy is going to be safe, as well as you all." Blaze said with a salute.

"Ah. Nice to see you both here nonetheless." Liz said, hugging Minerva, then Blaze.

The latter of whom, was focusing on Sonic, having a serious look on her face. Even though Sonic did sense a faint blush on her face too. Almost like she likes him like the other dancers, do. Not to mention Amy. But is trying not to show it to him.

"Who might you be, hedgehog?" She asked.

Not that Sonic was surprised at the question, since she obviously lost her memories too.

"This is Sonic. And I am Shahra." She said, coming out of Sonic's ring. "You must be Blaze."

Blaze nodded. "I am a Vizier to the Pharaoh, as well as his top guard. To both him, and his daughter. So, as long as you have no hostilities towards them both, then we'll have no problems between us."

"Well, don't worry. I'm desiring not to get onto his bad side, as much as you are." Sonic said, unwilling to make an enemy out of Blaze.

Which had her making a small smile at him. "Then I feel, we're gonna be getting along just fine in the future."

Sonic was relieved to hear that, as was Shahra. As she too hopes that she won't become an enemy to the Pharaoh.

"Okay! With that out of the way, let me introduce them. As you know, this is Blaze. And this is Minerva Mink. Another fellow dancer for my father. But do not let that fool you, she can fight pretty well." Amy said, introducing both of them to Sonic.

While the latter was demonstrating with a smile, that she has a sword on her hip, which looked like a glaive sword that was ancient Egyptian in design. Sonic figured that she knows how to use it, so he feels that he shouldn't mess with her.

He waved at them in response.

"Not only that, but I had to get my book." Amy then said, showing them her book.

Which was a book on transforming. And it was more like an instructional one, as well as a magically infused one that Amy has. "I have transformed into a few things, but I might need this, for more forms to turn into. Especially for you, Sonic." She said huskily. Which put a little chill up Sonic's spine, seeing that Amy has plenty of choices of what to turn into, with the powers she has. Especially when it comes to catching him.

"And now that we have introduced ourselves, it's time to find that first ring now!" She then said, piloting her ship to the direction of the oasis, where Shahra said that it'd be there.

As it flew, Amy decided to put it on auto-pilot, before getting off the controls. "As this thing flies to the Oasis, let me give you a tour of this ship, before we get to there." Amy said, pulling Sonic along as she was now walking through the ship's hallways with Sonic in tow while the dancers were following behind them.

Soon, they were getting to a room. Which was a bedroom that looked high class. With a king sized bed, a pink dresser with mirror, and makeup on it, obviously for making sure she looks good in the makeup.

"This is my room. As you might've guessed. It's where I sleep. And it's where you'll sleep too." She huskily said on the last part, much to his dismay. (And the dancers were looking envious at that fact. But they didn't complain.)

As if it wasn't enough that he'd be sleeping with Tawna, Tails, and Cosmo. Now he has to sleep with Amy too. He knew he was in for a pretty long journey.

After that, they were now walking to another place in the ship. Where they end up coming across what looked like a bathroom. Which had a round rectangular bath, and a shower side by side each other, as well as a toilet, and a sink.

"This is our bathroom. I feel that there is no need to explain what it does." Amy said.

"The bathtub is yours as long as it isn't in use. And you can peek if you like once I shower too." She then said. "Just try not to touch me, or get too close without my permission, got it?"

"G-Got it." Sonic said, nervous of the consequences from the peeping that he could be doing onto Amy, or the other dancers that showers there. Particularly Carmelita, Blaze, or Minerva Mink. Not that he planned to do that to the Princess, or them.

Then they were back in the hallways, as they were now in her kitchen, which had a fridge, a stove, dish sink, and dishwasher, along with the storage cabinets for food.

"And here's the kitchen. That is where the girls like me, are going to cook." Krystal said.

"That's a relief." Sonic mumbled, feeling that he isn't a good chef himself.

Not noticing that Amy, and the girls heard him say that, and they were all feeling 'shocked' at what he said. "Oh my! So you're one of those types that prefers it when women like me are cooking for you?!" She asked in a shocked tone.

Much to Sonic, and Shahra's horror. "NO! No! Nonononono! I didn't mean that! I'm just relieved that I'm not the one that has to c-cook, since I'm not a good cook! I didn't say… that it's a woman's job! Honest!" He said nervously.

"Y-Yes indeed, Princess! He didn't mean any offense when he said that. He just isn't good at cooking!" Shahra said fearfully.

Only for Amy to smile teasingly at them. "I was just messing with you." She said with a giggle. Which was echoed by her dancers. "I'm aware that you're not a good cook yourself. So consider yourself lucky that it's either me, or my girls that'll be cooking for each other, and for you."

Sonic, and Shahra was relieved to hear that, (And was relieved that Blaze didn't react either, likely cause this happened before.) though Sonic was also annoyed at the teasing he was getting from Amy, and the girls. He just felt that this is going to be a roller coaster ride of annoyance, and irritation with Amy as his co-adventurer. He just hoped that there is going to be fun moments along the way.

And he was also hoping that it could get better from there, regardless of how small a chance it could be. But one could hope.

Nevertheless, Sonic was admittedly relieved that Amy was with him, if she is going to be saving his life throughout his journey through Egypt.

After that, they continued onwards through the ship, until they came to another room. Which looked luxurious, and looked like a place to laze around, and relax inside. Especially with lounge chairs, massage tables, and even a jacuzzi. The latter of which, had Sonic's attention drawn.

"This is the lounge. It has the amenities that is needed for when we may need to relax after a hard day's work. It even has our favorite item. A jacuzzi." Amy spoke. Then she got her lips close to Sonic's ear. "And someday, we're both going to be in that tub together." She whispered.

Which made Sonic blush at that, and at Amy's face being close to the side of his face. All while Shahra was merely hiddenly delighted at the thought of seeing them together in the hot tub. But she'd rather let Sonic know later, when she's sure that he is pining for her.

For now though, Sonic's tour through Amy's ship was continuing onwards as they were on their way to the Oasis.

"That's it Tails, you're doing it right so far, keep it up!" Rouge said in approval.

Back in the club, Rouge was still looking over the training progress that she was putting Tails through, as she continued to dance around for Rouge. She twirled her hips, swung her tails around, and even danced around a bit on the pole too, making sure that she's following Rouge's demonstration good enough, so that she can be able to dance well for her.

Which should also mean that she can dance well for Cosmo, once the day comes for her to do so.

She isn't perfect though. As she still made some minor mistakes. But she is able to recover well, and try again. Even though she was blushing throughout her performance.

Which is what Rouge noticed. And she started to understand why she was doing that. After all, if she was once a boy herself, and was turned into a girl by the Ruby when she was sent here, she'd be embarrassed to be a girl too.

Especially, if she was a dancer, that wore skimpy clothing.

But Rouge felt that she'd gain confidence in dancing around in the Moulin Cortex, and that she'd get used to wearing the skimpy clothing that the other dancers wear, later on.

And she felt that it will someday be the same story for Tails, once at least a few days pass.

Rouge wasn't Tails. And she didn't mind wearing the skimpy clothing, and dancing in such, for the patrons of the club, too. Even though she would protect herself from the perverted ones that tries to molest her.

"Don't be too embarrassed Tails. Some patrons of the Club would admire a confident woman in their sight. So don't show your shyness to them." Rouge said. "Besides, you have us supporting you through your dancing. I guarantee it."

"O-Okay!" Tails spoke, even though she feels that it would be challenging to hide her embarrassment at this moment. But she knows that she can eventually get over it.

Especially since she was surrounded by friends that doesn't seem to be teasing her, or acting like a pervert. Which includes herself, Tawna, and the other dancers that are supportive of her.

All of whom, were also given their memories back.

And they, herself included, all miss their home in Mobius, while the others, miss their home on Earth, or on Corneria, at least in Faye, Miyu, and Katt's case. And they are rooting for Sonic to find the Ruby, or to marry the Princess, to help them come back to Mobius. But they all admit, Agrabah is a nice place. And they were all feeling that should Sonic fail on both accounts, (Hopefully without dying.) or should he decide to wish that they could all stay here, then they wouldn't mind.

Especially Rouge herself, since she did enjoy the profession of dancing in skimpy clothing, like the other belly dancers of the Moulin Cortex, or of Agrabah's palace. And she wouldn't mind dancing to show her own beauty off to her adoring fans. Including the cute Hedgehog in Sonic himself. Or the handsome Echidna in Knuckles.

Now though, she was teaching Tails on how she can do that too, and in a just as sexy fashion as her own. Which would mean that she would do just as excellently when she dances for Cosmo.

And Tails had to admit, she was having some fun with the dancing, and she was still feeling excited to dance for Cosmo, regardless of her lingering shyness, and her embarrassment in being put in this situation, as a girl.

But she bared with it as she continued to dance for Rouge, ensuring that she is improving.

"Yes, like that." Rouge said, smiling at her in appraisal. Feeling that she is indeed improving from last time.

But she knew that Tails still had some ways to go.

Back with Sonic, Shahra, Amy, Blaze, and the Girls, they were now in the Oasis, as they were now out of the ship. And they were now following Sonic through the journey, with Sonic running fast, while Shahra floated by at the same speed as Sonic, while Amy also floated alongside him, while the dancers also floated by her side too, due to her magic. While Blaze kept up with them with her jumping ability.

All while some of the girls were armed with their weapons. Particularly Carmelita, who had a crossbow on her back.

Penelope the Hedgehog wasn't with them, as she was still on Amy's ship, as it's temporary pilot, as she was prepared to fly to them for pickup, once they have the Ring, or if they need some assistance from the air.

Sonic had to admit, he was feeling like he was back in the book of Aladdin, since the Oasis looked similar, if not the same as the one that he went through, when he was searching for the secret Ring that he, and Shahra was forced to search for by Erazor Djinn.

This time though, he had not only Shahra, but also Amy, and the Royal Dancers by his side. And he was ultimately feeling delighted, as he now has other adventurers, other than Shahra, that would be by his side during his journey.

Which he was ultimately looking forward to, as even though he was determined to go back to Mobius, he felt that it wouldn't hurt to go on an adventure to do it. He just didn't think that Amy, and her dancers would join.

Sonic also knew that whatever Amy would turn into could be helpful for him, as she was reading from her book while on their way to the Oasis. So, he felt that at the least, he has a great ally that is following him around in this journey through the Oasis.

Which he was proceeding to run through, as he was just running up over the hill that he was running towards, just shortly after Amy's ship brought them to land, where he ended up seeing a sight that had him, Shahra, Amy, and the others stopping in their tracks at what they saw.

Ruins. That was what it looked like in the sand of the Oasis. And the Ruins looked like they were Arabian in design. Just like how Sonic remembered running through back in the book, with Shahra. And that had him really feeling like he has returned to this place, with Shahra by his side.

"Bringing back any memories, Shahra? Us running through this place? Finding the secret world Ring? Fighting some sort of beast, for it?" He softly asked her, not really remembering what he fought in the Oasis for the Ring.

"Oh, why indeed, Sonic." Shahra said, smiling at the memory of journeying with him. Regardless of Erazor's presence in her memories. Not that she fears him in general.

All while the girls, and Amy looked on in awe. "Wow. This place probably looked pretty while it was still intact." Amy said, admiring the scenery. "I wonder what this place was."

"And what happened to this place, that made it become ruined, and abandoned?" Krystal asked, feeling sorrowful for what happened here.

All of the group didn't know the answer to why this place was like it is now. But that wasn't important to focus on. Instead, they were focused on where the ring could be in this Oasis.

"Okay Sonic, whenever you're ready, let's go ahead and explore this place." Amy said.

He didn't need to be told twice, as he was now running through the Oasis, and the ruins of the Oasis, with the girls behind him.

Where he was later able to get into one of the buildings that was intact, though empty of everyone inside of it, as he was now running through the building with Amy, and the others behind him, as they were following him through the building room, then into the stairway that moved upwards,

Where he was now running out of the doorway, and down a downward slanted walkway that he ran down, briefly going level in the middle, before going downwards again to the sandy ground, where they were now going through what could be courtyard, considering that the section that they were going to, was surrounded by buildings, and even some water that was deep enough for them to swim in.

Sonic hoped that they won't have to do the latter, since he couldn't swim well. And he doesn't like the water because of it, as he was running on the sand.

Where he was running around some of the broken pieces of the ruins that loitered the section he was running through, as well as the bushes full of flowers.

Some of which, Amy took from the bushes to give to Sonic, later on.

Soon, there was some hilly sections that Sonic was running on, that was around a little oasis that had water in it, that he was running around while on another hill, and avoiding like fire, so he won't fall in.

And he was running around another oasis with water in it, as he was running on the hills around it, as he, and the girls looked at a section of the plaza wall that was also nearby.

"It's like we're running in a Plaza that was in this city, prior to it being turned into the Ruins that we see now!" Blaze said.

"This city must've been beautiful! Oh how I wish we can resettle in this place, someday. Probably when I become Queen." Amy said, also feeling some sorrow at what happened here.

As was the girls, and even Shahra, who hoped that this isn't King Shahryar's palace that they were running through again. As he would've been devastated at the damage that has been done again, to this place. If he is even alive, or if he exists in this world, that is.

All while Sonic did feel a little sorrow, as he wondered what this place would be like if it was intact, and clean. Either way, he kept on moving around the oasis waters.

"I know that we could be in a hurry for that ring, but have you ever thought about taking a little break, and going swimming with us?" Amy asked.

Shahra had to admit, that wouldn't be a bad idea for a break once they find the ring.

Sonic was blushing at the thought about swimming with the girls, and Amy. Especially if it involved skinny dipping. But he quickly reminded himself of the obvious reason that helped him to just say no. "As much as I'd like that, I would like to tell you, that I can't swim!"

Amy was startled at the response, as she didn't expect to hear that about him. "Oh my! Sorry I asked. But still, I could teach you on how to swim. Especially with me." She said seductively on the last part.

"Thanks, but I'd rather swim with the fishes." Sonic said deadpan. Even though he was also blushing at the proposal of having her for a swim coach, considering her sexiness.

"That could be arranged once we find a deep enough lake for us to swim in together. Hope you like mermaids, Sonic." Amy said, not noticing his snark. While imagining swimming with him in her fish form.

Sonic rolled his eyes at the response. Before he decided to merely run onwards, hoping that there could be something that could end the conversation there.

Luckily for him, while he was running around one of the oases, pillars suddenly popped up from out of the sand, startling the whole group, before Sonic, and the girls sidestepped them to dodge the pillars before they could run into them.

"Look out! Those pillars are being manipulated by Magic!" Shahra said.

Sonic made sure to do that, as he continued to dodge the pillars alongside Amy, Blaze, and the other dancers, as they all ran around the pillars.

Some of which, Amy zapped to destroy them, in order for Sonic to get through them. Much to his annoyance, as he feels that he can get around them just fine. Not that he isn't thanking her for the help.

"Look out!" Carmelita said, shooting another pillar in order to save Krystal from flying into it while trying to keep up with Sonic.

"Thanks, sister." Krystal said to her. Regardless of their lack of familial connection to each other, they viewed each other as such, even before their time as dancers.

"Sister?!" Sonic asked, with Shahra also curious.

"Mind if we tell you about us after this trip through the Oasis?" Carmelita said.

Sonic nodded in acceptance, feeling that it isn't going to be long, until their current journey ends in the Oasis.

Then in another upcoming section, a set of pillars were already up, but then they were suddenly falling down just as the group were running to their direction. And they were trying to crush the group once they run underneath them. But Sonic was too fast for them as he cleared them, with the girls barely following suit before the pillars could succeed.

Now he was jumping over a floor that was leading upwards to the higher section of the oasis, where they were running around the pillars, as they were headed towards what looked like a little castle that was up ahead of them.

As Sonic was getting there though, he felt quite curious, to where he had something to ask Amy. "So Amy, I see that you had that ship back in the Palace the whole time. And that had me curious. If you were planning on getting out of the palace of Agrabah, why didn't you do it sooner?" He asked as he ran.

Amy had to think about it for a moment. "Being honest, as much as I wanted to get out, and see the world, I knew that in doing so, I wouldn't think it through. I needed to plan out what I can do if I go through with it. And it needed to be a fun thing to do. Like I could join on somebody's journey, or find a villain to take out. And thank Ra, and Horus, that I found you doing the former. That, and I am aware of the dangers outside of Agrabah, that I could end up meeting if I did that."

"Ah, I can see that." Sonic said, as he ran around more of the falling pillars that left gaps between them for him to dash through. Before he entered the castle.

Which turned out to be a massive doorway, sort of like a gate between the walls. Now he was dashing around more of the bushes. "But you have these girls protecting you, right?" Sonic continued.

"Yes. But we're mainly dancers. It is our profession to dance for the crowd, even though we were taught how to protect ourselves from the more perverted, and ruder guests that gets under our skin, or tries to kill us. But the guards, and soldiers of Agrabah are great combatants, and fierce protectors for the Pharaoh." Krystal said.

"Indeed. They're not soldiers, or guards. Lupe, and her guards are." Amy said.

"Good point." Sonic said, feeling that there are some dangers that even the dancers may be unable to defeat without either his, Blaze, or Amy's help, if the latter knows of plenty of offensive spells to cast.

Right now though, he was dashing around the bushes, and the rocks, until he was now stopping at a fallen wall, before he then dashed to his left, with Amy's group continuing to follow him.

Now, he was dashing, and jumping over the water, with help from a ramp made out of stiff vines, that both Hertia, and Galaxina made for him to help him jump over the water. Where he was on what was left of a castle walkway that was partially sunk into the ground, as he ran on it, and grinded on its middle rail, before launching himself to another fallen walkway section in the water. (All while he thanked them both for the help. Much to their delight.)

Then he got onto another, before launching off of it, and onto a wall, to get launched to the third walkway, before dashing, then jumping off of it, to get back onto the sandy ground of the Oasis.

Meanwhile, back in Agrabah, Erazor Djinn, along with Dulcy, and Antoine, were now in the secret room, where they were now near a machine, that was in operation, as Erazor was preparing to put the stolen belly button ring onto the machine that would magically show him his desire.

Which looked like a charging Tesla machine that charged some sort of sphere that had a storm cloud inside, as it was floating over an hourglass that was designed like a pair of snakes. And the machine was being operated by Dulcy, and Antoine who was spinning the wheel via running on it like a treadmill to make the machine work for them.

"With all due respect your evil majesty, but… couldn't we wait for an actual storm, for this moment?" Antoine asked, feeling tired from his running on the gears with Dulcy.

Especially as Dulcy wasn't pulling more of her weight into this, despite being stronger than him, being a dragon and all. He even thought that she did this on purpose.

Erazor though, ignored that fact. "Save your breath Antoine! Faster!" He said, placing the belly button ring over the hourglass, just in between where the snakes meet.

Antoine, and Dulcy obeyed. "Yes, your mighty evil one." Dulcy said, as she, and Antoine were now running faster on the gears, causing the flow of electricity to go to the storm cloud in the sphere to get charged up, before striking the belly button gem with its lightning after a moment, which then struck the hourglass, causing the sand inside of it to blow around inside it.

Before making a sand figure of the cave of wonders that Erazor went to. "Now, my sands of time. Reveal to me, the worthy one, that can enter the cave."

The sand poured itself to the lower half of the hourglass, before blowing around inside of it to reveal a vision of someone inside it.

Which was of a certain Blue Hedgehog, that was running around in the oasis, as he was on the walkways of the castle in the Oasis, while being followed by some friends of his. One of which, whom was pink, looked familiar.

But Erazor was too focused on the Hedgehog to notice, as he was grinning at his find. "Yes, there he is. That 'Studded Diamond in the Rough' is the one."

Much to Dulcy, and Antoine's shock. "That's him?! That's the one that we're searching for, to lead us-"

Antoine tried to say, only to suddenly trip, and fall on the gear's tooth, which caused him to fall to the side, then get caught by one of the other gears that was crushing him, and electrocuting him, as they turned, much to Dulcy's amusement.

All while Erazor was ignoring the plight that Antoine put himself in, as he was now summoning his minions to the room. "I want you all to go to the Oasis, and extend an invitation to that blue rat." He said.

The minions obeyed, as they teleported themselves to the Oasis, just as Antoine was launched into the wall, looking like his face was covered in ashes.

Back with Sonic, Amy, Blaze, and the dancers, they were continuing to follow Sonic through the Oasis, where just shortly after they got off of the walkway, they were just now turning left towards the doorway.

Which was when they all suddenly saw a bunch of minions that was in the way.

"It's more of the Evil Vizier's minions!" Shahra said, seeing them appear.

Which, Sonic also saw, as he felt that those minions looked familiar. But he couldn't put his finger on who sent them here. While the same could be said for Shahra, who wondered the same thing.

Nevertheless, he was quickly ready, as he was now fighting the minions with his homing attack, and his punches, and kicks.

But Shahra, Amy, and the others had other ideas, As Shahra summoned a scimitar sword for Sonic. "Here, use this!" She said, giving the sword to him.

While at the same time, a shield was put in Sonic's other hand. Only that one was red colored on one side of the shield, while the other was pink colored. And it had eyes on the front of the shield too, before appearing on the back too. Which, was a tell tale sign that Amy has transformed into the shield, taking cues from her book.

Sure enough… "Use me too! Don't worry, I'm as strong as actual steel while in this form!" Amy's voice said.

Sonic was annoyed that he was being given more help then necessary, since he can take care of himself against the minions. But he couldn't in good faith, reject her help at this moment. So he obliged, and used his scimitars to defend himself.

While the other dancers also defended each other, and Sonic, with Hertia, and Galaxina using their powers over plants to create some spears for themselves, while Carmelita ended up using her crossbow, with lightning infused bolts to zap them. While Krystal, and Liz used their staffs against them, the former's staff being golden with blue highlights, and is scepter-like with a standard spear-like head.

While Liz's own staff, was just a plain long stick. Even though, like Krystal's, it can also be shrunk down to make it more compact in her inventory.

While Neyla had a whip to use against the minions herself.

While Minerva used her sword alongside Blaze. Both of whom, were also battling the Minions as they were all on their way through to the castle doorway.

All while Sonic continued running, and helping the dancers against the minions, as he couldn't let the pretty ladies deal with the minions by themselves without his help. Especially as they fight the red ones, that breathe fire.

Which was much to their delight, as they were fond of his help, and him for being nice enough to help them along the way through their journey through the Oasis to the ring that they were after.

Even though he fought some of the red minions too, that breathed fire on him, making him try to guard against him with the shield.

"WAAAAAHHHHHH! Careful! Fire can melt steel if hot enough, you know!" Amy said, chagrinned at the burns as she glared at him from the back of the shield.

"Sorry. I thought that you'd feel nothing while you're a shield." Sonic said, feeling a bit ashamed, even though he continued to guard against the fire, before taking out the fire minions, then continuing onwards through the path that the group was taking.

Which lead to a dead end.

But Sonic didn't let that stop him, as he then saw that there was also an upper section that he could run to from the wall. So, he ran up the wall, before U-turning back down to the upper section. Which did delight the dancers as they floated to him with Amy's magic, before following him.

Now he was dashing onward to the doorway, that led to the indoors section of the castle. Which was where they were now inside.

"There. We should be cooler inside." Amy said, turning back to her normal form.

Only for Sonic to make her, and the rest of the team look ahead of them, and see some geysers of fire up ahead of them.

"Yeah, cooler inside. I'm guessing it's cause those geysers of fire is cold?" He sarcastically asked.

Amy sheepishly shrugged in response. "Hehe, I just thought that the shade would make it cooler inside. I have no idea they would be here. But hey, no fire could be hotter than you." She said huskily.

Sonic rolled his eyes at that. Before continuing onwards, wishing he saw the flirtatious response coming. Even though a part of him thought that it was a good pick up line.

Now they were avoiding the fire geysers in their path, before Sonic ran onwards through the path, with Amy, Blaze, and the dancers not far behind him.

It wasn't long, until they were now outside of the room with the fire. Where they were wondering where they could go from there, and hoped that they can find the ring at the end.

Back with Erazor, he was frustrated at the lack of success that his minions ended up suffering. Not only that, but he saw Sonic being protected. And by the familiar faces at that.

He had trouble recognizing who they were, since he hasn't interacted with them, much. (Other than the blue vixen, Krystal.) But he knew that they were Royal dancers for the Pharaoh.

And he recognized who was among them, being the Princess herself. Whom he disliked, due to her attitude. Being that as a determined, strong-willed princess who would even refuse to marry to a fellow lucky Prince. And Erazor would've preferred it, if she was submissive to him, by the time he ends up taking over Agrabah.

Now though, she was becoming more of a proverbial thorn in his side, as he was wondering what he can do against the blue hedgehog's protectors. Then he had a little idea of what to send next as he was now focusing his magic on his summon.

Which also involved some chanting some unknown words to summon something to the oasis that Sonic and his group was still roaming, trying to find something.

And they were going to find it, but they were also going to find that something that Erazor was summoning to that place, is going to find them too.

It was a couple moments of running around in the oasis, as well as searching, as Sonic's group was still outside in the oasis, as they were being lead by Shahra on where they could find the ring that they learned about, from Shahra, on their way to the Oasis.

All while throughout the run, Sonic was getting teased by Amy. Who was continuing to flirt with him, and proclaim that she is going to someday marry, and make love to Sonic. Which still got under his skin as they kept on going through the Oasis.

Shahra on the other hand, though she still feels fond of Amy, and Sonic together, was starting to see why Sonic was feeling reluctant to let her join. And she was wondering if it was like that, while back in Sonic's world, only a bit worse. (She hasn't met Amy before, until now, after all.)

And considering some of the past with Amy, that Sonic told Shahra about during their time getting chased by Amy back in Agrabah, it seemed that not all of his past with Amy, was pleasant, to say the least.

But nevertheless, she was certain that Sonic, and Amy will get together, later on, as they were running around in the oasis to find the Ring, so that they can return to Agrabah, while not empty handed.

All while Sonic was also looking for the Ring, so that he can go back to Agrabah, with Amy in hand, in hopes that she can at least go back to her castle for a while, while they rest off their current journey. Her father could be missing her, after all.

So, he was ensuring that he can find the ring with the ladies, even though he might not care if they find it first, or if Amy finds it first. Sonic didn't really care.

As they searched the sand for a minute, Amy suddenly noticed that there was something poking out of the sand. Curious, she was headed towards it, before brushing the sand aside to see what it was.

Which was a Gem. A Green one at that. But she noticed that it was connected to what looked like a golden band in the sand.

"Hey guys, come here!" She called out to the group, making them come close to see the item too. Which Amy pulls out of the sand. And shows that it was a ring. And not just that.

It was the Chaos Ring that they were looking for.

Amy now had the chaos ring in her hands as she was making some celebrating dances with her dancers. "Yay! We've got the ring!" She said, celebrating with her dancers, and with Shahra, while Sonic was looking on, feeling relieved about the grab for the ring.

Even if he was also dreading that she could want to hang out with him once this journey through this Oasis is over.

Which Shahra noticed. "Sonic? What is wrong?" She asked.

"Remember what I said about her wanting to follow me around, and join on this journey? Well what if she decides that she wants to hang out with us too, even at our club?" Sonic asked.

"Well, I see no problem with that. Especially if it also means that you can get closer to the Princess." Shahra said.

Sonic couldn't argue with that. Since getting close to Amy was his priority, in order to get back to Mobius, should he be unable to find the Ruby. Even though he wouldn't mind if he is to have a journey through this world that he's in, in order to find it. (In fact, he does desire to journey through Agrabah, as he finds the Ruby, and the Chaos Rings, before going through with Marrying Amy, once he cannot find it.)

But still, he knew the risk in letting her hang out. Which is why he would like to have the ring from her. "Okay Amy, now that you've found it, can you give me the ring?" He asked.

"If I do, are you going to marry me?" She asked flirtingly.

"No way!" He said, wishing he saw that coming, while also feeling annoyed that she tried it again. Even if it was while in this dimension.

Much to her dismay. "I thought I had you that time. Oh well. At least we get to hang out. Together. Get to know each other more." She spoke.

"As much as I would like to agree, I would like to let you know, that you must go back to the castle! The Pharaoh would be so worried if he knows that you're all gone!" He exclaimed.

Which had them all startled, especially Shahra. "Oh my! I didn't think about that part!" She said in horror.

As were the dancers. But they were quickly calming down alongside Amy, when she ended up looking back at him with a casual smile.

"Ah, don't worry. My father agreed that I can at least leave the Palace as long as I have an entourage with me." Amy said.

Sonic was confused at the answer. "So what you're saying, is that the dancers, and Blaze, are also your entourage?" He asked.

"More or less." She said. "I can magically summon some more members of my entourage if I need to." She responded. "As long as I have such, then I can leave the Palace, and roam Agrabah as long as they're with me."

"Okay. But what about if you're out of Agrabah, like now?" Sonic asked.

"Then that is where I cannot go without an escort. Which means that you're such a guy for me." She said flirtingly.

Sonic couldn't really deny that, (As much as he wanted to.) as he did reluctantly agree to let her, and her dancers join on his journey. Which in a way, meant that he agreed to become her escort.

And that fact, had him annoyed. Even though he is thankful for her help with the Ring. And he hoped that she'll continue to be like this, throughout the rest of their journey together, regardless of how much she's going to tease him, alongside her dancers, later on.

Suddenly, they felt the ground of the Oasis start to shake beneath their feet. And they suddenly saw that there was a sinkhole beneath Amy, that ended up causing her to sink into it, much to her unpleasant surprise as the dancers were trying to get to her to pull her out. Then before they knew it, something big ended up appearing from under the sand, and caught Amy into its claws.

It was a giant purple scorpion, that has fifteen red eyes: five on its two stingers, nine on its back, (Which are almost hidden by its sides.) and one large eye on its head. It also has red marks on its stingers and purple and red legs, torso and eyelids. While it also seems to have a mouth that has a sharp set of serrated teeth around the eye. And it was currently holding Amy in one of its claws like a damsel.

"AAAAHHHHHHHH!" She screamed out.

"Princess!" The dancers, and Blase called out in unison, horrified that Amy is in the figurative clutches of the scorpion.

All while Sonic was both horrified, and annoyed. He was horrified that Amy could be either kidnapped back to the villain's lair, and killed, or worse. Sure, he wasn't fond of Amy, when she gets obsessed with him like in the past. But he didn't hate her guts for it, and he didn't outright wish for death on her because of it. Even if it gets annoying that she is getting kidnapped again.

Which, is also how he felt about what is happening. "Not again." He mumbled, knowing that he might need to rescue her once again.

"You mean, this happened before?" Shahra asked, barely hearing him.

"Indeed. Did I forget to mention that she has gotten kidnapped a few times before?" He said.

Shahra shook her head. She nevertheless hoped that Sonic is going to save Amy.

Which is what he intended to do, with the help of the dancers, feeling that if he doesn't, she'll die. And so will his chances of returning to Mobius, and his home, if he cannot find the Ruby.

That, and as much as he was still annoyed at her antics in the past, he still sees her as a good friend. If not a bit more than that. And he was still terrified at the thought of seeing the scorpion eat Amy alive, or killing her first before doing so.

So he was determined to save her, as he was prepared to save Amy, with the dancers' and Blaze's help.

And done.

I apologize for the Cliffhanger for this chapter. I had to get this chapter out before this month ends.

And just to let you know, if you're wondering if the dancers are also getting in on the action once Amy makes love with him, then yes. They are.

And speaking of dancers. Minerva Mink is one of them too. I was requested to add her in too after all. And she too is eventually going to get in on the action.

Oh, and maybe, so is Blaze.
