On the stage of a auditorium, stood a wise looking man with grey hair and green clothing, this was Ozpin, and he was in the middle of giving a speech to everyone that stood by the stage, a speech about 'Life', 'Surviving', and 'First Steps To Enlightenment', to which everyone listened very closely, even a certain kitty cat was paying attention, despite reading a manga, which was about a emoji octopus teacher or something like that, though because she was occupied with two things at once, she didn't realize a, 'Third', invading her personal space
"「Are you on Vol.2 Ch.15.1? It has something that you might recognize~」"
This startled the faunus as she suddenly look away and ignore both the manga and the Headmaster and look at the Minus Among Minuses, Kumagawa Misogi, much to her shock yet extreme delight
"K-Kumagawa, What Are You Doing Here? I Thought You Only Wrote Books?!"
Even though Blake was very confused about seeing her favorite Author here at Beacon, she was still very happy at the possibility of being able to interact with him, seeing what he was writing next, or maybe, just maybe, be a part of his work
"「I still do, unfortunately I'm here cause of safety reason and I can't stay home alone while my mother works here」"
Kumagawa puffs his cheeks in frustrations, though what he said made Belladonna more interested and confused
"Your mother works here, who and where is she?"
As soon as Blake asked this question, the Good Loser lifts up a finger and points at Glynda Goodwitch, who stood at Ozpin's side, this caused her to go wide eyes, clearly was not expecting him to be related to a very well known and respected Huntress
'What other surprises is he hiding from me?...'
Before Blake could ask question and learned more about the Minus, she was quickly cut off by him saying something that made her go silent
"「By the way, since you learned some of my secrets, do I get to see some of yours?~」"
Despite being teasing and wasn't asking a serious question, what Kumagawa said suddenly made her remember the first meeting they had and what he specifically told her, and after a moment of remembering and realization, she reached for her bow and carefully remove it, which surprised him as he didn't expect her to actually do this
"My name is Blake Belladonna, a Faunus who used to be a part of the White Fang. Nice to meet you, Kumagawa Misogi."
This definitely caught the attention of some the crowd, luckily none heard her saying she was a Ex-White Fang member, but seeing that Blake was a faunus was definitely something that made the crowd say something, though before they could say more or the Crawling Chaos could ask why
"You will all gather at the ballroom for tonight, and tomorrow is when your intonation begins."
After Glynda, who took over after Ozpin speech, instructed on what the students should do next, to which they all did as they were told and begins to leave, including the niw revealed Cat Faunus, who just smiled at the Nightmarish Kafka and waves bye at him
"I hope we can see each other soon, also I would love to be a part of your writing, if only as a beta reader, bye Kumagawa."
Blake then walks away and left Misogi all on his own, who just watch with such disbelief
'「Am I really losing my touch when it comes to breaking people?...」'
Soon it was nighttime, everyone seemed to be getting ready for bed, cleaning up, putting away equipment and supplies, and changing into their pjs, they were all excited for the next day to start, well, all except one, which was Weiss Schnee, who left the locker rooms, once putting away her stuff and freshen up, she was very furious and beyond upset
'This has been the worst day ever, having a blonde bimbo knock down my bages, getting exploded by that child, and being insulted by that filthy faunus, Who Admits To Being A White Fang Member, WHY IS SHE EVEN ALLOWED IN THIS PLACE OF HEROES?!?!?!'
Weiss was very unhappy with the type of day she was having, so much so that her lovely white skin turned angry red, maybe even have steam coming out her ears, though after taking a moment to catch her breath and cool down, she pulls out the joker card necklace from her shirt and looked at it sadly
'I wish you were here, you would've done something to make me happy…'
Weiss sighs softly, holding it closely to her chest and continue to walk back to the ballroom, hopefully to find a place to be away from all the loud annoying kids, though after turning a corner, she immediately stopped in her tracks and went eyes wide in extreme shock
"「-I can't really do that to Ozpin, Mother really seems to like him and removing him would mean removing her happiness, ugh, i'm shackled to feelings and care, it's starting to become a curse…」"
Kumagawa, who was in his boxers and white shirt, was unlocking the door to a spare bedroom, all the while talking about something very suspicious on what he might do to the Headmaster, though the Schnee hardly cared about any of that, as she was suddenly filled with pure joy and excitement, she wasted no time running towards the Good Loser, all negative thoughts were replaced with nothing but her Best Friend that stood within her reach
"KUMAGAWA!~ I'M SO HAPPY THAT YOU'RE ACTUALLY HERE, I DON'T THINK I WOULD'VE EVER BEEN HAPPY AND PROBABLY SO ALONE WITHOUT YO-"
Since Weiss wasn't wearing any shoes, she accidentally tripped while running towards the Minus, who only had enough time to face towards her once he heard his yell, and as soon as he did, she collided against his body, fall hard on the ground on top of him, and unintentionally made her lips meet his, which embarrassed and shock her, while deeply confusing him, the Ice Queen knew it was wrong to do this, she definitely didn't do this on purpose, and she never intended to actually kiss her one and only friend, but, instead of letting go, she only deepen the kiss, slowly wrapping her fingers on his, and just refused to let this moment be forgotten, which only surprised and startled him even more, as he didn't know what to do in this situation and only let out a light blush, though after a minute of young love blossoming in the Schnee heart, he quickly sat up and gently pulls away, which did snapped her out of it and started to realize what she has done
"K-K-Kumagawa, i-i-i-it's not what it looks like, I-um-I just, erhm, I just-"
Before Weiss could make any excuses for her action, the Crawling Chaos just helped her up and opens the door to his bedroom
"It's late, would you like to sleep with me tonight?"
Weiss went eyes wide whenever Kumagawa made that offer to her, and without another word, the day ended with Schnee sleeping in the bed with her, 'Best Friend?', cuddling and holding him close, to which the Nightmarish Kafka only responded with him gently petting her head, that laid on his chest and aimlessly looked out the window and at the night shattered moon sky, his emotions were filled with extreme uncertainty
"... I could not win, like always…"
Blake isn't in love with Kumagawa btw, and no to harem? Twank u, wuv u all.
(BTW, fuck it, since everyone picked Weiss x Kumagawa, no reason to stop Weiss from making the first move, hm, would you like some lemons between the two?)
