The Billionaire was in his mansion on Japan, just watching the fire dancing on his fireplace. He was with scotch on his hand and just observing.

Ever since the new era he felt lonely. He and Selina broke up, Dick, Barbara, Tim, Jason and Stephanie all died in a horrible fight with a supervillain with a Vulcan quirk. Damian went back to the league of assassins with Cassandra and they haven't talked with him in years. After losing his family a second time, Bruce was now alcoholic and pretty much sadder than ever.

''One more drink wont kill.'' Said him pouring more scotch.

He drinks another glass and felt a sense of emptiness.

''This wouldn't be happening if you took care of things better.'' Thought him.

Bruce felt major guilt over the lost of his sidekicks. He was pretty much depressed and he forbid Clark to ever talk to him. He knew he was in shock, but he wanted to treat at his matter.

''Why did I even started this?'' Asked Bruce.

He was pretty much a cold and sad billionaire. His bat suits were all thrown in the back of Wayne manor and they haven't been touched in years. Pretty much a life that was gone.

''There isn't a day that I don't see you.'' Said him looking at his reflection but seeing Batman.

Soon Alfred showed up. Still old but still kicking.

''Sir you have a meeting with your international branch tonight. They are expecting you to show up.'' Said Alfred.

''Thank you Alfred, I will be ready in a second.'' Said him.

The old man put a fine suit a with Alfred they went out to the Wayne Enterprise building in Tokyo. A giant building that was bigger than the All Might agency, which was across the street.

''Which car should we go?" Asked Alfred.

''Let's go with a Gran Torino.'' Said him.

''Very well sir.'' Said Alfred.

Bruce was on the passenger seat while Alfred drive. Bruce hated living in Japan, but it was so more peaceful than the United States. However, no matter where he goes, he despised seeing those adds made by heroes. If he could he would tore them by himself.

Bruce was pretty much with his Windom all closed and he didn't want to see a thing there.

''This isn't heroism. This is pure capitalism'' Said him pissed. Yes, he remembers the Batman merchandise, but he never profit and he let the company doing those have Batman permission, because he wanted children to be happy.

He was so tired of seeing heroes acting like celebrities instead of actual heroes. It was like the world was dominated by Booster Gold.

''Sir are you ok?" Asked Alfred.

''Alfred can I ask you a question?" Asked him.

''Yes, absolutely sir.'' Said him.

''Do you think all this is heroism?" Asked Bruce.

The butler just thought for a moment and then answer his boss.

''Heroism is doing good act in return for nothing. Branding and appearances for cash are rewards for doing something. In a way no, but you cant say that all of these heroes are shallow idiots that want glory and fame.'' Said Alfred implying that there were still some good heroes out there.

Bruce just took a sighed of tired.

''I knew, but its hard to find out.'' Said him.

The ex-dark knight sometimes think what he would have done. To stop quirks to being out of control and make sure that everyone was fine. He knew the government created the pro heroes just so they don't have to being bossed by the Justice League. If Bruce could he would make sure that he would bite all those bosses hard in the ass. If there is one thing that every politician that deals with heroes learned is that you don't want to lie to Batman.

Here we have the new chapter. Yes, I killed most of the Bat family. In the original story, only Jason died, and Dick isn't to be around. For me if Batman really hang up the cape, it has to be something that makes him regret putting the cowl. This was cruel but I need it to work around the story.

Also, if you are wondering if in this story, Izuku becomes a new Robin my answer is no. Batman is oppose the hero system and All Might. I will explain this later. Izuku is still Izuku, he gets One For All and he gets to UA.

I am still going to work around with Carrie Kelly and spoiler Terry McGuiness. I know this is a Dark Knight Return style story, but I want to work with Terry so this will be the perfect story. Thank you all.
