Hey guys its your boy D_Trinx...jidebt ;(
All right for those of you who are reading this on I'm sorry because I didn't know that word didn't translate line breaks, so it must look like a jumbled mess, I'll fix it up in no time.
AnimeFan13579 - I really like your idea about the using something similar to Nighteye's high density seal stamps, and for the vacuum I think I will scrap the storage part as it will make the suit too bulky and I want Izuku to be a fast, obviously ninja type character, but I don't have any ideas on how Izuku could rescue someone (Unless I give him something like the Rinnegan with telekinesis(Shinra Tensei) WHICH I WILL NOT). But as I kinda ranted about in the chapter, what about villains with non-solid forms?
Also I have some exams coming up so if there is a delay, please forgive me.

Without further ado, onto the story!
"Run!" the announcer shouted
Erasurehead the underground hero had just busted down the wall. Yuujiro let go of Izuku and ran out of the now lifted cage. Izuku knew he had to run fast, if he was caught it would mean the end for his chances to go to U.A, the end for his dream to become a hero. Fortunately there were a couple hundred people between Erasurehead and Izuku, and Izuku was going to make the most of that opportunity.
He ran out of the cage and towards the exit, he knew he couldn't run back to his house as it was at least 2 miles away, so his only option was to duck between the alleys and try to keep as low as possible. Luckily this was Izuku's turf, so he knew every twist and turn, every alley and road like the palm of his hand. He took a right into the nearest ally and discarded his mask, unfortunately he didn't have any other clothes so he hoped that Erasurehead didn't remember what he was wearing. Izuku heard police sirens coming from behind him, so he walked out of the other end of the alley, and onto a main road, just so he didn't arouse suspicion, if someone saw Izuku walking through alleys, wearing a black tracksuit, and looking around himself suspiciously, he would easily get caught.
Izuku kept walking and was about to reach his house when out of nowhere a man jumped down in front of Izuku, it was Erasurehead.
"Hello sir!" Izuku exclaimed a bit nervously
"Hmmph, did you see anyone wearing an orange mask running from that way?" Erasurehead asked him as he pointed to the location of the underground fighting club.
"No sir!" Izuku squeaked out loudly, he was very nervous.
"Hmm, okay" Erasurehead nodded towards him. Inside though Erasurehead was suspicious of the young boy in front of him, nobody should've been that nervous talking to a hero.
Erasurehead jumped on top of the building next to him and ran away. Izuku was sweating heavily but nonetheless kept walking to his house, it was very lucky that he didn't get caught by the professional.
Izuku reached his house and sneaked in through the open window of his room that he left open for just that reason.
There was only a couple of days left until the U.A entrance exam and Izuku was excited, he had worked till his muscles tore, till his bones broke, till his blood ran dry, he was confident that he would pass any challenge that would come his way. He had to go to U.A, it was All Might's alma mater, it was the creator of some of the greatest heroes in Japan. So for the next three days he had decided that he would rest so he was up to full condition, he was going to make sure that nothing could ruin his chances of getting into U.A.
Today was the day, it was make or break, Izuku's only hope at becoming a hero. It would be a lie to say he wasn't nervous, he was confident in his abilities of course but how could you not be nervous at such a momentous occasion. He was getting ready for the exams, he had revised all the topics that the U.A website had suggested, and was now fitting on a comfortable tracksuit and some metal gauntlets for the physical portion of the exam. After making sure he had gotten everything, he went out of his room to find his mother preparing special breakfast for him.
"Aaah, I'm so nervous mom!"
"It'll be fine honey, just remember that no matter what happens I'm very proud of you that you're even participating"
"Thanks mom! But don't worry, I'll make you even prouder when I get in! Itadakimasu"
Izuku wolfed down his breakfast, and double checked all his belonging before making his way out.
"Bye mom!"
"Bye honey! Be safe and good luck!"
"Thank you! Love you! Bye!" He waved at his mother and started the journey to the academy.
Izuku was standing in front of U.A, hundreds of people were walking in. Izuku took a deep breath and walked in, he saw people with all different and unique quirks, some with extra limbs, some with animalistic features, some normal looking humans, some that even looked like aliens, not that he would say that out loud as he knew how people with different appearances were treated.
He smiled and walked up to the main desk, giving his application, and getting a brochure in return with directions to the exam hall, there was a two hour written exam, then an orientation, which was going to be hosted by Present Mic, Izuku was totally going to fanboy over that, and then the practical exam, which according to the brochure was going to be a fight with robots to see how many points you could rack up, fortunately Izuku's gauntlets would come in very handy to defeat the metal machines.
He made his way to the exam centre, and after handing in his application again he was assigned a seat, after making his way to the seat he noticed that there was at least a five metre distance between himself and any other examinee. 'To make sure there's no cheating I guess' he thought to himself.
"Uhm, would everyone please pay attention, the exams are currently being handed, you will have two hours to complete the test, and if you are caught cheating you will be immediately disqualified and escorted out of the premises." a fair skinned woman announced from the main stage, she was wearing a pencil skirt, and a grey blazer over a white shirt, she had black hair that was pulled into a tight bun, and noticeable ebony eyes, Izuku recognized her as the administrative official for the quirk department responsible for schools.
Eventually Izuku got his test, and once everyone had gotten a test the woman gave the permission to begin.
Izuku flipped over the page, and was surprised to see that they had normal questions like normal exams, he theorised that U.A would be testing for intelligence not just in heroics but other subjects as well to see if someone was capable was joining the school. Nonetheless after getting over his initial shock he stormed through the exam, finishing 30 minutes before the official time. He handed in his test, and was again surprised to see that almost a hundred people had handed in their tests before him, he was sure he had finished quite quickly, but it was apparent that there were some people with intelligence quirks or the like.
Izuku made his way to the cafeteria, there were about 30 minutes until the orientation. He got some delicious food from the Chef hero: Lunch Rush. Izuku made his way to a small table, and decided to look out for his competition. He noticed that there were a lot of groups, probably here to work together. 'Hmm surely U.A wouldn't allow people to work together, if they do I'm at a disadvantage', he perked up his ears and tried to listen to everything going on around him to gather as much information about his opponents as he could.
Suddenly a girl popped in front of him, she was quite short and had a slender yet curvaceous figure Izuku embarrassingly noted. She had fair-skin and a blush on her cheeks. Her eyes were large and round, the irises a warm auburn brown, with rather thick upper eyelashes. She also had shoulder-length hair about the same colour as her eyes, her hair was bobbed and curved inwards at the ends, two longer clumps taking the same shape on either side of her face, and short bangs that reached roughly a quarter of the way down her forehead.
"Hello, I'm Ochaco Uraraka" the girl now identified as Uraraka introduced herself
"Umm, hi..." Izuku replied, unsure as to why she was talking to him
"Umm, I was wondering if I could sit here, there's no spaces left on any other tables" she said scratching her hair embarrassingly
"Sure, no problem, I was about to finish anyway, Nice meeting you Uraraka-san" Izuku quickly squeaked out, he had never spoken to female before other than his mom, but he calmed his nerves and replied calmly before making his way out of the cafeteria
"For all you examinee listeners tuning in, welcome to my show today. Everybody say hey!" A man with ridiculously bright yellow, standing up hair shouted
But unfortunately for him, no one replied.
"Wow! Then I'll quickly present to you the rundown on the practical exam! Are you ready?! Yeah!"
Again there was silence.
'It's the Voice Hero: Present Mic! Wow...! I listen to him every weekend! I'm so moved! All the teachers at U.A are pro heroes!' Izuku fanboyed silently
"As it says in the application brochure's, you listeners will be conducting ten-minute mock urban battles after this! You can bring whatever you want with you. After the presentation, you'll be heading to the specified battle centre, okay?" The screen glowed brightly as it showed pictures of the mock cities labelled form A to G.
Silence...
"Okay?!"
Silence...
'Hmm, it seems even though that our examinee numbers are consecutive we are stationed at different battle centres' Izuku said as he peeked over at the person sitting besides him card, who was from the same school as him.
"There are three different types of faux villains in each battle site. You earn points for each of them based on their level of difficulty. Your goal, dear listeners, is to use your Quirks to earn points by immobilizing the faux villains. Of course, attacking other examinees and any other unheroic actions will lead to your disqualification!"
"May I ask a question?!" a boy with blue hair asked, standing up from the crowd.
"Okay!"
"On the brochure, there are four types of villains, If that is a misprint, then U.A, the most prominent school in Japan, should be ashamed of that foolish mistake. We examinees are here in this place because we wish to be moulded into exemplary heroes. In addition, you there with the curly hair, you've been muttering the whole time, it is extremely distracting, and if this is some type of game to you, I suggest you get out of here!"
Izuku scowled, but hid in his seat not wanting a confrontation with the pompous boy, he knew he was in the wrong.
"Sorry, I'll try not to do it again" Izuku replied back.
The blue haired, pompous boy nodded at him and sat back down.
"Okay examinee, thanks for the great message! The fourth type of villain is worth zero points. That guy's an obstacle, so to speak. There's one in each battle site, an obstacle that will go crazy in narrow spaces. It's not impossible to beat, but there's no reason to defeat it either, so I suggest you run away from it. That's all from me! Finally I'll give you our school motto, the great hero Napoleon Bonaparte once said: 'A true hero is one who overcomes all misfortunes. Go beyond! Pluuuuus Ultraaaaa!' Now everyone, good luck!"
Izuku made his way down to the entrance of the school where multiple buses were waiting with letters on each one. Izuku made his way over to a bus labelled 'A', and went inside and sat down. multiple people came in, and when the seats were full, the bus took off.
After a couple of minutes, they arrived at the battle site, and Izuku was shocked to say the least. The exam site was almost the size of a real town, and the buildings were all real. Izuku started stretching, and made a game plan, his illusions weren't going to work on the robots as they weren't real and didn't have a brain. He put on his gauntlets and as he was stretching he saw the girl that had came over to him in the cafeteria. He was going to go wish her good luck but was stopped by a hand on his shoulder. He looked behind him and saw the same blue haired boy from the orientation.
'Great, this guy again'
"Excuse me, can't you see she is stretching, were you about to go distract her, why are you even here, maybe you were hired to distract the examinees?" he said rudely.
Izuku shoved the boy's hand away. "Listen here you fucking idiot! Don't grab me, and stop assuming things about me, I know that girl, and was just trying to go wish her luck. Focus on your own self and don't interfere with other's business!"
Izuku stopped his rant, and saw the boy walk away embarrassed from having his rudeness pointed out. He decided to not approach the girl and watched as the gates started opening.
"All right examinees! 3...2...1... Start!"
Izuku only needed to hear that and see the gates open suddenly, showing the robotic villains already littering the streets. He exploded into a full-on sprint, his speed steadily increasing the longer he ran and he released his limiters enhancing his legs. He felt the others still standing in apparently shocked confusion. He heard Present Mic starting to say something to the others when he reached the first robotic villain, a one-pointer.
Izuku remembered the brochure, it said the One pointer or victory bot was agile but fragile. He smashed into the vaguely human shaped robot elbow first. With his left he grabbed one of the arms that was about to go flying due to the force of the collision that just destroyed the robot and hurled the arm towards a two-pointer, destroying that one too. The two pointers were equipped with rubber missiles, but didn't have any close range protection.
Barely pausing, Izuku moved forward and in an instant was in front of a three-pointer, that looked vaguely like a tank, and he jumped over it, his right foot lashing out and hitting the head where Izuku guessed it's power circuits were. He was correct as the robot powered down and collapsed to the floor. Without pausing he started running, only for a one pointer to shoot a spray of bullets to his face. Not pausing, Izuku dodged all of them easily, 'Angel eye' allowing him to perceive the trajectory of the bullets and where they were all aimed.
When he reached the one-pointer, Izuku fly kicked its thin waist breaking the bot in half. Not a second later he raised his right arm and blocked the stinger of the scorpion like tail of a two-pointer. He quickly took a hold of the two-pointer's tail and lifted it surprised by its light weight, spinning twice in place he sent it flying in collision a three pointer, resulting in a fiery explosion that caught two one-pointers that were nearby.
Looking up, Izuku saw four one pointers peaking over the edge of two alleys at each side of the street. Crouching a bit, Izuku shot forwards, and punched the head of one of the one pointers and ripped out its arm to swing around like a baton, he swung at the other one pointer and knocked its head off. He hurled the arm at one of the one one pointers across the street, and ran across to punch the head of the other bot. He picked up its body parts to act like a shield.
Izuku used his legs like a springboard and launched himself towards the three-pointer coming towards him. The three-pointer launched its rockets at Izuku, who promptly used the body of the one pointer to protect himself. Izuku was momentarily obscured by the black smoke of the progressive explosions that smacked into his shield without stopping his momentum.
It was when the three-pointer was reloading that Izuku flew out of the smokescreen, the one-one pointer reduced to less than half of what it was with the metal burned black. Still in mid air, Izuku hurled what was left of the one-pointer away and shifted his body smoothly to ram knee first into the three-pointer's head, destroying it and skidding to a halt a few feet away from the building.
"Hm, eight one-pointers, two two-pointers and three three-pointers... that sums up twenty-one points"
It had been less than two minutes since Present Mic called for the start of the test.
Meanwhile, inside the observation room, the current U.A. staff was looking at many screens that showed the most promising students that were taking the entrance exam.
Right at the front, a short humanoid mouse-like being with dog-like paws and a bear-like face with a scar running across his right eye, and wearing a tuxedo, looked on with a pleased smile. "A strict time limit, not knowing the mount of villains there are or where they are and a vast battleground... Nothing quite like it to bring everyone's ardour into the open and uncover their skills," he said happily.
"The ability to grasp the situation quickly and accurately," said another voice, this one coming from a man wearing a white space suit. He was looking at the video of a boy with six arms that he was apparently using to somehow locate more villains to destroy. "Insight."
"The ability to stick a dynamic entry without being late to the party," said another voice, this one obviously female with a husky and sultry tone to it. She looked on with interest as Tenya Iida drop kicked a two pointer and then using the engines of his calves to boost his speed, engaging a one pointer not three seconds later. "Agility."
"The ability to face any obstacle with coolness and composure," said another one, this one male, his voice coming slightly muffled because of his tan gas mask. He had the appearance of a cowboy, but his dreadlocks could still be seen despite the hat on his head. He was looking at the video of the blond-haired boy with sparking eyes as he destroyed a robot using a laser that came from his navel. "Judgment."
"And, of course..." trailed off another voice, this one coming from a man with shoulder length black hair wearing a black matching outfit and what appeared as very wide tape as a scarf. He was looking directly at the video of Katsuki surrounded by destroyed robots as his palms smoked and he panted with a savage grin, only to turn towards the video feed of Izuku, who was still destroying villains left and right with no signs of stopping, exhaustion or strain. "Sheer fighting prowess," he finished. 'Hmm, this kid, Izuku Midoriya, his application says he has an ocular quirk that gives him the ability to cast illusions, but he looks like he has a minor strength quirk'
"We can gauge their respective levels of those foundational skills by way of the points system," said the humanoid mouse as he looked on.
"Oh my, we raked up a promising crop this year, didn't we?"
"We can't be sure of that yet," said the raspy voice of Toshinori Yagi in his real form as he smirked almost knowingly as he flipped up the protective barrier that prevented anyone from touching a red button accidentally. "The real test..." he trailed off as he pressed the button. "... begins now!"
They all watched as the gigantic form of the fourth villain rose form the ground in all of the battle areas, wasting no time to start wreaking havoc by merely moving and swinging its gigantic metal arms, easily making the examinees despair as they started to run away, both because of the almost immeasurable size of the villain and the fact that they could lose all their hard-earned points if their as much as faced it.
"There's absolutely no merit in taking on that villain. As a matter of fact, there is a severe penalty if you do so. Someone's true character is revealed when they are faced with an impossible obstacle they cannot overcome," said All Might solemnly, feeling slightly disappointed when he saw absolutely everyone that was near where the fourth villain appeared frantically screaming and running away. He smirked victoriously, however, when he saw something that didn't surprise him at all in the screen he had been focusing on the most. "But it creates an opportunity..."
(A Few Seconds Earlier)
"And that's fifty-five points!" Shouted Izuku happily as he punched the last two-pointer of that street to oblivion. 'Man, I don't know what I was feeling nervous earlier' he thought with a laugh as he turned back to look for more villains. He still had about two minutes or left less
As he turned around a corner, he witnessed many of the other contestants more than one hundred feet away fighting against robots and competing against each other for the right of destroying a robot without somehow using their quirks on one another. He had not managed to maintain the rate at which he gained points the moment the others joined the fray earnestly, which resulted in the villain robots for other, less dangerous individuals.
Basically, Izuku had to go around destroying the robots that were moving through the streets and buildings in search of targets, using his area sense and super sight to locate them.
Suddenly the ground started shaking, as if there was a minor earthquake, and to his surprise the ground started opening up and a gigantic robot started rising from the opening, it was the size of a small skyscraper and had a giant red zero on its main body. There was a panic as everyone on the street started rushing away from the giant monster, and Izuku knowing that even he could not take on such a robot followed their lead and started running in the opposite direction. As he was running away, he hear a faint cry, and when he looked behind himself he saw the girl form the cafeteria, Ochaco Uraraka if he remembered correctly, stuck under a piece of debris, she was struggling to get out. Izuku's heroic instincts kicked in and he rushed over to help her.
"Oh my god! Are you okay, Uraraka-san?"
"I think my ankle's broken, please help me out"
"Don't worry, I'll save you no matter what" Izuku replied confidently, he reached under the debris and started pulling, but to his and Uraraka's worry the piece of debris didn't budge a single bit, it was way to heavy for Izuku to lift. Even though he unlocked his limiters, he was still only a human, and didn't actually have a strength quirk. Izuku though analysed the situation calmly, the zero pointer was about 10 seconds away from him and Uraraka. Izuku lifted himself up and readied his fist before bringing it down on the rock, his idea was to break the rock into smaller more lighter pieces he could lift.
9 seconds until the zero pointer reached him
He brought his fist down again, but nothing happened
8...
Again his fist pounded the rock
7...
'Boom' the rock shook
6...
The rock finally started cracking a little bit
5...
The crack started widening
4...
The crack widened just a little bit more
3...
'Boom' with a final pound, the rock broke down
2...
Izuku threw the rocks out of the way
1... the robot lifted its foot
Izuku lifted Uraraka bridal style and ran away, just in time as the zero pointer brought its foot down, sending a shockwave that knocked Izuku and Uraraka down.
"And that's time! Well done to all participants but please make your way back to the buses, and if you're injured make your way to the infirmary"
Izuku sighed in relief, and looked over to Uraraka who was vomiting violently, probably due to shock or over-usage of her quirk. Whatever it was though, Izuku went over to rub her back, and hold her hair. Once she stopped vomiting, she stood up and bowed to him.
"Thank you so much for saving me, and I'm sorry, you lost so much time trying to help me when you could've gotten more points"
"It's fine, saving people is the main part of what we're trying to become, heroes, it was my duty to save you, and don't worry I have more than enough points to pass" Izuku replied with a smile, it was weird to hear someone thanking him but it made him feel good. 'This is what All Might must feel all the time. I'm going to become just like him, Izuku Midoriya, the next symbol of peace'
An old woman started coming towards them and Izuku recognized her as the Youthful Heroine: Recovery Girl, she was known to be one of the best healers in the world, capable of fixing almost any injury. "Ohh dearie me, you poor child, let me fix you up" she said as she looked at Uraraka's broken ankle. "Here have some gummies, they'll freshen you up" she handed Uraraka some small gummy bears.
"Oh and you dearie, are you fine?"
"Yes mam, I'm fine!" Izuku replied firmly, and bowed to her in respect.
"No need to be so formal dear"
"Yes sorry mam!"
"Anyone else need any recovering" Recovery Girl shouted out to everyone in the battle site, with some people coming over to her.
Izuku and Uraraka made their way over to the battle buses, Uraraka still profusely thankful for Izuku's help.
After a long day Izuku made his way over to the train station, he and Uraraka had said they're goodbye's as she said she had something to do.
After an hour, he made his way to the apartment his and his mother lived in and knocked. His mother opened the door and smiled warmly at him.
"Come in dear and get freshened up, I'm preparing dinner!"
"Alright!"
Izuku went over to his room and freshened up, and went to the dining room, where he and his mother had dinner, where she asked him all about the exams.
After dinner and spending some time with his mom, he went to his bedroom and jumped onto his bed, after a long day, he finally relaxed and closed his eyes. 'I hope I passed' was his final thought before he fell into a deep sleep.
This has been 5032 words, I'm way over the 2500 word limit I set for myself but because I'm such a nice person I wrote more. Thank me later
Don't ask me why I put U.A as the only chance Izuku had at becoming a hero, just don't ask, I gotta build suspense somehow okay, leave me alone ¬.¬
Nah but seriously how was the chapter, PLEASE COMMENT AND REVIEW!
I have decided that I am not going to give Izuku One for All, I'm 100% sure, the Sharingan that I've given him is good enough and trust me it won't just be him casting illusions on everything, there are some awesome things you could do if you had full control over your brain, trust me! It's a pet peeve of mine when authors stuff One for All down Izuku's throat, even though they've given him a good enough quirk that they could build on just because they want to follow canon. As for this story I think I'm going to follow canon for the most part (Of course with my own twists and turn, and what would happen if Izuku had the Sharingan), but later on add some of my own arcs and stuff. I also hate when people don't change from canon at all, like in some of the stories I have read they make him OP enough to beat noumu, but he loses to Todoroki in the sports festival, it pisses me off.
I can't lie, I do take the descriptions of characters from the My Hero Academia wiki because I'm too lazy to write an original description, and plus there's is way more accurate
