After having a serious thinking through, I still haven't decided if I should give Izuku chakra, I don't want to make it so he has any transformation natures. I initially wanted to give him Susanoo but that wouldn't work without chakra, so I just decided to scrap the idea of chakra at all, and just give him the genjustu/hypnosis side of the Sharingan. The title and summary of this story are a bit misleading I guess. Oh well, you'll have to deal with it.
RhysIsIrish: I honestly love you, the answer was right in front of me lol. I completely forgot AFO had no eyes so he can't use an ocular quirk, if he did then he definitely would've tried to steal Aizawa's quirk as well. Also about the cloning eyes, I don't know about that one, I'm definitely going to consider it.

U.A was actually just like any other high school, in the morning there was the required regular classes, like English, taught by Present Mic.
"I would like you all to come up here one by one in seat order, name yourself, your quirk, hobbies, likes, dislikes and such!" Present Mic spoke in his extremely loud voice.
Some people looked excited, some bored, while some looked like they didn't want to be here, and there was even one who looked very nervous and even scared. Izuku though was
The first person to get up was the blonde haired boy that had a slight French accent, "Oui, Monsieurs and Mademoiselles, I am Yuga Aoyama, my quirk is Navel Laser, and it allows me to shoot a powerful sparkling laser cannon from my navel, though I can't shoot it for more than 3 seconds because I get a stomach ache. As for likes and dislikes, I like myself, and I dislike being dirty. And a hobby, to look at my beautiful self"
Izuku, though not one to judge early, did think that the boy was quite vain, arrogant and narcissistic.
The second person to come to the front of the class was a girl of medium height, her skin was a light shade of pink, and she had somewhat square shaped eyes with black sclera and yellow irises. Her face was framed by short and fluffy pink hair which was slightly darker than her skin. She also had two thin pale yellow horns protruding from her head, hooked squarely and leaning diagonally to opposite sides
"Hi, my name is Mina Ashido, I can secrete acid from my body, and I can control the solubility and viscosity of it as well, but after a while my skin loses its resistance to it so I have to stop. I like most things, hate bullies, and my hobbies are to dance, and hang out with my friends." the now identified Ashido said, with a smile on her face. She walked down from the platform and let the third person come up.
It was another girl with a rather frog-like appearance; she had oval-shaped eyes with large, black irises. Her hair was a dark sea-green colour and was very long, reaching all the way to her waist with the ends tied together at the bottom in a large bow of hair. She had two shoulder-length clumps framing her face and shorter bangs between her eyes, some of them partially swept to each side.
"'Ribbit' My name is Tsuyu Asui. 'Ribbit'. My quirk is Frog, and it gives me a frog's physiology and allows me to do anything a frog can. 'Ribbit'. I like frogs, I dislike toads and my hobby is swimming. 'Ribbit'." The girl gave a quick bow and scurried back to her seat.
The fourth person to go up to the stand was someone Izuku didn't like at all, the already introduce Tenya Iida. He was relatively tall and muscular and had a wide frame. He had short dark blue hair, flattened neatly down and parted on the right side of his head, a small patch completely shaved near the base of his head, and rather square eyes which match the notably pointed shape of his jaw. He wore a serious expression, and his eyebrows seemed to be permanently pointed inwards and he wears glasses with rectangular lenses
"Hello fellow classmates, my name is Tenya Iida, I like rules, and extremely dislike rule-breakers. My quirk is Engine, it gives me car-like engines in each of my calves. I fuel my engines by drinking orange juice. My hobbies are repairing engines, and running" The young man spoke in a very robotic voice, before bowing very deeply and walking back to his seat.
Izuku watched as Uraraka walked past him, shuffling her feet a little, nervously holding her hands together, and as she got onto the platform, Izuku gave her a smile and thumbs up for encouragement, Uraraka smiled back and cleared her throat.
"Hi, my name is Ochaco Uraraka, and my quirk is Zero Gravity. It allows me to nullify the effects of gravity on targets by touching them with the pads on these" She motioned to the pads on her hands, "I can cancel the effect of by touching my finger pads together. But if I go over the three ton limit or use it on myself I get really nauseous. I love mochi, and I also hate bullies, my favourite hobby is to help out my parents." with that she nervously scratched the back of her head before heading down, allowing the sixth student to go up on stage.
It was a boy with a muscular build that had short blond hair, swept to the front of his head. Unlike the other students in his class though he wore pale grey sneakers with his school uniform instead of the brown dress shoes worn by everyone else, and the bottom button of his blazer he had left casually undone. The most obvious thing about was his tail though.
"Hi, my name is Mashirao Ojiro, my quirk is Tail, it gives me a tail which I use for a fighting advantage, I like watching fighting, and I don't have any particular dislikes, and my hobbies are to train in martial arts." The boy left with the quick introduction, obviously not wanting to say too much, which Izuku could understand, even though these were his classmates for the next few years, he didn't want to just give them his weaknesses, Izuku hadn't developed a full trust for them yet.
The seventh student to go up was someone Izuku had seen at his exam site and had a electric-type quirk. He had short gold hair, parted to the right with a black lightning-shaped streak on the left of his side fringe, which partially obscured his left eye. He was slimmer than most of the other male students in his class, not having much visible muscle mass.
"Sup, my names Denki Kaminari, my quirk's the super-duper cool and awesome Electrification, I like comics, and dislike... arrogant people I guess, oh and my hobbies are playing video games." he said with a smirk and thumbs up, though Izuku noted that despite his duncey personality he didn't give away anything about his quirk, though it might've been on accident.
The eighth person to walk on was a muscular boy of average height. He had red eyes, and pointed teeth. His hair was somewhat long, dyed a bright red, and spiked away from his head at all angles with gel, two more pronounced tufts spiked on either side of his forehead like little horns. He was smiling widely and walked confidently on to the podium.
"Heya, my name is Eijiro Kirishima, my quirk is the manly Hardening, and it allows me to make my skin rock hard, so I'm super durable!" he said loudly while extending his hand and showcasing his quirk. "I like manly heroes, and I hate bullies! My hobby is to train so I can be the shield hero!" The teen gave a shark-like smile and walked back to his seat. Izuku liked the guy from his first impression of the manly teen.
The ninth person to go up was a tall young man of a wide, muscular build. His head was in the form of a rock, which was unevenly shaped and pointed at the top of his head, and his jaw was square-shaped. Despite his muscular build, the teen had a finger in his mouth biting nervously, and was sweating a lot. He didn't say anything and grabbed a pen to write on the board with. 'My name is Koji Koda. My quirk is Ani-voice. I like animals. I dislike hunters. My hobbies are to look after animals'. With that short bit of writing the nervous teen walked off quickly. Izuku didn't get anything on the boy's quirk, but after looking at his likes, dislikes, and hobbies, and of course the name of his quirk, Izuku concluded that the boy's quirk gave him the ability to control animals in some sort of way.
The tenth person to walk up to the podium was a very tall, very muscular boy with a wide build. He had short brown hair that was spiked upwards away from his head. A pair of bushy eyebrows nested on top of his square eyes. He had very large and thick lips, and a notably large, round nose.
"I am Rikido Sato! My quirk is Sugar Rush, it allows me to double my strength after eating sugar! I like sweets, hate sour things and my hobby is to cook, mostly bake! I am pleased to meet you all!" The boy gave a short bow at the end of his enthusiastic introduction and left the podium promptly. His introduction marked half the class done, now only 10 more to go.
The eleventh person walked up to the stage, it was the boy with six arms and the one who scored the highest on the grip strength test in the quirk apprehension test. He was extremely tall and muscular, and had pale grey hair swept forwards which covered most of his face. He had a slightly elongated face, his eyes set more towards the sides, the majority of which was hidden by a blue mask, which covered him from just below his eyes to the base of his neck. As he got onto the stage, at the end of one of his arms, a mouth appeared.
"My name is Mezo Shouji, and my quirk is Dupli-arms and it allows me to grow other parts of my body on the end of my tentacles. I don't have any particular likes or dislikes. My hobby is to train." The boy left with a fairly quick introduction, and Izuku kind of had an idea as to why, most people with mutant-type quirks were discriminated against, being treated like animals and monsters.
The next person to walk up was a petite, fair-skinned girl with a slender build. Her hair was short, only around chin length, and was dark purple in colour with an asymmetrical fringe. Her most prominent features were the flexible, plug-like earphone jacks hanging from each of her earlobes at the end of two thin cords.
"My name is Kyoko Jiro, my quirk is Earphone Jack, they act like extra limbs and I can change their length, they give me good hearing. I like music, dislike idiots." with she gave a pointed look to Kaminari, and continued with, "My hobbies are to play instruments", the girl gave Izuku quite sassy vibes, and rather laid back, she didn't look like she wanted to be there either.
The thirteenth student to walk up was a tall, and lean boy with chin-length black hair, spiked downwards, with jagged bangs coming about halfway down his forehead. He also had very straight teeth that dominated the grin he was flashing to the class. He also had very weird elbows that Izuku assumed had something to do with his quirk
"Wassup, my name's Hanta Sero, and my quirk's Tape, it allows me to shoot tape from these" he said as he showed his elbows. "I love playing games, and I hate green goblins, I also love to read comics" With that the boy again flashed his eerie grin and walked off. Izuku thought that the boy had a very unique dislike, but seemed like a good person in general.
Another boy walked up as Sero left. It was a short young man with the head of a black bird, which resembled that of a crow or a raven. He had a tan, yellowish beak which was slightly hooked down at the end, and very dark red eyes that reminded Izuku of his own when his quirk was active.
"Hello my name is Fumikage Tokoyami, my quirk is Dark Shadow, and it allows me to manifest a sentient shadow monster from my body, like this" with that he took a step back and a being materialized out of his chest. "Hello, my name is Dark Shadow", Tokoyami retracted him back quickly, and continued, "I like horror and goth films, and dislike comedy films, my hobby is to look at the moon in the night" The bird boy walked back to his seat after the revealing demonstration of his quirk.
The 15th student to walk on was the boy who came in second in the quirk apprehension test, just above Izuku, and Izuku knew that this was someone that was powerful and most likely a big rival for him. He was reasonably tall and rather muscular. He had quite long hair, though it didn't pass his neck, and wore bangs, parted twice. His hair was evenly split between two colours: white on his right side and crimson red on his left. He also possessed different coloured eyes , which caused his left eye's iris to appear turquoise, while his right was a brownish dark grey. Additionally, he had a large burn scar on the left side of his face, which reaches from his hairline to halfway down his cheek. He had worn a serious expression whenever Izuku was looking, which gave him an insight on what the boy was like.
"My name is Shoto Todoroki, my quirk is Half-hot, Half-cold" The boy started leaving but Present Mic called out to him.
"Woah, Woah, Woah! Tellus some of your likes, dislikes and hobbies!"
"I have no likes or dislikes, neither do I waste time in hobbies" The boy gave the teacher a cold shoulder and walked past him back to his seat.
After the mood was changed drastically because of the rude boy, the sixteenth person walked onto the podium. It was a fairly short girl with a completely invisible body, only identifiable through the floating school uniform. "Hiii! The name is Toru Hagakure, and as you can see my Quirk is Invisibility, I love cute plushie things, and hate mean bullies. My hobbies are to watch cute things! I'm pleased to meet all of you, and I hope we all become friends!" The girl, what looked like, skipped off of the stage and the mood in the room was changed back. Izuku thought the girl had a quite typical girly personality, but it was cute nonetheless.
The next person to walk up was Katsuki Bakugou, Izuku in particular was looking at his 'past' friend with sadness, he was sad about the fact that the boy didn't consider them friends anymore, which if Izuku was thinking logically he would've agreed with, but the fact that the boys had spent much of their childhoods together and were each other's first friends should've counted for something. Katsuki, instead of walking up normally, jumped on top of the podium and started shouting.
"What's up bitches! My name's Katsuki Bakugou, and my quirk is Explosion! I don't care enough about you god damn extras enough to tell you anything else, so suck it pussies!" with a final cackle he walked off, and almost everyone looked at him with either disgust, or shock.
Izuku watched as Katsuki walked by him and stood up, and calmly made his way up to the podium, he wanted to give his classmates, and hopefully future friends a good impression. "Umm... Hi, my name is Izuku Midoriya, and my quirk is Angel's Eye, it basically allows me to cast illusions on anything, umm... I like katsudon, and I dislike people who hurt others intentionally. My hobbies? I would say reading, or training. I am very happy to meet you all and I hope we will also become friends in the future" Izuku gave a deep bow and made his way back to his seat. 'That was so nerve-wracking! Oh my god!' Izuku was freaking on the inside as he had never had so many eyes on him.
The grape-haired boy that almost got expelled and was sitting next to Izuku stood up and walked onto the podium next, grabbing a stool to stand on as he was too short to look over the podium. "Hi ladies! My name's Minoru Mineta and my quirk is Pop-Off, it allows me to take these things off of my head and throw them at things, they're really sticky. Heheheh... My likes are girls and my dislikes are good-looking males who steal all the girl's attention. My hobby is to look at naked girls! Heheheheh" Everyone, especially the girls looked at the boy with so much hate and disgust, that the boys smile was wiped from his face, and he walked quickly back to his seat.
The last person that walked onto the podium was a tall teenage girl with a very mature physique that had all the boys, shamefully even Izuku's, and especially Mineta's eyes on her. She had long black hair that was tied into a spiky ponytail with a large strand hanging on the right side of her face. She had a very sophisticated look to her, as if she was like a princess.
"Hello everyone, my name is Momo Yaoyorozu, and my Quirk is Creation, it allows me to create any non-living material/object from my skin by transforming the molecular structure of my lipid cells. I like reading, and dislike perverts" with this she sent a glare at Mineta, who in response just smiled, not paying attention to her but on something else. She sighed and continued, "My hobbies are to read, and playing the piano. I hope we all get along, and become great heroes together."
With that all the introductions were over and the bell rang, signifying the end of the lesson, everyone packed up and headed to their second lesson
The second subject they had was Mathematics taught by the Clone Hero: Ectoplasm, which passed by slowly as it was things that Izuku already knew, then they had Hero History taught by the R-rated Heroine: Midnight, which Izuku got excited by and the subject itself was pretty interesting too, their penultimate lesson was Modern literature taught by the Cement Hero: Cementoss, which again was very boring for Izuku except from fanboying over his teacher.
Lunch was in the main cafeteria, it included all the three years and all their courses. Izuku had already once tried the Cook Hero's lunch during the practical and was very excited to try more, his quirk depended on energy from carbohydrates after all, and rice was served with every dish in the cafeteria.
After Izuku got his lunch he started to look for tables and luckily saw some of the members of his class, if he remembered their names correctly, then they were Kirishima, Sero, Kaminari, and Ashido,. He quickly went over to their table, deciding on what to say, he had not had friends for a long time.
"Hey guys can I sit here?"
"Sure man" the red-haired Kirishima replied and shifted over to allow him some space
"Name's Kirishima. You showed some mighty power during the entrance exam, I saw your name in the leader board, you got first didn't you!" Kirishima said excitedly while offering his hand for a handshake. Midoriya looked at him before smiling and accepted his hand, shaking it firmly. The both of them smiled at each other, but then the girl with the pink skin broke the handshake and grabbed both of Midoriya's hands.
"Hiya! Mina Ashido! You can call me Mina! I know I introduced myself in class, but I wanted it to be more formal. Pleased to meet you!" She exclaimed with happiness. Midoriya smiled at her antics. Midoriya chuckled when her and Kirishima were arguing over something. He then turned towards the blond with a black lightning bolt in his hair and a girl with short purple hair with the ear jacks hanging from her earlobes.
"Yo, name's Kaminari. It's pretty cool to meet you." Kaminari said and gave him a thumbs-up. He smiled at him. Izuku knew the value of teamwork and since they were going to be in the same class for the next 3 years, he knew he had to build friendships and bonds with his classmates.
"My name's Sero, you can just call me Hanta, I heard that you were into video games in class, so am I!" Sero replied with a eerily wide smile. Izuku nodded back at him, not knowing what to say, and just deciding to smile and nod to the conversations going on around him. Izuku stayed like that for the whole of lunch, some other's had decided to join them, and Izuku was listening in on the conversations, feeling very awkward as he didn't know what to do.
The tension was mounting in Class 1-A. Everyone knew who their teacher would be for today's Heroics lesson, and they were all excited to see him. Izuku in particular was looking forward to seeing him again.
Suddenly, the door snapped open and a massive red figure lunged through it, stopping forcefully enough that his blue cape billowed around him in a wind of his own creation.
"I HAVE..." it might have looked more impressive if his pose wasn't so ridiculous, "...COME THROUGH THE DOOR LIKE A NORMAL PERSON!" the Man, the Legend, the Number One Hero, the Symbol of Peace All Might. He took the momentary silence as a sign of his audience being struck speechless and gave a booming laugh as he crossed to the desk with an exaggerated stride, "HAHA! Remember students: a flashy, dramatic entrance is a great way to make everyone feel like a situation is going to be All Might!"
"Basic Hero Training! The class that will put you through all sorts of special training for the sole purpose of moulding you into Heroes! Also it gives a ton of credits." All Might assumed some sort of very uncomfortable-looking pose in front of his desk with his back facing the students, before suddenly whirling around and holding out a card that said "Battle" on it, "No time to dally! Today's activity is this! Battle Training!"
Needless to say, this got the class' attention. The atmosphere of anticipation and excitement was palpable.
"But in order to do battle in true Heroic style...you'll need these!" as if on cue, four hidden compartments slid out of the walls of the classroom, each containing five boxes labelled one through twenty, corresponding to their assigned seating, "In accordance with the Quirk Registry and Equipment Request Forms you filled out before being admitted, we have your Hero Costumes!"
As one, the entire class shot to their feet and made various noises to the extent of "hell yes gimme gimme gimme." All Might's ever-present grin seemed to grow even wider as he took in his enthusiastic young charges.
"Everyone get changed now and come out to Ground Beta when you're all suited up!"
"YES SENSEI!" The reply was simultaneous and unanimous.

Yah I know that I rushed all the intros, I was getting bored writing it and I'm sure you were too, I think if you're reading fanfiction you already know what the characters are like and what they look like.
Sorry this chapter was such a filler, but I couldn't include more without this turning into a 8000 word chapter.
By the way I saw this weird theory about Tokoyami, it said that dark shadow was actually Tokoyami's twin that had the power to manipulate shadows but they both ended up fused in the womb, I know its weird. I read it on Starborn on ao3, definitely check that out if you want a good read
