Hey guys, so I am updating quite quickly lately, but that is because I am currently isolating at home so don't get use to it lol.

I really have been enjoying your reviews that past few chapters. You guys are hating on me because of Julian and that is fine, but if you guys haven't noticed that Julian doesn't give up when it comes to Brooke, but this time it looks like he is trying to take Lucas down and that way he will get Brooke back... if you are thinking that, then that's okay, but I'm not revealing anything. Keep reading to find out how this love story is going to end.

It was Saturday and the girls and I were getting ready to head to Charlotte. We decided to wear our cheer uniforms there. I put my hair up in a blue bow and painted the usual R for ravens on my cheek. I did a little blue glitter eye shadow and I was ready to go.

"Okay so we are staying at the hotel not too far from the competition. So we'll go and book ourselves in and put our bags down and head to the competition building"

"Okay" the girls nodded

"I'm here I'm here sorry I'm late Brooke" Lil came running into my room. She was already dressed in her uniform.

"Its okay Lil, come here and sit" I instructed her. She did as I asked "I'm going to do your make up okay" she nodded. I did the same makeup as me and the girls and then painted a R on her cheek to match "there all done"

She turned around and looked in the mirror "oh Brooke I love it" she beamed a smile at me.

"Good" I smile back "okay girls we ready to go" they all nodded "okay then let's head out.

We head down to my cherry red BMW and all got in clipping our seat belts in and then we were off to Charlotte.

"Here are your room keys Miss Davis. Its four to a room as requested" The lady behind the counter handed me the room keys.

I take the keys from the lady and turn around to my squad "okay girls it's four to a room. So Rachel, me, Haley and Peyton of course are in room 101 then Lily, Kadence, Olivia and Marley are in room 103 and Sara, Carly, Jessica and Laura are in room 102" the girls got into there groups and I hand one of them their keys "now you can go put your bags in your rooms pick your beds and then meet back down in the lobby in about 10 minutes" they all nodded and we headed to our rooms.

"So Brooke did Lucas change his mind in coming this weekend?" Rachel asked once we got into our room.

I shake my head and shrug my shoulders "I don't think he did. The last he said was that he didn't want to disrupt his history he has in this town"

"What does that mean exactly?"

I shrug again "he didn't really say and I don't want to push him into telling me. I want him to want to tell me"

"Fair enough" Rachel replies and then the conversation was dropped.

We headed back down to the lobby to meet the rest of the girls. There were so many cheer squads in the lobby. We head over to the girls and I was super excited. I always did love these competitions.

"Oh my god Lily is that you" I watched as Lily looked up and her own demeanour changed as this brunette girl was walking pass our squad with hers "oh it is you"

I looked at the girl and she looked very familiar like I've seen her before. And then it dawned on me. She was the girl with Julian the other day. Who is this girl? She obviously knows Lily.

"Oh wait your a cheerleader now" the girl looked Lily up and down and then giggles with her friends "oh look girls little Lily Roe is acting like a cheerleader now" the girls on her squad laughed and I saw Lily's spirit start to leave her body.

"Erm excuse me" I step in front of Lily and the brunette girl looks to me "and you are?"

"I'm Nicki head of the Bear creek warriors" she says like I should have known that. I mean I know who the bear warriors are, but I don't pay attention to the captains.

"Well I suggest you and your little cubs leave my ravens alone" Nicki laughed and then looked to Lily again.

"You could have been a bear Lily, but you chose not to be"

"I didn't want to be a bear Nicki" Lily says back

"Oh but you wanted to be a erm... what are you called again?" her eyes turned to me and I really wanted to slap this girl. Who the hell does she think she is?

"The Ravens" I state "You know we've won the past three years and yes Lily wanted to be a raven instead of one of you and now I see why. The captain is a bitch"

"Excuse me" she says stepping to me.

"You heard me" I stand my ground not looking away from her "now leave Lily alone"

"Oh wait. Hold on a second if your head of the Ravens does that mean you're dating Lucas Roe?" the smirk on her face told me I wasn't going to like what was coming.

My demeanour changed now and my face slightly dropped and I knew that answered her question for her. She smiled and then leaned into me "how is he? Is he still hot as ever? His a good kisser isn't he" my blood ran cold and I really wanted to punch her in her smug face, but I knew I couldn't do that. I didn't want her to get that reaction out of me. She must be the history Lucas was talking about and why on earth was Julian with her the other day. Wait has she been going to tree hill? So much was swirling around in my head right now, but I had to let it go for the competition. We was not losing against her that's for sure.

"I'm not going to stand here and entertain this with you. So you have history with Lucas. That's fine Nicki because that's in the past. We all have history. I'll see you at competition were we will kick your ass just like we have before. Come on girls let's go" I take Lily by the hand and we wall away.

That Nicki is a piece of work.

Was standing at the competition watching as squad after squad performed. I looked up at the crowd and to my surprise I saw Lucas sitting in the stand with Nathan and Jake. His eyes caught mine and I smiled and waved. He did the same.

"Lil did you know Luke was coming?" I asked

She shook her head "he said he wasn't" she looked into the crowd too and waved at the guy she has been hanging with lately "I guess he changed his mind"

"Hey Lily can we talk?" she nods and we both stand up and walk to the side "I want to make sure that you know how good of a cheerleader you are so don't listen to that horrid Nicki okay" Lily nodded "I figured she was Luke's history, but I'm not going to let that get to me. So we are going to go out there and kick some ass"

"That we are" she agreed.

We were the last ones to perform "And for the last performance of the day I would like you guys to get ready for the champions the last three years. They have come from Tree Hill... give it up for the Ravens" the announcer says. The girls and I run out in front of the crowd and get ready to kick some ass.

The girls and I kicked some ass doing our routine as the music ended we finished our routine and everyone cheered for us. We did our bow and ran off to the back.

"Girls that was awesome" we all hugged

"Wasn't that amazing. Another year of the Ravens showing us how it's done" the announcer says "the results of who goes through will be back in 20 minutes"

The crowd started dispersing going to find who they were supporting. I saw as the guys started talking moving from their seats. And then I saw that Nicki girl walking towards my boyfriend. His eyes caught hers and I could see the colour drop from his face.

She jumped at him wrapping her legs around his waist and my heart stopped in my chest. My eyes were fixed on them. He didn't hug her back, but she was still hanging off of him.

"Brooke I think we did it again this year" Rachel jumped at me in excitement "Brooke" she pulls on my arm, but I was still stood there fixed on the fact my boyfriend had another girl hanging off of him "Brooke what's wrong?" Rachel says following my gaze "what the hell? Is that the Nicki chick from earlier?" I say nothing.

"Oh my god Brooke that was amazing" Lily bounces over also excited "guys what's wrong?" and she also follows our gaze to the scene with Lucas and Nicki "what the actual hell?" Lily stroma pass us and over to her brother "Lucas what the fuck?" we hear her say and then I see her pull Nicki from Lucas "Nicki go back to your squad and leave him alone. I'm not letting you ruin him again"

Again? What did she mean? Why did they leave here? There was a lot more I didn't know about Lucas and I didn't realise that until now.

And then Lucas's eyes caught mine and I could see he realised what I must be thinking. He mutters something and heads my way which snaps me out of my frozen state and I turn away and run into the crowd of girls and their families.

"Brooke wait" I just about hear him say as he ran after me "Brooke" he catches up to me as I'm about to head into the bathroom "Brooke that wasn't what it looked like"

"Okay" was all I managed to say. I didn't know how to respond to that because when I've heard that before it was Julian sleeping with another girl and me walking in "I need to go to the bathroom before the results are back Lucas" I don't wait for a reply I turn around and push the bathroom door open.

When I finally decided to go back out Lucas was waiting for me outside. I took a deep breath and walked out walking pass him.

"Brooke hold up a sec" he says following me again "Brooke can we at least talk about it, talk about her"

I stop and spin on my heel "talk? You want to talk about what Lucas? Talk about Nicki" his eyes widened in shock that I knew who she was "oh yeah that's right I know who she is. She decided to introduce herself before the competition so thank you for the heads up by the way. That you dated the head of the bears" I then turn back around and walk into the crowd looking for my squad.

"There you are. The results are in" Rachel says pulling my arm.

"Brooke please can we talk"

"Not now" I say turning to face him "the results are in. You better head back to your seat quick" he just looks at me for a moment and sighs walking back to his seat.

All cheer teams stand around together waiting for the results to be announced. I looked up into the stands and see Lucas looking at me and then his eyes travelled to Nicki who waved at him and then she glanced at me and smirked. I rolled my eyes and looked to the ground.

"Okay everyone welcome back. The results are in" the guy says into his microphone "so only five cheer squads will go to the next round which is hosted in Huntersville. So in no particular order Bear Creek Warriors are going through" the bears cheered and I see Nicki looking at Lucas again and then back to me "next is The Sharks. The Jets. The Snakes and of course the last group is The Ravens"

"YESSSSS!" we all cheered jumping up and down the crowd cheering with us.

"I knew we'd do it" I congratulated my squad "well done girls"

"Congratulations to all five squads for making it through to the next round. We will see you in Huntersville in 2 weeks. Hope you all have a good night and get home safe in the morning"

Everyone began to disperse going there own ways. The girls headed up to their rooms to chill for the rest of the evening.

"Well done girls I'm really proud of you all" I tell them before they head up.
