I do not own…
Racheal started to shake in the bed as visions were pouring in her sleep. All about the apocalypse happening, the dead rising, and everything in ruin. She was standing on the steps of the ruins of her old school wearing a red wedding dress. She turned around and found herself standing by an altar where a black hooded figure was standing across from her. The figure held out its hand, beconking for her to take it. She woke up before anything else could happen.
"Babe, you okay?" Michael asked, as he turned her around.
Since they came to the school the two were able to share a room together. He didn't want to be away from his beloved. Her room was fitting for her as it was fit for a queen, which she was to him.
"Just a weird dream." She said
Once she relaxed she laid back down with him. Michael brought back the covers over them and they fell back to sleep.
It has been over a month since they had arrived at Hawthorne school. Missy, Mew and Racheal were the new teachers and taught the students everything they knew. Michael was already advanced than the other students and made sure that all the boys knew that Racheal was his. Hearing all their thoughts about were not helping and it took every ounce of him to not kill them.
While Ariel, Behold and Baldwin treated him with respect, John didn't trust him one bit. He could sense something evil about him and didn't understand why Rachael didn't sense it. When they saw how advanced the boy was they decided to have him take the test. They all sat down in one of the rooms, along with Racheal and the girls.
"Now that you've had time to settle and you've immersed yourself in the study of magic here at the coven, it's time to evaluate and see where you stand." Ariel said
"Normally, this would happen at the end of the first year." John mentioned
"Well, I've only been here a month." Michael replied
"Well, seeing your progress, we feel justified in accelerating the process." Behold said
"To begin, each warlock at our school is assigned a level, one through four, according to their talents and the breadth of their powers." Ariel explained
"Are you all level fours?" Michael asked
"Sadly, you're looking at a bunch of threes." Baldwin smiled
"Sixes after a few cocktails." Behold bragged
"A level four would mean a warlock that is categorically as powerful as the female Supreme." Rachael explained "He is the one that they call the Alpha."
Missy and Mew looked at each other, wondering how this was going to go.
"We shouldn't burden the boy with theory." John replies "In the history of the coven, there's never been a level four warlock. Let's see if he can pass level one."
"And he will John. After all I'm the one that's been teaching him." Racheal glared
Baldwin got up and gestured Michael to a mirror.
"Scrying is the ability to see things in a reflective surface." Baldwin explained "Messages, visions, prophecies. But, today, we're not looking for the next Nostradamus. All you need to do is to tell us where we hid a particular book. The New…"
"The New Adam and Eve. By Hathorne." Michael said as he had read the mans' thoughts. "First edition."
"Yes." Baldwin nodded
Michael took a deep breath and stepped closer to the mirror. He used his powers to find the book before reaching into the mirror. This amazed the male teachers, minus John, while the girls looked at each other and smirked. When Michael pulled back his arm the book was in his hand.
"Tremendous." Ariel smiled
"He was only tasked with telling us where the book was hidden." Behold said in astound and looked at John. "Even you have to admit that was impressive."
"Impressive. And troubling." John said "Quite simply, he ignored directions."
Michael just glared at him.

It was time for the second test and Missy decided to help with this one.
"Salire per spatium. The ability to transport yourself instantly throughout physical space." She explained "You already know this one but let's just have some fun with this. Just pick a spot in the room, envision yourself there, and make it happen."
"You're not gonna go easy on me, are you Missy?" Michael chuckled
"Nah, not in my nature." She smirked
With quick speed she took out two pistols and started shooting at him. Missy was a remarkable marksman so Michael teleported quickly while Ariel, Behold and Baldwin took cover. Seeing that he appeared on the staircase Missy turned around shot at him again but he disappeared again.
"I think you're losing your touch Missy."
Everyone looked around but couldn't find him. It was Midnight that found him first as she barked at the ceiling. He was able to levitate to the highest part of the ceiling.
"Show off." Missy muttered
Seeing the holes that she made Rachael snapped her fingers and was able to undo the damage.

"This final test requires an understanding not only of magic but of nature. Stiricidium." Rachael explained
"Rachael has told us that she has been teaching you how to control the elements, which is more of an advanced level for any witch but almost an impossible task for a warlock." John stated
"Yes, I was able to master fire." Michael said
"Then let's see if you can harness it's antithesis. Molecules of water are all around us. Change the weather inside this room, and turn the water into snow." John explained
Michael looked at Rachael as he always had trouble controlling his inner demon when he tries to control or manipulate the elements. She gave him a smile and mouth that 'you can do it'. Knowing that she believed in him gave the courage to try it. So he got up, moved the chair out of the way and focused like Rachael had thought him. He lifted his hand up like a conductor and a snowflake fell to the ground. With the wave of his other hand more snow came down. Everyone was amazed but things turned for the worst. Michael had lost control and the snow turned into a blizzard. It was so cold that almost everyone started to freeze.
"Michael!" Rachael yelled
Her voice was enough to bring him back and stopped the storm.
"I'm sorry." Michael apologised "I didn't know that was inside of me."
"You're testing your wings." Ariel smiled as he got up and lit the fireplace. "Once you're fully in control of your powers, you'll have the confidence to soar. Thank you for your spirited participation, Michael. You've given us a lot to consider."

After everyone had warmed up, Michael and the girls decided to go out and Mexican food. Vence, Diego and Kurt were already waiting for them at the restaurant.
"So how did the test go?" Vence asked
"Well he was doing very well until he...almost killed us at the end." Missy said before taking a bite of her steak taco.
Racheal rubbed Michaels' shoulder before leaning against him.
"He lost control again." Rachael said
"But the teachers were still impressed." Mew added
"Not all of them." Michael muttered as poked at his food.
"Don't worry about John. He's just being a pain right now." Racheal said
"But he's like a father to you. I'm trying to make a good impression" Michael sighed
"Dude, word of advice dads' don't always like it when their daughters date." Vence snort. "Missy's dad doesn't like me. He even tried shooting one time."
"Yes, he did. Yes, he did." Missy nodded in agreement. "He nearly killed him."
"Yup, he nearly shot my head off with that shotgun." Vence muttered after taking a sip of his beer.
Racheal took her boyfriends' hand and kissed his cheek.
"Hey, I don't care what John thinks of you. I love you. No matter what I'll always choose you." She said
This made Michael feel better and the two kissed.

The Warlocks have called the Supreme and her council for a summoning to their school. The witches didn't like but knew they couldn't ignore a summoning. Two days before the summoning Racheal got a call from an old friend of her mothers about a hunting job. After hearing how bad it was the huntress knew she had to go do it.
"So what are you hunting?" Michael asked as he watched her pack.
"Bobby, believe its' a Rugaru." She said
"What's that?" He asked
"It's a monster that goes to a Metamorphosis stage. They could live like a human for years until they become really hungry for meat, then eventually they'll crave human meat only. Once they have the taste of human flesh there is no turning back." She explained
"How do you kill them?" He asked
"Fire only." She smirked as she held up her hand made flamethrower. "You have to burn those suckers alive."
"Sounds intriguing and a bit dangerous. Are you sure you should be doing this by yourself?" He said with concern.
Racheal smiled at this. She tossed her flamethrower in her bag and walked over to him as she wrapped her arms around his neck.
"Don't worry I'll be fine. Diego will be there to help me just in case I need it." She smiled "I've been a while now. It's really me that they should be afraid of. Besides it's you I'm worried about. I know how my aunt Cordelia and Myrtle are. They're not gonna listen or break tradition. You're gonna have to really wow them to actually get their attention."
"I'll think of something. I just wish you could be there." He said
"I'll try and come back as soon as I can. Don't worry you'll have Missy and Mew to help you if you need anything. And if there is an emergency I'll pop here right away." She replied
He nodded and looked at the clock that was on the wall.
"So when do you have to leave?" He asked
"In an hour. Why?" She asked
She giggled when he flipped her to the bed and the two took each others clothes off before having sex. After it was her time to leave she said her goodbyes to Michael and her friends before leaving. When she got to her hotel room Midnight growled as the smell of sulfur and rotten eggs entered the room. Before either of them could do anything the demon knocked them out and took them somewhere else.

After two days Cordelia, Myrtle and Zoe came to the school. They were a bit surprised when they saw Mew and Missy there. The elder witches were wondering why Ariel didn't send them to Miss Robichaux's Academy. Ariel had informed her that the girls have been teaching here for a month willingly. This terrified Myrtle as she couldn't believe that witches were teaching men how to do magic. When Zoe saw Missy she recognized her from a few years ago and mentioned to Cordelia that she was the one that helped Racheal from the halloween attack. Cordelia looked around for any signs of her niece. John informed her that Rachael was here but left as she went monster hunting. This made Cordelia sign in annoyance and disbelief as couldn't believe that Racheal was following in her father's footsteps.
"Let the record show that, at the request of Hawthorne School, that we have assembled an emergency meeting of the council." Cordelia stated
They were now all in the library as both witch and warlock sat across from each other at a table. Missy and Mew sat with the Warlocks as they were on their side.
"In order to address what must surely be a matter of grave and pressing importance." Myrtle said
"Proceed." Cordelia replied
Ariel stood up to make his statement.
"Illustrious members, I want to thank you for coming and giving us the opportunity to share with you what we've discovered." He started "We recently took in a boy here at the school. At first, we thought he was simply one of us, a warlock who needed our help and training."
"But?" Zoe said rudely
Missy shot a glare at her for rudeness and about to do something but Ariel stopped her. They all thought it was rude but they continued on.
"The things he did were extraordinary, and after conducting the requisite test of his powers, we came to the conclusion that his abilities are so impressive that they rise to the level of Supreme."
Cordelia chuckled in disbelief.
"Did you say this was a boy, as in male?" Myrtle asked
"Ariel, you actually believe this?" Cordelia asked
"We wouldn't have summoned the council otherwise." Ariel said
"In all recorded history, no man has ever approached the level of Supreme. Men are simply not equal to women when it comes to magical ability." Cordelia stated
"Not to mention everything else." Myrtle replied
"Testosterone is a known inhibitor. It impedes access to the ethereal realm." Cordelia said "Frankly, I question your judgment by calling us here for this."
"You're not even hearing them out." Missy glared
"There's nothing to hear, young lady." Myrtle said "There will never be a male Supreme. It will simply never happen."
"Listen to yourselves. Just because it hasn't happened, doesn't mean that it couldn't happen." Mew argued "The world is changing. Maybe you old bitches should try it sometimes."
"Thank you, Mew." Ariel said
"What exactly is it that you want from us?" Cordelia asked
"We want you to administer the test of the Seven Wonders." Ariel said
This made Zoe roll her eyes. Myrtle and Cordelia just couldn't believe what they were asking.
"That is out of the question." Cordelia said
"Why?" Behold asked
"Because I'd be condemning this boy to his death." She said "I lost one of my most promising witches, Misty Day, by sanctioning a test before her time. I won't make that mistake again. I take care of my own."
"At least the ones you care about." Ariel scoffed
"What do you mean by that?" She glared
"Well there is Racheal. She was supposed to be in your care and yet she ran away." John said "From what we have seen of her power, she should have been made Supreme. First your sister, now your niece. Old jealousy still burns within you I see."
"Then another one of your own, who you abandoned, Queenie." Ariel added
"Of course it's the black girl you leave behind." Behold glared "I see you Ms. Supreme."
"None of you know what you're talking about. I have been searching for my niece since she ran away. But something has been blocking me from seeing her with my powers. Either by her or something else. But I knew she was alive. She is strong, just like her mother and a survivor. I knew she was alive. I just wanted her to come back on her own." Cordelia explained "And with Queenie, at least I know where she went. She was missing. She traveled to Los Angeles and never came back. I knew something awful had happened to her. Her life force just vanished. So I went searching for her. And when I found out she was trapped in the Hotel Cortez, I went immediately to bring her back from that monstrous place. And I had no illusions about it being easy. The Cortez is a place of evil. A hell mouth. I could hear the souls screaming in the walls, desperate for a way out. I realized then that the hotel wasn't merely haunted but an entryway to all things dark and satanic where the devil reigns. We went through every door and every window, but we couldn't escape the hotel. All my spells and incantations were useless in that dark realm. The light from which we draw our power was extinguished by Satan himself. I was there for days. The ghost of March got bored and finally left us alone. My effort to rescue Queenie is by far my greatest failure as Supreme. But I tried. And I do care about all of our people. All of our people. So I won't throw this boy's life away on some useless endeavor. There will be no test. That is this council's decision."
"Why do you get to decide that?" Ariel glared
"Because I'm the fucking Supreme." She glared
"No, you're just a scared bigot." Ariel said
"Scared of what?" She asked
"Of the Alpha. Of a man rising to the level of Supreme." Ariel said "Of an end to ages of female dominance. I'm telling you, that time has come."
"And your time is up." Cordelia glared "This council is closed. The decision is final. There's nothing more to be said."

With Michael, he was in his and Racheal's room, sitting at a desk. He was having a vision and started drawing it in his sketchbook. When he was done he looked down at it and it was the Cortez hotel. He knew what he had to do. So while the meeting was going on he teleported to the hotel Cortez and went to find Queenie. He found her in a room, playing cards with the James March ghost. Once he got her he went to hell to get another witch that had died, Madison Montgomery. After he restored their bodies and souls together they headed back to the school. There, they saw Cordelia and the other witches about to leave. When Cordelia saw them, she couldn't help but faint at the sight of them. Michael smirked in amusement as Queenie and Madison went to help their fallen Supreme. His amusement turned to a frown when he felt his heart ache. This only happened when Racheal was in trouble. He was about to leave to find her when suddenly Midnight (in her hellhound form) ended up behind him. She had Rachael laying on her and was covered in dirt and blood.
