"Starflight, where are we?" Clay said with a dazed look on his face.
"I have no idea. Hagurumon, what about you?" Starflight said, looking into his digivice.
"Yes we are in the digital world in the center of a Koromon village." Hagurumon said from the digivice.
"Agumon! Let's get out of here!" A scavenger said to an orange dinosaur.
"Tai, wait up!" Agumon called out.
"I'm picking up 7 other digivices behind the waterfall Starflight." Hagurumon said, coming out of the digivice.
"Right Clay, let's go in and check." Starflight said taking the lead.
"AGUMON DIGIVOLVE TO…" Shouted the orange dinosaur as he was glowing a bright white.
"GREYMON!" It shouted ending the transformation and starting his assault "NOVA BLAST!"
"Get down!" Clay shouted as he stepped into the flame blocking it with his wing.
"Go get them greymon!" Tai called out to his partner
"Ok Gazimon, get out here and help us." Clay said, tapping his digivice.
"Remember your sister, yeah revenge is mine!" Gazimon shouted.
"Well then Starflight i think i will fight this time." Hagurumon said, shifting his gears. "HAGURUMON DIGIVOLVE TO…"
"GUARDROMON!" Hagurumon's new champion form was a tall bulky robot brown in color and with gold plates around some joints. "GRENADE DESTROYER!" Guardromon shouted as he shot two missiles at Greymon's feet.
"Greymon stop, we mean no harm, we are looking for some of our friends that got spread out around server and we just need to find them." Guardromon said putting a stop to the dinosaurs attack.
"Greymon, let's just call this a misunderstanding." Tai said from behind the waterfall.
"Ok Tai." Greymon said, turning back into Agumon.
"Hey Tai, can we come out now?" A voice said from the waterfall.
"Yeah gang come on out!" Tai shouted.
"Woah dragons!" said a little boy in a green hat.
"I wonder what digimon they are?" said a boy with a laptop in his hands.
"None that i have ever seen." said a ladybug like digimon.
"Ok gang, let's introduce ourselves to humans first then digimon." Tai said "ok so im Tai the one in the green shirt thats Matt, the blue hat is Sora, then there is the blue haired one he is Joe, the kid in the green hat is T.K, the one with the laptop is izzy, and finally there is Mimi."
"And for us digimon Im agumon, then we have Gabumon, Biyomon, Gomamon, Tokomon, Tentomon, and Palmon."
"Well I'm Clay, and that is Starflight." Clay said "and our digimon are Gazimon and Hagurumon."
"Well Guardromon now." Starflight said, looking up at his partner.
"Well not for long." Guardromon said, turning back into Hagurumon.
"But we are looking for some other dragons and digimon friends of ours." Clay said.
"Wait a sec you can talk!?" Izzy and Starflight said in sync.
"But dragons are not even real!" Izzy said.
"Scavengers should not be able to speak draconic." Starflight said.
"Izzy it's the digivices translator translating for you the same goes for you Starflight." Tentomon said.
"Oh well thank you Tentomon." Both Izzy and Starflight said. "We have to stop doing this."
"Well anyway, have you seen a sandwing, rainwing, or seawing around?" Clay asked, staring into their eyes one at a time.
"Uh no sir we have just been here after being attacked by a digimon that not even our partners knew about." Matt sold the large orange dragon.
"Sir?" Clay said now laying down to be more on eye level. "I'm only six and I'm not an adult till next year."
"Wait, you are younger than me?" T.K. said, petting his nose.
"Well the adult age for a mudwing like him is seven just like all dragons but he is about the size of a mudwing 2 years older than him." Starflight said.
"Wait, is this the village where?" Gazimon said, looking around after popping out of the digivice. "It is this is where I digivolved from Pagumon, then ran to the ocean where I found Betamon. Well you know the rest, Clay."
"Wait then you're not with the group we just chased off?" Gabumon asked.
"Nope but if you chased them off then etemon should be here soon so let's get going!" Gazimon said, looking at the Koromon. "Look i know i used to be a bad guy but now im good so do you know of an exit or space to hide till etemon leaves?"
"Yes this way." One of the Koromon said taking them to the end of the wall. "This is where we hide when our village is attacked."
Suddenly the wall began to glow as it shrank and split into 2 small objects. One sliding into Tai's crest, the other inserting itself into Clay's digivice. Both of the objects had something in common: the symbol for courage.
"Maybe this is what Genni was talking about the crests and tags to take us to the next level." Tai said, holding the tag in his hand.
"Wait so these could take us to a new level!" Clay said. "What's that meant to be?"
"I don't know, maybe digivolve past the champion stage." Gazimon said abruptly
"Let's get going farther inland." Matt suggested making a motion to the north.
"Good idea, let's go." Tai said, taking the lead of the group.
"Hey couldn't you just hop on mine and Starflights back. I bet we could fit all of you and you're not that heavy." Clay suggested.
"I might have to carry someone in my claws then" Starflight said, getting low to load up anyone he could.
"Well once everyone is on and ready we can head north like you said matt." Clay said, looking at Matt as Sora and Mimi got on his back.
"Uh, I don't think this is safe." Joe said, adjusting his glasses and holding his bag.
"Oh come on Joe, get over it." Gomamon said, pushing him on Clay's back.
"Ok everyone, we should have fourteen. Ten on me and 4 on Starflight right?" Clay asked Starflight and Tai.
"Yep, that's everyone that's meant to be here." Tai said.
"Same here Clay, let's get going. We can head north for about twenty minutes, then go north east for fifteen. We will reach a coliseum, and then we can set up a base to find Sunny and the others." Starflight said taking off behind Clay.
"Alright but how do you know this?" Clay asked, turning his head to Starflight.
"Hagurumon he updated my digivice with a map and pings of any digivices in a 50km radius. Once we get to the coliseum I should be able to set something up with Izzy to find the others." Starflight said with his new found love of something that is not scrolls.
"Ok thanks for the plan Starflight." Clay had said with a sigh and rolling his eyes.
Once the dragonets had flown to the colosseum, and the kids had gotten off their backs. Clay had planned to take a nap right outside of the coliseum because he was going to before being dropped in the digital world.
"Wait, that smell is it? Oh no I have to warn the others they could be in danger!" Clay said, tripping over a wire.
"Oh Hey there it's me Etemon nice to see you kids here normally i would be there to make your acquaintance but instead i leave you with this!" Etemon shouted as his face appeared on the giant screen on the colosseum saying the same thing over and over.
"Look, my tag is glowing!" Joe said with excitement.
"Now Joe, look, it's another Greymon!" Tai said, looking at Agumon. "Come on bud you have to digivolve."
"Right Tai!" Agumon said Turning right into Greymon then starting his charge.
"Come on Greymon you have to win this, you are the only one who can digivolve." Tai said as Greymon got shoved and pounded into the wall then thrown against the opposing wall.
"FIST OF THE BEAST KING!" Could be heard as Leomon jumped onto the field hitting the opposing Greymon.
"Thanks for assisting Leomon." Greymon said getting up before getting ground pounded by a dragon digimon with a metal helmet.
"Well well well late to the party are we?" A Dragon said, descending on the side of Etemon's Greymon.
"D0nt c r3 k1ll bs0rb." The digimon said.
"Who are both of you?!" Tai asked.
"We are the final duo and that's all you need to know well besides the fact that my name is Starshot and my partner in crime DexDorugamon." Starshot said as he pressed a button on his digivice. "Go get them it's feeding time after you eat him Dex."
"C N0N B LL!" He said in a monotone voice shooting a molten iron at the Greymon in front of Starshot hitting its feet as the metal cools approached him readying for his next meal.
"Do it and you will be one step closer." Starshot said enjoying the show.
"METAL CAST!" DexDorugamon said, shooting his arm straight through the Greymons chest pulling out a sphere of data from it consuming it.
"Greymon, I think it's time to digivolve RIGHT NOW!" Tai shouts at Greymon
"LEOMON YOU TOO NOW BEFORE YOU END UP LIKE HIM!" Clay roared to Leomon.
"Leomon w-was that his?" Greymon asked.
"I-I believe it is." Leomon said, falling to the ground.
"What are they talking about Hagurumon?" Starflight asked.
"That is a digicore without it a digimon can't be reborn in the primary village." Hagurumon said to Starflight, looking saddened.
"Well that brought you just to the point to digivolve to ultimate Dex." Starshot said. "So let's go DexDorugamon digivolve!"
As soon as he said that Dexdorugamon was covered in a blood red light morphing into a larger four legged form with four wings and spikes on them, sharp metallic spikes with ridges in them going down its back, and multiple tails untwisted with a metal tail in the center. no eyes could be seen from under the helmet he wore.
"DEXDORUGREYMON!" he calls out finishing his digivolution then going and attacking both champion digimon.
"BOTH OF YOU DIGIVOLVE NOW!" The two called out as both Greymon and Leomon became forced into a purple light.
"LEOMON DIGIVOLVE TO..."
"GREYMON DIGIVOLVE TO…" Could be heard from the pillars of light.
"MADLEOMON!" He called out rushing in to try and attack Grymon before he was done but before that could happen.
"SKULLGREYMON!" Was heard when he flicked MadLeomon away and launched an attack from the missile on his back at both of them. " OBLIVION BIRD!"
"BEAST BLASTER!" MadLeomon called out deflecting the attack with his own and sending one to DexDoruGreymon.
"METAL METEOR!" DexDoruGreymon called out stopping both digimon and their attacks, crushing them.
"Doru it's time to go, they are not strong enough to consume yet." Starshot commanded
"Fine but next time I will consume you both." he said, taking off with Starshot.
As both left the two digimon turned back into their in-training forms of Pabumon and Koromon both of their partners were horrified at what they had made them do.
