"Daya, Mujh se nhi dekha jata aise sab"

"Hm" she said, with lota of hope...Both move to their respective ways...
AT LAXMI'S ROOM
"Happy Diwali Shiv(Duo's Late father) " She cares his husbands picture, lovingly (whispers) "I miss you So much Shiv, Apke bina har ek guzarta pal Saza sa lagte hai" A lone tear slips from her eyes... and drops over picture.
"Aap jante hai Apke dono bete bade ho gaye hai, Aur daya Bachpan mein jitna sidha tha na utna Shaitaan ho gaya hai... Do bahue(daughter-in-law) hai Tarika, Muskaan ... Dono hi bahut achi hai, Aap jante hai... Phele hum laga Muskaan Humare Ghar ko thod degi par woh aisi nhi hai Jara Tej hai Thodi Nadan bhi Par... Samjhdaari ki kaami nhi hai ...Aur Tarika... she is a Gem...Perfect! "
Her trail halts, from the knock "Kaun" she asked
"Mummy jii"
She opens the door, with "Aree tarika Ap raat mein yaha koi kaam tha"
Tarika said in nervous voice "Jii Mummy jii woh " licked her lower lip then said "Yeh Gift hai apke liye Diwali ka"
She Looked at the beautiful wrapped box "Thank u Beta par kya jarurat thi... "
"Woh Mein nhi layi yeh"
"Phir?"
"Woh Yeh laye"
"Yeh? Kaun Beta" Laxmi Asked
"Woh Abhijeet Jii"
Laxmi laughed at her innocence, "Tarika Yeh aur woh, inhe Kar ke baat karne ki jarurat nhi hai... Beta... Ap Abhijeet ka Naam leke ... aram se baat karo... it's okk itni bhi purane jamane ki nhi hoon ... Btw Abhijeet tum se ek saal ki bada... JII ki bhi zarurat nhi hai "
Tarika lowers her head, Laxmi looked at the gift box... "Abhijeet ko thank u bol dena" Tarika nodded and left from the room.
Laxmi looked at the box, then opens it found a beautiful simple White gold Chain... She cares the chain, placed safely in cupboard sat on bed, her brain drags her to the one off the dreadful memory where she distant herself from elder son.
FLASHBACK...
A Lady with blank expression sitting over floor mat lifelessly, When a teenage boy approaches her , said "Maa.."
"Tum jao Abhijeet..." she said looking away.
"Maa ek baar meri Taraf dekho tho"
"Bhagwaan ke liye Abhijeet... Chale jao meri ankho ke samne se... tumko dekhti hoon tho" Stops in mid
"tho.." Asked in trembling faint voice...
"Tho... Dil karta khud ko bhi kahtam kar doon" She said, still not meeting her eyes "Tumhare ek shauk ne humari Saari khushiyaa barbaad kardi...Abhijeet Saari"
"I'm sorry Maa... I'm Sorry" He said, and left the place.
She looked at the fading figure with teary eyes... Shrieks "Ah! ... Shiv... Kyu gaye aap... Mera Bacha Shiv !... ap usko bhi le gaye ... Ah!"
FLASHBACK ENDS..
"Shiv" She said again, staring aimlessly (pov) "Woh... ankhri baar tha Abhijeet Jab aap humare pass apne liye aaye... the khud se... uske baad na aap aaye aur na hum ne kabhi bulaya, Shayad apke humare bich yeh diwar thik hai ... Abhijeet " She doz off.
NEXT DAY (DIWALI)
Everyone was busy in decoration... ladies were busy in making dishes, When buaji said "Bhai... moti chur ke Ladoo jarura bana warna tho Daya... jho hangama karega na poocho nhi"
"Wahi maa Ghar mein koi Function ho... Motichur ke ladoo jaruri hai... " Shivani said,
"Kheer bhi maat bhoolna Beta" Laxmi said, "Warna OM muh bana ke baith jayega"
Tarika unintentionally asked "Ab .. woh .. Abhijeet Kaun si sweet pasand karte hai"
All were silent as if she speaks any alien language, Bua jii said "Woh Tarika Abhijeet mitha Jada khata nhi ... aur aise kabhi kuch specific bola nhi usne tho mujhe kabhi Idea hi nhi hai"
Shivani added"Haan Tarika Abhijeet Bhaiya ... Jada Demand nhi karte ... Khana dedo bas bahut hai unko... "
Laxmi heard the ongoing convesation, A memory hits him...
FLASHBACK...
"no!"
"beta pls"
"no.. no no... Naa ... nhi" A boy mere age of 10 years sitting with gumppy face
"Bacha Abhi ..pls na Aaj yeh khalo pakka Kal breakfast mein poha bana dungi..."
"nhi khana Maa mujhe yeh! kya hai Bread, butter juice... papa ko do yeh " he said making face
"beta!"
When a Person approaches to the breakfast table laughed... she make a face "Aap bass hasiye ... kitna Ziddi hai yeh ladka..."
A fit of laugh escaped from the persons mouth, She gritted her teeth ""Shivv! Bass... haan"
He concentrated his whole attention to his plate. She went to prepare his stubborn son's 'Farmaish' of Poha.
FLASHBACK ENDS...
"Aree bhaiya aa gaye hai ... pooch lete hai" Muskaan said... and went near Abhjeet, "Bhaiya"
He stops "Haan muskaan"
"Aap Mithe mein Kya khayenge Diwali mein"
He smiles little, Said "Kya Baan rha hai"
"Kheer Motichur ke ladoo aur Rasgulle... Barfii"
"Aree wah!... Bahut kuch hai ...mein sab thoda-thoda kahunga..." He said, smilingly... Muskaan made a Gummpy face "Par apni pasand tho btaate jaye"
"Mein mitha jada nhi kahta yr... Koi specific pasand nhi hai " He said while moving his room.
Laxmi listen him, then went inside kitchen...
"Hm... Tarika"
"Ji mummy jii"
"Beta Woh... Moong dal pass karna" She said, Tarika Gives her 'Dal'.
"Jiji Yeh Dal kyu" Buaji Asked
She said, "Woh moong Ka halwa Kahne ka Maan ho rha hai itna sab ban hi rha socha yeh bhi bana loon"
All nodded happily,
AT NIGHT (DIWALI)
Everyone decent down carrying beautiful ethnic outfits for pooja. After Laxmi pooja everyone went to fire crackers.
"App Crackers nhi jalate" She asked
"Hm, mujhe jada pasand nhi par Daya cracker freak hai" Showing her "Woh dekhiye"
She smiled as her bestfriend and dever both are made for each-other.
Abhijeet look, at her from head to toe she was looking like a epitome of beauty, her loosely falling curls enhancing her sharp looks, and that million dollar smile over her face Uff!.
"This..." He said, in low tone but she put her concentration over his words, "This color suits.. You...you look Beautiful"
She blushed like anything turns red like her Saree colour "Thank you"
He smiles, She take conversation a head "You like red Colour"
"Ha,,, Haan ... " He nodded,
"But you never wear Red... Why?" She asked confusingly
He ruffle his back hairs, Answers "Woh...Red looks... Girlish Na ish liye" Said innocently
She aw on his reply, "Hain!" laughs, he frowns said like kid "Don't laugh"
"Haha... Ha.. Acha sorry! ... Sorry My Bad" controlled her laugh. When his expression changes he says "Your smile is beautiful... Nerve loose it"
She stares him, but he averted his grze and went to other side. She looked at him going (whispers) "you too have a Beautiful... It just u yourself don't know about that"
When Bua jii, literally drag everyone for dinner as no one was willing to stop playing.
AT DINNER TABLE
Phupa jii settle on his respective chair Rubbing his hand"Wah! Wah!... Aaj tho maza aa jayega"
Daya and Om both second him with watery mouth "Itna Tasty-tasty Khana Hey! Bhagwaan(Dramaticly) har din diwali ho... aur aise hi Humein Dawat khane ko milti rahe" Om Patted Daya's Back "Bhai ... teri yeh dua Bhagwaan Jarur sune"
All laugh over them, Food was served...everyone starts having, with lots of praise and drama, When Shivani said "Are! sweets Dessert tho baki hai" She served Kheer to everyone,
"Hm... TAste thoda different hai Kisne banaya" Om asked
"Muskaan..." Tarika said
"Oh! Daya tumko Do katori khana hai" Shivani teased him, Daya said "Oh! Bhabhi Why not..."
"Main tho Joru ka Gulam Baan ke Rahunga" Om Said in filmy way.
When Tarika came with another Sweet in tray, served everyone.
"Wow! Ladies Aaj kya Chef Sanjeev kapoor aa gaye aap sabke andar jho itni dishes"
"O'com Daya It's diwali" Muskaan said
Tarika Said "Haan aur kya Festivals pe hi tho banane aur kahne ka Maza aata hai"
"Bilkul" Shivani said, "Chalo chhod khake btao kaisa hai"
Everyone took their bowl, Meanwhile one pair of eye were busy in watching reaction, Abhijeet put spoon in his mouth the taste made him jerk his head towards the those gwaking pair of eye. She averted her eyes, Yes! His mother Made his Favrite dish 'Moong Dal Halwa'.
"Aree Yaar Ab yeh Kisne Banaya Aaj usual taste mil hi nhi rha" Day said in funny tone.
"Mummy jii ne Banaya hai Unka Favrite hai na Iss liye" Muskaan replied casually
Daya make shocking face, said"Hain! Nhi yrr Ma Yeh Halwa nhi Kha sakti ... Maa is Allergic Na"
Abhijeet gulped down, morsel "Papa... Ko moong dal Halwa Pasaand tha BAhut ... Aur..." He shooked his Head, gets up from his seat,
"Khana Bahut tatsy tha ... Aur Sweets bhi" He said eyeing his mother Leave the Place imediately. Everyone watched him going with same emotion that was Pity and sampathy
But at the end of the day, Everything ends in a happy Note... without any drama.
NEXT DAY
MORNING
Ladies party were busy in kitchen, while Men came out from their respective rooms, to have their breakfast and move to their work places.
"Shivani kitna time Yaar" Om shouted, As today he has important meeting so he have to reach bit early to check things for last time.
"Bass! Na Om... ek tho apne inform nhi kiya tha aur ab... Dhoom macha rakhi hai" She said,
"Ab yeh bhi meri Galti... Wah!" He said
"Aur nhi meri hai inform mein ne nhi kiya"
"Aree yaar Nasta dena hai tho do"
"Mana kiya mein ne"
Both couple was busy in 'Jhagda' everyone was sitting silently watching free drama, when Tarika Muskaan came out with breakfast, Shivani said "Have your Breafast Hubby... Baki ladayi Wapas aake ..." Smile at him,
Everyone admire the young couple as they fight but take care of each other, Om is Lovesick puppy he can argument with shivani not because of ego or anything but just for fun, so shivani she can set fire in world if any thing happen Om.
Everyone to their respective work
AT EVENING
Muskaan and Tarika was sitting placing hand under chins, "Ek baat tho confrim ho gayi Mummy Loves Bhaiya..."
"Hm" Tarika said
Muskaan Again exclaimed "And Bhaiya can also set fire in the world for mummy jii"
"Hm"
Muskan frowns "What Hm... Hm Tarika...Kuch tho bol"
Tarika make pout than said "Tch! Muskaan... they both love each other cm'on yr... She is a Mother... how can she hate her own blood and flesh ..."
Muskaan nodded her head, "They cares about each other... Tabhi tho Abhijeet Bhaiya Galti se bhi koi aisa kaam nhi karna chate jisse mummy jii ko dukh ho... PAr Mummy ji..?"
"She cares for Him Muskaan ... She really do..." She said in deep think, "Tabhi tho unne Kabhi bhi Abhijeet ji ke kisi gift ko... Mana nhi kiya... Aur kal Woh sweet bhi banaya...The only thing is that Abhijeet ji stopped expressing himself."
"Are yeh Sab thik karne ke hai Kare kya"
"Ehsaas karate hai... unko... (pov) But before that I Have to Fix some habits of my dear hubby,Get ready, Mr. Abhijeet, you are in dire need of some training."
After talking to each other for a while, both girls get involved in their work.
