Also thank you to all my readers who have been faithful and waiting patiently for a new chapter. I have been swamped with schoolwork and have had very little time to write. I am going to get chapters up as fast as possible.
Ron walked towards Harry, causing him to back up, and began to yell at him,
"Why you little son of a bitch! You told on me, you bloody told on me." Ron then decked Harry knocking him backwards into the seat, giving him a bloody lip and sending his glasses flying. Ron turned to Percy and said,
"Go take care of the little know it all so she doesn't come barging in here." Percy smiled and left the room. He closed the door and cast a Colloportus spell to lock the door. As soon as Percy left the train car, Harry said,
"Hermione is not a know it all. She is just very smart because she reads all the time and she also has an amazing memory. I don't appreciate you talking about my friend that way." This just made Ron even more upset. Ron grabbed Harry around his throat and began to choke him. Harry grabbed Ron's arms and tried to pull his neck free. As he pulled on Ron's arms, Ron's long sleeve shirt began to rise up his arm. Harry noticed a mark on his arm that looked like the head of a snake. Ron noticed that his sleeve was coming up and he let go of Harry's throat and pulled his sleeve down. He then glared at Harry who was trying to catch his breath. Ron then began to beat the crap out of Harry who curled into as much of a ball as he could while getting the crap beat out of him.
Meanwhile, in another part of the train, Percy was standing outside of the bathroom that Hermione was changing in. After about ten minutes Hermione came out. Percy grabbed her from behind, by putting his hand over her mouth. She grabbed the arms that had her head and tried to pull them off. When she did she started to push up the person's sleeve. She then saw what looked like a snake's head. Percy whispered in her ear,
"If you scream Harry will die." He then dragged her into the nearest car. He noticed his sleeve was coming up so he pulled it down. He then cast Incarcerous spell to make rope appear to tie up her hands and feet. Then he gagged her using a cloth. Percy then left the car and locked the door with a Colloportus spell. He then walked back to the car where Ron and Harry were. Percy cast Alohamora to open the locked door. He walked in, closed the door, cast Colloportus and Silencio on the car. Harry was covered in blood and bruises. Percy then cast another Incarcerous spell to tie Harry up. Being tied up sent Harry into survival mode that he learned so well at his aunt and uncles' house. He straightened up and said,
"How do you want me sir?" Percy looked at Ron and Ron looked at Percy. Percy turned to Harry and said,
"I want you to lie down on your stomach on the floor." Harry obeyed. Percy cast the Obscuro spell and made a blindfold appear covering Harry's eyes. He then cast the Evanesco and made Harry's pants and underwear disappear. Harry shivered which made Ron and Percy giggle. Percy then took his own pants and underwear off and placed then on the seat. He then cast Engorgio on his private parts. Then he got down on his knees and crammed himself into Harry, who began to whimper in pain. Harry caught himself and tried to stop but the pain was too much and the motion of the train didn't help either. Just then they heard the announcement that they would be arriving at Hogsmead station in ten minutes. Percy moved a few more times really hard inside Harry. By this time Harry was in tears. Percy finished up, cast the Reducio spell to put his privates back to their normal size, and then put his underwear and pants back on. Then he flicked his wand and made his and Ron's robes appear on their bodies. Percy cast Alohamora to unlock the door then the two of them walked out. Percy closed to door behind them and cast Colloportus. The two boys walked into an empty car and just sat. Harry was left alone in the car covered in bruises, his own blood and sperm.
The train came to a stop at Hogsmead Station and all the students filled out. Hagrid directed the first years to the boats and the 2nd -7th years went to the carriages. Once all the students had arrived at the castle and were seated in the great hall, Remus looked over at the Gryffindor table for his son. His smile quickly turned to a frown when he couldn't find his son. Severus who was sitting next to him noticed this and asked,
"Remus what's wrong?" Remus looked at him and said,
"Look at the Gryffindor table." Severus looked at table and said,
"So what about the bloody Gryffindors?"
"Do you see Harry cause I can't find him anywhere?" Severus squinted his eyes and scanned the Gryffindor table. He didn't see him. He leaned over and said,
"I don't see him. I also don't see Hermione." By this time the entire first year group of students had been sorted and Minerva had taken her seat. Severus leaned over and told her what he and Remus had discovered. She quickly scanned her students. She then told Severus that as soon as the feast was over she would go talk to some of the other Gryffindors and see if they had seen Harry or Hermione. The next 30 minutes seemed to drag on forever, Remus because he was concerned about his son, Severus because he had grown to like Harry this summer and Minerva because two of her students were missing. As soon as dinner was over, Minerva went over to where Fred, George, and Neville were standing. She asked them to follow her to her office. She then motioned for Severus and Remus to follow too. Once everyone was in her office, she closed the door and cast Silencio. She then said,
"When was the last time any of you saw Harry and Hermione?"
Fred and George spoke up first. Fred started,
"The last time we saw them was…"
"At King's Cross getting on the train." George finished. Just then there was a knock at the door. Everyone inside the room froze.
Meanwhile at Hogsmead Station, the auroras were unloading the luggage. Kingsley Shaklebot came across a locked compartment door. He pulled out his wand and cast Alohamora. The door opened and inside he found a bound, gagged and panicking Hermione. He went over to her and removed the gag. She said,
"Where is Harry? Did you find Harry?" Kinsley untied her, told her to stay, stepped out into the hallway, and hollered,
"Tonks, Alastor!"
"What?" came two voices from the platform?
"We have a situation. Please come here now." Tonks and Mad-eye came running and they found the car where Kingsley was sitting with Hermione. When Hermione saw Tonks she got up and ran to her and just hugged her. After a few seconds she said with tears coming down her face,
"I am so scared that something bad has happened to Harry!" Tonks hugged her back and said,
"Don't worry Hermione I will find Harry. I want you to go with Mad-eye to the castle and go see Madame Pomfrey just to make sure that you are okay." Hermione nodded and left with Mad-eye. Tonks and Kinsley began to search the train for Harry. Kingsley came across another locked compartment. He decided it would be best to call Tonks.
"Tonks!" Tonks came running.
"What is it? Did you find him?" Kingsley pointed to the door.
"It's locked." He said. Tonks pulled out her wand and cast Alohamora. The door opened and Tonks peered inside. On the floor, tied up covered in blood and bruises lay Harry. Tonks just stood in the doorway for a few minutes. She was trying to process why anyone would want to hurt her son like this and then leave him laying in a train car unconscious. As she stood there she began to get angry and her hair began to slowly turn red. Kingsley placed his hand on her shoulder. She looked at him and he pointed to her hair. She quickly her hair back to its natural bubble gum pink and took a deep breath. She then walked into the car and got down next to her son. She placed her index and middle finger on his neck. After a few seconds she breathed a sigh of relief, Harry was still alive. She made a blanket appear and she covered him up and gently picked him up and carried him off the train. She then apparated to the edge of the castle grounds then carried him into the hospital wing and laid him down on an open bed. She then called for Madame Pomfrey.
"Poppy!" Poppy came out of her office and walked over to Tonks. She took one look at the lifeless form and said,
"Who it that?" Tonks gave her an 'are you stupid look'. Then she said,
It's Harry Potter." Poppy looked at Tonks and said,
"Is he dying?"
"His heart is beating; he is covered in blood, bruises, and unconscious. You need to fix him so he will wake up."
"If he is not dying there is nothing I can do."
"He could be dying. He is bleeding and the train car was covered in blood and I am pretty sure I smelled semen. Please do something after all you are the school nurse are you not?"
"Look I can't do anything for him other than stop the bleeding and make sure he doesn't die. I am not allowed to heal any broken bones or patch up cuts or anything like that." Tonks gave Poppy a weird look. Poppy then went over to doors and closed them. She cast Colloportus and Silencio and turned back to Tonks and said, "Here is the deal I can't do anything to help him. I have however been supplying Miss Granger with the materials to patch up Mr. Potter."
"May I ask why you can't just patch him up yourself seeing as you are the school nurse?"
"I have been told by Dumbledore that I am not allowed to heal Mr. Potter in any way other than preventing him from dying." Tonks thought for a few minutes then said,
"I am going to go talk to Minerva. Did Hermione show up?"
"Yes, she was in hysterics so I gave her a calming potion and sent her to Minerva's office to let her know that she had arrived safely." Tonks smiled and unlocked the door using Alohamora and walked through.
Back in Minerva's office, everyone held his or her breaths as Minerva went to the door. She opened it up just enough that she could see who was on the other side. When she saw that is was Hermione, she let her in. Hermione walked in and sat down in a chair summoned by Severus. Once she sat down she said,
"Madame Pomfrey told me to come let you know that I had made it Professor McGonagall." Minerva smiled and said,
"When was the last time you saw Harry?"
"Right before I went into the bathroom to change into my robes."
"Why were you late if you were just in the bathroom changing your robes?"
"When I came out of the bathroom I was grabbed from behind, dragged into an open car, bound and gagged by Percy Weasley. He threatened to kill Harry if I screamed." Remus tired to get up but Severus blocked him. Fred and George tried to get up but Neville stopped them. Minerva was about to speak when there was another knock at the door. Minerva put her finger to her lips to tell everyone to be quiet. She walked to the door and opened it just a crack to see who it was. When she saw that it was Tonks she let her in. Remus ran to his wife and began to talk really fast saying,
"Harry is missing! He was last seen on the train. You need to go find him!" Tonks put her arm on her husband's shoulder and said,
"Remus, take a deep breath for me and relax. I found Harry. He is in the hospital wing, however, before you ask me no you may not see him. He is in very bad shape. That is why I am here. Minerva I need you to tell Poppy that it's okay to heal Harry." Minerva just stood there, while Remus began to pace. After a few minutes, Minerva asked,
"Why do I need to tell Poppy that she can heal Harry?"
"Dumbledore told her that she is not allowed to do anything other than keep him alive." Minerva sighed then said,
"I will go talk to her. Fred you and George make sure that Neville and Hermione get back to the dorm. Severus you take Remus and go to your office and keep him there until either myself or Tonks comes to get you. You are only allowed to open the door using the following password, Aqua Pink, Purple hair color dye my name is blank! Do you understand?" Severus and the students nodded. Remus protested, but Severus grabbed him. The three different groups left Minerva's office. Minerva and Tonks walked into the hospital wing to find Poppy cleaning up Harry. Harry had an oxygen mask on. Tonks looked at Poppy and said,
"I thought you said that you were only allowed to keep him alive and nothing else? Also why are you giving him oxygen?" Poppy continued cleaning him up and without looking up said,
"He quit breathing hence the oxygen mask and he had also lost a lot of blood, and he was covered in blood and sperm so I figured that cleaning him up and stopping the bleeding would be okay." Minerva closed the hospital doors and cast a Colloportus and Silencio on the room and said,
"Several of the other teacher and me have a funny feeling that the Dumbledore we have here is not the real Dumbledore. Things have been off for the last 13 years but really bad the last three years. We believed that someone ahs the real Albus captive and is using Polyjuice to impersonate him. The real Dumbledore would want you to heal Harry."
"Oh wow okay! Are you giving me permission to heal Harry?"
"Yes! Please do everything you can to heal Harry."
"Okay. I already did a scan of his entire body. He has several bruises that are pretty deep. He has multiple broken ribs and he was raped pretty badly." Tonks just hung her head and after a few minutes, she lifted her head wiped away some tears and said,
"Please heal my son Poppy!" Poppy placed her arm on Tonks and said,
"I will heal your son." Tonks smiled and left the room to go tell Remus the news. She knocked on the door and Severus said,
"Who is it?"
"Tonks."
"What's the password?"
"Aqua Pink Purple hair color hair dye my name is blank." Severus opened the door and let Tonks in. Severus closed the door behind her and cast Silencio on the room. Remus ran to his wife and asked,
"How is Harry? Is my cub alive?"
"Yes he is alive, but he was covered in blood, bruises and he was…" Tonks closed her eyes and hung her head. Remus looked at her and said,
"He was what?" Tonks began to tear up and she held up her head and tears began to flow down her face. She looked at Remus and said,
"He was raped! It was so bad. When I found him locked in the train car, he was covered in blood and semen. He was not conscious but his heart was still beating. He is currently with Poppy. She is going to heal him." Remus sank into a nearby chair and began to cry. Tonks went over to her husband and sat down next to him and grabbed his hands. After a few minutes, Remus lifted his head and said,
"Can I see my cub?"
"Poppy was still working on him when I left. We can walk to the hospital and check on him together if you would like to." Remus nodded. Tonks stood up and said, "Sev can you please go check on the Fred, George, Hermione and Neville. They seemed a little distraught when they left Minerva's office." Severus nodded and the three left his office.
Meanwhile the group of Gryffindor students walked quietly back to Gryffindor Tower. Once they were back in the common room, they went over to a corner to talk. They all sat down and Fred placed a silencing bubble around them. George wrapped Hermione in a hug and she just broke down crying. Fred began to talk,
"I can't believe that Percy would do that especially to a girl. I wonder if he hurt Harry." Neville spoke up next,
"Why do you think Percy would hurt Harry?" Hermione turned around still in George's arms and said,
"Harry has been getting the crap beat out of him since fist year and he would never tell me who was doing it to him. I figured it out today I am pretty sure. I also think that Ron is involved somehow because he glares at Harry during class. He is also always trying to mess up Harry's potions during class. He also trips him in the hallway." Fred looked at George. They just stared at each other for a few minutes. Just then Percy and Ron walked into the common room.
Tonks and Remus walked into the hospital wing to find Poppy giving Harry some medicine through an IV. Tonks brought a chair over for Remus to sit down. Remus sat down and put his head down on the bed. Tonks waited till Poppy was finished giving Harry the medicine then she said,
"How is he?" Poppy sighed. Remus picked his head up to listen. Poppy said,
"He lost a lot of blood so I am giving him some. He also has cuts all up in his bottom. He also has a busted lip that will heal and he might have a concussion. I am not sure but there is a bump on the back of his head. We will find out when he wake up." Remus sighed and put his head back down on the bed. Tonks went over and stood behind her husband and began to rub his shoulders.
Back in Gryffindor, Ron and Percy just walked right past the group and disappeared up the stairs to the dorms. The group in the corner just held their breath as the two boys passed. When they had passed everyone let out a sigh of relief. Neville was the first one to speak,
"That was close. Do you think they saw us?" Hermione shook her head no. Just then they saw Severus walk into the common room and begin to look around the room. Fred saw him and said,
"Why is Professor Snape in here?" The rest of the group turned and looked. Severus spotted the group and walked towards them. When he made it over to them he said,
"I was asked by Professor McGonagall to come check on your guys. I also wanted to give you an update on Harry." Fred spoke up,
"We are okay. How is Harry?"
"He was covered in blood, bruises, and he was…" Severus sighed and cleared his throat, choked back tears and said, "He was raped." Hermione turned and buried her head back on George's chest and began to sob. George hugged her and stared at Fred who stared back at him. They both knew they had to pound one of their brothers they just didn't know which one Ron or Percy. They both came to the same realization they would handle Ron and tell Bill and Charlie about Percy and let them deal with him. They decided to write to them later. Severus looked at the distraught group of students and said,
"I know that all of you have had a rough first day, however I expect to see everyone of you in class tomorrow." Everyone smiled and then Snape glared at them and their smiles faded. Then he smiled at them and they smiled back. Snape left and went back to his office. Seamus and Dean noticed the group in the corner and walked over to them. When they got over to the group, Dean said,
"Is it true that Harry Potter got attacked by a flying three-winged beast?" Hermione turned around and said,
"No Harry was not attacked by a flying three-winged beast; he was just hurt really bad." Seamus spoke next,
"That is not even the worst thing that people are saying." Fred piped up and said,
"What are the other …" George finished his brother thought.
"Things that other people are saying?" Dean said,
"Some are saying Snape is holding him hostage in the dungeon. Other people are saying he couldn't take the pressure of being the 'Golden boy' anymore and jumped off the train." Neville spoke up and said,
"Why are you guys over here pretending like you care about Harry?" Seamus replied,
"We care about Harry. I am not sure where you got the idea in your head but we like him don't we Dean?" Dean nodded on agreement. Neville then said,
"I have seen you two with Ron in the hallway laughing and talking about Harry. You guys are Ron's sidekicks." Seamus and Dean just looked at each other then at the group in shock.
Down in the dungeon, Severus was in his office in the middle of plotting how he was going to torture his students on the first day of school when there was a knock on his door. He flicked his wand and the door opened. Minerva stepped in and said,
"Sev come quick, it's Harry!"
