Chapter 14
Author's note: Thanks everyone for being patient waiting for me to post this chapter. There has been a lot going on in my life since I posted chapter 13 including moving three times. I hope you guys like it. Please share your thoughts in the review.

Hermione smiled and began to rub Harry's head. Harry opened his eyes and his eyes met Hermione's eyes which made him smile and he reached for her hand. Hermione put her hand in his and said,
"Hey! How are you feeling?"
"I am very sore, other than that I am good." Harry then noticed everyone else in the room. He smiled at Poppy, said hi to Draco and then said to Tonks, "Hi Professor Tonks. I am sorry that this happened. I understand if you don't want me as your son anymore. Where is Professor Lupin?" Tonks smiled at Harry and said,
"It's okay buddy. I am just glad that you are okay. Of course we still want you as our son. We love you and that will not change ever no matter what. Promise! He had to go to class but he will be back tonight." Harry nodded his head and then Poppy said,
"How are you doing as far as pain Harry?"
"I am fine!" Harry replied quickly. Tonks gave Harry a look and he sighed and said,
"My stomach hurts and down there." Poppy went over to the desk and filled a syringe with a pain potion. She then walked back over to Harry and injected the meds into his IV. After a few minutes, the medicine began to kick in and Harry began to feel better. He looked at Hermione and Draco and said, "I guess I really will need help with my schoolwork now." Everyone laughed and Harry smiled. Hermione then looked at the clock and said,
"Draco we had better get to class." Draco nodded and Hermione promised to return after dinner. Harry waved goodbye to his friends. After they had left Tonks asked Harry,
"Do you think that you could eat a little something for me buddy?" Harry hesitated and said,
"I am not hungry, my stomach is hurting and I am not allowed to eat." Tonks just looked at Harry and rubbed his head. Then she said,
"You are allowed to eat little buddy. Here is some soup that shouldn't upset your stomach too much." Harry nodded and ate the soup as Tonks fed it to him. Later on that evening, Remus came back to the hospital wing to check on his cub. He walked in to find Harry sitting up talking and laughing with Hermione. Tonks stopped him and said, "It's nice to see him smile again." Remus nodded and the two of them just watched and listened.
*Conversation between Hermione and Harry*
"Hey Harry how are you feeling" She kissed him on the cheek and sat down.
"I am alright. I am still sore but Madame Pomfrey has me on pain meds. How was the first day of classes?"
"It was good. I have so much work to do and it's only the first day of class but that's okay. Something really funny happened in Potions today."
"Well if anyone can do it you can Hermione. I believe in you. Really what happened?"
"Ah thanks. Today in Potions, Professor Snape was having us make having us work on a shrinking solution potion. Well, halfway through class we had to evacuate the classroom because Ron set his potion on fire and then it exploded and sparks and goop began to fly everywhere. We fled the classroom while Professor Snape put out the flaming cauldron. Let's just say Ron has detention every morning for the next week."
"Wow he is still screwing up potions? That is shocking!" Harry smiled at Hermione and took her hand. He then said, "I have something to ask you."
"Yes?"
"You are one of the only people my age that understands me. You listen to me and you are always there for me. You are always there to lend a helping hand when I need it. I was wondering if you would be my girlfriend. I understand that I don't deserve anybody and that was a stupid thing to ask. Sorry forget I said anything, stupid, bad, stupid, bad." Harry began to hit himself on the head. Hermione grabbed Harry's hand and said,
"Hey Harry look at me!" Harry slightly looked up. Hermione smiled and said, "Of course I will be your girlfriend. I want to be there with you always." Then Harry said,
"I am used and broken. You don't want me I am not worth it. I am useless and stupid."
"I don't care. You are worth the world to me. You are amazing, wonderful, and mine. You are also not stupid. I love you just the way you are and I will always love you!" Harry smiled and nodded. Hermione leaned toward Harry and kissed him. Remus and Tonks walked over to the bed. Remus said,
"How are you feeling little buddy?"
"I am okay. Madame Pomfrey has me on some pretty good pain meds that are helping." Remus and Tonks smiled at Harry. Madame Pomfrey then came over to give Harry some more pain meds.
After dinner Minerva went to the dungeon to check on her husband since he was not at dinner. She knocked on the door and Severus opened it with a flick of his wand. Minerva walked in to find her husband on his hands and knees scrubbing the floor. He looked up and saw his wife. Minerva got down next to her husband and said,
"What happened in here? It looks like something exploded." Severus looked up and said,
"A Dunderhead by the name of Ronald Weasley blew up a potion. It caught fire and sent my classroom ablaze then it exploded. It just so happened to be my first class of the day so I had to cancel the rest of my classes since my classroom is covered in goop. It looks better than it did. This is the last little bit I have left to clean up." Severus stood up and as he did he gripped is sides and winced a little. Minerva went over to the cabinet grabbed a vial and a glass. She then poured some of what was in the vial into the glass. She then handed the glass to her husband. Severus took the glass, drank it down, and smiled at his wife. Minerva then said,
"I am going to help you. You are going to really hurt yourself if you are not careful." She grabbed a rag and began to scrub stuff off the counters.
*Time jump 2 weeks*
Third year Gryffindor and Slytherin students filed into the Potions classroom, once they had filed into the classroom and taken their seats Professor Snape said,
"Everyone get out your textbooks and turn to page 75. Please read from page 75-175. You may read quietly with the people at your table and your table only. Any students caught talking to another student not at their table will receive detention and not only will cause everyone to have to read on his or her own but everyone will have to write a four page essay due next class instead of a 2 page essay due next class. Now get to work! Mr. Potter may I please see you in my office?" Harry got up and slowly walked to Professor Snape's office. Severus closed to door and then said,
"Have a seat buddy. So how are classes going?
"Good." Harry said without lifting his head, he still had trouble looking males in the eye.
"Is Draco's tutoring helping you?" Harry nodded. Severus then said, "You know you can talk to me and tell me if Ron is bothering you right buddy." Harry nodded again. Severus let out a sigh and then told Harry he could go back to his seat. Harry quickly left the office.
Meanwhile Charlie received a letter that read,
Dear Charlie,
We hope that you are having a fun time with the dragons in Romania. We have a bit of a situation here at Hogwarts with Ron. He has been beating the shit out of Harry Potter since first year. We are also writing to Bill to tell on Percy who we think has been helping Ron. Harry was found locked in a train car and he had been raped. We don't know who did it but we have our suspicions. We decided to leave Ron up to you and Percy up to Bill. We will keep you updated.

Bill received a similar letter.
Dear Bill,
I hope all is well with you. We have a situation at Hogwarts with Percy. We think that he has been helping Ron beat the shit out of Harry Potter. We wrote Charlie a letter and are going to let him handle Percy. We are not sure if it was Ron or Percy but one of them possible both of them raped Harry at the beginning of this year. He was found bound, gagged, and locked in a train car. Percy also bound and gagged Hermione and locked her in a train car too. We will keep you updated.

At the same time Charlie and Bill apparited into the living room of the Burrow scaring their mother half to death. After hellos and playing life catch up Bill and Charlie showed Molly the letters they had received. She took the letters and read them and just stared at them. About five minutes later Arthur walked into the Burrow and saw his wife sitting in the chair with Charlie on one side and Bill on the other. Arthur said hi to his oldest sons and kissed his wife. Molly handed him the letters. Arthur read the letters and as he did his face began to turn red and match the color of his hair. Molly stood up and took Arthur's hands and said,
"I say we let our oldest sons handle their younger brothers. The punishment they dish out will be far worse than anything we could come up with and it probably stick better too." Arthur agreed. Bill and Charlie went up to the room that they used to share, closed the door, and began to plot their brothers' punishments.
School was going great for Harry, his grades were good, his relationship with Hermione was great, and Neville, Ginny, Luna, Fred and George all had his back. For some reason Ron and Percy had left him alone that was until one day when things took a turn for the worse.
It was just after the start of the new semester, Christmas break was over and classes were in full swing. It had been a little over a month when one day Harry woke up with a really bad headache and he was also freezing. He knew he had to go to class because he had a test in Potions, one in Charms, and one in Transfigurations. Harry stumbled out of bed and got dressed. He then grabbed his school bag and walked down the stairs to the common room. He was greeted by Fred, George, Neville, and Ginny. Harry smiled and Fred said,
"Hey there buddy. You don't look too good…" George finished the sentence,
"Are you okay?" Harry nodded and left the common room and disappeared before anyone could follow him. Harry began the long walk to the dungeon for potions. For some strange reason Harry was walking alone today. He had to stop several times and sit down because he kept getting dizzy. He finally made it down the stairs, rounded a corner and ran right into Ron and Percy. Seeing that Harry was alone they grabbed him and shoved him in a corner. Ron held Harry while Percy beat the shit out of him. After about ten minutes, Harry had a busted lip, broken arm, bruised stomach and broken ribs. Percy then told Ron to let Harry go. Ron let him go and then Percy said,
"Go ahead and deck him. Get him back for ratting you out." Ron smiled and turned around to face Harry. Ron then decked Harry so hard that Harry lost his balance and fell to the ground hitting his head on the wall in the process. Ron and Percy smiled, gave each other a high five, they had accomplished their mission.
*Flashback earlier that morning*
Around 5 a.m. two red haired figures slipped quickly and quietly out of the Gryffindor common room careful not to wake the mud blood that was asleep at one of the tables. The two figures quickly made their way to the far edge of the Hogwarts grounds where they stopped and waited. After about five minutes, their left forearms began to burn. Percy then took a book out of his bag. He then told Ron to grab a hold of the book. The two of them were whisked away via port key to Malfoy Manor. They landed in the front lawn and walked into the manor. They then proceeded into the main hallway that leads to the dining room. In the dining room there was a long table and they walked to the chairs and sat down. There were three other people already at the table Lucius Malfoy, Bellatrix and Rodolphus Lastrange. Lucius looked at Percy and Ron and said,
"What is the update on Mr. Potter?" Percy cleared his throat and said,
"Harry is never alone. He always has people around him. The staff is more aware of what is going on when it comes to Harry since the beginning of the school year and the train incident." Lucius just glared at them. After what seemed like an eternity he said,
"I don't want excuses. I just need him suffering. Find a way to get him alone and make him suffer. Is that understood?" Percy and Ron nodded. Lucius dismissed them and the pair returned to Hogwarts. The two whispered making plans to get Harry alone when all of a sudden they bumped into Harry all alone.
*End of Flashback*
Ron and Percy walked away leaving an unconscious Harry in the dungeon floor. Over in the potions classroom, Hermione kept looking back and forth from the door to the clock looking for Harry. He was never this late. Ron walked in grinning and as soon as he sat down he began to whisper and laugh with Dean and Seamus. Just then Professor Snape walked into the classroom closing the door behind him. He walked to the front of the classroom with his cape bellowing behind him. He reached the front of the classroom and he spun around and glared at the classroom of students. He then handed out the exam face down and said,
"Do not turn your exam over until I say that you may begin. Also there will be absolutely no talking, whispering, sharing answers of any kind. Any sharing of answers will result in immediate test confiscating, detention, and a failing grade. Before you begin, please note that you will have one hour to complete your exam. Those of you that finish before class is over may begin your reading for your four-page paper that is due next class. The reading assignment is on the board. Your hour begins now you may turn your test over and begin. I do need to see Ms. Granger, Mr. Malfoy, and Mr. Longbottom in my office for just a few minutes. I will be watching and listening so no talking." Snape went into his office followed by Hermione, Neville, and Draco. Once they were all in the office Snape closed the door and before Hermione could say anything he said,
"Have any of you seen Harry?" All three shook their heads. Snape then went over his desk and quickly wrote the following note to Professor McGonagall,
Dear Minerva,
Harry did not show up for class today. I wanted to make you aware of this. I fear that something horrible has happened.
If you find him or you hear of his whereabouts please let me know.
Sincerely,
S. Snape
He sealed the letter and handed it over to Hermione and said,
"Neville please return to your test. Hermione and Draco please take this note to Professor McGonagall at once! You will both be able to make up the test at a later date." The group left the office and Hermione and Draco left the classroom. They delivered the letter to Professor McGonagall. After dinner there was still no sign of Harry. Minerva, Severus, Remus, (who had been informed of the situation) Hermione, Draco, Neville, Ginny, Fred, George and Luna were all freaking out (well everyone but Luna she was blaming the nargles). The group sat in Minerva's office in silence. Then Ginny said,
"What if we split into groups and looked for Harry. We can do two groups of three and one group of four. This way we can search the entire castle quicker and top to bottom." Everyone agreed that this was a great idea. The groups would be as followed: Group 1 Minerva, Hermione, and Neville, Group 2 Fred, George, and Ginny, Group 3 Remus, Severus, Draco and Luna. Each group was told to report back to Minerva's office in one hour. The three groups left the office and each went a different way. Group one headed to the third floor. Group two headed outside, and group three headed towards the Gryffindor common room.
Meanwhile Professor Filius Flitwick was on his way to the potions classroom to ask Severus a question. When his classroom and office was empty, Filius decided to check the Slytherin common room to see if Severus was in there. As he rounded the corner to head towards the Slytherin common room he noticed a bag on the ground. He picked it up and began to examine the contents. Upon discovering that the bag belonged to Harry he decided to give it to Minerva so she could return it to Harry. He then noticed a pair of feet behind a pillar. It looked like someone was sleeping on the ground. As he got closer he noticed it was Harry. Filius got down next to Harry and tried to wake him up by gently shaking him. When Harry didn't move he placed two fingers on Harry's neck and noticed that there was no pulse. He pulled out his wand and gently lifted Harry into the air and floated him to the hospital wing. It surprised Poppy to see Filius in the hospital wing and even more to see Harry floating behind him. She showed him a bed to put Harry down on. She then asked what happened,
"I found him in a corner behind a pillar. At first I thought that he was sleeping but then he didn't wake up I knew that something was wrong. I tried to find a pulse but I couldn't find one so I brought him here to you." Poppy nodded and said,
"I would go let Minerva know that he is here. Thanks for bringing him here. I can help him." Filius nodded and left the hospital wing. On his way up to Minerva's office he bumped into Severus, Remus, Draco and Luna on one of the many staircases. He said,
"Ah Severus I was looking for you. I had a student today in class ask me if there was a potion to grow a beard and I told him that…" Severus held up his hand and said,
"I am so sorry to interrupt you Professor Flitwick but I can't talk right now I am looking for a missing student."
"Oh really who is missing and I will help you look as soon as I drop this bag off to Professor McGonagall."
"That's Harry bag!" Draco exclaimed. Severus then said,
"Filius where did you find that… Harry is the missing student. He has been missing all day!"
"I found this along with him behind a pillar in the dungeon. At first I thought he was asleep but when he didn't wake up I feared was wrong. I felt for a pulse and there was none so I took him to the hospital wing. Poppy was hooking up an IV when I left."
"Thanks Filius! Draco, Luna find the others and tell that we found Harry. Remus let's go!" With that the group spilt up. Draco and Luna ran off to tell the others that they had found Harry while Severus and Remus ran off to the hospital wing. Meanwhile, from somewhere else in the castle someone else was heading to the hospital wing as well to check on things and see how they were going. Little did he know that Harry was in there and Professor Dumbledore despised Harry with everything inside him.
