The reviews are down again and my email is a mess…please enjoy this bit with Kotori.
Kotori and Shido sat on the couch in the living room, watching TV. Kotori looked up at her adopted brother and swallowed hard before leaning up against him, resting her head on his shoulder. Shido looked down and Kotori looked up with a slight frown crossing her lips and Shido smiled as he wrapped an arm around her and kissed her forehead and Kotori smiled as she nuzzled closer to him and the two sat in silence.
Shido looked down and saw Kotori had fallen asleep. Taking a dep breath, he turned the TV off and carefully stood up before picking up Kotori bridal style and carried her up the stairs. Walking into the room, he walked over to the bed and gently set Kotori down and pulled the sheets over her as she moaned, "I love you, Shido,"
Shido smiled as he leaned down and kissed the side of her head, "I love you too, Kotori, goodnight," he turned and walked out of the room.
