Possibly the strangest break I've taken so far and the next one might be on the week of the fifteenth. Anyway, here's a bit with Kotori.
Kotori smiled as she applied a thin layer of makeup. Hearing a knock at the door, she looked back as the door opened and Shido stepped inside, "Hey Kotori, are you ready for our date?" Kotori hummed and nodded before she stood up and the two of them walked out of the room.
Walking down the street, Kotori looked up at Shido and arched a brow, "So…why the sudden date? And where are we going?"
"What? I need a reason to take my sister out?" Shido looked down and Kotori frowned before Shido sighed and shook his head, "It's just…we barely had any time for ourselves. You're always been busy with Ratatoskr and I've been busy trying to keep the others happy, but you were a Spirit too, so I thought that I should make sure you stay happy too,"
"So what did you do to keep the others away?" Kotori hummed, "The last time we planned a date, Tohka and Yoshino, even though they didn't mean to, tagged along an-"
"I told them that I was going to take you out and that they should respect our privacy and wait until we get home," Kotori's eyes widened, "They were reasonably upset, but they said that they understand," Kotori hummed and nodded as they continued to walk down the street.
The two sat by a lake, listening to the nightly creatures play their nocturnal music as fireflies danced around them. Kotori smiled as she sat on Shido's lap as she leaned and Shido wrapped his arms around her, "Thanks for this, Shido,"
"No problem, Kotori," Shido smiled and kissed the side of her head.
