Hearing the chime from the notification box that rang out once the clock hit midnight was a relief to the Young Justice Team. It broke the tense atmosphere as they discussed the meeting awaiting with the Justice League and the fight that had just ensued. Kid Flash picked up Artemis for a long-awaited kiss while Superboy and Miss Martian shared a passionate kiss and Aqualad got a peck from Rocket. The one person that didn't expect to get a peck was Robin. Robin shared a "I told you so" look with Kid Flash before turning to leave the conference room. Robin was looking forward to laying down on his bed as his body was starting to get stiff and sore but was quickly interrupted by a black haired magician. Robin expected a "Happy New Year'' and a hug but quickly tenses and became incredibly uncomfortable when he felt a pair of lips meet his. When his mind caught up, he quickly but respectfully pushed Zatanna away and held her at arms length. Robin was looking at Zatanna in shock, "What are you doing Zatanna?" Zatanna looked at Robin confused, "Kissing my new boyfriend" as she quickly moved closer and wrapped her arms around Robin and went in for another kiss. Robin dodged her kiss and was struggling to unwind her arms from around him, "I don't remember agreeing to being your boyfriend Zee, I think we just need to take a step back here." Zatanna's hold started to get tight and uncomfortable as she forced Robin to stay in her arms, "No Rob, I think you don't understand what I am saying here."

Robin and Zatanna's forms were tense as they stood wrapped around each other in the hallway, "Zee seriously, let me go." Zatanna stood up to her full height, which unfortunately was a few inches taller than him, "What are you gonna do if I don't Rob? I have a right to hug my boyfriend." Robin was looking at her if she had grown 3 heads, "Let me go." Robin's tone was getting darker as the situation started to heat up but Zatanna was trying to stay strong and not show fear. Zatanna backed them into the wall so that Robin's back was against the wall and she was able to push him into it. Luckily for Robin, Conner heard the pair arguing in the hallway and began walking towards where the pair was at. When Conner turned the corner, he quickly realized that Zatanna was keeping Robin here by pinning him to the wall, "What's going on here?" Hearing Conner, Zatanna quickly jumped away from Robin, her mood instantly changing to sweet and nice, "Rob and I were just having a moment, we are dating now." Robin was too angry and uncomfortable to say anything and kept his gaze to the floor. Conner looked over the pair and walked over, putting himself between Robin and Zatanna, "I think Black Canary is probably looking for you Zatanna, you should go find her." Conner's tone gave her no room to argue and she waltzed her way down the hallway, "Thanks Conner, I'll go find her." She turned back once to blow a kiss at Robin before completely disappearing from view.

Conner looked down at Robin and threw his arm out to catch Robin as he tried to bolt. Conner could tell that Robin was super uncomfortable and upset, "Robin, what happened and when did you guys start dating?" Robin started bouncing his foot before taking his eyes off the floor and looking up at Conner, "We aren't, she ambushed me when I was headed to my room." Conner looked surprised, "Do you want to date her?" Robin looked uncomfortable, "I'm already dating someone, Conner. I am dating them not as Robin." Conner kneeled in front of Robin, "Rob, what did she do? You can't tell me nothing because I can see she clearly did something." Robin looked down the hallway, "Nothing Conner, I promise. Can I go to my room now please, I've been trying to get there for the last 20 minutes." Conner stood up and let him pass, watching until Robin disappeared from sight. Conner looked back at the conference room before going to find Wally.

Conner found Wally hanging out with Artemis in the kitchen area. Seeing Conner walk up, the two quickly greeted him but seeing his expression, they quickly became concerned. Conner looked almost depressed and tense. As Wally was finishing making his sandwich, he asked Conner, "What's up? How was your smooch with M'gann?" Wally's tone was light and teasing but Conner replied, "I need to talk to you privately." Wally looked up at Conner then at Artemis and quickly put everything away and came to a stop in front of Conner. "Babe can you watch my sandwich please? Let's go back to the conference room." Wally and Conner made their way to the conference room and Wally took a seat, "What happened Conner?" Conner stood at the head of the table, "I think Zatanna is trying to force Robin to be her boyfriend." Wally raised his eyebrows, "Forced? Why do you think she is trying to force him?" Wally knew he had to tread lightly because of Robin's secret ID. "She was hugging him tightly and pinning him against the wall in the hallway. I heard them arguing and went to see what was wrong and that was what I saw when I turned the corner in the hallway." Wally's eyes widened, "Where Rob now? And Where is Zatanna?" Conner looked towards the door, "Robin went to his room and I sent Zatanna to find Black Canary." Wally stood up, "Thanks for telling me Conner, I'm gonna go talk to Rob about this." Wally turned to leave as Conner asked one last thing, "Does Robin really have a girlfriend in his personal life? Or was that just something he made up to cover his problem with Zatanna?" Wally stopped in his tracks and looked back at Conner, weighing the situation in his mind quickly, "He was telling the truth, he does have a girlfriend in his personal life. That is why this situation that Zatanna put him in was wrong." Wally quickly left the room as Conner went to find M'gann. Wally's mind was racing as he approached Rob's room. Hearing what Conner had to say, he knew Zatanna had done something Robin didn't tell Conner. Turning the corner to the residential bedroom area of the Watchtower, Wally was quickly met with Zatanna banging on the door, bidding Robin to open it.
