Shido walked into Miku's studio and looked around to see his fiancée sitting at a desk with her head down. Walking over to her, he lightly tapped her on the shoulder and Miku looked up with a tired look crossing her face, "Hey darling," Miku yawned and slightly smiled, "What are you doing here?"
"It's almost one in the morning," Shido shook his head, "Why don't you put off writing this new song and come to bed, honey? Your manager can wait another day,"
"No, I'm fine, darling," Miku laid her head down on the desk and closed her eyes, "I'm just…going to think of a new song for a minute," Shido watched as Miku's breathing evened out and he slightly smiled before picking her up and carried her to their room.
Laying Miku on the bed, Shido pulled the covers and lightly kissed the side of her head before crawling into bed next to her. Miku moaned as she wrapped her arm around Shido's torso and nuzzled up against him, "Thank you, darling,"
"Huh? Why are you thanking me, Miku?"
"For being my biggest supporter," Miku yawned and nuzzled closer, "And for always making sure I'm well cared for…for being there when I needed a shoulder to cry on…for always…tired,"
Hearing her breathing even out again, Shido chuckled as he shook his head, "I'll always be here for you, Miku," leaning down, he lightly kissed the top of her head, "Goodnight honey, you've earned some rest," wrapping an arm around her, Shido closed his eyes and fell asleep.
