I had a good break and the next one will be on the week of the sixth. Enjoy this bit with Miku and Natsumi.
Shido stepped into the apartment and Miku and Natsumi sitting on the couch, watching TV, "Hey," the two Spirits hummed and looked up in confusion, "Not that I mind the company or anything, but what are you two doing he-" his eyes widened as he stared at their eyes.
The two slightly frowned as Miku shook her head, "Darling? Are you okay?"
"Snap out of it, Shido!" Natsumi shouted.
Shido groaned as he shook his head before he frowned, "I…I'm sorry…Miku?" Miku hummed and tilted her head to the side in confusion, "W-when the scandal first happened…did your parents believe you?"
"How did…I only said that my fans and my manager turned their backs on me, I never mentioned my parents, darling,"
"And Natsumi…is the reason you think you're ugly because your mother was cruel to you before you got your powers and called you all sorts of names?" Natsumi's eyes widened as Shido frowned, "I'm sorry you two…but when I looked at you in the eyes…I saw your pasts…before you got your powers,"
"What…ho…should we talk to Reine about this?" the two asked in unison.
"Won't do any good, Reine is on vacation until next week," Shido sighed, "I'll just try to avoid looking at everyone in the eyes…I'll explain why to them…and hopefully they believe it,"
"We can tell them with you, darling," Miku suggested and Natsumi nodded in agreement, "It might be better if we tell them together instead of you doing it by yourself. They might think you've gone crazy,"
"Thanks girls…I appreciate it," the two smiled and nodded.
