Back in the present; lots of people were gathered inside the McDuck Mall food court for the countdown.
Gus dressed up in his Grom tuxedo and Bria wearing a brown dress with a slit down the dress to reveal her legs were at one table.
"Well, there's lots of things to be glad happened in this year." said Gus.
"I could think of one thing that happened between us." said Bria.
Gus blushed while chuckling nervously.
"Yeah, but nothing negative can take away from all this positive stuff." said Gus.
"Betty White just passed away today." said Scratch.
Gus became shocked.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO-"Gus said before becoming confused, "Who's Betty White?"
Luz looked at Gus.
"Actress whose most well known role was in Hot in Cleaveland." said Luz.
Gus nodded.
"Okay." said Gus.
"So what's there for you to be happy about for this year?" Bria.
Luz blushed.
"Well, I finally entered a relationship with someone who didn't reject me for my cheesiness. You?" said Luz.
Bria blushed.
"Somewhat similar." said Bria.
"I kind of figured you were proud of becoming a better person this year." said Gus.
Bria smirked.
"I am broiled of that!" She said.
She prepared to kiss Gus, but was stopped by Luz.
"Save that for the new year. It's tradition." said Luz.
Soon the ball started dropping.
"It's happening." said Luz.
"Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five, four, three, two, one, HAPPY NEW YEAR!" everyone said as the ball reached the bottom.
Luz and Amity looked at each other before kissing.
Bria pulled Gus into a kiss as well.
But Willow pulled Gus away.
"My turn." Willow said before she began kissing Gus on the lips.
